I want to share something deeplypersonal with you. Last week, I
hid a wall.
Overwhelm crush over me likethis wave, and there were these
three little dangerous wordsthat slipped out of my mouth I

cannot and more specifically forme, it was I cannot handle this.
So here's the thing, whenever Ihear the words I cannot or I
can't, it's like a signal. It'slike seeing the big Batman
signal in the sky, where youknow that someone in that moment

(01:53):
needs help, now, that someonemight be you, and last week,
that someone was me. And sowhenever I hear these words in
my client's language, I knowthat I need to dig deeper, and
that's what I did for myself. Idug a little deeper here into
self limitation. SoI want you to think about a dog

(02:14):
chained up in a backyard, and atfirst that dog runs full speed
towards freedom, towardsadventure, towards a tree,
towards something in front ofhim, and all of a sudden that
chain snaps tight. They'reunable to move.

(02:35):
But here's what happens next.
Over time, the dog stops runningto the end of its chain, and it
creates an invisible boundary inits mind, never testing the
limits anymore, never eventrying to go further. That chain
becomes psychological,and that's exactly what we do to
ourselves. We forge our ownchains from this mental energy

(02:58):
of past disappointments or otherpeople's doubts and maybe our
own fears.
But here's the difference, ourchains exist only in our minds,
and that means we hold both theshackle and in the other hand we

(03:19):
hold the key.
So today's hypnosis sessionisn't just about recognizing
those self imposed limits,although we will do that, it's
also about breaking free fromthem entirely.
And as I mentioned before withother hypnosis audios, it's

important for you to not just dothis once, not just to say, Oh,
I listened to it and I stillfeel that it came back, but we
start reconditioning the mind bylistening to this over and over,
which is why it's so importantthat you come back to the

right. Are you ready to breakthose chains? Well, let's begin
in today's hypnotic journey,we're going to be going to

Sedona, Arizona, and I don'tknow if you've been there
before, but it's one of myfavorite places. And you may be
familiar with what's called thevortexes, or for the proper
name, being vortices. So.
Where there's considered to bethese energy points within
Sedona, this healing energy thatradiates from the red rocks

(05:11):
there.
And this energy has beenconducive to recharging and
uplifting and to healing.
There's a sense of the swirlingenergy moving through these
various spots. If you ever get achance to go in person, I would
highly encourage you to do so.
But today, we'll be visitinghere, and so you'll have the

(05:32):
chance to journey withinand go beyond.
Now, as you get prepared forthis session, I'd like you to
find a very safe place in yourhome, or somewhere where you
feel comfortable, where it'ssafe for you to lie down and to

(05:53):
close your eyes,or to perhaps prop yourself up
in a reclined position.
The point is, I definitely don'twant you driving as you do this.
Okay, so once you're ready,let's get started.

(06:14):
So go ahead and start by takinga cleansing breath in,
and as you breathe in, now,just breathe in a feeling of
relaxation.
And as you exhale,allow yourself to exhale twice
as long out. So we're going togo through that breath again. So

(06:37):
breathing in, breathing in thatfeeling of relaxation. And as
you exhale,exhale twice as long out. And
you can close your eyelids nowand go ahead and take another
deep cleansing breath,and this time, as you exhale

(07:01):
twice as long out,just release any old tension and
allow yourselfto journey within the vast world
of your mind,guided by the sound of my voice,
and as you continue to breathein and breathe out,

(07:27):
imagine breathing in thatfeeling of relaxation
and exhaling tension or stressfrom your day or your week,
just letting it goand allowing yourself to go
beyond now, andI want you to use the power of

(07:49):
your whole imaginationto imagine that You are in
Sedona, Arizona,and in front of you
are the majestic Red Rocks.
Imagine seeing the brilliantlyhued cliffs

(08:13):
and spires of sandstone,and there's a sense of knowing
that these red rocks have beensculpted by the natural elements
through the passage of time,and as you imagine yourself here
in Sedona,notice the feeling of the warmth
of the sun on your skin.

(08:42):
Notice how that makes you feel,perhaps relaxed and yet
energized,ready for an adventure here
within your mind,as your whole mind and your
whole body work with you nowand as you breathe in, imagine
breathing inthe healing natural energy of

(09:05):
the red rocks.
And as you do,imagine breathing in even more
of that resourceful feelingof relaxation.
Imagine it as if it was abright, vibrant healing color

(09:28):
moving in your nose when youinhale
and as you exhale. Imagine adarker color leaving your body
representing any stress and anyworries,
see it leaving your body as youexhale twice as long out.

(09:52):
So continue to breathe in thatvibrant healing color moving in
through your nose.
And exhalethat darker color seeing any old
stress or worries leaving yourbody.
And now I want you to imaginethat you're at the beginning of

(10:16):
the hiking trailat the Red Rock State Park,
and behind you is a parking areawhere you notice a pink colored
Jeep pulling up and parking,and the driver steps out of the
pink Jeep, and she smiles atyou,

(10:36):
and as you imagine seeing thiswoman, now notice how there's
something warm and familiarabout her.
She's here to take you on aprivate tour,
a healing journey to experiencea hidden vortex in Sedona.

(10:59):
The woman carries a large pinkbackpack on her back as she
begins leading you along thetrail.
And as you move and as you stepforward,
you can notice the little reddust that gathers around your
feet as you look downand ahead, you notice the

(11:20):
vibrant red rocks,and you notice the small desert
plants.
And after a while, you arrive infront of a beautiful cave.
And outside of the cave, yourguide points you to a tree,

(11:45):
and you move over to this treeand notice that the tree trunk
has actually began to grow in aspiral formation.
And you can see that since thatswirling of that tree trunk
bark.
And she tells you,even though you cannot see the

(12:06):
energy,energy is everywhere, and it is
powerful.
And she leads you now to theside of a cave
in a shady little areawhere she opens her pink
backpack and begins to take outa blanket and two flashlights

(12:27):
and some water,and she lays the blanket out
against the side of the cave sothat you can rest while she goes
into the cave to check thingsout before you enter,
and as she wanders off insidethe cave,

(12:51):
you sit down on the blanketand just notice how good it
feels to sit hereand how good it feels just to
lean against this warm red rock,just noticing how your body
begins to feel even more relaxedas you imagine yourself

(13:16):
Sitting here leaning againstthis red rock now
and as you're here, just feelingthe warmth
of this area and the red rock onyour skin and your back,
you notice a little butterfly inthe distance,

(13:36):
Just a tiny, little whitebutterfly.
It comes towards you,you can notice how easily it
moves, almost as if it's dancingthis little butterfly so
carefree and easy,and as you watch the butterfly,

(14:04):
you start to feel completelyrelaxed and peaceful,
so relaxed, in fact,that you can Feel yourself
gently closing your eyesand falling asleep
and feeling safe and easy,and as you imagine yourself here

(14:34):
among the red rocks, fallingasleep for just a moment,
feeling safe and peacefulinside.
I will count down from five toone, and you will imagine
what it will be like for you tofall asleep here among the red

(14:54):
rocks for just a moment,continuing to breathe in.
That vibrant color of relaxationand exhaling, any darker color
that represents what no longerserves you,
anger, stress, worry,seeing it, imagining it leaving

(15:17):
your body now,exhaling twice as long as it
leaves your body now,and that's it, five
just feeling deeper and deeper,relaxed, peaceful inside

(15:39):
for the muscles around your eyesand jaw
begin to relax even more now,and you just release that
tension now and let it go.
And three feel that relaxationgoing all the way down your
shoulders,your neck, your arms and your

(16:00):
legs,as you breathe in that feeling
of relaxation and peacefulnessinto your lungs, and breathe in
that feeling of relaxation andpeacefulness into your heart,
just allowing Any remainingstress or tension to be released
now,letting it leave your body as

(16:23):
you exhale twice as long out,and that's two and one.
Imagine what it would be like tofall asleep there on that
blanket near this caveand the red rocks of Sedona.

(16:46):
And then I want youto use the power of your
imagination now,while you're asleep,
and I want you to dream.
Want you to dream that yourhigher awareness floats
out of your body as if it wasjust waking up

(17:10):
and floating out of your body,your higher awareness now taking
physical form as youthe most adventurous
and courageous version of you,and as your higher awareness now
is there,it can look at your body, your

(17:32):
little physical body,resting There on the blanket,
fast asleep,where your physical body
can re energize and restoreand your high awareness
begins to walk now towards thecave, just as your guide

(17:57):
appears,and she nods, excited for you to
join her,and she leads you into the cave.
And as you move into the caveeven further now,
it's as if you can see in thedark, even without a flashlight,

(18:19):
your Higher Self has aheightened sense of vision,
and as you notice your guideahead of you, you also notice a
beautiful white light emanatingfrom her Being.
It's as ifyou're now able to perceive
energy,and your guide instructs you to

(18:45):
follow her through this smallentrance.
And as you feel courageous andnotice that boldness in your
body,you can easily move through this
entrance and the cave opens upinto something amazing.

(19:09):
Inside of this cave is thisgrand room,
and the walls are lined withamethyst crystals.
It's the most stunning spaceyou've ever seen before,
and your guide tells you to goahead and stand in the center of

(19:30):
this space,so that you can perceive the
truth,so that you can finally release
the invisible chains of selflimitation.
And as you walk towards themiddle of the space,
and as you look down now, younotice now that in fact,

(19:56):
there is a chain you've beencarrying around with you.
But it's not made of metal,it's made of energy,
and it all makes sense now.
This energetic chainis what felt so heavy in the
past.

(20:19):
This energetic chain is whatkept you limited from your true
potential and your purpose, andas you look down at the chain
now,you can see that each link, each
link of this chain,actually represents a small,

(20:43):
painful memory from the past.
To just take a moment to feelthe weight
of all these painful momentshere and get a sense
of how long just how long youhave been carrying

(21:05):
this chain of self limitationaround,
getting a sense of how manytimes you've held yourself back
In the past out of fear, out ofshame, out of guilt.

(21:27):
And the guide says to you fromafar,
to unleash yourself from thischain of self imitation, you
must select one of the chainlinks
you must remember that memory,tune into your heart and give
yourself the energy of what youneeded at that time,

(21:54):
perhaps that was love orcompassion or support
resilience, or just the knowingthat you would move on.
But she says, the choice isyours.
You can continue to carry aroundthis old energetic chain of
limitation, or you can decideto break the length and release

(22:20):
it.
Go ahead and just nod your headnow
if you're ready to release thischain.
And imagine looking at thischain of self limitation,

(22:42):
and with all the intuitiveguidance here of your higher
self,you can look at those chains
and each link,And you can choose which one of
those linksmust be broken today,

(23:06):
feeling and sensingwhat energy you need to send
that old memory, That oldexperience
in the past that's held you backuntil now,
and that might be compassion orlove or support or resilience,

(23:34):
could be a sense of humor.
Just decide,using your whole mind
and your whole bodyas they work with you now
and as you choose to send thatspecific energy now

(23:55):
from your heart to that link inthis chain.
See it as if you're sendinga beautiful light or color
from your heart to that linkthat holds that old memory,

(24:15):
and send it now,and just imagine that link
breaking, shattering, releasing,and as it does,
all the Other links in the chaincan disappear,

(24:42):
just like when you knock downone domino
in a chain of dominoes, and theyall fall down.
And you can just notice nowwith all of those chains that
have disappeared and all ofthose links that.
Gone.

(25:03):
You can notice a sense ofeasiness.
You can notice a lightness.
It's as if you can stand tallernow. You are unburdened now,
and just getting a sense of thatas your mind and your body work
with you now,and with that old chain gone,

(25:31):
it gives you the opportunity tomove forward in a positive way
in the direction that you wantto move.
And this new freedom gives youthe ability to live your life,
to grow, to evolve, to movetowards your future.

(25:55):
And your future is so bright andcompelling and exciting, and you
can sense that now.
You can sense how excitingyour future really is, and get a
sense of that now and in yourentire body,

(26:17):
and bring a picture to my nowof what your future looks like,
good, and you can sense now thatthings are just easier for you.

(26:38):
You can move towards the desiresof your heart easier.
That's right, just sensing andknowing
things are just easier for younow, and your guide smiles at
you, proud that you havecompleted your healing journey

(26:59):
today, and she leads you backout of the cave,
and you can sense how mucheasier it is for you to move
with that old energy having beenreleased from you. You just get
a sense of lightness in yourbody, a sense of

(27:21):
mobility that you didn't havebefore.
It just feels all so easy now,and your guide pauses at the
entrance to gather a few things,and now you, as your higher
self, go back around that cornerto see your body, your physical

(27:42):
body just resting there.
And you know it's time toreintegrate with your real body
now.
And as you feel your Higher Selfnow integrating back into your
body, noticethe lightness you feel, freer,

(28:07):
calmerand more courageous than ever
before.
Just get a sense of where youfeel that in your body,
then you find yourself waking uphere in the red rocks on the

(28:27):
blanket,and although everything you saw
felt like a dream,you definitely feel this sense
of freedomvibrating at every cell of your
body,knowing that now will be moving
forwardand it will be easy for you. And
should you ever encounter doubt,you can easily release that

(28:52):
energy of fear and limitation bygiving yourself a more
resourceful energy.
Knowing that you are alwaysgrowing and evolving and moving
towards your future with agreater sense of clarity and

(29:13):
ease, and if you accept thesesuggestions to be true, just nod
your headand then you realize that this
is a journey within the vastnessof your mind
where thoughts become anadventures. And actually, you're

(29:37):
really listening to my voice,and you're not on a blanket
within the red rocks of Sedona,but in your own space.
So take a cleansing breath inthrough your nose
and out through your nose,and just beginning to gently
move those fingers into.

(30:00):
Goes getting a sense that youare in your own physical body
right now, because in a moment,I will count you from one to 10
to awaken you and return you tothe present. Moment, you awaken
the feeling freer and lighterand clearer, and you can choose
to release the past and moveforward with wisdom, finding

(30:23):
things just become easier foryou as you take small actions
and move towards the desires ofyour heart, starting to awaken
now, 123,waking up. Four, five, coming
back, seven, eight, feeling morepresent and in your body, open
your eyes. 910, opening youreyes, wide awake and feeling

(30:46):
better than before.
