#35 Lynn Thomas - The Guru of Change and Leader of Resilience

Lynn's a leading authority on change management and someone whose insight can literally change your life. But she's a dynamic person with an infectious energy and is truly passionate about helping businesses and its people achieve huge success.

 Lynn is the guru of retention for staff and for customers and keep an ear out for her passion when she talks about retention in our conversation. In many ways Lynn and I speak the same language and it was a huge honour to be in conversation with her really is unmatched in her authenticity of joy and knowledge but there is an inner steel and resiliency to Lynn that has been tested many times and sometimes over heart breaking situations.
