STEM fields are generally considered male domains, and as a result, the work of women within these industries might face disparate treatment. A biased system could create imbalance in terms of access and representation which might unjustly frame the development of products and services. In turn, this could further propagate chauvinistic norms and the pay gap for women already in those industries. That is why we are dedicated to raising awareness of and celebrating Women in STEM.
