Speaker 1 (00:06):
Welcome to the Tummy Whisperer podcast.
We're having fun already thisafternoon, on a Tuesday
afternoon here.
I'm excited to see everybodyand talk to everybody about some
great fun new information thatI have.
We are on episode 18 and I'vegot I got quite a show planned
for us.
I have recently been introducedto a product that is like the

(00:32):
duct tape for the body, so it'sso funny.
When I first got Rook as a puppyand I was going into the
nature's feed here by my, by myhouse in Spring Grove, they're
like you got to use goat milkfor dogs.
It's like the duct tape foreverything helps with like
inflammation and GI and all thisother stuff.
And of course, for Rook hedidn't tolerate it very well.
We took him off it after awhile.

(00:52):
But for so many people outthere, everybody's tuning in
ready to help what's happeningin an inflammatory process with
their body.
So what does inflammation looklike?
Right, Inflammation is any typeof fever, redness, swelling,
muscle contraction, any type ofhot, any type of something that
you feel.

(01:12):
That's not normal.
That's inflammation.
I have people that feelinflammation throughout their
body.
I have a client who has stagethree ovarian cancer.
She's in remission and doingquite well.
Has stage three ovarian cancer.
She's in remission and doingquite well and she always feels
like a lot of crowding at heruterus area just because of the
cancer.
Right, A lot of pain in herhips.

(01:34):
You can put all the CBD creamon, you can take THC and have a
glass of wine.
Whatever you try to do to mutethe pain, but nothing really
lasts long term and it usuallyalways comes back.
The pain, but nothing reallylasts long term and it usually
always comes back.
She started on this amazingmagic cream that we found and
she's been on it for less thantwo weeks and her hip pain has

(01:54):
gone.
Her crowding in her uterus isgone.
She's able to walk five mileswithout any kind of issue.
Her repair time, her healingtime, is amazing.
It's astonishing.
So this is an Ayurveda creamactually developed by a
naturopathic physician and she'sa young, smart, tenacious,

(02:17):
wonderful, beautiful soul who'sbeen in this beta trials for
these two creams for a few yearsto try to perfect it.
So one is called commonuplifting and that helps with
nervous system regulation, helpsus sleep with so many people
when you can't sleep because youhave pain or you have anxiety.
This cream helps, right, shehas another cream, so there's

(02:40):
two products called sweet reliefand these products.
So I want to actually go intosome of the herbs that are in
there and tell you what they do,Because when you think of detox
, you can take all the stuffhomeopathy and try to
re-regulate everything.
But it's a lot to do.
There's breathing, there's manyways to detox the body, but I

(03:01):
used to think wouldn't it begreat to just rub a cream on and
go on about your day?
Guess what?
We found the cream.
We found the cream In both ofher creams.
One of the ingredients is castoroil and I wrote down what a lot
of these do because it'sunfamiliar to me as far as all
the.
I know the basics but in termsof the specifics.
So castor oil is for nerve pain.

(03:22):
It helps in a very.
It's anti-inflammatory, it'santi-anxiety, it's good for the
liver, it helps actually heat upand cool down the nerves in a
very unique way so that it canhelp repair with nerve tissue,
and castor oil is just a greatproduct.
You've heard of castor oilpacking and people using castor
oil for things.
So that's in this formula, in alight version, so that it gives

(03:44):
the nerves a little weight, butnot too much, so it's not real
super sticky.
Another thing that's in thisformula is something called
mucuna purines, which is it's aprecursor for dopamine and the
feel good centers of the brain, right, how do we get that
dopamine?
I just go hug Rook and I'm like, oh, he's like my dopamine hit

(04:06):
right for the moment becausehe's my baby.
But this helps with increasingdopamine, it helps with healing
and repair, it helps withcollagen, it helps with hormonal
balance, it regulates thenervous system in a big way and
I love it because the deliveryis just on the skin right.
Another one of the herbs in bothformulas she uses is

(04:27):
ashwagandha, which people haveheard of for stress.
But what people don't knowashwagandha is an old herb
that's been around for a longtime is that it's an adaptogen,
and adaptogens mean they bridgethe gap for what the body needs
in terms of nutrition, absorption, uptake, all of that.
Ashrogondor regulates thehormones.
It improves the thyroidfunction, it improves your sex

(04:49):
hormones, which many women myage and younger and older lose
the libido and it's from.
It's the house that Jack built, right?
We look at poor digestion, welook at inflammation, we look at
not being able to absorb ournutrients.
We're deficient, We've gotovergrowths, we don't have good
liver fire, which is where ourhormones are made.

(05:10):
So without being able to havegood supportive liver because
we're overloaded, we're notgoing to have good hormonal
balance.
So we're not going to have goodsex hormones.
And then add pain on top ofthat.
If somebody's in pain, they'regoing to use up all their sex

(05:31):
hormones to deal with the painperiod.
So ashwagandha helps to bridgethat gap and give the body extra
so that the pain can reduce andtry to help balance that.
Another one and I was actuallywriting all these things on.
There's about 20 herbs in theseformulas and before I go into a
couple more, she uses a littleDMSO in there to help deliver it
.
There's some glutathione inthere, helps with detoxification
and I have been using it.
My thyroid's a little wonky.

(05:52):
I'm like I have a fast thyroidwith Graves markers and I have
some Hashimoto markers.
So I'm fast and slow justbecause I'm an overachiever.
And when the thyroid I know isreally on the wrong side of
being too fast, my sleep isjacked, my hot flashes are
through the roof and I can't getregulated right.

(06:13):
So I started using this creamon my thyroid, on my vagus nerve
.
A lot of people are familiarwith the vagus nerve.
The vagus nerve gets stuck.
It needs a push.
It can't deliver what it needsto.
If you start deliveringnutrition to this vagus nerve,
it helps to regulate the rest ofthe nervous system and the rest
of the organs.
So I've been using it on thevagus nerve, been using it on my

(06:34):
diaphragm for helping withbreathing, and it took about
maybe four days or so, but itwas like all of a sudden I
started sleeping better and myhot flashes greatly reduced,
Like from I was having maybe Idon't know 12 to 15 a day, which

(06:54):
is hideous, down to three a day.
Oh, wow, yeah, Because it's away to.
It's almost like the backdoorto the nervous system.
It's how do you get into thenervous system?
There's a lot of ways to do it.
There's, you know, there's theemotional work that Dr Carey
does, which I'm so excited tosee Dr Naomi tomorrow for a
treatment, and that's awonderful way to do it.
But when you can help the bodyby using something that smells

(07:16):
good, that feels good, that justhelps your body go oh, we've
got this, and then startsnourishing your tissues at the
same time while gentlydetoxifying you, it's a win.
So I've been loving how I'mfeeling on this, the sweet
relief.
One is great for pain.
Any type of pain marks mehaving some heel pain, his job,
he's standing right and it'slike a plantar fasciitis.

(07:39):
He's on the cream about fivedays and he said to me I don't
want to ask, but I did.
I could be convinced that it'sdefinitely better.
So he's noticing it.
Another ingredient in there iswhich people know for brain
health, but Kava Kava's got alist that's half my page.
So Kava Kava is great for nervehealth, gut health, anxiety.

(08:02):
It's not sedating, it's moremuscle relaxing.
It's great for painful pelvicareas, as I was mentioning about
my client who has that painfularea in her pelvis.
So many women come to me withbladder issues and painful area
in the pelvic region.
They're going for pelvic floortherapy, which is great.

(08:22):
But when there's so muchinflammation from toxicity and
waste and inflammation andmucosal lining disruption,
you're going to end structuralissues.
You've got the perfect stormthere.
Kava Kava by itself can helpthat and it's in this formula.
Also helps with nerve repairand the doctor that formulated
it, Dr J, Dr Juliana, she usesit with her patients on their

(08:46):
spine for helping with the spine.
I'm trying to get her to makelike a formula for dogs.
I'm to keep bothering her.
I'm trying to get her to makelike a formula for dogs.

Speaker 2 (08:58):
I'm keep bothering her.
I'm like you need a formula fordogs.
So many doggies need it for thedog, For those that don't know,
we're crazy dog people overhere.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
Yeah, and if you guys are wondering why my dog isn't
moving, it's just my background.
Picture my cuties, my booties.
It's my boy, littleruck-tuck-tucky.
So again, people aren'tsleeping because they're in pain
or their adrenals are shot orthey're having digestive issues
or they've got.

(09:24):
Their mind is just it's NASCAR,right, it's never shutting off.
It's like how do I pay thebills?
How do I?
What's going on with my family?
All the chatter that's going oninside the head?
How do I?
What's going on with my family?
All the chatter that's going oninside the head?
This formula and nothing has gotany kind of magic cure, but
this formula has been just anice way and the feedback I've
been getting from my clients isjust to give your body a feels
good.
I have a dog walking, buddythat's got a knee issue and I

(09:46):
gave her a little sample of someand I said you know, don't
forget to use it.
And she texted me and she saidI really like it.
I don't have any pain today.
So that was just after oneapplication.
I know, I know.
So this company is even inprelaunch.
It's not even like it'savailable, certainly to the
public, but they're stillworking out the little tweaks,
but they have given digestivehealth solutions and tummy

(10:08):
whisperer 20% for anybody whowants to order.
So I did email it to you, jeanne.
If you want to throw it in thecomments, yes.
And then, for anybody ordering, there's two formulas you can,
and at the bottom of eachformula is this video that Dr J
talks about each herb that's inthere and why it does what it
does.
And then, of course, you getyour 20% off.
You have to wash your handsvery good before you use the

(10:31):
formula and after you're doneapplying it, because you don't
want to take whatever toxins arein your hand and put them on
your skin because it will absorb.
So there's a golden spoon thatyou can order for like $23, that
you can use to keep the formulaclean.
So you just wash the spoonafter and you use about the dose
is one to two teaspoons andI've only been needing one.
But I'm like I said I'm puttingit on my knees.

(10:53):
I don't know if I said I'mputting it on my knees, but I am
putting it on my knees.
How long have you been using it?
A week, but I have a clientthat had been using it before
and, like my one client who'sbeen on it for three weeks,
she's just, yeah, I'm, she's.
We were walking last week andshe's, I just feel good and she
pushes through like we want.
We'd like to walk the dogs.
We'd like to go at least threemiles, if not more, and we did

(11:17):
five miles in three to 15 milesin three days.
The two of us, four of us herand her dog and Rook and myself.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
So just really phenomenal.
It's so nice to be able, in myopinion, to give the body
something that it can actuallyuse.
Supplements have to get past anincompetent digestive tract.

(11:38):
Right, you're asking your bodyto try to get something out of a
capsule.
For some people they can't.
Some digestive systems cannotabsorb and utilize these herbs
and supplements that you'retaking.
Right A, they're either poorquality, b not bioavailable,
meaning the body can't recognizeit and use it because they're,

(12:00):
again, either poor quality.
Or even if it's a good quality, how is your body using it and
can your body use it?
With this cream you have adirect application onto your
skin, your largest organ ofabsorption and detoxification,
right into the tissues.
It's in the tissues.
When you take a pill it's gotto get into the tummy and then
get dispersed right andconverted and then, who knows?

(12:23):
It's like a game of telephoneIf this vitamin C molecule is
going to get where it needs togo to make a hormone.
It's just a lot for the body todo in this day and age where we
have a lot of stress and stressshuts down our nervous system.
Again, this cream is a backdoorinto the nervous system and it
just helps open up the pathways.
And it's so gentle and but it'sso medicinal when you open up

(12:46):
and smell it.
It's like this beautiful orangeand it's silky and it's a little
oily and it just feels good.
Sign me up, use the discountcode.
You can order yourself a bottleand it's just phenomenal.
I love it for stress, I love itfor a way, even if somebody
doesn't have any pain or anydigestive issues or any anything

(13:07):
, and it's just.
I need a little something totake the edge off, and a glass
of wine isn't going to cut it,or it will.
But using this can be a nice wayto help.
Again, we're talking aboutrelaxing the nervous system,
feeding the tissues, healing andrepair all the things we want
our bodies to do at night.
When you put this on at night,it also has a little bit of CBG

(13:28):
and CBN.
So CBG is for like happy, uplifting kind of giggles right,
but it's nothing psychoactivein there.
Just really helps, again, calming and relaxing the nervous
system and a way to justregulate the body.
And the way I understand sheformulated this is so that it's
a perfect balance for everybody,Everybody's.

(13:49):
I always say there's no onesize fits all in nutrition,
which is true.
Some people need paleo, Somepeople need carnivore, which I
don't love.
Some people need some grains,Some people need whatever it is.
It's different for everybody, but collectively I would say
gluten should be up for all ofus.

Speaker 2 (14:07):
But for this, I'm telling you, as soon as I eat it
, I feel like crap.

Speaker 1 (14:11):
I have a client who her practitioner which kind of
pissed me off said let's see ifyou're celiac.
And you know what they do forceliac.
You have to eat gluten for twoweeks every single day.
She was feeling like crap and Isaid to her you're not celiac,
you're gluten intolerant.
Is why you're feeling bad.
Why do you?
I said to her, why do you needa test to prove it?
She's like I just want to seethe test comes back negative.

(14:33):
I'm like so now what she's like?
I know I still need to stayaway from it.
I said and you put yourselfthrough torture for two weeks
just for the test to be likeguess what, you're not celiac,
like that it made no sense to me, but she had so hard not to.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
There's just so many practitioners that are not very
holistic in their thoughtprocess and their practice, so
it makes it hard.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
It makes it difficult , but that's because, again, I'm
always trying to give peoplethe hacks what's the best way to
help you feel better and getyour body back online.
So I've been having some greatfeedback with this cream and I
want to invite everybody towatch the video.
And again, you can use theTummy Whisperer link for a 20%
off.
And if it's something that youlove, there's always a 10% link

(15:21):
for reorders that you can use.
It's something that I feel I'mgoing to have in my arsenal all
the time, because sleep and painthose are things that they're
synonymous, go together.
You can't sleep if you're inpain, and so many people have so
much pain right back paindigestive pain, whatever kind of
pain they have, and it totallythrows a wrench in the spokes

(15:43):
for your body.
And how do we get that wrenchout of the spokes and start to
go?
Oh, we can pedal a little bitmore.
Let's get back on this bike andpedal.

Speaker 2 (15:50):
Let's keep moving the body forward and then we become
so acclimated to being in painthat we don't remember what it's
like to not be in pain.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
That is very well put , because our body adapts, and
the body always does.
It adapts to the pain, becausethat's how great our bodies are.
Our bodies are like, oh, don'tworry, we got this.
But as our bodies adapt, we getfurther and further away from
really being able to have normalhomeostasis or balance, because
our bodies are like, oh,butterfly running from this

(16:19):
stress, the body's in this stateof stress.
We adapt, right, we're in morestress.
Guess what?
We're revving up our nervoussystem to adapt and it keeps
going like that.
This cream helps to just go.
Oh, you know what?
Bear's not here.
We're good for the moment.
Start to unwind the nervoussystem.
Start to just nourish thesetissues, just rubbing it on the

(16:41):
vagus nerve.
There's no vagus nervestimulators.
It's not like apparatuses.
Do you remember the movie TinCup with Kevin Costner?
Oh yeah, remember when hecouldn't hit the ball?
Oh yeah, remember when hecouldn't hit the ball?
He got all those.
He had the hat with a pendulum.
And Renee Russo goes into thetrailer and she's like what are
you doing?
There's like all theseapparatuses for the vagus nerve.
The best thing, in myprofessional opinion, to do is

(17:04):
to be able to put something onthat could deliver nourishment,
and this cream is a great way todo it and you can feel it
feeding your organs and you canjust feel everything regulating
For my hot flashes to go from 15to 17 a day, down to three
that's something right there.

Speaker 2 (17:19):
I feel like I'm experiencing what is it
Perimenopause?
Are you starting to get hotflashes Only at night?
Yeah, that's Not during the day, but at night.
I'm like I suddenly just burnup and I look at MacGyver and
I'm like why am I so warm?

Speaker 1 (17:35):
Yeah, and you feel it from the core coming up right.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
Hot, truly warm, and I'm always cold.
It'll be 80 degrees outside andI find a reason to stay cold.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
Definitely the thyroid is.
One is regulates thetemperature.
But when I was having thesevere hot flashes, my sweet
husband, I'm like, do you mindif we sleep with the window open
?
He's like oh, that's fine.
He's like in a hoodie, he's gotthree blankets on.
I got the covers kicked off, noclothes on, and it's I don't
know 55 in the bedroom and I'mlike, oh fuck, I'm so hot.

(18:06):
I got my fan here, I, I got myfan here.

Speaker 2 (18:09):
I turned on the van.
I'm like I remember my bestfriend's mother when she would
have, when she was going throughmenopause, would literally open
the freezer door and just stickher head in the freezer.

Speaker 1 (18:18):
Oh, I've been there, been there and we had a warm
weather a couple of weeks ago.
It was like in the sixties.
I'm like, oh, I'm like, fuckthis, this is not good for my
thyroid, I need cold, but.
But I'm getting more regulatedand it's so amazing.
I am just you got to order thecream.
It's phenomenal, it's good.
So I wanted today's show togive people something they can

(18:41):
do right away.
They can help their body startto settle, start to get healing,
repair, nourishment, becausehow productive can you be with
better sleep and less pain?
Hello, no, that is the means toa happy day for many people.
So 100%.

Speaker 2 (18:55):
