Since 2018, Adam Waterson has been the strength and conditioning coach for the LA Galaxy. As Waterson, who’s a Herbalife nutritional advisor, explains to us in today’s chat, it’s his job to make sure some of the best footballers on the planet are in optimum physical shape before they run out on the pitch. Sounds like a dream job, right? Well, it’s not without its challenges.
