Speaker 1 (00:00):
But you also want to
set the example for your family
and if you know that your kidsare caught, not taught, right so
they're going to watcheverything that you do.
When your hand's in the cookiejar.
They're like well, I want to belike mommy and daddy.
You know, I want to put my handin the cookie jar when you have
McDonald's.
They're going to grow up and belike well, mom and daddy ate
McDonald's, I can eat McDonald's, but if you're kids, see that
(00:25):
they want to be just like you.
Speaker 2 (00:27):
So my biggest thing
is you set the example every day
.
Hey, uncommon Leaders, welcomeback.
This is the Uncommon LeaderPodcast.
I'm your host, john Gallagher.
I've got a great conversationcoming up for you today I'm
excited about it with ClintRiggin.
Clint is the founder and the CEOof Limitless Faith Inc.
(00:48):
Now we're going to talk a lotabout that because he's also the
host of the Limitless Faithpodcast, and so I think we're
going to talk a good bit aboutLimitless Faith.
But it's also about Clint'sstory.
We're going to learn.
He's a Navy veteran, he's aformer bodybuilder and a
champion at that as well, andwhatever he's done, he's done
really well, whether it'sbusinesses that he started, uh,
(01:08):
or ultimately now where he is inthe space of um, impacting men
to live their life the way Godcreated them to be.
I'm excited about thatconversation and, as we get
going, I don't want this to bejust a conversation for men
leaders.
This is out there for everybodywho needs to know how to
ultimately look at your purposein life, live that purpose out
(01:32):
and find out, regardless ofwhere you are in your faith
journey, what you need to do tomake that happen.
So, clint, welcome to theUncommon Leader Podcast.
Glad you're here.
How are you doing today?
Speaker 1 (01:40):
Don, thank you so
much for having me.
I always like to say I'mblessed and highly favored by
the perfect king.
He gave us another day.
Praise the Lord.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
That's right.
We get another day and anotherday for this conversation.
He arranged that conversationfor us, no doubt about it.
Before we dive into LimitlessFaith and where that has been
for you, I'm going to ask youthe same question.
I always ask our first-timeguests on the Uncommon Leader
podcast and that stuff Tell us astory from your childhood or
early on that still impacts whoyou are today as a person or as
(02:09):
a leader.
Speaker 1 (02:12):
Yeah.
So my mom and my dad.
They never got married and mymom found my stepdad two years
after Wasn't sure if I wasreally supposed to be born.
I was kind of like that uh-ohbaby and my dad struggled with
alcohol and addiction for quitea long time and my dad became a
(02:34):
drug and alcohol counselor after20 years of addiction.
For 24 years Saved thousands oflives and it was beautiful to
be at his wake and talk to thesegentlemen and what I learned
from this.
I used to go to AA meetingsEvery time.
I beautiful to be at his wakeand talk to these gentlemen and
what I learned from this.
I used to go to AA meetingsEvery time I went to visit my
dad.
We had bi-weekly visits and Iwould go and I would hear these
men tell their stories of justalcohol that had them by the
(02:58):
grip, of just anything theywould do for this addiction.
My dad would listen to themintently and just hear them out
and just let them pour out theirheart.
He wouldn't try to correct themand he wouldn't try to like,
hey, well, this is what you needto do, and no, he would just
listen and I would be there andas a child I would.
(03:22):
I wouldn't.
I didn't really understand whatit meant.
Then, as I started to grow upand I started to mature, I
became a very intently listeningperson where I would just sit
there.
I'll listen to somebody telltheir story so that I can really
understand.
Ok, and most people just wantto be heard.
And when I started to do that,I wasn't starting trying to
(03:42):
correct people, but as a coachand as I developed into a coach,
I had this like knack forwanting to coach people and
telling them what to do basedupon my life, and I started to
learn that it's better than tojust listen to somebody, hear
them out, and then you ask thequestion.
You say, hey, you mind if Igive you my advice, and then if
(04:05):
they say yes, you follow throughwith that advice.
If they say no, I don't reallyneed it, but okay, that's okay,
sure.
So you give them theacknowledgement and you ask them
welcome them into theconversation.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
Glenn, you get a
chance to really learn as you
grow, both through yourexperiences, as you talked about
and I say this almost, it feelslike almost every episode on
the Uncommon Leader podcast andthe stories that folks have is
that they are now helpingbasically the people that they
used to be, and I'm quite surethat your journey into becoming
(04:39):
the founder and CEO of LimitlessFaith is a lot about helping
people who were just like you.
So let's go into LimitlessFaith and how you got to this
point today, go back as far asyou want to Tell us your story
and what you've been through and, ultimately, what led you to
start Limitless Faith.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Sure thing.
So I grew up in a small town,Salisbury, Pennsylvania.
I was 17 years old.
I figured I needed to join themilitary because I definitely
wasn't going to college.
I was a reckless kid, partyingand just doing nothing with my
life, and so I joined themilitary eight years in the Navy
Washington State for two years.
Hawaii for six years worked onE-18 Growlers those are the ones
(05:19):
that, like, can EMP a city.
I have an aviation structuralmechanic.
Hawaii I worked on helicoptersMH-60 Romeos and then I started
to compete in bodybuilding.
And then I got really full ofmyself.
My ego and my pride took overand I won my last competition in
2017.
And then my thyroid stoppedworking four months later.
What happened was my identitywas in the Navy, Then my
(05:42):
identity was in bodybuilding.
And then I lost that identity ineverything because I got
addicted to cocaine for threeyears of my life.
I lost everything in my life atthat point.
So I didn't have the body of mydreams, I didn't have the job
of my career, the career of mydreams.
And that led me into Californiawhere I went and did private
security for President Trump foreight months 26 different
(06:05):
States, and then I fueled mydrug addiction.
Nobody ever knew that, um, butfor me now it's like I really
like to tell that side of thestory, because you don't really
understand what people are goingthrough.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
Uh, and nobody could
ever see it so fast forward.
Speaker 1 (06:19):
I met a girl doing
Molly.
For three days Um thought I metthe love of my life.
I obviously that wasn't thecase Moved to Orlando, florida,
with her, figured that if Ireally wanted to do something
with my life, I probably shouldcut out the people who did drugs
, alcohol and all the differentthings that my dad actually
helped people get out of andbuilt Limitless Coaching to half
a million in 12 months.
We did hormone replacementtherapy, blood work
consultations, nationwide mealprep supplements delivered to
(06:42):
six, seven favorite clients.
And then I lost it all.
May 1st 2022, I woke up withamnesia.
I didn't know who I was or whomy clients were.
Nobody believed me.
Nobody could.
Nobody, like everybody, left mylife because I had nothing to
give them.
14 months of depression, threeattempted suicides later, I
surrendered my life to Christ.
July 6th 2023, I went on a roadtrip across the US for 153 days
(07:07):
and my mentor prayed over meand he said this he said if you
can lead by faith and not sight, god's got a really big plan for
your life.
And I said I have no idea whatthat means.
And then I go to learn thatthat's a verse in the Bible.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
The next day.
Speaker 1 (07:21):
I start to get this
urge to like read Scripture.
It the next day I start to getthis urge to like read scripture
.
It's weird, I've never had itbefore.
So ever since that day I'vebeen opening up my Bible,
sometimes at 1.30 am, sometimesat 3 am and diving into
scripture.
And now I'm a full-timeseminary student at Southern
California Seminary.
I founded Limitless FaithMinistry 13 months ago because I
(07:45):
was a broken man who reallyneeded God at one point in my
life.
Speaker 2 (08:02):
And I really wanted
to help men be able to see what
God sees in them, to build menof God around the world.
July 6th 2023 is when you, uh,gave it all to him.
Was there?
Was there a moment for you?
Oh, was there.
Was there a story?
I mean I just read this morningthrough Exodus in terms of the
burning bush.
Was there a burning bush thatGod talked to you in, or what
was it that led you to make thatdecision right then?
Speaker 1 (08:20):
and there, that
transformation right then and
there that transformationPsychiatric VA was my third
attempt at suicide.
I was about to take 130 pills.
I called the suicide hotline.
I spent five days in apsychiatric VA with people that
were literally going nuts and Ilooked around and I said this
isn't me Like.
(08:41):
Why am I here?
I didn't hear from God at thatpoint.
I didn't hear an audible voiceor anything.
But I remember going back andbefore I started that road trip
I got on my hands and knees Isaid Lord, I'm done, I'm done, I
can't win.
I've been trying everything.
And then I believe it's when Isaid I'm done, he said I can
(09:03):
begin.
And then I believe it's.
When I said I'm done, he said Ican begin.
And then from there started thejourney of me really learning
what sanctification is andconsecration and becoming holy.
Speaker 2 (09:13):
Because I was, I was
I was messed up.
Speaker 1 (09:15):
It wasn't like right
after my surrender is when my
whole life changed.
I think a lot of the times webelieve that God's just going to
flick the switch and and you'regoing to turn into this holy,
consecrated, sanctified personjust walking through life, just
the perfect Christian.
And we're imperfect peopleserving the perfect king.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
So I love that.
And then Limitless Faith comesout of you know really again you
had been.
It sounds like cutting you inthis fitness world and coaching
folks in that space, helpingthem to become healthier in
their physical fitness.
Limitless Faith Ministrychanges the game.
Where was the idea forLimitless Faith Ministry and how
(10:01):
you got started there?
Speaker 1 (10:02):
So Limitless Coaching
had a motto called Infinite
Possibilities Come to those whoBelieve.
Then I was like no, no, no.
Infinite Possibilities Come tothose who Believe in Him.
So we switched that over toLimitless Faith Ministries,
because really it's limitlesswhat God can do in your life if
you seek him with all of yourheart.
But this is where the surrendercomes, this is where you got to
(10:26):
give it all to him.
Speaker 2 (10:30):
Love that, and so now
you are coaching other
individuals.
You're coaching them.
Again.
You could talk about the manGod has called you to be.
Ultimately, at times, it's theleader God has called you to be
in the place that you are, whether it's in your family,
whether it's in your community, whether it's in your workplace,
and you've got the five pillarsto becoming the man has called
(10:53):
you to be Mindset, spiritualstrength, physical fitness,
leading your family andcommunity.
Tell me a little bit more aboutthat framework and how you lead
individuals on that journey.
Speaker 1 (11:05):
So big thing that I
want people to come in and
understand is that we're we're,first of all, we're.
We're not perfect.
Um, I think so many people aretrying to live up to this
standard that they have heard orthey have set with their
pastors or people that preachedover there or whatever it might
be, and God wants you to come in, broken, beaten down, whatever
(11:27):
it might be like.
Just he wants you to come tohim how you are and he does the
rest.
But here is where the pain andthe uncomfortability and the
change comes, because when youlook at the truth, which the
word of God is a mirror, it'snot a microscope.
But a lot of the times, we liketo change the word and we like
to put a shit on other people, instead of looking at the word,
(11:48):
letting the truth convict us andthen saying all right, lord,
you're revealing some thingsthat need to change about me.
I don't really like it, but ifI surrender it all to you, let's
make these changes together.
So, as a man, you are a leaderand you need to lead your family
, lead your kids, and that comesfrom setting the example.
To set the example, that meansyou're in prayer and that means
(12:10):
you're in scripture and thatmeans you're loving your wife as
Jesus loves the church, andthat means that as you submit to
the Lord, your wife willultimately submit to you.
But a man who is not submittedto a higher power is not being
led by anything.
So what I learned in thisprocess was that men have a
problem with submission andsubmitting to God.
(12:34):
So we really go through theprocess of understanding.
What does that look like tosubmit?
What does that look like tosubmit?
What does that look like togive it all to god?
What does that surrender looklike?
What's the daily not the dailydevotions, the uh, the daily um
disciplines that we must do,where there's no excuses, that
you will be in scripture andthat you will go into prayer,
(12:56):
but it's not asking for financesand all these different things.
It's giving thanksgiving to godfor everything that you have
like.
I think that's one of the mostoverlooked things when we go
into prayer is just givingthanks for loving us, like thank
you for the love that you giveto us was ultimately what
(13:16):
happens is god is love and loveis god, and what that's going to
do is, as God loves you, hemakes us people that can love
others.
It's a transfer, and what youdon't transform, you transfer to
other people.
Speaker 2 (13:32):
Clarence, you talk
about that and the opportunities
that you get.
Again, I'm tying it back toyour story as well At the start
of this, with regards tolistening, you get the
opportunity to listen to thesemen and understand where they
are and whether it's alcoholismor whether it is something else.
What do you see as some of thebiggest barriers that these men
(13:53):
have to submitting, as you say,to a higher authority,
ultimately making the choice totransform themselves?
Speaker 1 (14:04):
That's a great
question.
Forgiveness the three-stepprocess to forgiveness.
Number one knowing that you areforgiven past, present and
future.
Jesus died on the cross foryour sins, live a sinless,
perfect life, resurrected threedays later, salvation and grace.
Is completely paid forForgiving others who hurt you
and also forgiving yourself, because that's all from the
(14:26):
enemy.
The shame and the guilt thatyou feel every day, the weight
that you're that holds you down,it literally comes from him,
not god the enemy, because hewants you to feel that.
I say this a lot jesus knowsyour sin, calls you by the name.
Satan knows your name, callsyou by sin.
We'll continue to remind youBecause, if you think about it,
(14:50):
if I didn't forgive myself, forgive the other people that
heard me, took money from me,all the things that they did in
my life and then also know thatI'm forgiven.
I would just look back in mypast and I would live that same
story over and over and overagain Drugs, addiction, losing a
company.
I'm not worthy.
But then, when you understandthat you're a new creation, like
(15:10):
Galatians 2.20, I've beencrucified through Christ.
It's no longer I who live, butChrist who lives in me.
I now live in my life and mybody by the faith and the Son of
God.
Wait, wait.
That means Jesus lives withinme.
That means I have the power ofthe Holy Spirit.
That means I'm a new creation.
That means that whatever thatwas is past and the new has come
(15:31):
.
So when we step into that andthe men finally see the identity
shift, oh, it's so beautifulwhen you see them walk in with a
spirit of boldness, not aspirit of fear.
Speaker 2 (15:45):
Clinton, you started
talking about that.
With regards to forgiveness andthose three steps to
recognizing that, you got to thepoint where you used a word
that clicked with me.
It was in my mind, was worthy, and ultimately, doubt was a word
that sits in my mind that theevil one, the devil, will sit
there and put doubt into ourheads that we aren't capable or
(16:06):
we aren't worthy of receivingthat forgiveness or, frankly, of
giving that as well and tell usthose stories.
And so having those disciplinesthat you talk about staying in
the word each day, learning, continuing to be around others
in community that will challengeyou as well in that space are
so important At short time youknow 13 months you mentioned in
(16:28):
terms of since you've startedLimitless Faith is there a
specific story that rings foryou where someone has, you know,
gone through these five stepsor five pillars, excuse me, with
you and made a transformationin their lives, without sharing
necessarily anybody's name, butwhat's impacted you in your work
?
Speaker 1 (16:48):
Yeah, I mean we've
had a gentleman come in who is
so beautiful.
He used to sell drugs to somehigh-level cartels and he came
in and he was dealing withspiritual warfare.
The enemy's really in his head.
He's been a devoted follower ofchrist for a long time but he
(17:09):
didn't understand that he was anew creation like his, his
identity.
But then you so you see him onthe zoom calls, you see him
coming in, you can see it justweighing down on him so me and
edwin snyder, my co-ministerwithin lindelist faith.
Uh, edwin snyder, 71 years old,he's been discipling for 30 plus
years.
Nashville, tennessee, smalllittle you know house church.
(17:32):
He brings people in.
It's beautiful.
He's got 12 cats somebody youwant to see on social media.
He's just a devoted follower ofchrist.
What we see in him as theidentity shifts he sees Jesus in
him.
He's like, wow, I actually amaccepted, I'm cared for.
(17:53):
But he also sees a communitythat cares for him and prays for
him as well.
He's never felt that lovebefore.
So as he comes in, he's thensaying, hey, how can I pray for
you guys?
Or hey, how can I serve youguys?
Or how can I be there for you?
It's no longer.
Hey, how can I pray for youguys?
Or hey, how can I serve youguys?
Or how can I be there for you?
It's no longer.
Hey, what can I get for me?
It's.
I can see the shift and I thinkthat's the most beautiful thing
(18:15):
, because, living in this faithministry, I mean, we don't
charge.
Discipleship is free.
We want to help as many men aswe possibly can.
God will always take care of us.
He always does.
But for me in ministry, I don'tsee myself ever charging
anything.
Speaker 2 (18:31):
Hey listeners, I want
to take a quick moment to share
something special with you.
Many of the topics anddiscussions we have on this

benefit you and your team.
Okay, let's get back to theshow.
(19:13):
Clint, when you think aboutthose five pillars and that
story, thank you for sharingthat story because I think the
personal transformation when youcan play a part in that,
walking alongside being adisciple for others, making an
impact, is critical Just interms of a time, that where I am
personally right now.
One of the pillars youmentioned is physical fitness.
We don't have time to gothrough all five of them,
clearly on this episode, butphysical fitness is one of those
(19:36):
pillars and, given that you haddone bodybuilding before, I
believe I heard when I was doingmy research that you're either
preparing for, or have done, ahigh rocks event.
I find myself at a little bitolder age than you.
Are preparing for my firstSpartan race, which I'm getting
anxious about here coming uphere in a few months, but
preparing my body for that Interms of how that fits in.
(19:59):
With regards to the ministry, where do you see the overlap
between physical fitness, faithand ministry?
What is it in there that youbring?
Speaker 1 (20:10):
I mean, this is a
very important question.
I think it's very overlookedtoo where we have one temple
where the Holy Spirit liveswithin us, works through us.
How God wants us to serve doesnot mean he needs us to be sick.
And when you don't take care ofyour body and you are
(20:30):
overweight and you don't andthis is the thing you've been
crucified to Christ.
No longer I live, but Christwho lives in me.
So you respect the person wholives within you.
So, if you respect the personwho lives within you, what do
you do?
You take care of the templethat is given to you.
So that means that when we goto the gym, we eat healthy, we
go, and and I think it's sogreat to set those goals like a
(20:53):
spartan race.
That's incredible.
Honestly, I just I had to cancelmy high rocks for because of
ministry, but I think it's soamazing that where men then
start to set the example, notonly in their spiritual walk,
but then they're a walkingexample when they walk into a
room, oh, wow, you take care ofyourself, you, you, you really
(21:14):
are setting the example.
Because, let me tell you, anauthority is set when you are in
shape and you walk into a room.
There there will be people thatguide towards you, not because
of the Holy Spirit, but alsobecause you take care of
yourself.
You set a certain authority, but you also want to set the
example for your family and ifyou know that your kids are
(21:37):
caught, not taught right, sothey're going to watch
everything that you do.
When your hands in the cookiejar, they're like, well, I want
to be like mommy and daddy, youknow, I want to put my hand in
the cookie jar when you haveMcDonald's.
They're going to grow up and belike well, mom and daddy ate
McDonald's, I can eat McDonald's, but if you're eating healthy,
if you're in your prayer andyou're in your body, and their
kids see that they want to bejust like you.
(21:57):
So my biggest thing is you setthe example every day.
I always say this God is alwaysin control.
It's on you to take control, but he's not a remote control,
right?
So you can't press thebackwards button and go back
into the past.
You can't press the forwardsbutton and go into the future,
but you can press play every dayand set the example that Christ
(22:18):
would want you to set daily inyour life.
Speaker 2 (22:23):
Love that.
And even again, there's atransformation component to that
, clint, with regards to theexample of how not to be at
times as well, and my let refersto it as being the one, the one
who may break the chain withregards to some of the bad
habits inside of a generationand what that's going to take
and the courage that that takesto make a change as well.
(22:45):
So I appreciate you sharingthat on the physical side and I
hope that you get the chance tomove back toward that high Roxy,
I can tell you, stay in prettygood physical shape.
Outside of the physical fitness, what are some other habits or
routines you have to keep yourspiritual disciplines alive and
(23:06):
growing.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
Yeah for sure.
Um, so if you ever look on mycalendar you know it's funny.
I met a worship pastor.
I was at C-suite for Christ inDallas the other uh, last week,
and I shared my calendar withhim just to book an appointment
and then supposedly my publiccalendar was like on for
everybody to see.
So he goes.
Well, dude, look at yourschedule.
He's like you have.
I have time with God set for anhour and a half every morning
(23:33):
for scripture and study.
That never changes.
That always will be there, because that is the time where I
can hear from God the loudest.
That's the time where I don'thave a bunch of calls or Zoom
meetings or whatever it might beand you're distracted.
But also you need to nourishyour soul.
The armor of God is a realthing.
(23:54):
We step into spiritual warfareevery single day.
So if you're not renewing yourmind daily, you're fueling
yourself with the media, withthe news, whatever it might be,
and I think people have tounderstand that you are
fearfully and wonderfully made.
You're made in the image of God, you're handcrafted by God, so
you can remember those scripturethat comes to you, so you can
(24:16):
repeat that over your life.
So for me it's prayer andscripture every day.
Being in seminary, I mean, I'malways in the Bible, so it's
like we got six papers to do aweek, uh, for school, but uh, I
think, for anyone taking thetime and just giving god your
first fruits of like reallyacknowledging, like god, thank
(24:37):
you for another day like this isincredible.
You chose me because thesestats are real 151 200 people
didn't wake up.
There's 105 people that dieevery single minute.
There's 1,440 minutes in a day.
God chose you, god choseeverybody who's going to listen
to this of giving us a chance tobuild the kingdom.
(24:59):
And what are we going to dowith that every day?
Speaker 2 (25:04):
Clint, I love that
and I love that discipline, that
90 minutes of starting your daywith him.
You also are the host of theLimitless Faith podcast and you
actually do a daily sermon aswell.
Tell me about one of those twothings what has energized you to
do that as well?
Because you just said that sixpapers a week you're in seminary
(25:25):
school trying to get throughthat, uh, and done 90 minutes a
day, uh, in study and you know, again, taking care of yourself
physically, uh, where do youfind the time?
But tell me, tell me about this, uh, also, the daily message
that you bring.
Speaker 1 (25:40):
So, um, on TikTok, we
, uh, I, I, I went live November
11th and, uh, for the firsttime I had five viewers in there
.
I was like Lord, this is crazy,I'm not talking to five people.
And what he told me was like itdoesn't matter if there's one
person in the room, you willserve as you are to serve.
And what happened?
During that time I continued togo live and we went from five
(26:02):
to upwards of 15,000 in the roomand I said, wow, lord, so
you'll take care of the growth.
But I was at the gym one dayand I was showering.
I was like something came to meand I was like God, I feel like
people just don't know theBible.
And he's like well, read theBible.
What do you mean when we justread it on the live?
Speaker 2 (26:21):
He said yeah, read it
.
Speaker 1 (26:22):
So then I thought
okay, well, let's go into an
expository teaching of the wholeBible in 2025.
So currently we're ending Joshuaright now, going straight into
Judges, and we do an expositionof Scripture, three chapters,
every morning from 4.30 am westart and then most of the time
(26:44):
it probably goes until 5.30 amand then I'm just there
answering questions, whatever Ican do to service other people,
until 7 am every morning.
But it came from me starting ofjust wanting to talk about
Jesus.
There's three things I alwaystalk about the power of the
cross, the Holy Spirit, theblood of Jesus and identity.
Those are four things that Idon't see a lot of people
(27:04):
talking about and they're soimportant.
And once you understand thepower of the Holy spirit, once
you understand the cross andwhat it means and the blood of
Jesus that comes in, heals thedeep, dark trauma in your heart
and the things that you'retrying to go to your physician
or your therapist or whatever itmight be.
I have found that once peoplereally step into that, they can
(27:27):
open their heart.
They let Jesus in.
That's all he wants.
He just wants to be let intheir life.
Speaker 2 (27:33):
Love that you
mentioned a mentor.
You mentioned the way I wasintroduced to you originally was
listening to another person'spodcast.
You've got your time in theWord that you do every day.
Are there any other leaders, podcasts authors that inspire
(27:56):
you on your journey, as well ofpersonal growth?
Speaker 1 (28:00):
Joby Martin, great
pastor at COE 22, I think it's
called uh in um.
In in florida there is pastorphilip anthony mitchell, who I
watch every now and then.
He's got great teaching, uh,and my let's always uh, I
learned so much from him.
Um, frank rochelle, who's ourlead pastor at Life Church.
(28:24):
These leadership techniques areamazing.
And then from there there'sprobably one other person.
Do you know?
I don't know, I'm not sure ifyou know, dan Muller.
Muller is probably the realistwhen it comes to just talking
about Jesus, like not reallytheologically, but in a point
(28:46):
where it's just like guys, thisis the perspective of how you
need to see how Jesus sees you,for you to see other people, for
you to love on other people, for identity and understanding
yourself in Jesus.
And for me, I get theologicalfrom seminary and you know we
learn all that, all that stuffbut I really like to connect
with people who are vulnerable, authentic, honest, talk about
(29:11):
their problems, you know, andreally just dive deep into who
they are.
And, yeah, I would say thoseare the top four.
Speaker 2 (29:17):
I appreciate that,
and you mentioned the names of
Mylett and Groeschel.
I just finished his book lastnight, dangerous Prayers, which
was one I came across from aquestion that he posed on
Instagram one time that said, ifeverything that we prayed about
in the last week was actuallyanswered, what impact would that
have on the world?
And I just found that to bereally a deep question that
(29:44):
pierced me in terms of my prayerlife and opening that up.
So I appreciated reading thatone and looking forward to his
next book coming out on doubt.
So Groeschel, no doubt mightlet I follow his podcast as well
, and I'm not surprised that wehave some similar interests
inside of that space.
Outside of that, there's aquestion that you asked to make
(30:07):
sure that I asked you and I wantto know.
Who do we need to know?
Speaker 1 (30:12):
Jesus.
That's who we need to know, andI wanted you to say that,
because a lot of the times we'relike we need to know this
person or this relationship, whatever, guys, I'm telling you
right now, the most importantrelationship you'll ever have in
your life is Jesus Christ, ourLord and Savior, because without
him, the rest of it does notcome.
(30:32):
You can try to build your owntower, it's not going to
flourish.
I tried that on my own.
And when you build for the Lord, it's not what you want to plan
, it's what he is going to planfrom your heart.
And it's not the desire of yourheart, it's the desire of his
heart within you, and that's thething I had to learn.
(30:53):
There's so many differentthings that I want to do, john.
I want to build my next companyright now.
I'm ready to go, but he says no, you're not going to build a
company.
You're going to continue toserve me and I'm learning
patience.
I'm a very high performance, peak performance kind of guy.
(31:14):
Go, go, go.
But I can tell you right now,in 2024, I learned what waiting
on the Lord really meant, likefinding the secret place that
not a lot of people talk about, dwelling in the shadow of the
most high Psalm 91.1, that rightthere, if you can find the
secret place, sit with the Lord, pour your heart out to him and
develop that intimaterelationship with him that will
bring you farther than anythingelse.
Speaker 2 (31:38):
Clint, I appreciate
that answer.
Ultimately, where you are onyour journey.
Ultimately, where you are onyour journey and as I listen to
you, I feel the Spirit inside ofyou In the short period of time
, relatively speaking, whereyou've come to know Jesus, your
(31:59):
knowledge, your wisdom in termsof experiences, but ultimately,
your grasp of the Word andscriptural verses that are
relative to the things thatwe're going through in life.
You know I often want toemulate something like that and
it's been something I've startedlater in my journey inside of
that space.
I've enjoyed our conversationtoday, Clint, and I got a
feeling that other folks aregoing to want to know you.
(32:20):
How do you want people to getin touch with you or learn more
about you?
Speaker 1 (32:25):
First of all, let me
just thank you and say thank you
for the honor.
Come on the podcast.
You guys can look at any socialmedia profile Clint Riggin,
limitlessfaithorg.
If you're a man looking to be adisciple, you'll fill out the
form and I'll get on a call withyou.
And then we have our innercircle as well, which the inner
circle, is not from LimitlessFaith, it's under Limitless
(32:46):
Agency.
But we train Christian businessowners who are men in that
five-step process.
But we also bring in faith, family, fitness, focus, finance,
and I think I'll always havethe love for business and, most
importantly, the relationshipsI've built over time.
I want to be able to connectpeople with people who are doing
big things.
So, once again, thank you, john, you're doing an incredible
(33:08):
work.
Speaker 2 (33:09):
Love that.
I'll put the links in the shownotes that folks can get in
touch with you.
Clint, I know they're going tolike this.
I'm going to give you the lastword and finish up with a
question that I always and Iactually I mean as I see your
flag.
We're just coming out of thecollege football national
championship and it was clear inthat space that God was working
(33:30):
through those teams.
You have God won.
Those of you watching onYouTube can see that God won.
On a flag behind you, the OhioState football team had T-shirts
that Jesus won with regards totheir message, that they were
saying and observing them, praybeforehand and certainly having
Notre Dame in there and RileyLeonard and some of the example
(33:51):
that he was emulating in hiswords to lead that team was
really powerful and you couldsee the work that Jesus was
doing.
I'll give you a billboard.
You can put that billboardanywhere you want to.
What's the message you're goingto put on that billboardboard?
You can put that billboardanywhere you want to.
Speaker 1 (34:10):
What's the message
you're going to put on that
billboard and why do you putthat message and you probably
Jesus saves.
Because I think we have to knowthat it doesn't matter how much
you've done in your life orwhat you think, that Jesus isn't
going to love you or care foryou.
(34:30):
He is ready to welcome you withopen arms, Like that's the most
beautiful thing.
And a lot of the times I see inthe conversations I have is
like Clint, you don't understand.
I'm like I do.
I get it Like I was so far awayfrom God and God was running
right next to me.
He's like hey, listen, I'm here, I'm ready to bring you in.
(34:51):
Jesus saves, he always saves.
He's the one who died for everysingle one of us lives within
us.
It's just such a beautifulstory.
It's the most beautiful storyof them all.
Speaker 2 (35:02):
Absolutely Greatest
story ever told.
No doubt about it, clint.
