In this episode we discuss the relationship between fitness and mental health with my friend Joey Szatmary.

Joey is a multi-sport strength athlete who’s a HUGE advocate for mental health; he’s a strength and conditioning coach, pro-strongman (2019 strongman national champion, by the way), a high school lacrosse coach, gym owner for 7+ years, YouTuber, former football and lacrosse team captain, and last, but certainly not least, has a strong passion for playing DJ at any social gathering.
