What happens when forgiveness becomes the most radical act of self-healing? Angela Meyer returns with Season 4 of The Undetected Narcissist podcast, offering a revolutionary approach to recovering from narcissistic abuse through compassion rather than continued anger.

After nearly concluding the series, Angela was profoundly moved by listeners who found her unique perspective transformative when other resources kept them trapped in resentment. One gentleman's story particularly resonated—after following another narcissism expert for years, he was disturbed when they rejected the concept of "forgiving the unforgivable." Through prayer, he discovered Angela's work, calling it "the answer to my prayers." This validation confirmed the critical need for her compassion-focused approach to continue.

This season delivers 25 comprehensive topics designed to support your healing journey, including exploring codependency, breaking trauma bonds, developing sovereign boundaries, healing from generational trauma, and finding forgiveness for the unforgivable. Each episode integrates practical tools: metaphor stories that clarify complex concepts, journaling prompts for self-discovery, quick meditations, grounding techniques for anxiety, affirmations to rebuild self-compassion, and strategies to reclaim your personal power.

As a mental health professional, trauma-informed human consciousness guide, and empowerment strategist who has personally walked this healing path, Angela speaks from authentic experience when she says true recovery cannot happen while remaining stuck in hatred and fear. Whether you're just beginning to recognize narcissistic patterns or working to rebuild after a toxic relationship, her guidance offers a path toward genuine peace rather than perpetual victimhood.

Subscribe now to embark on this transformative journey toward self-empowerment, self-realization, and becoming whole again. Have specific topics you'd like addressed? Email Angela directly—your feedback will help shape future episodes while potentially helping others facing similar struggles.

Hello everyone and welcome to season four of the
Undetected Narcissist.
Now, I know I was going to putthis to bed I really was but I
had too many people come up tome and approach me and say I
learned so much from your workand your approach and your

(01:29):
wisdom.
And I think what got me themost was a gentleman was
following somebody else for atleast two years in the area
about narcissism and they postedsomething about forgiving the
unforgivable and that shook themto their core because the
person flat out said no, youdon't have to forgive the

(01:53):
unforgivable, you know you canstay in this state of mind and
yada, yada, yada.
I didn't want to listen to itBecause it does not align with
me and the work that I do.
But he said that was it, thatwas literally it for him.
He had had enough.
He was like no, I don't want tolisten to this person because
he knows that the only way toheal is you have to get rid of

(02:18):
your anger, hatred,disappointment.
You have to find a way toforgive the unforgivable, have
compassion, acceptance, allthose areas I call 40 human
consciousness.
And he said he was in hischurch praying at the rosaries
and then, bingo, he found me andhe was like that was the answer

(02:40):
to my prayers and that was abig validation to me that I
needed to continue this work, because there's people out there
that are still struggling, areconfused and, yes, my approach
is different.
I come from wisdom, compassion, understanding, forgiveness, and
I have forgiven theunforgivable and it's totally

(03:03):
transformed my life and I wantall of you listening to have
that same gift, blessing andexperience, because you're
important, you matter and andyour peace of mind is so
critical and important for youliving a happy, healthy,
enjoyable, enjoyable life.

who and what I was dealing with.
This journey is never easy.
It can seem to last forever.

(04:10):
It did feel like that, but itdoes not have to be that way.
You know, everything in life isalways temporary, so that is
why I'm restarting this podcastand the blog post material,
because too many people havesaid to me that it seems I'm the
only compassionate person outthere, because too many experts

(04:31):
around the subject of narcissismare still stuck in anger,
resentment, bitterness andrefuse to forgive the
unforgivable.

So each episode will includesome of these healing tools, and
these healing tools are allfree and when I do a little mini

(07:34):
meditation it will be separate.
Okay, so, number one there'llbe metaphor stories.
Metaphor stories can invokestrong emotions and help people
understand abstract concepts orcomplex ideas.
Journaling when we journal, wecan learn more about ourselves

(07:54):
and others.
Some journaling questions leadto self-realization inquiries
leading to a deeperunderstanding of yourself so you

When someone faces narcissisticabuse, we can lose our sense of
self Identity.

7.
Daily self-empowerment tools.
Daily self-empowerment toolsare essential and were a must

(09:23):
for me when I was recoveringfrom narcissistic abuse.
So I want to teach you whatgave me daily courage and
strength to face eachchallenging day until I felt
confident and secure in myselfagain.
Eight developing sovereignboundaries.
These can be tricky for manypeople because when we grew up

(09:48):
in a toxic home environmentlet's be real there were no
boundaries.
Narcissistic people hateboundaries and dislike it when
we speak our truth.
Why?
Because you are taking backcontrol.
Taking back control which canfeel like a threat.

(10:09):
That is the misconceptionnarcissist people perceive when
it comes to setting healthyboundaries.
Therefore, I will support youin developing sovereign
boundaries that will keep yousafe and help you reclaim your
voice, coming from a place ofstrength, not anger or
resentment.
Nine reframing tools At times,we can get so stuck and, let's

(10:33):
say, invested too in our storiesthat we need to stop and learn
how to reframe ourselves andothers stuck in the victim
mindset.
10.
Tools for stop attractingtoxicity by ending
self-abandonment.
This is a deep concept andapproach because when we ignore

(10:56):
the red flags, we self-sabotageour future, happiness and peace
of mind.
Therefore, it can appear orfeel like self-abandonment.
I want this vicious cycle tostop so you can have joy and
peace of mind while exploringand meeting someone new.

(11:16):
11.
How to reparent yourself intowholeness.
Many of us did not grow up in ahome that was nurturing.
Many of us did not grow up in ahome that was nurturing,
supportive or gave usunconditional love, and that's
the key word unconditional loveand acceptance.
The truth is, no parent isperfect, so there are times we

(11:37):
need to learn to reparentourselves and stop beating
ourselves up for not making amistake but an error in judgment
.
And the last one is number 12,heart plus embodiment practice.
This technique can be extremelypowerful and liberating when

(11:57):
understanding the walls we buildaround our hearts and lives
around our hearts and lives.
Now, many people might bewondering whether I will go down
the list in the exact order orfollow my intuition and pick one
topic each week.
It will be a mixture of both, but I want to invite you people

(12:18):
to email me directly and expresswhat they want to hear and what
specific issues stood out themost for you.
You know what stood out for youthe most, and I will say that
every topic is essential tolearn why Some subjects we think
will have zero impact Can infact have a profound impact,

(12:42):
because someone could still bein the dark or stuck in
confusion.
You might have a friend that'sstruggling with the same exact
issues and then you're like, ohmy god, that's her, that's him.
I need to share thisinformation and if it does share
it, that's a gift you're givingthem.
So much of this material isdesigned to make us think You're

(13:05):
