I thought giving up caffeine would be easy. I mean, I quit alcohol—how hard could this be?

Turns out… really hard.

In this solo episode of The Undrunken™ Podcast, I share what happened when I quit caffeine for a liver cleanse and got hit with the worst headache of my life. I did this a handful of times over the past couple of years. This time, I am all in. Two weeks later though, I’m still tired, still missing my afternoon pick me up, and realizing just how dependent I’d become on stimulants to “feel normal.”
