I'm actually really excitedbecause my team told me to just
hit record right after I wastalking about chatting about
guides in mediumship readings,and so I'm going to continue
that conversation and talk abouthow do you actually connect
with guides.

Anyway, this is probably mynumber one question from people
who are in my classes, frompeople who aren't spiritually
connected at all, but they wantto know who's on their team,
who's the angels that they have,and so this can be a rather
mysterious topic, because thereare not a lot of people who
(00:44):
teach you these specific how-tosin terms of connecting to your
guides.
So I wanted to break it downand give you the secret tricks
that I know of that will allowyou to connect with your guides,
meet your guides and developthat bond and that connection.
Now it's really interestingbecause when I started my
(01:05):
journey, my first mentor told meand I have to admit she was an
excellent medium pain in thebutt, but excellent medium that
she does not have a relationshipwith her spiritual team.
They don't introduce themselvesto her.
That is literally the onlyperson I've ever met that their
(01:27):
team does not talk to them.
So, out of everyone else thatI've ever talked with, I just
want to tell you likelihood isvery high that your team wants
to talk and work with you, okay.
So if you're not gettinganything, let's talk about these
different ways that you can.
But more likely than not, if youhave been trying to engage with
(01:47):
your spirit team and youhaven't been able to, you just
haven't found the way that worksfor you yet, because there's a
lot of people that out there putout these amazing, amazing
guided meditations meet yourspirit guide guided meditations
and, to be honest, that's how Istarted to learn who my guide
was and work with my guide.
But I have to tell you, it wasweeks and weeks and weeks of

literally these guidedmeditations, hoping to see
something, hoping to hearsomething, hoping to meet them.
And what is so funny is ifsomeone had taught me how they
communicate, I probably couldhave connected with them right
off the bat.
But I was expecting and heremaybe you're expecting this too
(02:35):
while I'm meditating, a physicalform to come into my awareness,
like in your mind or in yourphysical space, and talk to me
like you are hearing the wordsthat I am talking to you.
And here is the reality.
It does not necessarily workthat way.

Very often, especially asyou're learning to connect,
especially as you're developingyour clairs, especially as
you're developing your clairsInstead, your team is going to
use the clair.
That is easiest for you toreceive information and often
work in that space, and so thiscan lead to essentially

energetic Pictionary trying tofigure out what the fuck is my
team sending me, and and it's nodifferent for those of you that
are mediums than how you engagewith the spirit mediumistically
.
And so you have to learn thelanguage of spirit first.
You can't just I mean, maybeyou can, you can't just like hop

into a guided meditation in themiddle of your day while your
brains do a million differentthings and expect that spirit's
just going to pop in your head,override everything that you're
thinking and show themselves toyou.
I mean, maybe it does happen,but it's pretty rare if it does,
because working with spirit isvery subtle.
Working with spirit is learningenergy, it's learning how they

communicate, it's learning thetypes of messages, how the
messages come in, and droppingyour expectations is going to be
your number one key to successin engaging with your team.
So let's move out of theClaire's for a second here, and
I just want to talk about whatare ways that you can connect
(04:25):
and meet your guides withouthaving any basis of the Claire's
spirit interactions.
If you are like totally new offthe streets and you want to
meet your guides, how do you doit?
And the easiest way that I tellpeople to do it is to buy a
deck of tarot cards, and I liketarot cards personally because
they they have personality.
Oracle cards are lovely, but alot of them tend to have very

positive things to say.
They're going to be like youknow, affirming and empowering,
and I want the dirt because,let's be real, spirit guides are
like real souls that haveunique personalities, unique
souls, and so you're going towant these.
Really, you're going to want afew cards that showcase
(05:08):
different personalities.
Maybe you can use an archetypesdeck if you don't have a tarot
deck, so that you can really diginto who are my guides.
So when I started to meet myguides, I had a witch tarot deck
and I would shuffle my cardsand I would say what is the
personality of my guide andmaybe, maybe a court card comes
(05:33):
out, right?
Maybe you're seeing a page anight.
You know a queen, a kingfantastic, right.
Maybe one of those pops out andthen it's probably a little
easier to pick up on thepersonality.
If you're getting the three ofcups right, your guy is going to
be somebody that is fun andpart of the gang and energetic,
right, it's a party with them.
So you're going to be able touse the cards to get the
(05:57):
personality of your guides, evenif you can't see them, feel
them, know them, have them showup in your dreams.
And, by the way, dreaming isanother way.
Obviously, you can connect withyour, your guides.
I'm not going to go therebecause it's pretty, could come
in dreams.
There you go, there's thatsegment, and so using tarot
cards gives you a way for you toconnect, using just freaking
(06:23):
cards, right.
So another, another way you cando this is through a pendulum.
So if you have a pendulum andor pendant on a long chain, you
can ask yes, no question.
So you're going to want todetermine and you're welcome to
YouTube this what a yes lookslike with a pendulum, what a no
looks like with a pendulum, andthen you can ask it questions,

like you can be like is is myguide.
You know not that they havegender, but it does it.
Do they present as a male or afemale Do or androgynous?
If you want to go there too, isthis my main guide?
You know you can ask like 20question personality things to
get to get that right.
You can, and all it does isit's using your intuition,

you're connecting to your soul'senergy and your spirit guide's
energy to answer these questions.
And how freaking cool is that?
Right, because they want towork with you.
They're trying to work with youand you just have to get to
know them.
You can ask them.

I'm pausing for a second herebecause there's two different

I'm going to, I'm going to takepath A before I forget, cause
if I don't say it, I know I'll,I will forget.
And if you have multiple guides, you can do this multiple times

You can ask how many guideswant to meet me right now?
Right, and maybe you pull.
You know again the three ofcups, so you know there's three
there, right?
Maybe you just shuffle untilhowever many cards pull out.

Maybe those are the threepersonalities of your team,
right, like?
You just have to set theintention and ask the question
first so that you know whatanswer you're getting.
Does that make sense?
And so if you're looking tomeet multiple guides, then
you're going to do the samething.
You're just going to pullanother card.
I'm going to work with guidenumber two.
Tell me what you're here for,what's your personality, etc.

Okay so, and then just just tolevel set as well.
I've said this before, but yougenerally have one main guide.
Generally, your main guide cancan be an individual person or
an individual soul or acollective, which is happening
more and more in my readings.
You could have a collectivethat comes forward as your
primary spirit guide.
That's fine too, but you'regoing to gather additional

guides along the way as you'relearning things.
If you're doing mediumship, youhave a mediumship guide.
If you're doing Reiki, you havea Reiki guide.
If you are, you know, becomingan empty nester and your kid's
about to go into college, youhave a like life coach
transition guide.
That's what they do, right?
And so you.
It's limitless how many timesyou want to do this exercise to

meet your guides.
I would probably stick to threeor four, right, I don't know.
That's, that's me, and I thinkthose are probably your easiest
bets in terms of guides.
Oh, there's one more they'reshowing me is that you can
actually, if you come from, well, I guess, any faith or
background you can go and lookat deities, angels, ascended

masters I mean gods, goddesses,whatever and you can just scroll
through them online in booksuntil literally, like you stop
in your tracks and you're like,why can't I move off this page?
Why can't?
Why do my eyes keep going tothis name?
Because nine times out of 10,that's your guide too.

I remember the first time I waslooking for a pendulum.
I didn't like my old pendulumor it broke.
So I went on Etsy and I waslooking at all the different
pendulums on Etsy and then I gotfucking stuck on a.
I think it was a Raphaelpendulum.

I had like a little ArchangelRaphael on the back of it.
I think that's what it was.
It was like the little charm onthe end of it and I stopped.
It's like the world, you know.
You know those stories wherethat when you meet like your
soulmate and it's like the worldspun and time stopped, like
that's what it's like when youfigure out what guide you have.

It's the same thing and it's sofreaking cool.
So you can always just use yourintuition to see where you
pulled towards, or there arecertain guides or angels that
you've always resonated with.
Certain deities like Diana is abig goddess that I've always,
always resonated with.
I'm Italian.
Diana was very, very big inItaly, so it doesn't surprise me

at all that, like she's also myguide too.
I am not going to fight anybodyon are they real or not, because
I think everything is real.
I think gods are real, I thinkmultiple deities are real.
I think goddesses are real,right, like there is nothing to
me off limits in the spiritworld, because who's to say

there's any sort of limitationon what's real and not real.
Right, that's my personal,that's my.
I do think there's one quote,unquote source that we're
connected to, but I do thinkthere's multiple sources.
Oh God, we're going down therabbit hole.
I'm bringing us back up.

So the other way to connectwith your guides if you know the

language of the clairs, I'mjust going to make that
assumption here.
I'm not going to teach you whatthat looks like today, but
you're going to use your clairsto gather information from your
guides.
So in a guided meditation, youneed to, or anyway you want to
connect to your guides.
Guided meditation or not.
You're going to need to settleyour brain.
You are going to need to stopyour thought processes, you're

going to need to quiet and calmyour mind so that you make space
for spirit to come in.
And once that mind is quiet andclear and you're taking that
time to ground your energy right, then you can set the time to
ground your energy right.
Then you can set the intentionto allow a spirit guide in and
if you are doing mediumship,they're going to come in very
(12:25):
similar to how you receiveinformation in mediumship.
It's the same language.
So you might hear things inyour head and you might see
things in your head.
You might feel things on yourbody.
Right, you might have all ofthese different clear
experiences for your guides.
Maybe you can hear words more,or channeled information or

energy more from guides thanmediumship, and that's fine too.
It might come in slightlydifferent, but they're going to
leverage a lot of the same waysthat you already connect with
spirit.
So you're going to invite themin and read them essentially
like they're going to leverage alot of the same ways that you
already connect with spirit.
So you're going to invite themin and read them essentially
like they're a dead person.
Even though they're not dead,they're in the spirit world, and
so they might send you a littlebit of evidence in terms of who
(13:07):
are they, what do they looklike, what's their personality.
Of course, you can't validateany of this yet.
Please hold on that thought.
But you're going to bring inthis information and then, if
you want, you can have thembring in a message for you and
then just open up, like you canask questions too, and ask them
to give you answers in the formof Claire.

So you're going to read and talkto your guides, just like you
do any other spirit entity thatyou chat with.
It's no different.
The topics are going to bedifferent.
It's different because youcan't validate it necessarily.
With a sitter, there's a lotmore trust involved, but it's
the same method of connectionand so that's I mean, that's
(13:50):
legit.
It Like it's really not rocketscience, at least in terms of
explaining it.
Practice is a whole other thing, am I right?
And so the last thing I want toleave you with is how you can
validate what you are receivingfrom your team.

Now, it's really hard tonecessarily validate all of
these specific little thingsthat they might tell you, but
you can ask them to give youevidence or validation that you
will see in the next 24 to 48hours that allows you to feel
good about the accuracy of yourreading.
Right, show me a sticker of abrown dog, okay, or you can say
(14:37):
what evidence what am I going tosee in the next couple days?
That's a little out there thatallow you to let them lead and
tell you what you're going tosee.
Right, there's so manydifferent ways you can work with
the guides and, by the way,working with guides should be
somewhat evidential anyway.

So I'll never forget when myguide showed up Spilling the
beans everybody.
He looked like Jamie fromOutlander, right, like I'm
obsessed with Scotland.
I'm obsessed with Outlander, orat least I was while they were
still in Scotland.
I'm not interested at all nowthat they're in America's.

And so the fact that this guidecomes forward in my and I'm not
expecting it like who, likeeveryone expects, like the monk
or the Native American right orlike you know, like Jesus Christ
, to show up himself, but noneof that showed up.
But fucking Scottish Highlandershowed up like how and this to

me is proof that I'm not makingit up, I mean legit, because why
the fuck would I think that myguide is a Scottish man?
I would like, I would never.
I would never think that thatis the last thing I think I
would have expected to show upin my guided meditation.
So I just needed to let you knowthat if in your meditation
(16:03):
things, coincidences et ceterahappen, it's not as long as
you're setting the intention andyour mind's blank and this
information is coming in and oryou're shuffling these cards,
right, it's not your brainmaking it up.
If you're in that meditativestate, it might pop in once.
Or you're shuffling these cards, right, it's not your brain
making it up.
If you're in that meditativestate, it might pop in once or
twice, you know.
But you also have to learn totrust what you're getting from
(16:25):
spirit, and that's part of thejourney with your guides is
learning to trust what youreceive from them.
So there you go.
