I share how a full rebrand clarified the mission—less noise, more signal—and why I’m stepping fully into the role of teacher and facilitator, with experiments, practical tools, and honest debriefs that help you build repeatable skill.

And I'm really excited to justdo this really, really quick

updates because I don't want youto feel like I'm neglecting you.
I'm not neglecting you.
I promise I'm not.
I have a lot going on in my headand a lot of different things
that I want to do differently onthis podcast.
And I'm not necessarily infreeze mode entirely.
It's more about I know where Iwant to go with this, and I just
want need a little extra timeand space to kind of process and

get those steps done.
So here is what is going on withme.
I have wrapped up my rebrandwith the amazing Awin and Co.
AWEN.
And Stephanie and Ellie and teamdid such a great job just really
knowing who I am, who I want tobe, and resetting my brand

images, my brand color, mysocial media templates.
And I'm so excited that that hasrecently wrapped up.
And I'm so appreciative of thembecause it was a wonderful
reflection point in terms of whoI am, who I want to be, where I
want to go, and how big I wantto dream.
And I just, it was such anincredible privilege and

opportunity to work with themand to reflect back on what I
want to see done differently inmy business.
So, needless to say, how I willshow up on social media will
soon change.
How I will show up on my websitewill soon change.
That project's starting soon.
So I'm not sure what soon means.

That one is a TBD.
And also how I am going to showup on this podcast will soon
change.
Case in point is that I amfinding personally that I am
absolutely loving teaching.
I gotta be honest with you.
It is not the path I expected tobe on.
Is that is that weird?
But I also know as a projectorand somebody with a background

in process engineering andteaching, I'm not surprised at
all that spirit has naturallyled me down this path of just
teaching, right?
Being able to break down verycomplex topics and subjects into
easy to understand, easilydigestible things that allow me

(02:32):
to really educate people onenergetics of spirit, of what
these modalities look like andfeel like, and you know,
experiment with that and playwith that.
And so that's really what I wantto shift this podcast to because
I feel like I'm done.
This is I'm saying it and I'malso setting the intention with
my team.
I really love to be done mypersonal transformation journey.

I know that realistically, thatall of us are always on a
transformation journey in onesense or form or another.
But realistically, I want to usethis platform to really stand
out, to do something different,to innovate in this spiritual
space because I feel like,correct me if I'm wrong,
everybody.
A lot of people who hostspiritual metaphysical podcasts,

can I say it, tend to take andregurgitate a lot of the same
things.
And I'm really bored with that.
Like I'm really bored with myown social media of just
regurgitating the same thingsover and over again.
Because if you want to learnwhat mediumship is, honest to
God, I love you all, but you canGoogle it, right?

If you want to learn what itfeels like to, you know, connect
psychically, like you can Googlethat, right?
And so I don't want to just keepsaying the same thing that
everyone is saying.
And this is probably me being myfreaking unique snowflake that I
have to be all the time.
But realistically, I want toinstead really explore these

(04:04):
metaphysical topics from a wholedifferent angle.
I want to talk about whatresearch has been said about
some of these topics.
Like, what do I know versus theresearch, right?
Um, what can I teach you aboutthese metaphysical modalities
that other people maybe areafraid to say or don't know
because they haven't exploredwith their own team what some of

the teachings can be, right?
How can this be different?
Because if we think that we haveexplored everything there is to
explore in the spirit world withall of these same people, Chat
GPT, AI repeating the samethings over and over again, I
can tell you that there is nopoint to us doing any of this
work if we think that that wethat we've closed the books and

(04:49):
we've learned everything thereis to learn, right?
It's like that old movie.
I can't remember.
Um, but like if we think that weare the only people on this
planet in the universe, like,aren't we fucking dumbasses,
right?
Much more eloquently said, Ibelieve in the movie.
I can't remember which one itis.
You know what I'm talking about.
If you were born in the 80s likeme, maybe early 90s, I don't

(05:10):
know.
But we can't be all knowingabout what these spirit you
spiritual modalities are and canbe and can do.
There has to be a space ofinnovation and learning and
doing things different.
And that's really where I wantto push through.
It's where I continue to want topush through.
It's where I wanted to start themediumship mastermind doing

(05:34):
experiments.
And I'm just finding it doesn'tum my ladies are lovely, but it
doesn't work well in that spacebecause I it's so honed in on
mediumship where I want toexplore and innovate all of the
things.
So as we move forward with thispodcast, that's really my vision
for it is I want to take any andall energetic, metaphysical,

spirit, et cetera, healingmodalities.
And I really want to peel themapart.
I want to see the underlyingfoundation that allows these
modalities and topics to work,to function, to exist, right?
I want to push the boundaries ofwhat we think we know with this

(06:17):
modalities.
And here's the honest to Godtruth is that I know I can't do
this by myself.
I know that my experience withthose modalities is my
experience alone.
And I am one person andobviously the vast universe of
infinite souls.
So the reality is that this isnot just my journey.
This is all of our journey tocome together as a collective

(06:39):
and talk about what works, whatdoesn't work, what's unique for
you, how do you experience this?
Does this work for you too?
Or is it something that you dodifferently and experience
differently?
Because I think the more that welearn and talk about those
modalities and like cometogether as a collective to
learn from each other, that'swhere the fucking magic is.
That's where the fuckinginnovation is.

(06:59):
Because as metaphysicalpractitioners who tend to
isolate, who tend to not talk toeach other, who tend to not
learn from each other, whathappens is we end up teaching
the same thing that we've beentaught if we don't feel the need
to expand or innovate with ourown team, with our own energy,
with our own experiences.

(07:20):
And I think that has led to alot of the can I say downfall,
the a lot of the narcissisticspiritual leaders out there
and/or those leaders that thoseteachers that have not been
doing a good job expanding whatwe think we know from a
metaphysical standpoint, from aspiritual standpoint.

(07:43):
And so what this podcast isgonna look like is it's going to
be renamed and rebranded.
Stay tuned.
I don't think I want to announceit quite yet because I still
have a couple of ducks in a row.
I gotta, I gotta get wrapped up.
But it's gonna include teaching,it's gonna include research of
what exists today, right?
It's going to include practicalintegration and exercises for

you to test it out on your own.
And there's gonna be a method ofobtaining your feedback and
reading it and listening to itand considering it and answering
any questions you have so thatwe can collectively come to a
much better understanding abouthow this all works.
How does it work for you?

How does your energy uniquelydo, for example, like remote
viewing, for example, you know?
And so I'm really, reallyexcited about this.
So I hope, I hope this issomething that is intriguing to
you, is interesting for you.
What's going to come along withthis podcast is also a community
um live events.
It's going to like, and I'mtalking about on a like a weekly

or a bi-weekly basis, likegetting people together to talk,
getting people together to doQA, getting people together to
meditate together, see what theimpact is, right?
Getting people together to umtest out some of these theories
or maybe these different ways ofdoing things so that we can
continue to learn and expand andgrow.

excited because I think this isjust the natural next base of
curiosity, of uncovering, ofmaking the spiritual work more
real and practical and grounded,and giving everyone the
knowledge, the skills, thetools, and the confidence in

order to transform their livesinto the best and I don't want
to say easy because I don'tthink that's guaranteed, but the
best and highest path that yoursoul has selected for you.
Because these energetic skills,these metaphysical modalities, I
mean, they are the language ofthe universe.
They are the language of energy,they are the language of

(09:55):
consciousness.
And consciousness is set by ourown perception of reality.
And so let's play with that,right?
Let's get, let's get comfortablyuncomfortable with the fact that
we can change what reality lookslike and feels like.
Let's get comfortable with thefact that we can literally like

(10:15):
freaking telepathy tapes theshit out of things and like do
telepathy and talk to eachother, right?
Let's get let's get used to thefact that we can talk to the
trees and the animals and let'sall test it out together and see
what your experiences are.
Let's let you know that you arenot alone on this weird journey
that society deems is awkwardand not real.

And let's prove the reality ofit by sharing our experiences
with it all together.
