Hello everyone.
Welcome back to the Unity Code.
On Monday, I told you how Spirithijacked my Portaviarta
workshop.
No plan, no notes, just fullsurrender.
And today I want to unpack whythat worked, give you a little
bit of science behind it.
And I also want to open my teamfor a channeled message about
(01:34):
trust because I don't think allof this can be explained by
science, if I'm totally honestwith you.
And at the end of this episode,like always, we're going to do a
little bit of an experiment, alittle bit of a trust file
meditation so that hopefully youcan ask your teams for the next
piece of guidance that you aresupposed to trust to continue on
your journey, whatever thatlooks like for you.

So if you're ready, let's talkabout the science behind trust,
why it works, or at least how Ithink I can help you explain a
little bit scientifically on whythis trust thing works before
getting a message from my team.
As you can imagine, trust from ascientific perspective can be
very deep, very dense.
(02:18):
And so I want to explain itpretty simply for all of you,
mainly for myself, to easilyunderstand it because I don't
think you're here to learn aboutthe science behind trust.
But I do want to note that rightnow, and with most newbies in
our metaphysical space, we areso tied up in our mental
(02:39):
processes because that is thesociety that we live in,
everybody.
We are in an analytical society,everything needs to be
performed, everything needs tobe done and measured, right?
And so this relates toessentially our beta brain waves
and our nervous system takingthe lead in pretty much our
day-to-day activities.
(03:01):
So, very simply put, is that weare constantly using our brain,
our ego for survival purposes.
And that can prompt your fightor flight response, that can
prompt your ego to want tocontrol everything so that you
can put food on the table,right?
Go to work and pay your bills,um, make relationships with
people that are going to helpyou achieve all of these things.
(03:23):
So, again, if we go back to theMaslow's hierarchy of needs,
this is the lower end of thetriangle, focused on our
physiological, our survivalneeds, which is completely
normal, especially witheverything that's going on in
society and culture right now.
So as your nervous system likesto take over, this is what I
like to tell my kids, yourcaveman brain, your ego brain.
(03:46):
And what happens is that you arein your head, you're analytical,
and you are in, again, your betawave brain state, which is all
about being busy and problemsolving.
So the problem with that brainstate is that it is impossible
for you to receive informationand energy from spirit when you
(04:09):
are in that beta wave state.
And now, I mean, you can trainyour way into it, like I kind of
have, but for most people, youdo have to slow your mind.
You do have to get into more ofthat alpha or theta brain wave
state and create space forspirit to come in and influence
you.
And why is that true?
It is because spirit is so damnsubtle that it is a thought that
(04:33):
comes in your head anddisappears in a second.
And if you are not payingattention or even realizing that
these thoughts are coming inthat quickly, you are gonna miss
them every single time.
So the science behind trustessentially is saying that you
need to calm your nervous systemdown, you need to slow your
heart rate, you need to slow thebusyness, you need to slow your
(04:56):
brain waves into that alpha andtheta state.
And being able to slow and payattention allows you to realize
that spirit is coming in withmessages and being able to
receive, well, first of all,recognize the the little tidbits
(05:16):
of nuggets of gold from spirit,being able to recognize it and
act on them.
So a lot of the trust behindspirit is stop trying to
control, stop thinking that asyou're walking around talking to
people all the time, spirit isgoing to be in your ear the
whole time.
Because if you don't slow yourbrain to be receptive, you're
(05:36):
never gonna be able to receiveor hear them in the first place.
And so that's like the really,really simple way to explain
this.
I know that there's lots ofdifferent things about the heart
rate variability, right?
If you slow your heart ratedown, that creates that space
and that openness for yourcognitive abilities, right?
Your psychological orphysiological coherence, right?
(05:57):
If you don't, um, you can uselots of different methods to
slow down your breathing, yourheart rate, slow down your
nervous system by using, forexample, like box breathing,
right?
Um and so, and there's um also aI was I was looking this up, so
apologies.
I'm gonna read this one, but butthe polyvagal theory, um, it
suggests that when your bodyreads the moment as safe, right,
(06:18):
in this social engagement systemcomes online and your dis
defensive circuit's quiet.
So a lot of what's interesting,a lot of what I've read about
from a science perspective wasessentially the symptoms of the
root cause.
And the symptoms are if you slowyour heart rate, if you do
meditation, if you do all thesethings, then your nervous system
is going to be calm.
But the reality is that the rootcauses you can hear spirit when
(06:40):
your nervous system is calm.
Um, so I hope, I hope that kindof explains everything because
essentially, if you take all ofthis down and synthesize it and
boil it down into a corecomplex, a core thought or
theory, it essentially trust isa frequency.
And this isn't like garbage fromthe metaphysical world, but
(07:03):
trust is a frequency, thefrequency of being calm, the
frequency of being open andreceptive, the frequency of not
having to control things,obviously, right?
Um, and so you can measure thatfrequency by slower heart rate,
slower brain waves, etc.
So being open and receptive fromthe trust perspective allows me
(07:25):
to better receive theinformation from spirit as it
comes in and relay it to all ofyou.
Now, those of you that know mein 3D in real life, I have
always been this weird fuckingsteady, calm energy, right?
Inside I might be freaking outonce in a while, but for the
most part, I am generally veryneutral and very open and
(07:47):
receptive and verynon-judgmental.
And so a lot of the times mycontinuous state of being is
this very calm, open, receptivestate of being, because I know I
don't know everything.
I know that some people mightcome at me that I don't like,
but I also know that um I'm nothere to judge them for that, and
and their journey is theirjourney.
(08:09):
And so a lot of people ask mehow I can hear spirit all the
time, why I am so connected tospirit.
It is because, oh God, in mypain in the ass, yes.
This is a little bit from myteam, everybody.
It is because I have trainedmyself to understand the
language of energy, which all ofyou are doing by listening to
this podcast, but also I'mconstantly being open and
(08:32):
receptive in my energy.
This may be a trauma thing frommy childhood.
I don't know, but I'm alwaysopen and receptive to my energy,
seeing what's coming in all thetime.
So it's kind of that combinationof that two, if that makes
sense.
So I could go way down therabbit hole in the science of
trust.
I would know I'm out of my lane,so I'm not gonna go there.
(08:53):
But instead, I'm going to take amoment to bring in my team and
ask what you all need to hearabout trust today.
So let's give me just one secondto shift my brain and we will
see what they have to say today.
And what they're coming in, andI see three of my team members,
(09:14):
I do see um mostly thearchangels coming in.
So I see the big three righthere.
Um I see Gabrielle, I call, Icall Gabriel Gabrielle.
Sorry, if for anyone that'sconfusing.
I see Michael and I see Raphaelkind of stepping forward.
I see Ariel in the back, justfor the record, but I think the
message is really coming fromthose three because what society
has essentially done for all ofus is it's forced us and it is
(09:38):
um this male-dominated culture.
And I don't want to say like,but it's the more masculine
energy culture of needing toperform, needing to do, needing
to go, uh, needing to proveyourself all the time.
And so this culture hasessentially embedded this
reality within our brains andit's almost like recoded our DNA
in terms of our brains, that ifwe're not doing, we are two
(09:59):
steps behind all of the time.
And that is that is the realityof the way our brains function.
So as you open up to this work,um, what you do in this podcast
with the experiments, you know,spirit is amplifying your energy
so that you can receive it, notonly from there, the angels,
your guides, your ancestors,loved ones on the other side,
but also through the intentionof this podcast and us coming
(10:21):
together as a collective, we areamplifying the energy to make it
possible for you to do some ofthese experiments very
successfully.
And you may find that if you dothese experiments outside of the
collective energy of thispodcast, it might be a little
difficult for you to do becauseyou haven't trained your brain
enough to be open and trustingoutside of the amplification of
(10:43):
the energy that you receive onthis podcast.
And so they want you to use thispodcast as a way for you to
understand that this is allpossible for you.
It is all possible for you.
You are a limitless soul that iscapable of everything that I do
here on this podcast.
The difference is practice andtrust.
(11:03):
And so when we're talking aboutpractice and trust, practice is
what I have already mentioned,they're highlighting is
practicing over and over againand understanding how your
energy reads other people'senergy, reads spirit's energy,
reads angel's energy.
And it's not difficult, but it'sjust like learning another
(11:24):
language where you have topractice, you have to learn, you
have to notice these things.
You might have to memorize howsome things are coming in or
not.
And so that allows you toessentially learn the language
of spirit and create thispattern, this predictability in
the in how you receive theenergy.
And again, it's the mechanics ofthe how, because when you
(11:44):
understand the mechanics of thehow, the what can flow through
pretty seamlessly and flawlesslybecause you've connected
essentially the lines on theback end.
And when I say the lines on theback end, they're showing me in
my head um, what is it called,team?
It's like the telephone messageboards, or it's the telephone
plugs.
I can't this is how I know I'mchanneling because in my
(12:07):
switchboards, thank you.
In my mind, I know what aswitchboard is.
Um, but this is an ex a perfectexample of how I know I'm
channeling spirit, as I lose mybasic words, by the way, um,
that I know I know, but then inthe middle of it, the spirits
like makes me forget thosewords.
Um, so if I get back to whatthey're saying, it's a
(12:32):
switchboard.
So if you see the if you are areenvisioning a giant switchboard
of the old telephones back inthe day in your head, sorry you
youngins that may not know whatI'm talking about, go go Google
it.
Um, you have this giantswitchboard with all of these
potential plugs in it, right?
And that's spirit.
Like they you can connect toliterally anything and anything
across the universe.
(12:53):
However, you need to startlearning where each of those
plugs are.
How do you think the women thatused to do this job, it was
pretty much exclusively women?
How do you think they theyfigured it out?
They had to learn it.
They had to train themselves,they had to get used to it,
right?
They had to try it out, they hadto see the patterns, and then
they were able to allow thatstuff to flow right through
them.
So as you start, it might take alot of effort to trust.
(13:16):
It might take a lot of effort tosit down and clear your brain
and open up and do meditation.
But over time, the more that youdo it, the more that you train
yourself, the more that youprogram your brain into
understanding how to connect.
And then over time, you see thatthe faster you connect, the
deeper you connect, the morethat you build that trust.
So trust isn't something thathappens day one.
Trust is something that happensover time as you develop, as you
(13:39):
learn, and as you see theresults of the connections that
you're doing.
And so the team, my team wantsyou to walk away with that trust
is a muscle.
You build it just like you buildyour ability to connect with
spirit and learn the language ofspirit.
However, trust can criticallyfall apart when your brain takes
over because a lot of what we doin this work cannot be explained
(14:03):
by science, which is where I'mhitting this on the podcast
today.
It cannot be explained byscience.
It cannot be um ruled as 100%accurate all the time because it
is energy.
Energy is fluid, energy isalways moving.
Trust the trust, like trust theprocess, trust the fact that you
can trust.
(14:26):
And I'm asking my team in myhead, what's the benefit?
What's the outcome of theultimate trust in the spirit?
And not anything is possible.
Because when you trust, itcreates this heart-centered
resonance, this heart-centeredconnection with anything and
everything in the universe.
(14:46):
And when you trust, thatactually deepens the connection
by creating this really deep,heartfelt, energetic connection
with everybody, which actuallyamplifies the energy even more.
So trust is an avenue for deeperand better and more accurate
connections.
And the more that you trust, thebetter and better that it will
get.
(15:06):
So all of you mediums out there,this is what they're saying.
Accuracy equals trust.
They're putting that equation inmy head.
Accuracy equals trust.
So when you trust it, accuracywill come.
And sometimes you have to trustbefore the accuracy is there.
But keep trusting, keeptrusting, keep trusting, keep
trusting, and the accuracy willcome.

God, that sounds like a load ofgarbage.
But that's what my team issaying.
Sorry, sorry, team.

Because I think there's a lot ofthe misconceptions come with

what you think the team is gonnasay or what you think the team,
your spirit team, does.

Uh, it is out of the Oracle ofthe Seven Energies deck by
Colette Barron Reed.
It's a lovely deck.
I will show the picture on thevideo.
And so, what I want us to do istry to figure out and trust what

is coming through on this card.
Now, um, for those of you thatare less familiar with these
cards, um, Oracle cards areessentially so tarot cards are a
whole thing.
It is a whole dynamic here.
Oracle cards are essentially adeck.
This one has 49 cards in it, andit's pretty much whatever the
author wants to put on it.
They tend to be morepositive-based, they tend to be
(17:21):
um messages or um just like, youknow, it's just like the word
trust we keep talking about,messages from your angels, your
guides, your loved ones.
And so as you pick these cards,they tend to give you just a
reflection point based on thecurrent moment.
So literally anything can be onthis card.
Okay.
So I have picked a card.
And what I want you to do withme right now is we are going to
(17:45):
set up a little bit of anexperiment where you're gonna
help me understand what's onthis card and what it means.
I know.
Are you ready?
Don't freak out.
You got this, you got this.
Okay, so I want you to just takea minute, and if you're if you
can, take a minute to just closeyour eyes.
And we are gonna do everythingthat we already talked about in
this podcast episode.
And if you're driving, it'sokay.
(18:06):
You can do this too.
Driving's actually a really goodthing to do, or if you're doing
dishes, um, because your brainis already otherwise occupied.
So if you are, you can, and it'ssafe to do so, close your close
your eyes.
And whether you're driving orstanding or sitting, I want you
to just make sure your feet areon the ground if you can.

And just take a couple of deepbreaths in.
Breathe in and out, and in andout.
One more time, in and out, whatwe're doing here is we are

setting the attention to slowour breathing.
And I know you all have busyminds right now, but we're not
gonna sit in our mind, we'regoing to ask our mind to start
quieting and slowing.
And I want you to envision yournice, soft, warm bed right now.

And I want you to really thinkabout how does that bed make you
feel?
How does it feel when you wakeup from an amazing night's sleep
and you're still a littledrowsy, and you're still just
you don't want to get up, youjust want to sit in the warm
coziness of that bed and thatblanket.
(19:47):
I want you to bring that energyinto you now, and I want you to
bring that energy into yourheart space right now.
How does that beautiful, soft,cozy warm bed and that energy,
how does it feel and you canbring it into your heart?
(20:07):
I really just want you to focuson the energy of a warm bed like
a Saturday morning, and youdon't have anything to do, and
you can just lay there.
I want you to notice yourshoulders, your jaw, your mind
(20:31):
settle, soften, and create thisexpansiveness in your energy,
this safe, warm feeling thatcomes with us, and I want you in
(20:56):
this same state, don't changeyour state of brain, don't
change your state of being.
I want you to take a moment tojust receive the energy of this
card.
So I'm gonna send the energy ofthis card towards you.

mean for me?

As we wrap this up, you canstart wiggling your fingers and
toes if you're in this littlegroove of a meditation right
now.
Take a nice deep breath in tobring yourself back to center
and focus.
And back into the 3D variety.
And so, what I want you tonotice most is how your brain
(23:53):
and your energy shifted duringthis exercise.
If you actually couldparticipate in this, slowing
down this breathing, this ideaof just being in your nice cozy
bed.
Like that's that is the energyof trust.
And I know it can take um manypeople can get there very
different ways, but I want youto notice that pattern because
that pattern, that feeling ofdeep, relaxed trust, that is the
(24:17):
energy of spirit, right?
That is the energy that invitesspirit in, creates space for
spirit.
Um, so the more that you cankind of do that over and over
again, the more on cue you'll beable to just drop into that
energy, and the easier it willbe just to receive through
spirit every single day.
So I do I don't want to givethat to you before I do the
reveal here.
(24:38):
So the reveal, um, and what I'lldo is I'll actually toss this on
my socials for the day.
So go go follow me on Instagramor um, this will be a picture.
So probably Instagram and andTikTok and Facebook.

Um, so this was card number 39.
(24:59):
Ironically, they had me pick acard that was called relaxation,
and it is a gentleman in ahammock underneath the stars and
clouds and moon with kind ofthis shimmery, dark blue, white,
rainbowy background in thebackground.
And he's just like relaxing witha book in his lap.
So maybe you got a book, maybeyou got a bearded gentleman.
(25:19):
I don't know.
Um, maybe you got the hammock orthe stars or the moon, or maybe
you got the colors of therainbow or this iridescent view.
Um, and again, the card iscalled relaxation.
And at the bottom it sayspeaceful pursuits and happy
times.
And again, I'll put the pictureup on the socials.
I'm holding it up for the videoon YouTube right now.

But I also know that some of youpicked up on something very
different.
Okay.
And here's how I want to showyou and tell you that you got it
right.
Because in my head, for example,I felt somebody dancing or
having like envisioningthemselves as a little girl
(26:03):
doing ballerina or doing danceas a little girl.
Um, some of you, I think, sawfood, right?
Some of you um saw abundance.
And so these are all of thethings that are popping up in my
brain as I'm listening to this,um, as I'm I'm channeling the
information about this card.
And so what's interesting ismaybe you got the card wrong,
(26:25):
but the message was what youneeded to hear.
Because I think a lot of youprobably heard rest, relaxation,
taking care of yourself,bringing yourself joy.
And I think that's really whatthis is about because the card
itself says peaceful pursuitsand happy times.
So that was the message and themeaning behind the card.
And so, what part of thatmessage was peaceful or happy
(26:50):
for you?
And so, this is a really goodexample about how accuracy can
be different.
Here we go.
Here's the big message accuracyof the reading or the message or
this exercise can be differentbecause the accuracy isn't
what's important, the message iswhat was important for you.
What you received was importantfor you, and that's what your
(27:11):
tier spirit team wanted you toreflect and hear on.
And so, did you get thisdisheveled bearded guy in this
barefoot, right?
In this hammock under the moon,or did you get something that
was your equivalent of that?
And I think that is part of therealization of working with
(27:34):
spirit is that they don't alwaysdeliver exactly what this card
looks like to you because youdon't have a basis for that
information in your brain.
It always has to come throughyour brain.
But maybe what they did do isgive you an equivalent of that
for you.
This equivalent of my bestfucking moment, which is going
to look different for everysingle one of you.
(27:54):
And that's how you interpret alot of signs and symbols in
spiritual readings, is thatthey'll give it to me in my own
terms that I understand and myown energy.
And I have to interpret notnecessarily what I'm physically
seeing, although that doeshappen sometimes.
Um, I'll have to internalize andevoke the energy that they're
(28:14):
giving me and understand howthat relates, that energy in
that message relates to myclient.
Does that make sense, everybody?
So it's not always a one-for-onein terms of a literal accuracy.
A lot of it is energeticaccuracy and interpreting it in
the right way for my clients.
And so I'm gonna challenge youto say, what did you get right?
I don't, I don't ever, ever wantyou to think sit here in these
(28:36):
exercises, these experiments,and say, what did I get wrong?
I want you to sit around hereand be and think about what did
you get right?
Because that is the trust.
That is the trust that comes tospirit.
And the more that you focus onwhat you got right, the more
that you are gonna connect tothe energy of what you got right
and the better and better you'regonna get.
If you sit here and dwell in theenergy of what you didn't get,
(28:58):
you're just gonna sending,you're sending out the intention
and energy of continuing to getthings that are inaccurate.
Like that's the reality of thiswork, because you are going to
going to attract the energy youput out.
Period.
Okay.
So, how'd you do?
I want to hear about it.
I do, I do, I do.
So while we're still in thissemi-meditative state, I want to
(29:18):
take a moment here.
Um, if you are still up forthis, keep on listening.
And I want to ask your team aquestion or have them show you
something that's very importantfor you to know at this time.
So if you're sitting here andyou're game on, let's do this.
If you want to pause here andcome back later, that's totally
fine too.
But I'm gonna just bring usagain back into this meditative
(29:41):
state since we're already almostthere.
Um, and bring your guides in andsee if they can give you a sign,
a symbol, a message.
Um, so if you did that lastexercise and you could see and
hear and feel things, keep ongoing because this is we're just
amplifying and continuing thatenergy we already brought in.
Um, so again, I just want you toget your feet nice nice and flat
(30:03):
on the ground if you can.
And I want you to drop in tothat same energy again.
If you want, you can bring itback to that beautiful, warm,
cozy bed.
Envision yourself.
Again, just bringing thatamplified energy back in, taking
a deep breath in and out.
(30:24):
And actually, while we're herein this warm, amazing, coherent
energy, I want us to again callin the collective of the Unity
Code energy for this exercise.
So while we're in this gentle,amazing state of being, I want
to imagine you holding out yourhands to all of the other
(30:46):
incredible listeners of thispodcast, the Unity Code
Collective.
And as we gather in a circle,holding hands, we are inviting
the energy of our guides in toallow us a message to be
received that helps us see ournext step or understand
(31:09):
something that's going on.
From a moment of clarity andperspective.
And again, this is all under theintention of trusting what we
receive today, and trusting thatwhat you receive today is
exactly what you are meant toreceive.
No more, no less.
(31:32):
And so as we hold our handstogether, you can envision this
beautiful golden light emittingfrom all of our auras.
And as I call in our guides, aguide to come in and deliver the
message for you today, you canenvision all of our guides
(31:55):
forming a circle around all ofus, embracing us, amplifying our
energy so that we can receivethe incredible guidance and love
and support that we are askinghere today.

In this moment, I want you tothink about a situation that you
would like a little bit ofclarity on.
(32:43):
Now, I don't want you to tellthem what you want as an
outcome.
I want you to ask forclarification or understanding
about a topic or a situationthat you're going through.
(33:09):
So ask your guide to show youyour next step or a little more
understanding in the situationthat you've presented to them.
(33:30):
And as we ask there for theirguidance and feedback, just want
you to take a deep breath in anda deep breath out.
And I want you to focus yourenergy in your heart space,
releasing all expectations,releasing all hopes of a certain
(33:50):
outcome.
Because all we're asking for iswhat we need to know right now
about that situation.
Drop the shoulders, release yourjaw, and again, a nice depth,
deep breath in your heart spaceand out.

So with that, I just want you toopen up your brain, your mind,
your energy to receiving theinformation from your guide.
This can be in the form ofhearing words in your head,
seeing visions in your head,feeling energy or emotions in
your body, or a sense of justdeep knowing about what they're
(34:40):
showing you.
So when you're ready, we aregoing to receive clear guidance
or helpful energy for thesituation at hand.
So just take a moment here tosit in silence as we bring that
energy in the world.

Thank your guides.
Thank all of you for being hereand amplifying the energy
together to receive this messageof hope and love today.
You can start taking a deepbreath and wiggling those
fingers and toes.
Bring your attention and energyback to your physical body.
