In this episode I want to talk to you about treating yourself as well as you do others and your career.
It's something that if you take a moment to sit with, you'll quickly see area's of your life and others around you that you prioritise and treat better than you do yourself... Why?
What's the logic behind this?
I would argue that for whatever you have going on in life, family, friends, work, etc. they're all the more reason to prioritise and look after yourself.
