Paul Taylor is Ex-military, Neuroscientist, Physiologist and Nutritionist that believes we are the most depressed, addicted, obese and medicated in human history yet civilisation is the most advanced it has ever been. Paul believes we all need to take a "tough winters training' as he frames it help us prepare for the inevitable difficulties in life to help us deal with stress in our lives easier. In this episode Paul details why exercise, hot therapy, cold therapy and nutrition can assist with the gremlin in your mind and life to keep you moving forward despite the "shit sandwich' life has given you. This was one of the most helpful podcasts we have ever done, and I cannot recommend this one to anyone who is eager to learn about the brain, perform and overcome obstacles with success.
