Jack ‘Pharjack’ Jenkins is back on the show and fresh after his dominant performance at UFC 305 in Perth. Let’s just Jack has had a big 12 months, after an upset defeat in Sydney this man went back to the gym in silence and sharpened every tool he had. This episode highlights Jack mentality, his fight IQ and also my 48 hour challenge attempting to do everything Jack did in his fight camp. Pharjack did an eighteen-week fight camp in preparation for this fight across 3 x 6-week blocks. It was relentless, tough but this man glided through it with a performance that followed.
