SPEAKER_00 (00:00):
Welcome back to the Unmuted CEO Podcast, where faith

(00:04):
meets visibility and confidencemeets purpose.
I'm your host, Tammy Maynard,Marpreneur Visibility Coach,
Mama of Six, and your sister inthis season of becoming.
Today, we're talking aboutsomething I call soft
visibility.
And I promise this one is goingto set your heart free.
Because, sis, you don't have tobe loud to make an impact.

(00:26):
You don't have to perform to beseen.
You don't have to shout to besignificant.
Visibility doesn't have to beloud.
It can be soft.
It can be peaceful.
It can be you exactly as youare, fully present in your
purpose.
So grab your coffee, yourplanner, or your favorite cozy
blanket, because we're gonnatalk about what it looks like to

(00:48):
show up in your business, yourfaith, and your life without the
pressure to perform.
Since I need to be real withyou.
For years I believed visibilitymeant performing.
I thought I had to show uppolished, perfect, and powerful
all the time.
If my hair wasn't done or myhouse wasn't spotless, I'd

(01:09):
convince myself not today.
And that belief kept me silent.
I'd scroll through social mediaand see women who seemed to have
it all together.
The matching feeds, the dailyreels, the perfect lighting.
And I think if that's what ittakes to be visible, I'll just
stay behind the scenes.
But here's what I learned.
Perfection doesn't createconnection.

(01:30):
Presence does.
When I started showing upsofter, less scripted, less CEO
voice, more sense, less talk, mycommunity grew deeper.
It grew larger.
Women didn't just see mycontent.
They felt my heart.
Because people don't followpolish.
They follow presence.
Soft visibility isn't aboutshrinking.

(01:50):
It's not about playing small.
It's about releasing theperformance mindset that tells
you visibility has to look acertain way.
Soft visibility means you canshow up quietly and still be
powerful, be intentional insteadof impulsive, build momentum
without burnout.
It's rooted in the idea thatyour light doesn't have to blind

(02:13):
people to shine.
It just needs to be consistentenough to guide them.
Let's take it to the word for asecond.
Matthew 5.14 says, You are thelight of the world.
A city set on a hill cannot behidden.
Notice it doesn't say a cityshouting from the hill.
It says you cannot be hidden.
Your calling, your presence, your purpose, they speak for

(02:36):
themselves.
Even your quiet obedience echoeslouder than you realize.
Sis, God doesn't need you to beloud.
He just needs you to beavailable.
There was a time when I almostquit showing up online
altogether.
I felt like I didn't fit themold.
My life wasn't aesthetic.
I had toys all in thebackground, bottles on my desk,
on my bed, a crying baby doingevery single live.

(02:59):
But one day, I went live anyway.
And instead of pretending, Isaid, sis, I'm here with baby
spit up on my shirt and a prayerin my heart.
Do you know what happened?
That video got more engagementthan any other because it was
real.
That was the day I realized myvisibility didn't have to be
loud.
It didn't have to be curated.

(03:21):
It didn't have to be perfect.
It just had to be honest.
And that was what softvisibility looks like.
Showing up honestly, withhumility, with heart.
So let's get practical.
I want to give you my softvisibility framework.
Three steps to help you show upin peace, not pressure.
One, presence over performance.
When you log in, don't ask, whatshould I post?

(03:45):
Ask what do I want her to feel.
If your content makes one womanbreathe easier, that's impact.
You don't have to impress.
You just have to connect.
Two, energy awareness.
Stop forcing yourself to postwhen you're drained.
Plan your visibility around yourenergy flow.
If Mondays are more chaotic, don't record then.

(04:06):
If you feel inspired at night, jot it down.
Honor your rhythms, not thealgorithm.
Three, quiet authority.
There's power and subtleconsistency.
When you show up with peace, people trust you.
When you share without pressure, people lean in.
Quiet authority is aboutconfidence that doesn't need

(04:28):
applause.
It's the energy of, I know who Iam.
And I don't have to prove it.
Sis, that's where your powerlies.
Let's slow it down for a moment.
I want you to journal on thistonight.
One, what parts of showing uponline feel heavy or
performative for me?
Two.
What would it look like toreplace that with peace?

(04:49):
Three.
Where can I start showing upsofter this week?
And if you need affirmations, say this out loud.
I can be visible and gentle.
I attract peace, not pressure.
My quiet presence carries power.
I show up with purpose, notperfection.

(05:10):
You're allowed to be powerfuland peaceful.
God didn't give you your voiceto mimic someone else's volume.
He gave it to you to speak withgrace.
Since if this episode resonatedwith your spirit, take a deep
breath and receive this truth.
You are enough to be seen as youare.
You don't need to become louder.
You need to become more you.

(05:31):
Soft visibility is yourpermission to build without
burnout, to post withoutpretending, and to rise without
rushing.
So here's what I want you to do.
