(02:38):
from Night Song Paranormal. What's up, ladies, Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
So happy to be here. Yes, we are very happy.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Yeah, thanks criminal show. I can't believe that I've never
had you on the show.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Have a no, what took you so long?

Speaker 3 (02:52):
I don't know, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
I'm an asshole. I don't know what to tell you,
because I've known y'all for quite a few years now,
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
Just over here now, that's what matters.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
That's right, And we've been doing some cool stuff together
here lately, I know, I know.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
I'm just so excited about what the future holds and
all of it, It's going to be great.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
Yeah, before we get all that, let's start kind of
at the beginning. I always like to ask everybody how
they got into the paranormal, So whoever once had start
and then we'll go to the other one.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Yeah. So, I mean I lived in a haunted house
when I was six years old and when we moved
from New York to Kentucky, and the paranormal like had
always happened around me, but never to me. It was
always my family members and I would always like hear
everything that would go on, and I'm like, oh, well,
what's wrong with me? And that was my entire life,

(03:43):
Like everybody would have paranormal experiences but me, And so
that all changed though. I mean I loved the paranormal.
I researched it, loved it, and then I was very
skeptical about it until twenty sixteen when I was like, Okay,
I'm going to go to Oxton Hall, I'm going to
go on the basement. I'm gonna see what this is
all about. Like I'm going to put myself in the pits,

(04:05):
let's go see. And it changed my life and so
ever since that moment, I have been chasing it. Like
full force.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
That's awesome. It's also because I came from a family
who talked about the paranormal and experience the paranormal. And
so I've talked to other people who never had that,
like their parents don't shut up and didn't exist, you know.
So I think I think we're fortunate to grow up
in those families that are kind of honest and open
about it.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
I think so, yeah, for sure.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
So Buffy, how'd you get into the panormal?

Speaker 3 (04:30):
I was the one who was told, shut up, it
doesn't exist.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
Okay, so that can be opposite, yeah, sort of.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
Well it was funny.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
So I grew up on property that did have activity.
My next door neighbors experience more of it alongside me,
and things would happen at my house around me, and
it would happen at my next door neighbor's house when
I was over there, and they would acknowledge that it

(04:57):
would happen. Yeah, but it was like my parents and
my family would go, now, no, that's not an actual thing.
My mom will now today acknowledge it more. But yeah,
I was the one that grew up with the shut up,
it doesn't actually exist. That's kind of things. It was
kind of funny. But you know, from I was around

(05:20):
eight ish years old, my first experience of full body
apparition was my first memory. And I mean when I
say full body apparition, it was a full blown human
being that I thought I saw that disappeared. So how
lucky was I to get to see an apparition right
off the bat? Oh my goodness, you know, and then

(05:43):
it all kind of It's always kind of been a
part of me, and I never thought anything of it
until I would just see things, and I didn't think
anything of it, except for my parents didn't want me
to sit and talk about it. And then over the years,
I know, like as some of the shows became popular
and things, and then as Barbie and I became friends,

(06:05):
we would talk about it, talk about watching some of
the shows and all of that. And then fast forward
to a couple of two and a half three years ago,
Barbie and I talking. One day, I had her come
over to my house to actually investigate because actuity had
kicked up here.

Speaker 5 (06:22):
And then from that point forward, off we go.

Speaker 3 (06:28):
That that's what did it. I joined in as they
investigated the house and that from that point forward.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
Yeah, So then you're a part of night song. Yeah,
well it's cool when things like like are organic like
that that it just you know, I'm saying it wasn't
because even talking to you'll get the sense that it
was just kind of organic. Could it wasn't like an.

Speaker 2 (06:50):
Invite or oh yeah, and it was just you know
when you know, Buffy and I again, we've been best
friends for twenty years, and we would always talk about
ghost Hunters and like how did you watch the latest episode?
And over the last you know, sixteen years or seventeen
years before she joined up with me to go go stunning.
You know, she knew that I would go on you know,

(07:10):
all kinds of you know, fun little excursions and things
like that. But then when things started happening in her
house and she was like, hey, you know, I know
that you're linked up with another team. Come over here,
bring your equipment and see if you can find anything here.
And she was like a fish to water, you know.
So it didn't surprise me at all, like because I
knew that she had kind of grew up with it

(07:30):
around her and Mum was kind of the word with it,
but she grip around. It didn't scare her, and so
like she was just natural at it, and I was like, huh, well,
I really think you should just come, you know, investigating
with me like all the time.

Speaker 4 (07:45):
It really was.

Speaker 3 (07:46):
I kind of treated it when I told her what
had been happening in my home. I kind of treated
it's the same as you know, when you call it
at work if you don't want to you don't want
to sound like that.

Speaker 2 (07:59):
Yes, I've turned it off.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
And back on again, and all of these things, Like
I'm like, yes, I've already tried to see if it's shadow,
you know times of day with shadows. I've tried to
recreate these things I had already done, been trying to
do my own debunking in the house, and I'm like,
I can't figure these things out. I know you've been
investigating with another with the team.

Speaker 4 (08:21):
I need.

Speaker 3 (08:22):
I need somebody to come in and.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
Help me out here.

Speaker 3 (08:25):
Yeah, and yeah, And it was like and I was like, oh,
and by the way, I would really love to join
in when you do this, because I'm really intrigued.

Speaker 1 (08:36):
Yeah, but also to like, you know, have an outside
perspective come in too. Oh yeah, that's kind of nice
to make to reassure you that you're not fucking crazy,
you know.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
And that's that's like be half of it. Is like
when we when we go to like a homeowner here,
they're like, I think I'm going crazy, Like I think
I needed to speak put on medication, and we're like, no,
you don't trust me. If anybody's going to believe you,
it's USh, you know, so kind of the same thing.
It's said, that's the same thing. I kind of went
in to Buffy's house. You know, I believe you and

(09:08):
I know that you're not crazy. I know, you know,
I mean mental sometimes, but you know I can say
that because we've been best friends. But but yeah, but
that's the thing. It's like, you're not crazy, you know.
That's a great thing about it.

Speaker 1 (09:24):
Yeah, And that's that's what I love about doing the
show here, is that doing the different perspective. So people
hear something that may have happened to them and they think,
I'm not going to tell anybody because that just sounds nuts,
Like they're gonna put me in a nut house. They're
gonna think I'm skip frind or something. And so talking
about this stuff, you know, and getting into the deep
weeds of it in the crazy experiences that we've had,

(09:45):
you know, hopefully helps other people not feel as crazy.

Speaker 2 (09:49):
Yeah, for sure. I mean it's we just had a
homeowner happened probably about a month and a half ago,
and he had called and he was like, I think
that I'm going crazy.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
Never believed in any of this my entire life.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
Like I'm a Christian blah blah blah, you know, like
Southern Baptist. We were raised not to believe all this.
And lo and behold, he wasn't crazy, but there wasn't
anything going on on his rental property. He had a
gas leak. So I mean, we'll go in and we
might not find anything paranormal, but we'll find a gas
leak for.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
You, you know, right.

Speaker 2 (10:22):
So, yeah, he wasn't crazy, but yeah, gas leaks, you know,
prolonged exposure to a gas leak or high MF that
can make you feel crazy for sure.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
Yeah, and cause hallucinations and all kind of crazy stuff. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (10:34):
And then sometimes you do really run into especially doing
home investigations, you do run into some people with mental
health issues too, oh out there.

Speaker 6 (10:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
One thing I really love about y'all team is y'all's
approach to invest gatting. For one, what I really respect
is that y'all don't have like hard titles for each
member because there's so many there's sweet teams out there
that like, oh, I'm the leader, this person's the tech person,
this person's you know what I'm saying, and like, y'all
just seem to organically, I hate that word, but organically

(11:05):
just play to each other's strengths and kind of everybody
does everything. And I think that makes a better team
because the teams that I've seen that have that hardcore leader,
I'm the founder, I'm the leader, they always implode. It
seems like, you know, because somebody wants to be the
the grand king of everybody and Telebrady what to do
when it's you know, it's a it's a team effort.

Speaker 2 (11:23):
Yeah, ego can completely ruin everything, you know, and as
a leader, as as a leader or founder of a team,
you do have to play the strength of everybody on
your team.

Speaker 7 (11:33):
You know.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
You can be like, Okay, you're really good with social media,
you're really good with tech, you're really good with computers,
are really good with this, You're really good with that.
Use them to you know, to the betterment of the team.
And it's good to delegate and just trust that the
people are going to do what they need to do.

Speaker 4 (11:48):
You know.

Speaker 2 (11:48):
Micromanagement has never been my kind of style. Ego has
never been my style. And so we're a team when
we do everything together, you know. So that's just kind
of my approach as far as you know, the team,
I think everybody plays a very important role.

Speaker 1 (12:03):
Yeah, and I'm not I'm not stepping on anybody's toes
because that's how you want to run your team. It's signed.
I there's a lot of teams that end because of
that structure. Yeah, yeah, and I think it's fine to
play everybody strings. But like when I've seen y'all investigate,
everybody investigates. It's not like, oh, you just have to
take care of the tech or you're just the video person.

(12:25):
You know, you're all investigating the same way, but you
have your own ways that you investigate as well.

Speaker 2 (12:29):
Yeah, and we all jump in and help each other.
You know. It's just we are a team, and it
really is a philosphy. I know, it's we always say
there's no iron team, but that's how we are. You know,
we all we're all in it together, all in the
same boat. We all need to row and get ourselves there.
So that's how we do it here. And we're good friends.
You know, we're a close knit and I think that

(12:50):
makes that makes the difference as well.

Speaker 3 (12:53):
Yeah, and that's that's one thing I like too with
you know, anybody we bring in new on the team,
we investigate with them several times, just us as a
team to see how somebody new investigates, because then we
can kind of roll with it at events at other
things to know, Okay, how this room is flowing. This

(13:19):
is great for so you know, when so and so
steps in, they're going to be able to leave this
one great. And we've had so many you know, some
of the videos that we had released from the Nighthouse
this week, you know, since her style of investigating and
the way she questions and rolls with it, especially down

(13:42):
in the basement playing marbles and stuff, we saw the
kind of reaction it was getting and that flow worked wonderfully.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
For that and like and I love that.

Speaker 3 (13:53):
Once you see that that flow is moving for her,
we all just sit back and go, you've got this gop.

Speaker 2 (14:00):
Yeah, we just sit back and we let her do
her thing and we you know, if things start to
slow down again, then we'll we'll pick back up. You know,
that's just how a team works. We move together, we flow,
you know, we we push, we pull as far as
like you know, getting responses and things like that, and
like Buffy said, Sink had a.

Speaker 5 (14:19):
Hold on it.

Speaker 2 (14:20):
We just we sat back and let her, let her
just do it.

Speaker 1 (14:24):
Yeah. The other thing that I love about investigating with
y'all is the authenticity and the energy. It makes me
excited to investigate, and the fact that y'all are just
authentically you I think also brings a lot to the
table and comes to the spirits because y'all respectful people
in general, and you bring that to investigation and also
trustworthy people, so you're not just thrown out bs things

(14:47):
is evidence, you know, you're going through a rigorous process
to debunk anything you possibly can.

Speaker 3 (14:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
I mean that's kind of like our first thing that
people tell you too. It's like, you know, she'll say
something to me and like did you try this? And
then vice versas, we'll say that say all says is
in horrible did you try this? It's you know, it's
just it's not that we're questioning each other. It's just
we're keeping that standard of you know, hey, you got
to make sure that did you do this? Did you?
Like we check mark everything, and I mean maybe we're

(15:15):
snobs when it comes to evidence, but I think you
kind of have to they don't you.

Speaker 1 (15:20):
Yeah, Yeah, I think you do. I think there are
people out there that will throw anything and everything out
there because they and not and not because they're meaning
to put out anything fake. But I think there are
people that want to believe so much and want to
catch evidence so much that they read into stuff and
they think that every little thing's evidence.

Speaker 5 (15:38):
You know that.

Speaker 1 (15:39):
And that's not not just teams who are inexperience, but
I think also the general public because I know, like
like me, you all seen online all the the ORB
pictures that are just lending stairs that people will grasp
that's my grandma, and like, you know, and I can
feel bad bursting their bubble because it's like, who am
I to say? It's that's helping their grief? Why don't
want to burst their bubble? That's not their grandma, you know,

(16:00):
or their mom? Just come back to them, right, Yeah,
you know. So it's hard for me as a skeptic
for sure, skeptical believer as a call myself to burst
that bubble. But at the same time we have to
be like that, especially in our investigations. I think you
have to be kind of be an evident snob, like
you said to that point.

Speaker 3 (16:16):
Also, there's so many people out there.

Speaker 2 (16:19):
This is a segno science.

Speaker 5 (16:20):
This is something that we're struck Everyone is still trying
to build and improve, and we're forever trying to prove ourselves. Yeah,
so we don't want to put anything out there that
we have not.

Speaker 3 (16:32):
Ripped apart right before we put out there, because it's
going it's going to get further ripped apart once it's
put out there.

Speaker 1 (16:41):
Yeah right, Yeah, And especially I mean with people who
are hardcore skeptics that they're going to be, they're.

Speaker 4 (16:49):
Not gonna believe no matter what exactly you could show them.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
You could show them any like the most craziest thing
you know, but they're not going to believe it because
they weren't there. They didn't they didn't see it for themselves,
and you could try and explain it a thousand ways
in one and they're like, Nope, this is movie magic.
This is you know, slight a hand, this is you know,

(17:13):
this is all made up and Okay, well that's what
you want to think.

Speaker 4 (17:17):
Okay, yeah, which is fine. We all have that thing.

Speaker 3 (17:21):
We every one of us have something that we would
never ever ever believe unless we were physically there to
see it, exactly.

Speaker 1 (17:29):
Right, right. I think I'm that way a lot of
the time, especially if I don't know the people because
I don't know what their intentions are. And then the
paranormal it's gotten kind of the waters kind of gett muddied,
not to board the audience with paranormal world drama, but
you got so many people that want to be famous
and have a TV show and that's their goal. And
so with that motivation, I'm like questioning, is this real

(17:50):
evidence or not? You know? And then Ken Gerhart said
something really profound that I thought was really profound in
his presentation at one of his presentations a Goblin Con.
He said that now he is not even accepting any
audio or video evidence and he's a cryptid hunter. But
I thought this pertained maybe to us too, because AI

(18:11):
has gotten so good. But it wasn't. It wasn't audio.
It was a video and photography evidence. So pictures and
video because AI is so good now that you can't
tell the difference, so he said, as a crypto hunter,
like bigfoot evidence and stuff and these videos that are
come out and the pictures, He's like, I'm just not
I want physical I want DNA. I want footprints, you know,

(18:32):
physical things that he can actually scientifically measure and quantify,
you know. And I think I hate that we're moving
that way with a paranorm or with with ghost hunting,
but I think we're gonna have to at some point
in time, and it'll be one of those things unless
you were there the one video taping it, or you
were there when it was being taped, you know, or
the photo was taken, that people are just gonna not

(18:53):
pay attention to it.

Speaker 3 (18:54):
That's true. Yes, he does make a good point. Tyler
had said similar at Goblin about that you know that
we're back to a place where, you know, unless you've seen.

Speaker 4 (19:05):
It with your own eyes, that because AI is getting
so good.

Speaker 3 (19:08):
At recreating and creating so many things, that we're back
to that place that unless you've seen it with your
own eyes, that you can't really experience anything anymore unless
you're It's almost like AI has caused us to revert
back to you have to actually see it Yeah.

Speaker 1 (19:26):
Kind of back to the old school of holds consult
and those in the theaters who didn't have video and stuff.
They you know, they relied on on audio, a lot
of audio audio.

Speaker 2 (19:38):
Yes, they sure did a lot of the times like
we and that we've kind of started going back to basics,
you know, because it's all the the new gear and
equipment that's come out, and the technology and all that.
It's so easy to get wrapped up in all of it. Yeah,
that sometimes just a recorder is all you need, you know,

(19:59):
And so it's good to like just strip it all
the way down back to where we were, you know,
fifteen years ago, you know, recorder in your video camera
and maybe a K two. There you go, Laila, you've
got you've got a kit, a basic kit. Sometimes you
just go back to basics. Yeah, you'll catch some really

(20:19):
good things.

Speaker 1 (20:20):
I've never I've never been big on the technology stuff,
especially not apps and all that that stuff. I have
not caught onto that. And I guess because I'm stubborn
in a way too. I'm hard headed. So when I
started vestating as a teenager in the nineties, before the
TV shows, that's all we had. We didn't have cell
phone back then, So we might have a old school

(20:41):
film camera and a and a little digital recorder with
a cassette tape in it, and we had like a VHS.

Speaker 2 (20:47):
Yeah, just right, the hiights.

Speaker 1 (20:57):
Yeah, but I'm not quite that old.

Speaker 2 (20:59):
But but that but that caught the best stuff though.
I mean, I think it really did well.

Speaker 1 (21:06):
I have a theory on that too, because if if
a cassette so for audio, if a cassette records magnetically,
and VHS records magnetically, and we think that e m
F is a big part of ghost and spirits and
even residual hauntings, then to me, that would be the
best thing to catch them, right, because if they're if
they're manipulating magnetic fields anyway, then manipulating this magnetic field

(21:31):
on this tape or this or this videotape, I think
would be the best way to do it.

Speaker 2 (21:35):
That makes sense, Yeah, I mean I think going back,
I mean we just talked about it, the Han Folders
and you know, the Warrens and all them. I mean
that's they used both and they caught some good evidence
from it.

Speaker 1 (21:48):
Don't get a start on the Warrens.

Speaker 2 (21:49):
But that was the wrong person to even say it
or you know, but yeah, going back to like Hans
and you know the the earlier you know, the the
grandfathers and godfathers, a you know of paran normal. I
mean that's that's what they used. Yeah, recordings.

Speaker 1 (22:11):
Well, and we even got to meet one at gomin Con,
Barry Conrad, and and he investigated with Barry Taff who's
one of the O G e Ghos hunters as well.
And Barry Conrad became one because the the I think
it was nineteen eighty nine, the San Pedro a haunting
out in California, and if any autist is familiar, all
he had to do is look up San Pedro or
haunting on Google and look up images. But the famous

(22:33):
image of the guy hanging in the attic and he
was a photographer. He was just there taking photos and
and his camera got taken away from him and then
somehow the string up put around his neck and they
hung him on the ghost hung him on a nail
in the attic. And the dude wasn't even a believer.
And it's one of the it's an incredible case. But

(22:53):
uh but yeah, so we got to meet Barry Conrad
with the ogs and in that case just has always
fascinated since I was a kid. I think it's all
on it. It's all mysteries and when I was a kid,
and so to meet him pretty awesome. It was pretty
cool and pick his brain and talk to him. He's
a really nice guy. And we were kind of skirting
around Goblin Con and talking about these awesome people that
we got to meet and hang out with. But that

(23:14):
was a yeah. I was glad to have you all
as part of it, And for anybody that didn't make it,
a Goblin CONU Buffy and Barbie were there and they
did our fact versus fake paranormal evidence, and y'all had
some some really good examples and I thought y'all did
a great job.

Speaker 2 (23:30):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 4 (23:31):
You know.

Speaker 2 (23:32):
You know, as Buffy and I were kind of working
on our presentation and all of that, you know, we
kind of think, okay, so we're either going to be
in a room full of paranormal investigators or skeptics, like
it was one or the others. So we were like, okay.
So we realized real quick about five minutes into it
that we were like, okay, we're in a room full

(23:52):
of skeptics.

Speaker 4 (23:53):
Okay, yeah, so you know, you really have to you know,
rather than.

Speaker 2 (23:59):
Going okay, So not to say that skeptics need anything
dumb down for them, but as a paranorm like, it
was more advanced for paranormal investigators. So I really we
really had to just kind of tone it down.

Speaker 4 (24:12):
But they did so great they did.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
That was the best room.

Speaker 3 (24:17):
They were debunking right beside us through the whole thing.
I they were the engagement.

Speaker 2 (24:25):
Yeah. I mean that we had them thinking you know,
they were using they were like oh yeah, oh I
never really thought about that, or you know, we would
just stop and be like, okay, somebody explain this to us,
like what about this is fake or real? And that's
what we let. I mean, you kind of just knew
like bringing us in, we're very like we love to
talk to people and we love to be interactive with everybody.

(24:46):
So it wasn't like I'm just gonna we're just going
to point this laser on the screen and we're just
going to read all the words on the screen. Oh.
I mean, we were very animated and I think they
responded very well and they felt like that they could
be a part of it, and we got a lot
of interaction. I mean, I loved it. It was great.

Speaker 3 (25:04):
I loved you know, beginning of that beginning of that workshop,
Barb asked, you know, how many people have been on
a paranormal investigation? A few people raise their hands, and
then Barb asked, how many people are interested in paranormal investigating?
And no way, no one, but And my first thought

(25:25):
that went through my head was, oh shit, you know
they're not gonna right, this is gonna be horrible. But everybody,
I mean from the word go, when we started showing
video of different things and how you know, how would
you debunk this? And look at how we debunked or

(25:47):
how we couldn't debunk or anything, or or the ones
where we could not where it wasn't conclusive, maybe it
was paranormal, maybe it wasn't. There was not a soul
in that room that was not engaged. Yeah, Like that's
what impressed me, you know, for no one to raise
their hands and say we're interested in paranormal investigating. Everybody

(26:11):
in that room became a paranormal investigator everything.

Speaker 2 (26:15):
It was, and it was tracked like we were like,
there's only gonna be like five people in this room.
And then and then but there wasn't. I mean it
was there were so many people.

Speaker 1 (26:24):
Yeah, y'all have like sixty or seventy people in there.

Speaker 2 (26:27):
It was great. And so like going back to like
Buffy's point, it's like, you know, when nobody raised their hand,
I was like, why are y'all even here? Did y'all
get lost going to the buffet?

Speaker 1 (26:36):
I mean, you know, yeah, since I haven't been on
with the podcast, I was the event coordinator for Govin
Cohn in Homesvile, Kentucky, And so it was a UFO
and paranormal expo that took place a couple of weeks ago,
uh in October, and so we had two full days
of speakers and workshops and panels and it was it

(26:58):
was a lot of fun. We had a lot of
really good people there and but yeah, it was amazing.
I thank you so much for being part of it.

Speaker 2 (27:04):
Oh, it was an honor. I mean it really was
laid honor. Yes, We've said that a million times, like, yeah,
it's such an honor to be recognized, you know, and
and fill the shoes of somebody that we look up to,
you know, with doctor Christy Summer not being able to
be there and us just kind of coming in and

(27:25):
being able to be a part of it. It really
was an honor.

Speaker 1 (27:28):
Yeah, it was an honor to have y'all there, and
thank you so much. Yeah, and and doctor Christy love
her and Miranda Miranda got to be there, but doctor
Chris couldn't. And but yeah, it was It was a
great weekend. And I look forward to being a vendor
next year. But uh, but not not in the management
role again.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
So you're running around with like a chicken with your
head cut off.

Speaker 1 (27:51):
I think I got about eighteen hours of sleep with
four or five days. So yeah, it was it was
insane week, but it was good. Uh, and everybody check
out Goblin conforen next year. They're gonna have a great lineup.
I'm sure. I don't know any that. It's just now
in the preminary stages because like I said, you know,
the other one was just over a couple weekends ago.
So but anyway, y'all are the home team for a

(28:14):
couple of locations, Maggie Mansion being one of them.

Speaker 2 (28:19):
Yes, in Gallatin, Tennessee. Love Maggie. We're actually going to
be there on Saturday. You're gonna be down the street
from us. Eric, Yeah, doing doing your book signing at Rosemont,
but that would be cool. Yeah, Maggie Mansion. She's in Gallatin.
She's right behind the stone wall off of is it
East Maine? Buffy? Yes, there, Yeah, and it's right down

(28:42):
from Rosemont Great Place, right off of the Square and Gallatin.
It is filled with history. It has been so many
different things, from a school to an iron works facility,
to uh make shift Civil war hospital to a duplex
and then finally at home. So I mean, it's been

(29:03):
so many different things through the years.

Speaker 1 (29:05):
Yeah, I'm mean I'm going to ask you a question
that always annoys me. What makes it haunted?

Speaker 2 (29:13):
What makes it hant? What makes it haunted?

Speaker 4 (29:17):
You know?

Speaker 2 (29:18):
But I don't know, I.

Speaker 4 (29:21):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (29:22):
I mean the land is is really.

Speaker 7 (29:27):
For me.

Speaker 2 (29:28):
I think, you know, we've kind of went back to
like the land and just because like somebody dies in
a place does not make it haunted, you know. So
everybody's like that's the first question they asked. I mean,
Buffy could tell you too, well, who all died here?
Somebody who's died in here doesn't mean it haunted.

Speaker 3 (29:50):
I'm like, no one died there.

Speaker 1 (29:51):
I just want to answered because I get asked about.

Speaker 3 (29:56):
My answer is always like the spirits, that's what makes
it haunted.

Speaker 2 (29:59):
But spirit, spirit and the fact that it was built
on you know, courts and all that stuff.

Speaker 4 (30:06):
I don't know, but it's just it's haunted.

Speaker 2 (30:08):
That's all we know.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
I've got. I've gotta asked that question about the Nighthouse
by people who are like, well, there was no murders
or suicides there, there's no blood and gore. I'm like, no,
that doesn't make a place on it. And so I was.

Speaker 4 (30:24):
Question, oh, I know that you're throwing us.

Speaker 3 (30:30):
I will tell you though, there's one at Maggie. There's
one spirit and I love her. She's sassy miss Garrett.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
Miss Garrett. Oh yeah, she is.

Speaker 3 (30:40):
Uh, she's a sassy spirit.

Speaker 7 (30:43):
She is.

Speaker 3 (30:44):
She is protective about that house. She is particular about
that house. You moved a piece of furniture and she
doesn't like it, and you know it, and you know
it until you put it back. There was an event
over the summer that there were three different ones of

(31:04):
us at separate times, and no one knew it until
the end of the evening.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
That all got by.

Speaker 3 (31:14):
Separate forms of communication about a couch that Jen the
owner of Maggie Mansion. She had moved a sofa to
a different spot, and there were three separate ones of
us that all had different forms of communication, that it
was not approved of where this sofa was relocated to,

(31:36):
and that it.

Speaker 4 (31:36):
Needed to be moved back. Yeah, and at the end
of the evening.

Speaker 3 (31:41):
I found out when I went to talk to When
I was talking to Jin and I told her about it,
she was like, you are the third person to tell me.

Speaker 1 (31:48):
This, Adaman.

Speaker 3 (31:51):
Yes, and Miss Garrett, I kid you not. Every time
I go in that house she I think she liked
me because I think she knows I'm extremely OCD also,
and so when I come in, I'm I'm pretty sure
she's happy to see me. But I hope you, of

(32:15):
all people, has never as opposed to Frank, who has
not particularly liked me until recently.

Speaker 2 (32:21):
There, But yeah, Mss Garrett is a sassy.

Speaker 3 (32:26):
One there, and that that story, that one from July,
that one got me when there were three different people
that she was like, you need to tell her, tell
her now that I am not happy with.

Speaker 2 (32:37):
Just so forget it moved. I mean it was it
was there. There is something else there that hates with
like hate with like everything it is. It hates a doll.
And they brought this porcelain doll in last year. So

(32:59):
when we when we did talk of the town, we.

Speaker 4 (33:02):
Showed up to set everything up and there was a
doll on.

Speaker 2 (33:08):
The middle of the landing. And Jen is just about
as ocd as Buffy is, if not worse about where
she places everything and this and that. And she had
placed this doll in Frank's room in the fireplace and
something had picked it up and headed it down the chairs.

(33:32):
So when Buffy went upstairs to start and put something
up for an event or something, She's like, uh, why
is this here? And Jen was only about four minutes
behind us. She had just left. We had just gotten there,
and so I called her and we took a picture
of it, and she was like, nope, I left it upstairs.
I have no idea why it's there. But anyway, we

(33:53):
put this doll in Frank's room and it ended up
and back in another room, thrown against the fire place
and kind of broke the nose of it. So something
in Frank's room hates this porcelain dolls.

Speaker 1 (34:05):
Hey look like some of them. I think dolls are creepy.
You know, why couldn't they back then think they're creepy too.
Maybe one of the spirits is like, fucking the doll.
It's creepy. I don't want it around here.

Speaker 3 (34:16):
Well yeah, well it's like, why do they pick some
dolls but not others?

Speaker 4 (34:20):
I wonder that, yeah, oh yeah, this is a vessel
that I.

Speaker 2 (34:23):
Want to use. What Yeah, well I will.

Speaker 3 (34:27):
I will walk by like a whole group of dolls,
and I'll look at them and I'm like, you're good,
You're good, You're not you No, no you will, it's
not it said not you something something with you.

Speaker 2 (34:42):
No, you can't know why, you.

Speaker 3 (34:47):
Like, I will look at I can look at a
whole group of them and I'm like, and they're all
just pleasantly looking at me.

Speaker 4 (34:52):
But I will look at like one or two and
I'm like, no, you're like, yeah, that's a no for me.

Speaker 5 (34:56):
Dog.

Speaker 1 (34:58):
I was that good Will today and always look for
dolls a good will for the nighthouse. And I shown
this homemade sock monkey. I think it's supposed to be
a sock monkey, but you know what sock monkeys?

Speaker 2 (35:07):
I don't know what the lights in this room.

Speaker 3 (35:09):
My man just did but I'm finding a flashlight.

Speaker 4 (35:11):
I don't like what you just said.

Speaker 1 (35:16):
It's a homemade so monkey, but it's bigger and it's
made out like different cloth, like just random material, almost
like quilt like, and it is the weirdest looking. I
don't have to I need to post a picture because
it's the weirdest fucking thing. And I'm like, oh, I
have to have that for the Nighthouse because it's just
weird and I don't know what drew me to it.
They did it in a way it did. I was like, oh,

(35:38):
I gotta have that for five dollars, you know, like
that he heck is coming home with me. And I've
never looked. I picked up dolls because you know, we
have the doll room at stairs, cause you got if
you're in a haunted house, you got to have a
doll room. But yeah, of course, but I've picked up
dolls at other places, but I've never had one that
I was like, no, I need that. And that's what
I felt today. So this thing might be home. I
don't know what to see when I put it in

(36:00):
the Nighthouse, but I'm kind of skeptical to put in
my own house. So it's out in the car, so
I had to take a picture of it, post it,
and I just send it to y'all because you'll be like, yeah,
if anything was haunted, it's that thing.

Speaker 3 (36:16):
There's a puppet at my mom's shop that I'm like,
that thing needs to go like it and I don't
vibe at all. I'm like, mamun get that thing.

Speaker 2 (36:26):
Out of your shop.

Speaker 1 (36:27):
Yeah, I'm kind of. Before I started the show, I
didn't really believe in haunted objects as much. But I've
heard some of these stories about haunted objects. Now then
I'm like, Okay, well there's there's gonna be something to this.
But I'm still on the fence, so we'll see. I
don't know. I'll suck around and pick one up for
the nighthouse and then I'll find out for sure.

Speaker 2 (36:43):
You ain't gonna predate in your house. You'll bring it
in the night out, but my house.

Speaker 1 (36:48):
I have enough things going on my own house as
it is, transient spirits coming and going. But so with
maggie Mansion. Hey that so do the owners live there?
Because that's the question I all the time of the night.
They don't, So is it just for paranormal.

Speaker 2 (37:04):
All of the aboves It's like they're they're they're they're trying.
I think they're trying to go the route of the
Airbnb last we knew. But yeah, they do like small
weddings and bridal showers and teas and like the haunted
dinner parties, and yes, the paranormal teams can rent it
out for the night and all that stuff. So a
little bit of everything.

Speaker 1 (37:25):
Yeah, what are what are what are some of the claims?
I know you're talking about some of the spears there
with them throwing dolls and things, but what are some
of the other claims kind of the normal.

Speaker 2 (37:34):
They would they would always see well almost like the
Stone Take theory, just kind of like the same thing
over and over and over again. And the owner, Denise,
she doesn't know for sure, like she has dug up
like all the history of this place, and she suspects
that it was part of the underground railroad, but she's
not able to confirm that, and so she's just kind

(37:57):
of thinking, there's this there's this really quick black shadow
that comes out of one room and into the kitchen
and down the hall and then disappears, and it happens
over and over and over again. That's like one of
the main claim and the first time we ever investigated
at three of our investigators when we went in, I
didn't tell I was the only one that knew like everything,
all the paranormal because I wanted the team to go

(38:18):
in and just kind of verify a few things. And
they verified. Three different people verified seeing this shadow. So
I mean, that's one of the one of the bigger
claims there. And then another claim there is a little
kid and we think that we've made contacts with them,
but we're not really sure. And whoever's in the basement

(38:39):
or not basement, but the attic, it's a man. We
don't know if it's Frank or who it is. That
they don't like people in the attic with them, especially females.
Can you think of anything else, Buffy, Let's see.

Speaker 3 (38:52):
The shadow has been a lot more active downstairs lately.
It's the dead. It's more than one. Did it seems
like it's two boys running around, which it was a
school for boys, that's what it opened up first, like
that when its Transmontanea Academy was.

Speaker 2 (39:10):
A school for boys. It was first chartered school in
Summer County, so that would track.

Speaker 3 (39:16):
The main that would be the main ones that that
nails it. There's some some moments when it feels it
seems like maybe we're kind of contacting some of the
former workers from the property. They did have some servants
there and Nanny's, but those communications seem few and far between,

(39:38):
so that's super questionable and if that's who they are
or not. But Barbie has nailed like the main ones
that we've gotten.

Speaker 2 (39:48):
One thing that we've just kind of uncovered as time
lent is and Eric, you might you might notice this
from like certain places that you investigate and you they
get more comfortable with you, more family members tend to
come through. And that's been happening a lot at Maggie,
not just with us, but with like guests at like

(40:09):
the Haunta dinner parties. It just seems like every single
time we do one, now somebody from somebody's family's coming through.
It's wild to me and I don't know, like and
it's only happened, I guess at Maggie for us. It
doesn't happen well Thomas House too. Thomas House tends to
do that.

Speaker 1 (40:28):
Yeah, And just clarify for the audience, you're talking about
the guests who are there there family members coming through,
not family members of who live there, but the guests
are bringing their own spears with them they're coming through.

Speaker 2 (40:37):
Yeah, yeah, yep. Yeah. It's something about the energy or
something that that of the of the locations. I don't know.
I don't know how to explain it.

Speaker 1 (40:45):
I don't know it. I don't know if where it
gets out in the spirit world. Hey, they're having all
these things here, you know, if you want to communicate
with your level, when you get a hitchcock with them.
But I found that with Thomas House as well, because
I've been at Thomas House MANYI times on the public
go since and at the Nighthouse. The longer we go on,
we've had several people who the only thing we could

(41:06):
figure out or it was blatantly obvious through the equipment
that it was a it was a family member when
somebody that was from the Nighthouse history or the area.

Speaker 2 (41:15):
Yeah, I guess the more energy you leave of your
own behind, I don't know. I don't know. I don't
know why it does that.

Speaker 1 (41:21):
I don't know's that's just something I've noticed, Like I said,
with owning the Nighthouse for the past year and a
half has been that I didn't really think about that before.
Like I said, it's happened at the Nighthouse. I have
the Thomas House when I've been there, but it wasn't
something that was like on the record basis. But it
happened a few times. Yeah, definitely at the Nighthouse House.
Have several times now and it seems like you said,

(41:43):
the longer you do it, the more it becomes I
don't know, like maybe a beacon or something for them,
and so they're like, Hey, this is my opportunity to
let my loved one know I'm good.

Speaker 2 (41:52):
You know, maybe I think affe correct me if I'm wrong.
Your dad tends to come through a lot at Smith County.

Speaker 4 (42:00):
He likes to close out the night there.

Speaker 1 (42:06):
Everybody's just the opening act for him until the end.

Speaker 2 (42:11):
Yeah, like we're it never fail.

Speaker 3 (42:13):
It would it would always without fail.

Speaker 2 (42:15):
We would be like getting very tired and time to
wrap it up.

Speaker 3 (42:19):
And Dad's like, wait a minute, hold up, but wait,
there's more. He did that Smith County, and he's done
that to us at Octagon.

Speaker 1 (42:30):
That's interesting that that's when he chooses his moment at
the end of the night.

Speaker 3 (42:34):
Oh, every time, it never fails.

Speaker 4 (42:36):
Every time he's like, okay, wait wait wait, okay.

Speaker 2 (42:39):
It's like at least he's polite about it.

Speaker 3 (42:41):
He like wait till the end of the night instead
of like, you know, go garden.

Speaker 2 (42:48):
Yeah, I'm just gonna scootin right here. I'm just Gonnaco.
He could have one night though.

Speaker 3 (42:55):
There was that one night though at Smith County. I
know he talked about this when the other night that
when we were all together, that that one night at
Smith County that he decided he was going to throw
some symptoms on me, affect me.

Speaker 2 (43:09):
And I figured out because there's.

Speaker 3 (43:12):
An entity that at Smith County Courthouse that is he's mean,
he's he's a jerk.

Speaker 4 (43:19):
It's not.

Speaker 3 (43:21):
Yes, he's just a jerk. And he was being an extra.

Speaker 5 (43:25):
Huge asshole that night, and my daughter.

Speaker 3 (43:29):
And I were both there, Morgan and I were both
there for that investigation, and Morgan and I both weren't
getting anything under estes and we usually both she and
I both usually get a time. And we finally figured out,
like I think the only thing that Morgan, the only

(43:50):
thing she got was I got you. And what we
figured out was is my dad had to have been
blocking everything. He wouldn't let Jeff uh the dude at
Smith's County Courthouse. It's a jerk near Morgan and I meanwhile,
that whole time, Jeff is doing nothing but bugging the
crap out of Barbie and backing her up into a wall.

(44:16):
That was fun, Like that was a Yeah, Barbie's like
getting the crack kicked out of her, and I'm like
running after Barbie and telling Jeff to back off her.
And Dad's over here, like you guys, you're not gonna
mess with my daughter and granddaughter. And yeah, Dad and
I had a talk on the way home that night.

(44:37):
It's okay, I good.

Speaker 1 (44:40):
Well it was at least he's being protective.

Speaker 2 (44:42):
You know.

Speaker 3 (44:43):
If there is that, that's him.

Speaker 4 (44:46):
That's how he is.

Speaker 1 (44:47):
Yeah. So now let's let's talk about the Nighthouse, because
y'all have experienced it a few times now. So a
few months ago y'all came in and had your own
night at the Nighthouse all night and then h a
couple of weeks ago, we did, uh, we did a
public gift on that y'all come and help me with
and I appreciate that, and uh, what do y'all? What
are y'all thoughts on the Nighthouse?

Speaker 2 (45:11):
It's charming though, like it's a charming, welcoming, calm atmosphere.
I'm not a I'm not scared there, like like with
like Toma's house, Like when I first get there, I'm like,
I'm kind of afraid of it. But I mean it's
never been that way than since the first day we

(45:32):
ever stepped foot. It was just like welcoming, you know.
But she has stories to tell, for sure. She still
have a lot of story.

Speaker 1 (45:40):
Yeah, And I feel like we're starting to get them
to open up to tell them.

Speaker 2 (45:44):
I think so too.

Speaker 7 (45:45):
And I think like the more we go, you know,
because we definitely want to go probably a couple of
times next year and just like get to know the
house a little bit more and.

Speaker 2 (45:59):
Let them get to know because you know, when we
went to bed, I mean you I think you all
heard me. It was like three in the morning. I'm like,
all right, y'all, we've had enough. You got to let
us go to sleep now, please, you know. And they
like they left us alone because at the end of
the night, everybody was outside still and I was inside
just kind of sitting on that chair in the foyer,

(46:20):
and that rattle, that lock rattled in the room that
Buffy and I stayed in and that's what prompted me
to have this conversation with them. So they're very nice,
you know, and they're they're courteous.

Speaker 7 (46:32):
And considerate of their house gets and they're also.

Speaker 3 (46:36):
Tricksters and I love that and I'm here.

Speaker 2 (46:38):
They are, yes, And so I think it's the most active.
I mean, the times that we've investigated your house, the
basement has seemed to be like the hot spot for us.

Speaker 1 (46:53):
And that's interesting because for me when I'm investigating other
people with other places in the house, to me that
it's one of the most active places. Or the parlor,
you know, and now the basement.

Speaker 3 (47:07):
Is very curious.

Speaker 1 (47:08):
Yeah, yeah, the parlor is interesting, trying to figure out
who's in there hanging out all the time.

Speaker 3 (47:14):
Yeah, every time I walk in the parlor, it's just
a very curious feeling. I stood in the house when
I got there on Saturday. I stood in the house.
I was by myself in that house, and I stood
in the parlor just talking to the talking to the ring,
talking to the spirits. You know, hey hello, you know,
was saying hello again. And I'm back after having been

(47:35):
you know, around the weekend, uh prior for Goblin con
and I turned around back facing towards the entrance to
the you know, the entrance in the kitchen, back that way,
and when I stepped back around looking into the parlor,
the room went wavy on me.

Speaker 4 (47:56):
And I was like, okay, are you as curious of
me as I am of Mules?

Speaker 3 (48:01):
And everything just felt curious. It's like the parlor is
still very much that I think. The parlor I think
is going to be kind of the last one to
open up.

Speaker 2 (48:13):
Yeah, I think so. You know, we always do personal
logs out there every investigation, and going along with what
Buffy just said. This, I wrote this on June twenty
first of this year. It's just a little excerpt from it.
Over All, the house feels really welcoming and curious. Most
of our interactions seem to be with a male presence.

(48:35):
He seemed intelligent and aware of our presence. The main
level had more of a feminine energy, maybe tied to
Georgina possibly you know, she's still there. The parlor in
the basement, on the other hand, had a distinctly masculine feel.
Whoever's in the parlor came across as causit cautious, but
also seemed like they had a playful jokester side. It

(48:57):
could just be one or two entities. We're not sure.
I get the sense it'll take a few more visits
to really get them to open up to us. Yeah, So,
I mean it all just kind of everything we just said, like,
was it's weird this I wrote this, I can gain
so it's that's that's crazy.

Speaker 1 (49:14):
Yeah. In October twenty fifth, we had the public go
So the second time y' all investigated. Yeah, talking to
a medium friend of mine who has told me a
lot about the house that has been true that he
doesn't know. He's never been there those in Florida, Mark
Elliott Foltz. He's I don't have any other reason. I
have to believe him. He's proven himself to me right.
And he told me that we are awakening spirits in

(49:37):
the house that have been there but not really at
the forefront. They're just kind of hanging out, and now
that we're going in and seeking them out, And when
I talked to them, they're kind of gaining energy and
finding their voice as a spirit to communicate with us.
And so he said, don't be surprised if we have
several more come out of the woodwork that have never

(50:00):
shown up before. But because they're gaining strength, they're gonna
come out and talk to us more and make their
presence more known. And I think we saw that this
with that public goo some on in the twenty fifth,
especially with what y'all found with the communication that sink
was happening in the parlor.

Speaker 2 (50:22):
Yeah, with the mark, Yeah, with.

Speaker 1 (50:23):
The the spirit coming out and saying I've been here
for fifty years and come to find out October fifth,
nineteen seventy five, that's when W. Rogers Junior died and
he was the owner of the house. He was the
father of the Rogers who in the house from nineteen
forty eight until until twenty fourteen. And so that to

(50:44):
me is beyond coincidence. To get that specific fifty years
when he died, you know, that's pretty incredible to me.

Speaker 2 (50:56):
And how they said that they passed or you know,
a stroker like lung collapse or failure. And then you're like, well,
I mean, we can't find the exact cause of death,
just that he had died after several months of a
long illness. I mean, but I just I'm with you,
it's beyond coincidence at that point that just so many

(51:19):
different things lined up, and I think you were saying, like,
that's the first time that that is him, that's the
first time he comes through.

Speaker 1 (51:24):
And I had seen his destiny before, but it wasn't
something that sticks my head. It's not something I talked
about on tour or even say that, you know, or
I even had it memorized that he died October fifth,
like send inside, which I do now because it sticks
way out now, Yeah, yeah, it does.

Speaker 2 (51:41):
How history just kind of opened up to us in
that way. And I think you were saying too, like
that there's a new spirit in the basement. That fifteen
year old boy that was you know, we were playing
marbles with him and think It was doing a really
good job. And whenever I devices came across and as

(52:01):
she was playing marbles and instead attack and that's kind
of like a word and gameplay for marbles, and so
Thinker was like, oh, well, you know, you can take
the big marble if you want it, and then one
of our cat bolls just completely just yeah, and we I'll.

Speaker 1 (52:17):
Look for it this coming weekend. But it didn't show
back up last weekend on Sunday, so we'll see it'll
show up crazy, but we'll see when it does and
where it does. But see, that's something else that came
from my medium friend was he's the one that told
me about the boy in the basement. He's around fifteen
years old. He like to play marbles, and he sent
me that bag of marbles that's on the on the

(52:38):
pool table and he said, if you use him as
a trigger object, he will interact with you.

Speaker 2 (52:43):
And so oh wow.

Speaker 1 (52:46):
And then we get with this EVP I'm fixed to play.
If people haven't seen it online on the night Houses
Facebook page, it's up there. I made a little video
just to just to show when the when the EVP
is and stuff and trying to make it the professional.
But I did nothing to this audio. This is exactly
I did not amplify it. I haven't touched it. This
is exactly how it was recorded. And so you'll hear

(53:07):
me talk about the marbles and then you'll hear a voice.
So we go ahead and played a couple of times.
I've got a whole bag of marbles over there that
you can play with. Should let me know if you
would like me to get someone out of the bag.
Played again. Here, I've got a whole bag of marbles

(53:28):
over there that you can play with. Should let me
know if you would like me to get someone out
of the bag. So that voice saying no, we did
not hear it, And I mean it was a public
got sign, so I had what six other people in

(53:52):
the room with me that were quiet nobody heard that.
And then also the paranormal couple was in my group,
so another investigative team who can't explain it either. And
you know, it's just that's one of the best VP's
ever call it. Especially as loud as it is. That's
almost never happens. It's usually a whisper.

Speaker 2 (54:12):
I just can't get over like the vocal. It's got
beef to it, you know, like, yes.

Speaker 1 (54:21):
It's really strong.

Speaker 3 (54:23):
Yeah, for the first timers. We had several first timers
at that public event, and they got to hear the
grail of the vps for that one.

Speaker 1 (54:34):
Yeah, And I've got another one that we recorded down
the basement there, So y'all had set a K two
up on there's a mantel in the basement leading them
against the wall, and y'all had set a K two
meter up there. And if everybody doesn't know a K
two is. It's the thing you see on TV. They
hold their hands and has the lights to go from
green up to orange with high higher MF. Well, my

(54:54):
back was to it because I was standing at that
the pool table and they get the people that was
investciating with. They kept telling me that behind my back
the K two kept spiking and going up and down
and up and down. But every time I turn around
look at it, it wouldn't do anything. It would stop.
Every time I turned around, probably ten times it stopped.

(55:15):
But then there's another EVP that would call it that's
a whisper, but it sounds like a woman's voice saying
there behind you. And so I found that interesting. When
they're telling me that the K two keeps going off,
but I turned around, it stops, and then we get
the woman saying they're behind you. And it's not as
strong as this one, but it's still I mean, it's
still a full sentence there that shouldn't be there. I mean,

(55:35):
we also caught another EVP in the attic of when
we were asking questions that nobody's walking, everybody's just still.
Y'all are in the basement, and you can hear the
hilt to toe click of three footsteps walking away from us.
That's what it sounds like. The first one's loud, it's
real soft. The last one. Yeah, So all around, everybody

(55:58):
had a pretty incredible night, and then the spirit showed
out for sure, I think so.

Speaker 2 (56:03):
And it's like, if anybody was skeptical that night they
left believer, I would say, yeah.

Speaker 1 (56:10):
It's just crazy. I'll play this one more time. I've
got a whole bag of marbles over there that you
can play with, so let me know if you would
like me to get someone out of the bag. So yeah,
I'm I'm still in awe that we caught that. That

(56:32):
is crazy. And just to really know that, I record
with my cell phone and so Samsung has I have
a Samsung cell phone and they have a voice recorder
app that works amazingly well. And I like it because
it has a waveform on it, so you can watch
it as you're recording, asking questions and we leave ten
twenty seconds for them to answer. And that actually was
a huge bump on that wave form because you can

(56:53):
see my giant wave form for me talking my booming
voice and then you see an actual jump on there.
And that's when I was like bookmark. We're going back
to that for sure. But also, I mean the house
started out crazy too, because several times I'd seen a
shadow back in the go from the master bedroom across
the doorway to the purple room on the ground floor

(57:15):
and to the point that Buffy was back there one time,
and I went back there to see what was her,
and it was her that walked by, but I had
seen it a couple of times before. And then I
think it was me and you Bobby were standing in
the four year nobody else is in the house, and
I walked back there because I heard what sounded like
a man cough, and so it was just and then
it continued on Sunday. We stayed there, Me and Roger

(57:37):
stayed all day Sunday and Sunday night because we had
some photographers coming in to do a with a model,
a Halloween photo shoot and which does pictures will be
out here soon on the night house. But I went
into the bathroom that's in our office area and come
out and that balloon light was turned on. That thing's
been sitting there, yeah or more all right, it's been

(58:00):
in the office on the desk long than that. I
think I moved it the other day instead it where
it is on the video on the computer. But those
things are really hard to twist to get the battery
to connect for it to come on because they bounce
around inside of balloon, I guess, and so to come
out of that thing is just slashing all the different
colors and all. Right, then I gotta record this and
put it online, especially after what happened, you know, and

(58:22):
the team that was in the house the previous Friday
night because we did the public ghost on on Saturday
that Friday night, they're putting together a video now while
they caught apparently they had a great night too, So
just a crazy weekend.

Speaker 2 (58:35):
Yeah, and you know, we had our zoom recorders go
and we were doing like live EVP listening and I
think I may have caught something when we first got
up there, and then Buffy and Chaz were up there
and they were hearing something, and so we marked the recorders.
So I still need to go back and listen to

(58:58):
all that. But if we find anything, I mean, well, but.

Speaker 1 (59:04):
Thank you again for helping with the public a sount.
It was a blast. I can't wait to do it again.

Speaker 2 (59:08):
We've already gotten like messages hey when you I hate
that it was sold out when you're doing it again,
and we kind of shared that with you, and so yeah,
we definitely need to get another date.

Speaker 3 (59:18):
On the books.

Speaker 1 (59:19):
Yeah, I think I think we're gonna go with sometime
in January, because I know you said you're really busy
in December. I know you are busy Dember, but uh,
I mean it's a crazy time you're for everybody with
the holiday. So I think we'll wait until maybe the
second week of January if you are available, and we'll
go ahead get one of the books, and I think
we're gonna do dinner, gonna go hunt for that one.

Speaker 2 (59:37):
So we all love food doing.

Speaker 1 (59:41):
Yeah I don't. I didn't get this fat hating food.

Speaker 2 (59:44):
So kind of like before an investigation, we're always we're
on this scard and we're like, so, so let's talk
about what's really important. What's for dinner? We're we needing And.

Speaker 1 (59:58):
We did that last weekend because we went to Charles. So, yeah,
the four of us at Charlie's. You know, so we
did the same thing last week.

Speaker 2 (01:00:06):
Yeah, you don't want angry, you know, and.

Speaker 3 (01:00:10):
Almost late to the public hunt because we had to
go eat had.

Speaker 2 (01:00:13):
To go stummer faces, the rolls and butter.

Speaker 1 (01:00:18):
It's not a good idea because then if you're using
like the zoom recorder for live MVP, you can hear
everybody's stomach is going or sound like Star Wars like
pow because your body's digest and everything because you're so full.

Speaker 3 (01:00:32):
Listen, I come in, I come in equipped for that.

Speaker 4 (01:00:35):
My pack out or my bag, all of it.

Speaker 3 (01:00:38):
Part of my essential paranormal investigating gear is gas action tongues.
Every time I think I.

Speaker 1 (01:00:47):
Need to add some gas with it. There's been there's
been some investigations that I did some bad things after eating.

Speaker 2 (01:00:56):
Decisions.

Speaker 3 (01:00:58):
It is. It is a part part of my gear.

Speaker 7 (01:01:01):
It is.

Speaker 3 (01:01:02):
I will put it in with my gear and I
just look at everybody and go, it's with my gear.
If you need it, just don't ask, just go grab it.
You don't even have to be on our team. I
will just tell people with us as a collective if
you need it, there it is, and go.

Speaker 1 (01:01:26):
For now. And when I go, Buffy's gonna be my
gas X dealer.

Speaker 2 (01:01:30):
Yeah, I'm telling you.

Speaker 3 (01:01:32):
I'm telling you my gear, like my pass out or
my backpack, all of that. It is the mom bag
it is everyone.

Speaker 2 (01:01:41):
It's like the rolling Walgreens at your service.

Speaker 1 (01:01:45):
I'm gonna go to Bussy and be like, come on, Bussy,
you got some good cherry.

Speaker 3 (01:01:49):
Guess that is probably what is in there.

Speaker 1 (01:01:55):
I would Yes, behind the scenes of ghost hunting. You
heard it here, folks.

Speaker 3 (01:02:01):
Yes, yes, it is important snack or important, but taking
care of those snacks also.

Speaker 1 (01:02:08):
So this is going to come out in November. So
what do you all have coming up for the in
November and into December.

Speaker 2 (01:02:14):
So this is when like after Halloween is when like
everything flows down for us. So in November and December,
we're just we're going to Old South. We're helping out
Old South with their public counts. And that's really the
only thing that we have on the books for November December.
Unless I'm missing something.

Speaker 3 (01:02:33):
I think that's it, unless we unless we throw something
last minute out there. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:02:38):
Yeah, I mean it's typically you know, with the holidays,
Thanksgiving and Christmas and all that stuff in the years
and Hanukkah and all the different holidays for people, it's.

Speaker 3 (01:02:45):
Kind of allday.

Speaker 2 (01:02:49):
Yeah, it really is, and just you know, just for us,
you know, like Chad and t k have you know,
their kids still live at home, and you know, Stuffy's
got grandkids and you know, so, I mean we're just
kind of the holidays, are you know, they're kind of
busy for everybody.

Speaker 1 (01:03:04):
Yeah. Well, thank y'all so much for coming on and chatting.
Thanks so much.

Speaker 4 (01:03:07):
Fun.

Speaker 2 (01:03:07):
We love you.

Speaker 1 (01:03:08):

ya don't know them, follow They're awesome. Shannon and Amy
are amazing. But I'm I'm excited to see what we're

Speaker 2 (01:03:28):
It really is. Like I just I think, like all
of us piled in the nighthouse, it just the energy
was just palpable, you know, And I just I think
we're going to do great things together.

Speaker 1 (01:03:40):

the off off of the air. But thank you to

entire theme song for the show from my good friend
