Strap in friends, this is a good one! Phil Gauthier is a doctor of physical therapy, strength coach, and co-founder of Element 26. Phil received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston in 2015. After school, Phill was a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist and as of Jan 2021, he went full-time with Element 26. Phil and his partner Jason started Element 26 in July 2017. Phil's primary role is the brand messenger and maintains and enhances the relationships with customers and athletes. His passion is to help people succeed whether it's in the clinic, in the gym, or online. Phil engaged in competitive powerlifting from 2014-2015 and recently turned to CrossFit shortly after starting Element 26.
