Paul has 10+ years of experience in the concrete industry. He graduated with a B.S. in Concrete Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University where he was granted the Undergraduate Research Award to create a novel concrete application in viticulture. Upon graduation, Paul worked for Lafarge, N.A., before transitioning into leadership roles with Active Minerals. Paul obtained NRMCA Concrete Technologist Certifications Level 2, 3, and 4 and currently leads business development of Acti-Gel 208 in cement-based applications. He is named co-inventor on two US patents for novel concrete formulations. He enjoys spending his free time with his daughter and on the golf course.
