In this heartfelt and empowering episode, Jordan and Vanessa share their recent milestone of becoming Reiki Master Certified—and the surprising inner dialogue that followed. Should they share it publicly? Would people judge them? What followed was a powerful reflection on authenticity, acceptance, and the quiet hunger so many people have for deeper, more spiritual conversations.

They explore what it means to live above the green line while navigating fears of rejection and the pressure to "stay shallow" in a world that often labels spirituality as too "woo-woo." From closet spirituality to unexpected support, business breakthroughs through energy healing, and the evolution of their personal consciousness, this episode is a call to stop dimming your light and be fully you.

Topics include:

  • Why we hide our spiritual sides (and what happens when we stop)
  • How to engage deeper, more meaningful conversations
  • What spiritual expansion actually looks and feels like over time
  • The power of community, connection, and “vibe tribe” friendships
  • How to gauge if spiritual ideas are above or below the green line

💜 If you’ve ever wondered whether it’s safe to show your spiritual self to the world… this one’s for you.

Jordan (00:00):
Welcome to the Vibration Fit podcast with Jordan and
Vanessa Buckingham.
I am Jordan and I'm Vanessa,and today we've got a really
cool conversation to have aboutan experience we had this
weekend.
So why don't you talk a littlebit about what's been going on?

Vanessa (00:14):
Yeah, so Jordan and I.
Fun fact, we just became Reikimaster certified.
Woo yes, we are super excitedabout it.

Jordan (00:24):
I feel the lightning in the fingers.
We got super excited about it.

Vanessa (00:25):
I feel the lightning in the fingers, we got the magic
going on.

Jordan (00:29):
We are so ready.

Vanessa (00:30):
We've got all the love and light to send to everybody.
You get love and light.
You get love and light.
We're like the Oprah of loveand light.

Jordan (00:40):
Let's go.

Vanessa (00:50):
So, beyond that we're, we were super excited about
getting this certification thispast weekend thanks to lynn
wells yes, thanks to our reallyincredible mentor and friend,
lynn, wells she's awesome isshe's been a reiki master for
many years now yeah, and shetook us through level one, two
and three.
Yeah.
So this was a journey westarted back in 2023, and we got
our level one certification andthen in 2024, we got our level

(01:13):
two and we got our mastercertification this year, just
last weekend.
So one of the things that itmade us think of after we got
our certification.
So Jordan and I took a pictureof us with our certifications
and we were just talking and Iasked him do you think that I
should post this picture of uswith our master certifications

(01:36):
on social, on our socialplatforms?
And he was like, yeah, sure, why not?
Yeah, totally.

Jordan (01:43):
Yeah, he was like yeah, sure.

Vanessa (01:44):
Why not?
Yeah, totally yeah.
But it just made us think, likethe question, or the fact that
it was even a question, whetheror not we should post this thing
that we are very excited about.

Jordan (01:55):
Totally.

Vanessa (01:55):
With us getting our master certification in Reiki,
because the question came downto will people accept us for
this new thing that we did?
Right well, and I think itreally comes down to what will
these certain people in ourlives think about this new
certification like?
What will they think of howthat defines me kind of thing?

(02:17):
Will I be accepted still?

Jordan (02:19):
yeah, totally like.
Are you risking being labeled acertain way by your peers and
people that are important to you?
Yeah, because you engaged insome sort of spiritual healing.

Vanessa (02:31):
Right?
Well, they think I'm too woowoo and not accept me.
We in society, we're alwayslooking to fit in, and that
includes like dimming our light.
I feel like a lot of times.

Jordan (02:44):
Yeah, I think a lot of times we're sort of conditioned
to do that.
Definitely, our nervous systemis conditioned to give us
chemicals in the body wheneverwe do things together and do
teamwork.
So that's kind of whatserotonin is.
Serotonin is like the hey, youguys operated as a team, good
job chemical.

(03:05):
You know what I mean.
So like there are definitelythings going on in the body even
that are basically saying good,bad.
Is that going to have us beallowed in the group where we
have protection and safety andcollaboration, or is this going
to get us kicked out of thegroup?
Yeah, you know what I mean.
Like we still have some of thatstuff going on like in our
nervous system.

Vanessa (03:25):
Definitely so.
So we asked ourselves thatquestion should we post this new
thing, this new accomplishment?
That, to us, was super exciting, and Jordan told me yeah, why
not?
Let's, let's do it.

Jordan (03:38):
Yeah.

Vanessa (03:38):
Put it out there.
So I did.
I made a post on Facebook andInstagram about this new
certification that we got, thatwe were now Reiki master
certified, and we were justamazed by the response that we
got from people, the supportthat we got from people that we
thought would never beinterested in this sort of thing

(03:59):
.

Jordan (03:59):
Yeah, so not only did people not react negatively, but
a lot more people reactedpositively than we anticipated.

Vanessa (04:09):
Right and surprised us.
Yeah, definitely Like peoplethat we thought would kind of
reject us for this way ofthinking or for going down the
spiritual or enlightened path.
They were really excited for usand they were even saying, like
well, you can practice on me,kind of thing.

(04:30):
And it just really surprised us.
So it made us think how manytimes in our life are we having
conversations with people andwe're not entering the deep end
with them, even though they'rewilling and even excited to go
to the deep end with somebody,to connect with them?

(04:51):
But yet we're stuck talkingabout these very shallow topics
in the shallow end, about theweather, about negative subjects
.
A lot of times I even findmyself just talking about these
negative things with peoplebecause I feel like that's where
they're at.

Jordan (05:09):
Right.

Vanessa (05:09):
But really they're capable of going to the deep end
and they're interested and theywant to, they have the desire
to.
They just don't know that youwould go there with them.

Jordan (05:20):
Totally, and I feel like a lot of times people are doing
this in private.

Vanessa (05:23):
Yeah.

Jordan (05:24):
So they're like closet spiritual.

Vanessa (05:25):
Yeah.

Jordan (05:27):
It's like I'll be, practicing my Reiki and my
healing modalities at home, butI'm not going to talk to my like
drinking buddies about it.
You know, like like cardplaying, like get around the
table with my friends in thecommunity.
People Like I'll be doing thaton my own time so that I don't
open some can of worms with themand make them think I'm weird.

Vanessa (05:49):
Right, yeah we're.
We're afraid of being rejected.
But, how many conversations arewe missing out on just because
we think that they're not likethat or they won't accept us for
being that way?

Jordan (06:02):
Yeah, and I think that's one of the things that I'm
really starting to become awareof as we do more and more public
vibrational awareness talk.
Right, Is there really a lotmore of us out there than even I
was giving credit to?
you know, and I can definitelysay that one of the things that
I've done just to open myself topeople like that, you know, is

(06:28):
I have started using theseterminologies in my normal
everyday conversation with justabout anybody.
I run into the server at therestaurant, whoever checks me
out at the grocery store, youknow somebody you might run into
at the parking lot, whatever.

Vanessa (06:43):
Right.

Jordan (06:44):
Just saying things that, like, are spiritual and open
and cool.
So maybe using the wordvibration, yeah, talking about
vibration, talking like beinglike namaste, you know, like
just weird little things likethat, and you'll see how people
sort of light up like ooh, hesaid one of my secret words,
yeah totally and say, like outof every 10 people you have an

(07:05):
interaction with say you areyour authentic, full self and
you talk about these principlesthat we talk about on this
podcast and you let the full.

Vanessa (07:16):
You come out, say eight out of those 10 people aren't
ready to go there and so theydon't really contribute to the
conversation.
But they also don't say you'rean idiot or you're crazy or
anything like that.
They just listen.
But say two out of those 10people do go there with you and

(07:36):
you all of a sudden establishthis really deep connection with
them.

Jordan (07:41):
Yeah.

Vanessa (07:41):
Isn't it worth it?

Jordan (07:43):
Yeah.

Vanessa (07:43):
To have those two really deep, meaningful
conversations and connectionsthat then lead to other
connections.
Because, we've done thatourselves.
We've experienced that wherewe're ourselves and we're our
full like woo woo selves.
And then we get connected withother awesome woo woo people who
connect us to other people.
And then we get connected withother awesome woo-woo people who

(08:04):
connect us to other people.

Jordan (08:05):
Totally.

Vanessa (08:05):
And then, like, all of these, things culminate from it,
and it's just super fun.

Jordan (08:11):
Yeah, totally.
I feel like just about anyonethat you ask hey, do you have
any like woo-woo friends, youknow?
Or like, do you have any weirdwoo-woo friends?
Everyone has someone that theyhave some affinity for.
Like, oh, I like that person.

Vanessa (08:29):
Yeah, they're a little crazy, they're a little crazy.

Jordan (08:33):
They've got a bag of lotions and potions that they
walk around with and theysprinkle holy water on us.
You know what I mean.
Like whatever.

Vanessa (08:43):
They have these magical necklaces, or they have the
pendulums, or they have yeah, whatever it is, yeah, they're
always wearing a dress thatlooks like something you would
see out of the hubble spacetelescope.

Jordan (08:53):
Yeah, you know, like some sort of a galactic like
something going on with all coolstuff and it works for them,
yeah so I feel like a lot ofpeople have somebody like that
in their life and they have apositive affinity toward them.

Vanessa (09:08):
Right.

Jordan (09:08):
I think it's kind of cool that people like that sort
of give those people permissionpotentially to express more of
that side of themselves withthem, right.

Vanessa (09:21):
You know what I mean.

Jordan (09:22):
Which is kind of cool.
It's like whenever you'rearound that person, then you can
talk about that woo-woo stuff.
Right but other people, youwould say, oh, I'm not going to
go to the woo-woo whenever I'maround that person, but around
this person I definitely will.

Vanessa (09:36):
Yeah, around these people, I know that I'm safe.
But around mass consciousness, around all of the people that I
see on a daily basis as I'mgoing through life, I'm just
going to stay muted so that Idon't have the opportunity of
being rejected.

Jordan (09:52):
Yeah, it's like being rejected?

Vanessa (09:54):
from who?
People you're never going tosee again, most likely.

Jordan (09:56):
Yeah, people that you're always going to stay in the
shallow with.

Vanessa (09:59):
Yeah.

Jordan (10:00):
It's like you're not missing out on much.

Vanessa (10:02):
No.

Jordan (10:03):
It'd be like whenever you're three years old and you
can only go to a certain levelin the pool, like maybe you're
on the steps, you know, like youdon't want to stay on the steps
your whole life.

Vanessa (10:14):
Yeah, that's not fun.

Jordan (10:15):
That's not fun.

Vanessa (10:15):
You don't want to keep your floaty on forever, Right?

Jordan (10:17):
You want to yeah, you want to be able to go and have
deep, meaningful relationshipswith human beings and have this
full, cool life experience, so Ifeel like that is one of the
big things that I've gotten outof this is wow there are more of
us than I thought.

Vanessa (10:33):
Yeah, yeah, definitely, and I want this to be a beacon
of light beckoning people to bemore authentically themselves,
including ourselves.
This is us capturing our ownclarity around what we've been
experiencing, and for us, inthis moment, it's be fully you,
because at one point, evenvibration fit was questionable

(10:57):
to us.

Jordan (10:58):
Oh, absolutely Like we're going to build a business
around spirituality.
Yeah, like, who are we to dothat?

Vanessa (11:04):
Like is everybody we know going to reject us?

Jordan (11:10):
That was a big fear for a long time.
Yeah, and a lot of times withspiritual teachers.
You also see that they'll havehad some sort of an enlightening
experience or something specialabout them.
Or there's some sort of achannel, or there's some sort of
a something, something specialabout them.
Or there's some sort of achannel, or there's some sort of
a something.
I have some super specialsecret ability that other people
don't have.
That now qualifies me todiscuss these topics with you,

(11:34):
and I'm certainly not thatperson.

Vanessa (11:37):
Yeah, we are yeah, we're a couple, we're an
American couple yeah threechildren who own a small
business.

Jordan (11:45):
Yeah, like we actually say that pretty frequently is
like I'm just a dude.
I'm just a guy with a wonderfulwife and a wonderful family
living the American dream.
But I truly do believe thatvibrational fitness is the
fastest path to actualization ofa fun and emotionally

(12:06):
satisfying life.
I truly have it bedrocked in mewith principles that say this
is the fastest path to achievingwhat you want, experiencing
what you want and living abovethe green line, enjoying your
life and keeping the rightthings at the forefront.
So I think that's another thingthat I would also say on the

(12:27):
same subject is just because youengage in some level of
spirituality doesn't mean thatyou have to engage in every
piece of spirituality that's outthere.

Vanessa (12:38):
Right.

Jordan (12:39):
Yeah.

Vanessa (12:39):
There's many different levels of spirituality and to me
, I I always just gauge it byhow it makes me feel Totally so
you can feel if a piece ofinformation or a way of doing
something is above or below thegreen line to you.
So if something doesn't feelright to me and it feels like

(13:00):
somebody is coming from belowthe green line with a spiritual
lens, so, for example, like thewhole idea of the earth being
broken and us needing to save itthat's a dialogue that I've
heard from a lot of spiritualpeople.

Jordan (13:13):
Right.

Vanessa (13:14):
And they try to spin it in a way where they're helping
earth, where they're helpingpeople through their
spirituality and theirconnection to source where
they're helping people throughtheir spirituality and their
connection to source, but theystill are seeing the world as
broken, and that just doesn'tresonate with me.
To me, that's a thought and anidea that is below the green
line.

Jordan (13:34):
I totally agree.
All these sad, unconsciouspeople need to be brought to the
light so that everyone cankumbaya, hold hands and
experience life in thisjoy-filled, happy dance and then
, once that happens, we'll havea really healthy Earth.
And anybody that threatens thatshould just burn.
It's like whoa.

Vanessa (13:58):
You took that to a whole other level.
It's like I smell thecontradiction here and it
doesn't smell good.

Jordan (14:04):
It's not good here it gets a little weird.
So, like she said, if someonegoes to throw something out and,
like you said, it's through thelens of spirituality but it has
a lean that doesn't feel goodto you, you don't have to engage
it just because it was broughtforth in the lens of
spirituality.

(14:24):
To engage it just because itwas brought forth in the lens of
spirituality.
And I think that actuallyhappens a lot where you might
express an openness to like oneform or modality of spirituality
, like Reiki energy, for example.
Reiki healing you know, lighthealing things like that, and
somebody might be like, huh, I'mkind of open to that.
And then you'll see somebodycome out of the woodwork and be

(14:45):
like, well, how about thisshamanistic thing?
I've got this doll in my purse.
And all of a sudden there'slike some voodoo, shamanistic,
like wild stuff.
I'm not connecting those twothings, I'm just saying like
this person all of a suddenpulls all this like wild stuff
out of their bag.

(15:07):
It's like I went down to thissouth american country where I
spent three months in the forest.
You know what I mean and whathappened.
And then you've got like thissoccer mom that's like hanging
out with their kids, just liketrying to have a good day that
you know has a friend that'sinto reiki.
But now all of a sudden it'slike whoa, you know, you kind of
opened a can of worms therethat I'm not necessarily into.
So the big point is you don'thave to close the whole can

(15:33):
Right.

Vanessa (15:33):
You can still be open to Reiki and healing energy, and
you know chakras and lighthealing practices or whatever it
is for you and auras and, likeyou know cool stuff.

Jordan (15:46):
You can be open to that and, you know, not really into
some of the other stuff that youmight run into.
So it really is your ownpersonal practice.
I think that's the fun thing ofspirituality in general and
that's one of my things when itcomes to vibration fit and
vibrational fitness is justreally bringing forward the

(16:07):
practical aspects ofspirituality.
Right, and you know, if you'rethe physical extension of
non-physical energy equippedwith an emotional guidance
system that can help you figureout what type of life experience
is going to be emotionallysatisfying for you and awesome,
you know that's a cool thing.
That's going to help you getcloser to a life.

(16:28):
That's fun.
Yeah, you know and manifestingand actualizing things that feel
good.

Vanessa (16:34):
Totally, and I feel like the exact right thing
presents itself at the exactright time.
So, for example, 10 years ago Iwas a completely different
Vanessa.
Like I was not as spirituallyevolved as I am now.
I wasn't spiritually evolved atall.
I was an unconscious creatorgoing through life, saying
things like oh, these thingsalways happen to me, but they

(16:55):
were about negative things.
Right, saying things like oh,these things always happen to me
, but they were about negativethings Like.

Jordan (16:57):
now we say all the time like, oh, like everything always
works out for us perfectly.

Vanessa (17:04):
So, like my entire understanding of the world, of
universal principles, myawareness of how things work,
everything has shifted.
And so the exact right thinghas presented itself at the
exact right timing for us, and10 years ago I would not have
been open to Reiki, to learninganything like that.

(17:24):
So even the things that presentthemselves that feel like the
next right thing, you'll know itwhen they come and you don't
have to take on things thatdon't feel good to you.
So, just going back to, doesthis feel like it's above the
green line or below the greenline for me?
And just staying true to yourown alignment, and what feels

(17:47):
good for you now might bedifferent than what feels good
to you next year or two yearsfrom now, or 10 years from now,
like we're always expanding.

Jordan (17:58):
Yeah, I really like that lens too, and I was there 10
years ago when we met.
Yeah, and I actually thinkabout that in terms of this
conversation.
What if I had not opened thatside of myself to you early on?

Vanessa (18:14):
Right.

Jordan (18:15):
What if I hadn't basically said hey, I'm a
spiritual person, and these arethe types of things I listened
to my two in my car, when I'm onroad trips to Austin, texas or
New York or wherever, when wefirst started dating.

Vanessa (18:28):
I remember you listening to Abraham Hicks and I
was kind of turned off to thefact that Abraham was, or that
Esther was, a channel of Abraham.

Jordan (18:37):
Yeah, it was just unfamiliar to you.
Yeah, it was very unfamiliar tome.

Vanessa (18:40):
I had never even heard about that kind of thing before
and it was kind of scary to me.

Jordan (18:45):
Yeah, is Abraham a ghost ?
Yeah, Like what's going on here.

Vanessa (18:49):
Jordan's listening to these Abraham meditations to
fall asleep and I'm over therewith my eyes wide open like
terrified yeah, Is Abraham.
What exactly is a channel Like?
Is Abraham here right now?

Jordan (19:01):
What's this ghost going to do to me when I fall asleep?

Vanessa (19:04):
Yeah it's this very unfamiliar thing at first,
whereas now we listen to Abrahammeditations all the time.
Our kids ask for the Abrahammeditations.
They love taking naps to them, falling asleep to them.
Yeah, our three-year-olddaughter will literally request
the Abraham meditation.
They love taking naps to them, falling asleep to them.

Jordan (19:17):
Yeah, our three-year-old daughter will literally request
an Abraham meditation.

Vanessa (19:21):
Yeah, like she's.
They're completely familiarwith it and they love it.
And I listened to Abraham everymorning.
While I'm getting ready, almostevery morning, I turn on an
Abraham meditation.
I just go to YouTube and clickthe first video that comes up,
believing that that's the rightthing I need to hear that day.

Jordan (19:37):
Yeah, totally.

Vanessa (19:38):
So it's just seeing the progress that we've made
spiritually and knowing thatthere's always more, and to me
that's exciting.
Like right now we're into Reiki.
Who knows what like in 10 yearsfrom now?
What are Jordan and Vanessatalking about?

Jordan (19:54):
Yeah, totally yeah.
It's 100% an interestingconversation because, like this
weekend, whenever we got Reikicertified, we also had a Reiki
gathering.

Vanessa (20:06):
Yeah, Reiki share yeah.

Jordan (20:07):
So different people get together that are open to Reiki
healing and we all likebasically practice running
energy through people.

Vanessa (20:15):
Yeah, exactly.

Jordan (20:16):
So you're all just kind of doing Reiki.
Well, what ends up happening isdifferent people that have also
been exposed to othermodalities come to these things
and we have some really greatfriends now Walter and Nels I
love them.
And Walter will come in wearinglike bear claws around his neck
and like these really cool likependants, and then he has a bag

(20:40):
of like these items that he'sused throughout the years within
his spiritual practice andhealings Right, and he's had
experience with these that werepositive.
He also has this set of crystalbowls that will like explode
your mind.
So he's like a sound bath kindof guy, but not just a sound
bath guy like he'll have bowlsthat are, like he has one that

(21:04):
was cured with platinum.
So when you see it, it's justlike this shiny, beautiful,
craziest song bowl you've everseen.

Vanessa (21:14):
It makes you feel the.
It makes you feel all of theseemotions as you hear the music
from the sound bowl oh, he playstotally, so like all of a
sudden I'm like why am I crying?

Jordan (21:25):
yeah, but like, think about yourself 10 years ago,
right, if I was just like, hey,we just started dating, this is
cool, let's go over to thisreiki share thing.
That sounds kind of neat.
And then you roll in and youmeet someone like walter you
know, yeah, it's like nope, it'slike nope, nope nope, this
feels very weird.
I'm gonna stand over here, wherethe bear claw guy can be over

(21:47):
there and where I'm safe, yeah, and then like so someone will be
on the table and you're runningreiki energy through them and
then he might be inspired to gograb his bowl and he'll grab
this giant bowl out and he'llcome over on top of them and be
like, and then you literallylike feel the pulsing energy of
this thing, just like explodingsound waves through the room and

(22:10):
it's like whoa, that's reallycool.
But you know it's a little bitdifferent than traditional Reiki
practice.
But it's what he has donethrough sound healing and sound
baths and other things, othermodalities that he's learned.

Vanessa (22:23):
Right.

Jordan (22:23):
So now someone like Walter to me is kind of fun to
watch Like.
I told you the other day, likeI don't close my eyes whenever
I'm running energy around, walter, because I never know
what he's going to do.
I never know what he's going topull out of what he's gonna
pull out of his bag, like hisMary Poppins bag yeah, he
literally has like a MaryPoppins bag of like spirituality

(22:44):
, which is like so cool.

Vanessa (22:45):
But so fun to watch.

Jordan (22:46):
Yes, and such a joy being around people like that
totally which is what we've beentalking about and that's sort
of the point is that you know asyou progress there are going to
be things that you're more opento cool with, like they have
experience with.
It's not a modality that you'vepersonally practiced,
necessarily, but and notsomething that you might fully
understand, but knowing that theintention inside of these

(23:09):
people is good and knowing thattheir only intention is just to
help this person feel better.
And if they've got a MaryPoppins bag full of cool stuff
that's going to help them dothat and that person is cool
with them using some of it.
Then they'll pull it out andI've actually seen Walter do
that a good amount where he'llpull out the sound bowl and then
he'll talk to the person who'son the table and he'll say, do

(23:33):
you mind if I place this on yourlegs or on your hip or on your
heart, chakra?
And the person will be like, ohno, that's great.
And he'll be like, okay, cool.
And then you just feel this, but he kind of gets permission
in advance to do the practice.
You know what I mean.
Just to make sure that theperson feels comfortable with it
.

Vanessa (23:52):
And we participate in these monthly Reiki shares and
it's incredible hearing thefeedback from the people that
allow us to run the energythrough them like the
breakthroughs that they havevibrationally totally in the
meantime, so like from the monthprior where they had the energy
.
Now we're meeting again, likethe next month, and they'll say,

(24:12):
like the healings that they had, whether they're emotional or
physical totally it.

Jordan (24:16):
It's incredible Breakthroughs.
So like one thing that a lot oftimes you think of, whenever
you think about like spiritualmodalities and healings and
stuff.
A lot of times it's likephysical body stuff, physical
ailments, like discomforts inthe body.
But what about like businessbreakthroughs, emotional
breakthroughs, where you haveenergetic blocks going on in

(24:39):
your body and then people comelovingly, run light through you.
It clears the block, opens thechakra back up and then all of a
sudden you have this clarity, come in about your business.
Like I know, I was just talkingto Cindy, who is at one of our
Reiki shares, and she wasactually one of the people who

(24:59):
ran energy on me at the lastReiki share and I was just
remembering something that wetalked about and I was like, oh
my gosh, this past month, likewe've hired new people into the
business, we built these crazymachines, we've done all these
different things.
And I think a lot of that wasactually spurred from a
conversation that we had orsomething that you shared with

(25:19):
me whenever I was on the table.

Vanessa (25:21):
A vibrational unlock.

Jordan (25:22):
Yeah, a vibrational unlock for me, and she was like
yeah, I don't remember what Isaid.

Vanessa (25:27):
I was like yeah, I was just flowing, yeah.

Jordan (25:30):
I'm like totally, and I wouldn't expect you to, but you
said this and for that one inparticular, she said there is no
lack of time and what wasinteresting about it is it's not
just the words that she said.
It's kind of like when you'rein these cool energy situations
you get like a download, like avibrational download that goes

(25:52):
way beyond the words themselves.
So to me, how I took that wasessentially I could scale my
business more effortlessly inthe direction of additional
employees and stuff than maybe Iwas realizing, and there is no
lack of time.
You're feeling this limitationon time, but there is no lack of

(26:14):
time.
There are strategies andsystems and things you can put
in place to be able to advancein that arena.
So long and short is I had likebusiness breakthroughs,
business clarity form from whatwould have been a simple Reiki
clearing.

Vanessa (26:30):
That's been one of the incredible things that the Reiki
share has given us.
Every month is just anincredible outlet to get
together with these people whowe know are like-minded, who we
know, accept us for who we are,and it's been really awesome
just seeing what happens, likethe exchange of words, the
exchange of energy, the unlocks, the breakthroughs and this is

(26:53):
what we're trying to convey ispossible in everyday life.

Jordan (26:58):
Yeah.

Vanessa (26:59):
It doesn't just have to be around this group of people
that you feel like you can beyourself, like you can be
yourself with everybody.

Jordan (27:06):
Yeah.

Vanessa (27:06):
And then you have the opportunity for these types of
things in every conversation.

Jordan (27:12):
Totally, and you might find yourself just inspired,
called to you know, speak openlyabout the way that you view the
world to a perfect stranger andthat person goes man, that was
like really validating for me,Thank you.

Vanessa (27:28):
Right, yeah, you never know you never really know the
butterfly effect of what you sayor do, or the results of you
staying in alignment and beingauthentically yourself.
You never know the butterflyeffect that that's going to have
on other people.

Jordan (27:42):
Yeah.

Vanessa (27:42):
Maybe that gives them the unlock that they were
looking for, or the businessbreakthrough, or the vibrational
unlock to experience themselvesmore fully as who they truly
are.

Jordan (27:53):
Yeah, totally.
And I feel like if yourintention is good, as you go
about your day and you're justdoing this and you just really
are like namaste, sending lightand love to all and just
recognizing the light in otherpeople and seeing it within you
and within them, and you're justkind of like in this state of
like love for humanity and allthe world.

(28:16):
Then you just kind of floatthrough life like a butterfly.
It's like this feels reallygood, this is fun.
So I feel like engaging thatspiritual side more often, more
publicly, is what I've made acommitment to do.

Vanessa (28:28):
Because, like you, said you never know who you're going
to run into and who you'regoing to touch in a positive way
as a result of living your lifethat way touch in a positive
way as a result of living yourlife that way and, to me, one of
the biggest blessings that I'veseen as a result of really
going further in my spiritualityand going deeper in my desire

(28:49):
to learn more about how thingswork and my desire to be the
conscious creator of my ownreality Like the real gift in
all of this I've discovered isthe way that I experience life,
because I feel like the moreexpanded I become and the more I
line up with that expansion, the deeper I can experience my

(29:10):
moments.

Jordan (29:11):
Totally.
And I've seen that Like we'vebeen together for 10 years and
I've just seen you sort of likeblossom like this beautiful
lotus flower, seen that Likewe've been together for 10 years
and I've just seen you sort oflike blossom like this beautiful
Lotus flower that just the themoment you think it's fully open
, it comes out with a thousandmore petals you know it's just
like keeps going, it's like wow.
And then you get to watch it andI literally stare at you pretty

(29:32):
frequently, just like watchingyou do life, watching you
interact with the kids, watchingyou be present in a
conversation with people, andjust seeing your ability to hold
your space and hold your own.
And I feel like as you evolvedspiritually, it's made you even
more powerful and confident andknowing of your true inner

(29:54):
nature and really just feelinggreat in your own shoes, so to
speak, confident in your ownpower and knowing as a physical
entity in a physical universe.

Vanessa (30:08):
Right and it's been really fun getting to experience
that together, because I feellike your expansion fuels my
expansion.
My expansion fuels yourexpansion.
Our expansion fuels ourchildren's expansion.

Jordan (30:19):
Totally.

Vanessa (30:19):
And our whole family's expansion.
So just really going down tothe depth of what we're feeling
and expanding even more andgoing to the next thing that
feels like the next right thingto learn or the next thing to
understand.

Jordan (30:37):
Yeah.

Vanessa (30:38):
Like that.
Just that fuels all of theexpansion and it feels so right
and it feels so fun and soawesome.

Jordan (30:45):
Yeah.

Vanessa (30:46):
Like, for example, when I had Oliver.
I feel like I had a certainlevel of consciousness and that
was a really incredibleexperience.
I became a mom and like there'sno words to describe the
feeling that you have as aparent.
It just feels so incredible andyou love this little tiny human

(31:06):
being so much.

Jordan (31:07):
Yeah, more than everything, more than everything
.

Vanessa (31:11):
Yeah, like our kids are everything.
We love them so much.
And then we had Adeline and Ihad a similar experience where
you just have this unconditionallove for this beautiful baby,
love for this beautiful baby.
And I was at a certain point inmy expansion then, in my

(31:31):
consciousness, in myunderstanding of how everything
worked, and I can honestly saythat I had the like in my entire
life.
I had the most positiveemotional state after I had
Eloise, which is our last babydate.
After I had Eloise which is ourlast baby.
She's almost 10 months old now.

Jordan (31:48):
Yeah.

Vanessa (31:48):
And I, before I had her , I I did a lot of prepaving and
I kept thinking like I want toexperience euphoria and I kept
on that thought like I want itto be a euphoric experience.
Right, and I can honestly saylike for the six months after
she was born it was pureeuphoria, like I was just so

(32:10):
happy totally and now reflectingon that, like what make, what
made you so happy right in thatexperience.
I really think that it's thepoint that we are in our
consciousness yeah, I feel likethe word capacity comes to mind.
Right, that's a great way toexplain it.

Jordan (32:26):
Yeah, like you're increasing your capacity to
experience this depth of emotion, this breadth of emotion, and
just give yourself these deeper, more powerful emotional states
that are even more in harmonywith your infinite perspective,
and just feel better and betterand better.
Like you say all the time, thebetter it gets, the better you

(32:48):
feel.
The better you feel, the betterit gets.
And it's like you're justopening this capacity to feel
and to know and to believe inyour own worthiness and to
experience that euphoria thatyou were after and that is so
cool, like what a great idea of,rather than engaging, the fear
side of the pain of birth.

(33:11):
Really, you did step into thatand be like I want this to be
euphoric.
I want to experience euphoria.
I want this to be one of thecoolest experiences of my entire
life and 100%.
I got to witness it and itdefinitely was.

Vanessa (33:24):
Yeah, no, it's just like such an incredible feeling
and knowing that you were theconscious creator of that behind
it, and to me it's reallyempowering thinking that we have
that ability to inject theemotion in different things in
our life, that we that there'salways another level, that
wherever you're at, no matterhow good it feels, there's

(33:46):
always a deeper level to that, and to me that's what
spirituality and connection withour source is.
And knowing that we've neverarrived which is really awesome
to think it's we never areliving the same story twice,
Like no matter where we go inlife, there's always a deeper

(34:07):
feeling of satisfaction ofsatiation to experience.

Jordan (34:12):
Totally.

Vanessa (34:13):
And the more that you're tapped in to all of this,
above the green line feelingstuff, the more you'll be able
to experience yourself as whoyou truly are.

Jordan (34:24):
Absolutely.
I can't wait to get out thereand do some more of this right
now.
You're like inspiring me, likelet's go.
I want to experience euphoria, let's do this.

Vanessa (34:37):
So I'd say the whole idea behind this episode is to
be more fully, authenticallyyourself, so that you can
experience these reallysatiating, incredible emotions
and experience the expansionthat's available to you, whether
people are going to be on boardwith that or not and sometimes

(34:58):
they're not, and good on you forbeing able to recognize that
they're not your vibe tribe, andthat's perfectly okay, because
there's a lot of people waitingto be in your vibe tribe.

Jordan (35:09):
Totally, and you'll never know where your vibe tribe
is if you never make it knownthat that's really the stuff
that you're into and how you'revibing with the world and the
universe.
Like, essentially, like youwere talking about in the
beginning, if we always stayshallow, we never get to go deep
.
So I think, just experimentingwith allowing the depth of

(35:32):
yourself to be out there alittle bit more and just see the
connections that you make, seethe people that you inspire, see
the people that come out of thewoodwork that are also
operating at the same level, vibrationally woodwork, that are
also operating at the samelevel, vibrationally, and I
believe it'll really open youreyes to wow.

(35:52):
There really is a lot more ofthis going around me than I even
realized.

Vanessa (35:56):
And all of those experiences help you fine tune
your own beliefs, which isreally powerful, because in the
beginning I know, if I look backto myself, when I first started
engaging in these spiritualconcepts, I whenever I tried to
apply it to different thingsthat were happening in my life.

(36:16):
At first, you're just trying tomake sense of everything, how
things work like, what do Ibelieve in all of these things.
So when you first startoutwardly showing to people what
you believe and that you'rebecoming more open to these
spiritual ideas, you're alsotrying to make sense to yourself
what you believe.
So it's really awesome to havethese experiences with people.

(36:39):
When you start showing them, Iam more open, like I'm
interested in my expansion andeven fully understanding or
reminding myself who I am.

Jordan (36:50):
Absolutely.

Vanessa (36:51):
All of those experiences with people help you
fine tune that.

Jordan (36:54):
Yeah, and I think what will happen too is sometimes
you'll state something like youknow what I believe?
I'm the conscious creator of myreality and I can condition my
vibration to be in harmony withthe infinite part of my
consciousness and live a morerobustly energetic, awesome,

(37:18):
high vibe, positive emotionalexperience of life.
You know it sounds kind ofcrazy, but then somebody else
might be like you know what?
I think that too, in fact I'vethought that for a long time,
and here's all the experiencethat I have now to back that up.

Vanessa (37:36):
Yeah.

Jordan (37:37):
And I think that's what starts to happen with these
exchanges is you start to seevalidation through stories of
other people and they go?
Yeah, I believe that too, andthis is what happened whenever I
started practicing that.
And it can be on topics ofabundance, it can be on topics
of healing, it can be on topicsof relationships, it can be on
topics of business and careerand work and all these different

(38:01):
things where you'll start tosee validation of these ideas
that you have and it'llreinforce that and allow you to
take it just a little bitfurther.

Vanessa (38:12):
It's like wow, I thought.

Jordan (38:13):
I was kind of crazy.
These ideas were just kind offorming in my own mind, but now
I've got validation of that fromthis person and you know what I
really appreciate.
That.
That's really cool, and youmove on, and that's a big part
of like collaboration right.

Vanessa (38:27):
Yes, yeah, that's what I all of this has made me think
of.
The connection portion ofVibrationFit.

Jordan (38:34):
Totally.

Vanessa (38:35):
Our biggest intention, I would say from the beginning,
with our idea aroundVibrationFit, was the connection
aspect, because we felt like wewere alone on this tiny little
island where we couldn't reallyconnect deeply with anybody, and
like our desire with VibrationFit was to find like-minded

(38:56):
people that we could all cometogether in this vibe tribe and
reinforce these proofs.
Like all of this manifestationof people being the conscious
creator of their reality.

Jordan (39:10):
Absolutely and fine tune the process of conscious
creation Right.

Vanessa (39:13):
Make it faster, make it funner, make it easier, totally
.

Jordan (39:17):
Like, if you have some weird little trick that you use
that helps you get intovibrational proximity to the
thing that you want, and that'ssimilar to something I'm trying
to do too.
Like what is that weird littletrick?
What's the process?
What did you pick up from anAbraham Hicks YouTube video that
you then applied that?
then you saw actual physicalresults in your life come out of

(39:38):
it, and I think thatcollaboration is really what you
and I are, like, most excitedabout when it comes to vibration
, fit is just really beingaround like-minded people that
are in the space and basicallycreating the space where we can
come together and kumbaya, enjoythe process of conscious

(39:59):
creation.

Vanessa (40:00):
Totally so.
As a result of this podcast, this makes me really want to go
to the Vibration Fit Facebookpage and introduce ourselves,
who we are and our intentionaround the Facebook page and
invite others to do the same, sothat you can connect yeah.

Jordan (40:18):
So, as we're going here, it's funny because we started
the podcast but we really didn'thave any active social media in
advance of like starting apodcast and our idea was, hey,
let's at least have somethingwhere we can capture our own
clarity on these ideas, thatform.
And then maybe this will giveus some material to put into the
social media outlets.

(40:39):
So at this moment, right now,we have spun up the social media
platforms but we haven'trobustly built a following or
anything there.

Vanessa (40:50):
You know.

Jordan (40:50):
so if you do like this stuff, we really do appreciate
people engaging with it, andevery view, every download,
every like, every subscribe isreally meaningful to us.

Vanessa (41:06):
Oh yeah, I take screenshots all the time, yeah.

Jordan (41:08):
Like I remember, I remember, like, like, like
she'll, like it's like worth atelephone call if we go from
like 12 subscribers to 17subscribers.
Five more people click thatbutton.
Yeah, but that really truly ismeaningful to us because it

(41:29):
really does show that there aresome people out there that are
interested in the content, engaging in the content, and I
really do want to speak as ifI'm speaking to an individual
all the time, as if I'm directlyacross the table with that
person.
So hopefully, if you listen tothis podcast or you watch any of
our YouTube videos or youengage with any of our stuff on

(41:50):
social media, or if you go tovibrationfitcom and you read it
or use any of the processes orthe frameworks or watch the
videos or use the systems overthere, that you really do feel
like we made it for you.
Because we did, yeah we did Likewe really did, and that really
does spur from the idea that wemade it for you because we did
yeah, we did Like, we really didLike, and that really does spur
from the idea that we made itfor ourselves.

(42:11):
So everything that you'reseeing in terms of frameworks,
processes, ability tocollaborate, videos, all this
stuff that we do, vanessa and Iare building that because we
want it to exist in the world.
We want it to be a resource forus to be able to use to raise
our own vibration.

Vanessa (42:32):
We have a sign at home that says create what you wish
existed, and for us, VibrationFit is everything we wish
existed.

Jordan (42:39):
Totally Exactly so.
We're making it for us, we'remaking it for you, but it really
is on an individual level.
We really love everyone who'sengaging with this and really
excited about going forward yeah, we're super excited to just
keep experiencing the evolutionof it all.

Vanessa (42:57):
but every view, every reach out saying wow, I just
listened to this episode and Ilove this part, or even the
feedback like I, it made methink of this episode and I love
this part, or even the feedbackLike I, it made me think of
this and telling us what youguys think, your honest feedback
, like all of it, means so muchto us.

Jordan (43:13):
Yeah, and is definitely fueling future content.

Vanessa (43:16):
Oh yeah, Everything is fueling the next thing that
comes out of us.
So it's it's incredible to justwatch how it's all unfolding.
So the message here is beauthentically yourself.
If you enjoy what we're puttingout, then go to vibrationfitcom
or our Vibration Fit socialplatforms and follow us, share

(43:41):
your information, share who youare.
We truly love you.

Jordan (43:44):
Yeah.

Vanessa (43:45):
And we're just so happy that you're here and we're so
happy to be sharing thisexperience with you.
So with that, we would love tosend love and light to you all.
