In today's episode we host Lynne Parmiter Bowman, author of the book BROWNIES FOR BREAKFAST: A cookbook for diabetics and the people who love them.

She has also worked as an actress, makeup artist, screenwriter, illustrator, legal journalist and television Weather Person.
