Our guest today is Jan from OpenMinds, a marketing technology startup that went from zero to millions in valuation in just 3 years. In 2017, Jan was named Forbes 30 under 30. Starting at the age of 17, he has bootstrapped and built 7 companies across different industries before founding OpenMinds.
In this episode, Jan shared how OpenMinds started out as a job recruitment portal and how it pivoted to digital marketing. He shared how they integrated marketing and technology, and how 80% of their business comes from good SEO. Jan shared how OpenMinds invests their resources in many different startups and we discussed what they look out for and also how the deals are structured.
