Randi-Lee is an author and outspoken advocate for mental health sharing her true story with honesty. She has spoken at events that promote wellness and compassionately shares her experiences with her own mental health.
She is a mom to two teenagers, grandmother, wife and competitive kickboxer. Randi is a certified personal trainer who has represented team Canada internationally. Even after battling cancer she returned to coaching and competing.
