Blog Post: https://wakinguptograce.com/057-what-is-preterism/

Preterism offers a radical reinterpretation of biblical prophecy, suggesting that Jesus' second coming occurred spiritually during the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD. This perspective challenges mainstream Christianity's futurist views and provides a framework for understanding Christ's words about returning within the generation of his first-century audience.

• Full preterism interprets all biblical prophecies as events fulfilled by 70 AD
• Partial preterism believes some prophecies remain unfulfilled
• Jesus repeatedly stated his return would happen within "this generation"
• Ancient Hebrew prophetic language used cosmic imagery metaphorically
• The destruction of Jerusalem fulfilled Jesus' warnings about judgment
• Modern Zionism misunderstands the relationship between ancient and modern Israel
• Understanding apocalyptic language requires Hebrew rather than Western context
• The kingdom was taken from national Israel and given to Christ's followers
• We are already living in the "age to come" mentioned in the New Testament
• Our identity in Christ is holy and righteous in the present

So today we're going to ask thequestion what is preterism?
Full preterism is a Christianeschatological view or belief
that interprets all propheciesof the Bible as events that have
already been fulfilled in thefirst century AD.
Partial preterism stops shortof this thinking and claims that

(01:04):
only some of the prophecieswere fulfilled in the first
century, while others, such asthe second coming of Christ,
remain in our future.
Full preterism, also known asfulfilled eschatology,
interprets the book of Daniel asreferring to events that
happened from the 7th century BCuntil the 1st century AD.
This school of thought alsosees the prophecies of the book

(01:27):
of Revelation, as well asChrist's predictions within the
Olivet Discourse, as events thathappened in the first century.
The full preterist view insiststhat the second coming of
Christ is synonymous with the AD70 destruction of Jerusalem.
This thinking takes Christ'swords literally in the following
passages Matthew 24, 34.

(01:48):
Truly I say to you, thisgeneration will not pass away
until all these things takeplace.
Luke 21, 20.
But when you see Jerusalemsurrounded by armies, then know
that its desolation has comenear.
Then let those who are in Judeaflee to the mountains and let
those who are inside the citydepart and let not those who are

(02:09):
out in the country enter it,for these are days of vengeance
to fulfill all that is written.
John 21.22.
Jesus said to him If it is mywill that he remain until I come
, what is it to you?
You follow me.
Matthew 16, 28.
Truly, I say to you, there aresome standing here who will not

(02:32):
taste death until they see theSon of man coming in his kingdom
.
And then Matthew 10, 23.
When they persecute you in onetown, flee to the next, for
truly, I say to you, you willnot have gone through all the
towns of Israel before the Sonof man comes Fulfilled.
Eschatology states that Israelfinds its continuation or

(02:54):
fulfillment in the Christianchurch at the destruction of
Jerusalem in AD 70.
The true Israel being ChristYeshua and the faithful in him
all along.
Romans 9.6, 11.7, and 11.26talk about this, but the
question what is preterism isone that is often never asked.
I received this revelation byword of mouth, through an email.

(03:17):
The message I received was asfollows, with some pleasantries
removed from the beginning themore I read and study scripture,
the more I am convinced thatmainstream Christianity is wrong
about many things.
I would like to challenge yourthinking in terms of making
sense of what passes forchurchianity today and the
endless commentaries that we areliving in the last days and

(03:40):
other prophetic nonsense.
About a year ago, after muchBible study, along with the
appropriate lexicons and otherstudy helps, I was introduced to
the concept of fulfilledeschatology, otherwise known as
preterism, and it has been morea dramatic assurance to me than
when I was shown the doctrinesof grace.
It's like I have a whole newBible.

(04:00):
As I began to study this view,I saw that, although it went
against what the majority of thechurch was teaching and what I
had learned or parroted, it waswhat the Bible was teaching.
I had to make a choice betweentradition and the scriptures.
The choice was easy.
If this view is new to you, Iwould ask that you would openly

(04:20):
and honestly look at what it issaying.
Almost every book in the NewTestament talks of a soon return
of Jesus Christ, and it is veryhard to make 2,000 years soon
by any hermeneutic.
The main issue in all of thisis the inspiration of Scripture.
Don't let tradition rob you ofthe precious truths which our
Lord taught.
I challenge you to be a Bereanand daily search the Scripture

(04:43):
to see if these things are so.
I challenge you to be a Bereanand daily search the scripture
to see if these things are so.
Believers today must addressdirectly the vast
misunderstanding that existswithin the realm of Christianity
regarding Christ'seschatological teachings.
Matthew 24, 34 says Jesus herevery plainly and very clearly

(05:07):
tells his disciples that all ofthe things he had just mentioned
would come to pass in theirgeneration.
The context of this includesthe gospel being preached in all
the world, the abomination ofdesolation, the great
tribulation and the secondcoming.
This is so clear that itgreatly troubles those who hold
to a futuristic eschatology.

(05:29):
In his essay the World's LastKnight, cs Lewis, talking about
Matthew 24, quotes an objectoras saying the apocalyptic
beliefs of the first Christianshave been proven to be false.
It is clear from the NewTestament that they all expected
the second coming in their ownlifetime.
And worse still, they had areason, and one which you will

(05:51):
find very embarrassing.
Their master had told them sohe shared and indeed created
their delusion.
He said in so many words thisgeneration shall not pass till
all these things be done.
And he was wrong.
He clearly knew no more aboutthe end of the world than anyone
else.
Then Lewis says this iscertainly the most embarrassing

(06:12):
verse in the Bible.
Yet how teasing also thatwithin fourteen words of it
should come the statement but ofthat day and that hour knoweth
no man, no, not the angels whichare in heaven, neither of the
Son but the Father.
The World's Last Night from1960.

(06:35):
And that's found in theEssential CS Lewis, page 385.
So Lewis says that what Jesussaid about this generation is
embarrassing and calls it anerror.
Was Jesus wrong?
I can't accept that, can you?
Fortunately, christ did keephis promise to come within the
first century generation.

(06:56):
Christ's second coming occurredspiritually, the way he
intended it, at the AD 70destruction of Jerusalem.
This highly verified historicalevent signified that sin
finally had been atoned forforever and that all Christians,
from generation to generation, could live eternally on earth
and in heaven without separationfrom God.

(07:16):
Now I'm sure that you'rethinking if the Lord did come
back in 70 AD, how did we missit for all these years?
How could he have come back andwe not have known it?
The problem here is one ofpreconceived ideas.
It is because of the paradigmsthat we have developed.
We think that the second comingis an earth-burning,
heaven-melting, globe-changingevent, so we assume it could not

(07:39):
have already happened.
I submit to you that eitherscripture is wrong about the
time of the Second Coming andthus not inerrant, or our
paradigms are wrong about thenature of the Second Coming.
Which one of those are you morecomfortable with, an incorrect
paradigm or an uninspiredScripture?
That's a lot to take in and Iwouldn't blame you if you don't

(08:01):
reply, and that's okay.
But I was impressed with yourcomment to Brandon and I thought
I would share with you what theLord has been teaching me in
his word.
May the Lord bless you and keepyou and may Christ be praised.
And that was the end of Dave'smessage to me.
When I responded to Dave's email, he was kind enough to share
some additional information onPreterism, which included 101

(08:22):
timing passages, and again Ihave a link to this on my blog
post.
These 101 passages in Scriptureclearly lay out the reason why
most scholars today agree thatthe Apostles all believed the
Second Coming was going tohappen very soon and in their
generation, with 101 passagesexpressing urgently that this
event would be coming very soonand in their generation, with
101 passages expressing urgentlythat this event would be coming

(08:43):
very soon.
We have to wonder how, 2,000years later, church
establishments are still echoingthese same words.
I talk on that in episodenumber 25.
But let's talk about theopposition to preterism and the
most popular theology todayFuturism.
Futurism is a Christianeschatological view that sees

(09:04):
portions of John's Revelationand other apocalyptic sections
of the Bible as future end-timeevents.
Futurism is pre-millennial.
Pre-millennialism thinkingtells us that Christ will return
to earth, bind Satan and reignfor a literal thousand years on
earth with Jerusalem as hiscapital.
According to this understanding, christ returns before the

(09:28):
thousand years mentioned inRevelation, chapter 20.
Futurist beliefs also have aclose association with
dispensationalism and Zionism.
So let's talk aboutdispensationalism and Zionism.
Much of the futurist beliefrests on the assumption that God
has never given Israel all theland promised through Abraham

(09:48):
and that the completefulfillment of this promise is
still in the future.
In other words, israel gets tomurder innocent people in
Palestine and take their landfrom them.
These views ignore theprophesied final judgment that
fell on first century Israel.
They imagine that a templeneeds to be rebuilt and that the
Jewish people who dwell inIsrael today are God's holy

(10:10):
people, even despite there beingno context to support the
concept in scripture.
I discuss this in post numbersix.
The Christian Zionists of ourgeneration lead our country as
we speak and will support thefabricated nation Israel that
was created by the Rothschildsin the 60s.
In whatever they do, they don'tsupport any truly holy motive,

(10:31):
but stand with the wickedgovernment of Israel and all of
their war crimes againstinnocent people, including
thousands of Christians inPalestine.
But we can just call themterrorists if it makes you feel
better.
Be careful what you believe fromthe news and media, which is
run by these same centralbankers who own nearly
everything we see around us.
Study it out and you'll findthis to be truth.

(10:52):
Make no mistake there is noconnection with today's
so-called Holy Land and ancientIsrael, religiously or
ethnically.
They have no temple, nor dothey ever offer any required
animal sacrifices.
They have no Levite lineage tooperate a temple and never will.
It was destroyed in AD 70.

(11:15):
According to gene testing and Ihave links to this they have no
ethnic DNA.
In other words, there is noJewish race.
It doesn't exist.
They don't keep the law ofMoses, they go by the rabbinic
tradition in their Talmud and,of course, as Christians, how do
you call a person holy whorejects Christ?

(11:35):
I guess you could say Zionismpromotes fake news about fake
Jews.
Today's Jews have no ethnic DNA, no proven lineage.
They don't keep the Mosaic Lawand they reject their Messiah.
It sounds like a cult to me,but you have to decide for
yourself.
If you want to hear what aZionist sounds like when they

(11:56):
think out loud, check out thelatest interview with Tucker
Carlson and Ted Cruz, and I linkto this as well.
Here, tucker asks the questionsthat all of America needs to be
asking, and Ted brings nothingto the table except a feast of
error and ignorance for thewhole world to embrace.
But don't think our fearlessleader in America is going to
save us from any of this madness.

(12:16):
He can be seen on video in hisbeanie performing a ceremony on
the Wailing Wall, or WesternWall that is considered holy to
the Jews.
I'm not sure what that's reallyabout, although I doubt it's
what CNN would tell us tobelieve.
It's my understanding that hiswife and much of their immediate
family profess to be believersin Judaism, and Trump has been

(12:36):
called the first Jewish Americanpresident numerous times.
But if that's not enough toraise an eyebrow, he filled his
entire cabinet with pro-Israel,aka Zionist, members.
Are we excited yet?
Check out these links foryourself.
Don't get me wrong.
I'm not saying to cheer on theleft when it comes to our

(12:57):
government.
I have to quote Bob Dylan andsay clowns on the left and
jokers on the right.
And we're stuck in the middleof all this.
But getting back to futurism ingeneral, when asked how coming
soon can mean 2,000 years laterto the audience that heard our
Lord Christ Yeshua speaking tothem about these things, the
futurist attitude states a dayis a thousand years and a

(13:20):
thousand years a day to the Lord.
So let's look at a day is athousand years From the vantage
point of Preterism.
A likely response would be tothe Lord, a day is a thousand
years, not to us.
Should we apply the words ofPeter to the accuracy of
prophetic warnings?
Is that what Peter was doingwhen he said this to his

(13:41):
audience?
Let's read this passage in 2Peter 3, 1-13.
This is now the letter that I amwriting to you, beloved.
In both of them I am stirringup your sincere mind by way of
reminder that you shouldremember the predictions of the
holy prophets and thecommandment of the Lord and
Savior through your apostles, knowing this first of all, that

(14:01):
scoffers will come in the lastdays, with scoffing following
their own sinful desires, theywill say where is the promise of
his coming?
For ever since the fathers fellasleep, all things are
continuing as they were from thebeginning of creation.
For they deliberately overlookthe fact that the heavens
existed long ago and the earthwas formed out of water and
through water by the word ofcreation.
For they deliberately overlookthe fact that the heavens
existed long ago and the earthwas formed out of water and

(14:23):
through water by the word of God, and that by means of these,
the world that then existed wasdeluged with water and perished.
But by the same word, theheavens and earth that now exist
are stored up for fire, beingkept until the day of judgment
and destruction of the ungodly.
But do not overlook this onefact beloved that with the Lord,

(14:43):
one day is a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
The Lord is not slow to fulfillhis promise, as some count
slowness, but is patient towardsyou, not wishing that any
should perish, but that allshould reach repentance.
But the day of the Lord willcome like a thief, and then the
heavens will pass away with aroar and the heavenly bodies
will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works

(15:06):
that are done on it will beexposed.
Since all these things are thusto be dissolved, what sort of
people ought you to be, inlights of holiness and godliness
, waiting for and hastening thecoming of the day of God,
because of which the heavenswill be set on fire and
dissolved and the heavenlybodies will melt as they burn?
But, according to his promise,we are waiting for new heavens

(15:28):
and a new earth in whichrighteousness dwells.
So, looking back at thescoffers, we see that the
scoffers here were casting doubton a final judgment, because
all things continued as theywere from the beginning of
creation.
We must factor in that thesescoffers were doing their
scoffing in the first century, while the apostles declared that
Christ would be returning soonin judgment, as well as to raise

(15:51):
the dead in Sheol and bringthem into heaven.
There was a 40-year time periodfrom the cross of Christ to the
destruction of Jerusalem andthe parousia or return of Christ
.
This would certainly givepeople something to scoff about
when being told it would happensoon.
This 40 year time period is aparallel to Israel's exodus out
of Egypt.
The first exodus, the firstexodus, was a shadow of the

(16:16):
things to come in the secondexodus, upon the return of
Christ.
Preterism holds to the factthat the second exodus was from
the cross of Christ and Yeshuain AD 30 to the Jerusalem temple
destruction in AD 70.
Was there scoffers during thefirst exodus?
Yes, there was a lot ofscoffing going on before they
reached the promised land.

(16:37):
Today, most are still awaitingthe resurrection of the dead.
They don't understand theimplications of this view.
It's not understood thatwithout the resurrection, the
dead are still sleeping in Sheolwaiting to be brought into
heaven with the Lord.
But as Dave pointed out in hismessage to me that we read
earlier, this was a spiritualevent.
The resurrection would also bespiritual in that the dead would

(17:00):
not need their original bodiesto be raised.
Our earthly bodies have no usein the heavenly realms and we
will all receive better onesthat are more suitable for our
new dwelling.
On top of that, there is not asingle verse written in our
scripture to support Christ.
Yeshua returning in the flesh.
A physical human body Coming inthe clouds was a spiritual

(17:21):
event.
There was much taking place inthe unseen realms while humanity
witnessed the final judgment onthe once holy people of Israel
in AD 70.
The final judgment andresurrection of the dead was
prophesied in scripture long ago, but was not coming soon until
Yeshua and his apostles declaredit as such.
So what we really see going onis the end of the world as they

(17:44):
knew it.
As Dave wrote to me in hismessage outlining what preterism
is, how could he have come backand we not have known it?
The problem here is one ofpreconceived ideas.
It is because of the paradigmsthat we have developed.
We think that the second comingis an earth-burning,
heaven-melting, globe-changingevent.
So we assume it could not havealready happened.

(18:06):
And we saw that in Peter, didn't we?
It sounded like that, doesn'tit?
And to Dave's point, this isexactly what we think today when
we read the language in ourBibles about the end times.
But is this the way theapostles in the first century
believed it would be, but isthis the way the Apostles in the
first century believed it wouldbe.

(18:27):
In our generation we read ourHebrew Old Testament, like the
Greek Gentiles of the firstcentury might have read it.
We don't understand theprophetic language at all.
Our New Testament epistles wereall written by ancient Hebrew
people.
They knew the context of theOld Testament much better than
we do today.
Let's look at an example ofjust how far removed the

(18:48):
institutional churches today arefrom the true context of
scripture.
Yeshua said For truly, I say toyou, until heaven and earth pass
away, not an iota, not a dotwill pass from the law, until
all is accomplished.
That's Matthew 5.18.
So on our ignorance, we say theearth is going to end.
You might say this all the time, but I don't think this means

(19:10):
what you think it means.
In Isaiah we read that whenYahweh established the nation of
Israel, it was a new heavensand earth.
In Isaiah 51.
51 15, we read I'm the Lord, your God, who stirs up the sea
so that its waves roar.
The Lord of hosts is his name, and I've put my words in your
mouth and covered you in theshadow of my hand, establishing

(19:32):
the heavens and laying thefoundations of the earth, and
saying to Zion you are my people.
I know this is a lot to wrapyour head around if you were
thinking the end of the world iscoming soon.
Preterism is a shock to ourparadigms.
But what about the sun goingdim, the stars falling from the
sky and all the end of the worldevents?
In Matthew 24, starting inverse 29, we read Immediately

(19:56):
after the tribulation of thosedays, the sun will be darkened
and the moon will not give itslight and the stars will fall
from heaven and the powers ofthe heavens will be shaken.
Then will appear in heaven thesign of the Son of man, and then
all the tribes of the earthwill mourn and they will see the
Son of man coming on the cloudsof heaven with power and great
glory, and he will send out hisangels with a loud trumpet call

(20:18):
and they will gather his elect.
We see this and think there isno way our world will continue
under these circumstances.
But this is not the end of theworld as we know it.
It was the end of the world asthey knew it.
Let's see what the true Jews ofthe ancient scriptures thought

(20:38):
about the moon, stars and sun.
Most of us are familiar withthe story of Joseph.
You know the one with thecolorful coat.
Genesis 37.9 reads this isquite a thing to take place if

(21:01):
we were to look at it literally, isn't it?
How do we explain this in ourWestern culture minds today?
We don't, but we should look athow the ancient Hebrews in our
Bible thought of it.
In Genesis 37.10 we readJoseph's ancient Hebrew family

(21:30):
clearly understood Joseph to bereferring to his parents as the
sun and moon and his elevensiblings as stars.
These references were commonlyinterpreted as representing
governing authorities, but theywere also often descriptive of
nations or kingdoms.
We need to put on our ancientHebrew thinking caps when we see
apocalyptic language in ourscripture.

(21:51):
The only way Christians willwake up to the reality of the
cult of Zionism is if theybecome familiar with their
Bibles.
And, of course, we have to prayfor understanding and stop
interpreting it how today'sdispensationalist church leaders
want us to.
When it comes to the preteristview, it's as simple as
believing what our Lord said.
Our Lord said it.
Do you believe it?

(22:12):
With so many scholarsconcluding that the apostles
believed Christ's return wouldhappen in their generation,
should we not consider why theythought such things?
Matthew 24 34 says truly, Imade this very statement to his

(22:33):
apostles in the first century AD.
To those he spoke to ageneration was not 2,000 years
and our Lord was not speaking tous when he said this.
What relevance would thesewords have to his audience if
the things taking place would be2,000 years later?
In Luke 21 20, yeshua says butwhen you see Jerusalem

(22:55):
surrounded by armies, then knowthat its desolation has come
near.
Then let those who are in Judeaflee to the mountains and let
those who are inside the citydepart and let not those who are
out in the country enter it,for these are days of vengeance
to fulfill all that is written.
Here Christ Yeshua seems tostate that the AD 70 destruction

(23:15):
of Jerusalem would fulfill allthat is written.
Was he talking about ancientfictional books read for
entertainment, or did he referto written prophecy in scripture
?
I would conclude the latterstatement is the most accurate
here.
This would mean that upon thedestruction of Jerusalem and its
once holy temple, that allprophecy was fulfilled.

(23:37):
But that doesn't have to meanthe second coming was fulfilled
at that time.
Many will say this conceptoften coming from partial
preterists who in reality are astretch to fit into the box of
preterism at all, but if we goback into that passage for
context, we see that the secondcoming, or parousia, was in fact

(23:57):
included in all that is written.
Looking at Luke 21-25, yeshuasays and there will be signs in
sun and moon and stars and onthe earth distress of nations
and perplexity because of theroaring of the sea and the waves
, people fainting with fear andwith foreboding of what is
coming on the world, for thepowers of the heavens will be

(24:19):
shaken, and then they will seethe Son of man coming in a cloud
with great power and greatglory.
Now, when these things begin totake place, straighten up and
raise your heads, because yourredemption is drawing near.
To the ancient Hebrews, whowere being spoken to here,
coming in a cloud meant judgment.
In their Tanakh, which is ourOld Testament, yahweh was not

(24:40):
smiling while sitting on a puffywhite cloud.
This would have been a stormcloud bringing wrath and
destruction, but the firstcentury Christians also
associated this destruction withtheir redemption and clearly
Christ himself was the author ofthis concept.
So how do we pull these thingsapart and put any of this in our
future, as the futuristbelievers do?

(25:02):
John 21-22,.
Jesus said to him, if it is mywill that he remain until I come
.
What is that to you?
The he here that would remainor still be alive at the time of
the second coming was John, theauthor of Revelation.
Let's look closer at thecontext.
Peter turned and saw thedisciple whom Jesus loved

(25:23):
following them, the one who hadbeen reclining at table close to
him and had said Lord, who isthis that's going to betray you?
When Peter, reclining at tableclose to him and had said Lord,
who is this that's going tobetray you?
When Peter saw him, he said toJesus Lord, what about this man?
Jesus said to him If it is mywill that he remain until I come
, what is that to you?
You follow me?
So the saying spread abroadamong the brothers that this

(25:44):
disciple was not to die.
Yet Jesus did not say to himthat he was not to die, but if
it is my will that he remainuntil I come, what is that to
you?
And again, in Matthew, christYeshua makes a similar statement
, but includes more than one inhis audience.
Matthew 16, 28.
Truly, I say to you, there aresome standing here who will not

(26:06):
taste death until they see theSon of man coming in his kingdom
.
And again our Lord emphasizesthis point to his disciples who
were standing with him in thefirst century while he was
walking on the earth.
Christ Yeshua is not speakingto us, matthew 10.23,.
When they persecute you in onetown, flee to the next, for

(26:26):
truly I say to you, you will nothave gone through all the towns
of Israel before the Son of mancomes.
We have an abundance of passagesin Scripture when it comes to
the everlasting covenant thatthe church has in Christ Yeshua,
but one definitely stands outamong them all Christ as the
cornerstone.
Matthew 21, 42.

(26:47):
Jesus said to them have younever read in the scriptures?
The stone that the buildersrejected has become the
cornerstone.
This was the Lord's doing andit's marvelous in our eyes.
Therefore, I tell you, thekingdom of God will be taken
away from you and given to apeople producing its fruits, and
the one who falls on this stonewill be broken to pieces, and
when it falls on anyone, it willcrush him.

(27:08):
When the one who falls on thisstone will be broken to pieces,
and when it falls on anyone, itwill crush him.
When the chief priests and thePharisees heard his parables,
they perceived that he wasspeaking about them.
The kingdom was taken away fromnational Israel in AD 70, and
this was not to be a temporarysituation.
In Hebrews 13 20 we read Nowmay the God of peace, who
brought again from the dead ourLord Jesus, the great shepherd

(27:30):
of the sheep, by the blood ofthe eternal covenant.
Eternal covenant, that's whatwe have in Christ.
This isn't a temporary periodin time waiting for Messiah to
come back and reign in Israel.
This is our permanent covenant.
Preterism is going to upset somepeople.
Some call preterism heresy.

(27:52):
Preterism is not popular likethe never-ending end times
prophecies of our day thatalways prove to be false.
But is preterism the truecontext of scripture?
That's the real question weshould be asking.
If you find yourself askingwhat, what is preterism?
And you don't study it out tobe sure, you may be living the

(28:12):
rest of your life not knowingthe truth about the times you're
living in.
Are you comfortable with that?
In conclusion, can you see whythe apostles of Christ Yeshua
believed he was coming in theirgeneration?
Does it now make sense whythere are over 100 passages in
our New Testament that declarethe second coming of Christ as
coming soon and even very soon?

(28:33):
The question we must askourselves with all this on the
table is if Christ Yeshua didnot come in that generation,
would he not be a false prophet?
If we take the time to studyour prophecy in scripture, we
will not find that a day is athousand years.
If the event prophesied did nottake place in the time frame

(28:54):
that it was declared, what wouldhave to be the conclusion?
A second coming is beingdeclared nearly every decade
these days.
If we are to examine futuristeschatology, what is the most
consistent pattern that we findwith their prophecy?
They're always wrong.
Was our Lord wrong when heproclaimed I'm coming soon?

(29:15):
It seems to be high time thatwe stop clinging to this false
drama and believe what ChristYeshua said.
Our Lord is not someone whostarts a project that he can't
finish.
Believe it because our Lordsaid it, and study out the
details in order to be left inawe.
Christ Yeshua fulfilled theseven feasts of Yahweh, not just

(29:35):
the spring feasts, but also thefall feasts.
If you haven't read that bookby David Curtis, go get it now
on Amazon.
I have a link to it in my blogpost.
The seven feasts of Yahweh isguaranteed to blow your mind in
a good way.
It's an incredible piece ofwork regarding Christ Yeshua's
fulfillment of all prophecy.

(29:56):
We shouldn't be asking ourselveswhat is preterism?
We should be saying Yahweh doeswhat he says.
Christ Yeshua does what he says.
His work is finished.
Redemption is here, not near.
His work is finished.
Redemption is here, not near.
Welcome to the age that was tocome in our New Testament
writings, the New Covenant Age.
And don't forget resting inChrist is not like sleeping.

(30:19):
Our rest in Christ allows us toserve our Lord freely from the
heart, without the anxiety andburden of sin getting between us
and our Lord.
Don't get caught up in sin.
It's not worth your time.
You're a child of Yahweh, brothers and sisters in Christ.
