The program provides routine services such as mowing, edging, weed-eating, and fertilization. Residents can opt for additional services like irrigation checks and flowerbed sprinkler heads at an additional cost. The program is designed to maintain a consistent look throughout the neighborhood while also preserving property values. The Association encourages residents to maintain their trees and ensure they are properly cared for. To modify front yard landscaping, residents must obtain prior approval from the Walsh Review Committee. Detailed information about the landscaping program, including approved plant and tree lists, can be found on the Walsh HOA website.
