In this haunting listener submission, Jim shares chilling encounters with experiences involving shadow figures, strange entities, and unexplained disturbances. But nothing compares to what unfolded after the heartbreaking loss of his beloved dog, Lacey, in 2024.
Her passing left a deep emotional void, and in that vulnerable space, something negative crept in. Jim began sensing a heavy presence watching from the corner of his home, an oppressive force that drained his energy, twisted his emotions, and fed on his grief. What followed was a terrifying escalation: intrusive thoughts, waves of hopelessness, and a vivid nightmare that exploded into sleep paralysis, complete with crawling shadow “spiders” covering the ceiling of his bedroom.
Drawing from past guidance and years of experience dealing with the paranormal, Jim attempted multiple cleansing methods, but the darkness only dug in deeper. Eventually, he reached out for help, leading to a remote clearing session that brought both clarity and a disturbing twist: none of the audio he recorded survived, and his ghost cam mysteriously captured silence where there should have been hours of sound.
Though life returned to normal for nearly a year, a sudden explosive noise in an empty room loud enough to send his cat bolting outside suggests the quiet may not be permanent.
