Jeff is the past president of our local Real Estate Investors of Nashville association (REIN) and current board member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Having attended numerous educational real estate seminars and obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Studies; he has been able to create streamlined systems for use in maximizing the cash flow on his own rental portfolio.
