Melissa English is a Holistic Wellness Consultant, Phototherapy Patch Educator and Speaker who specializes in helping people gain freedom from sugar and carb cravings.
Before Melissa's sugar and carb healing journey, she was possessed by constant thoughts about having more sugar filled foods. Conversations with herself were like - What will it be? How much will I have?! No, I won't have a bowl of ice cream, I'll just get a few spoonfuls - but I'll use a big spoon!
Constant use of sugary foods was starting to destroy her health and causing symptoms such as chronic brain fog, continually thinking about when I would allow myself to have more sweets, annoying sleep problems, awful PMS and long, drawn-out menopause symptoms, along with various aches and pains that woke her up at night and continued throughout the day.
Finally, Melissa was motivated to truly conquer the problem after being hit by a "cosmic 2 by 4" in the shape of an 18 wheeler in a city intersection.
