While the Nation Struggles, Northeast Enjoys Perfect Weather Week

It's the fourth day of themonth of August 2025.
We had a beautiful weekend.
Weather wise, temperatures,just about perfect across the
northeast.
Elsewhere across the nation wasa different story, but in the
northeast we had some greatweather it C up to the Boston
area.
Looking at high temperatures80s to the lower 90s it's only

the lower 90s in the cities.
At night it'll be partly cloudydown to the middle 60s.
Tuesday's weather is lookingmostly sunny, back up to near 90
, with light east winds causinga little bit of a cooler flow
across the Jersey Shore and alsoon the beaches of Long Island
and coastal Connecticut.
But we are anticipating mostlycloudy skies from Tuesday night
nighttime 067.

A little cold front movesthrough Wednesday sunshine,
mid-80s.
Thursday and Friday also 80 to85.
Fair weather right in throughnext weekend as well.
If you are traveling on thisMonday, as I mentioned, fair
weather across the northeast, alittle smoky across New England,
but just mostly fair and VFRconditions in Boston and New

No problems weather-wise forthe New York area airports.
If there's delays it's probablybecause of well, mostly volume
entering around the area,looking at Philadelphia,
washington DC and Richmond, alllooking dry.
Dry weather in Charlotte butlooks like still some afternoon
thunderstorms in Atlanta A goodportion of the time, though not
raining.

south Florida as well.
A stationary front lies fromcentral Texas along the Gulf
Coast, louisiana, alabama,mississippi and Florida, then
off the northern coast ofFlorida near Jacksonville.
That area of low pressures thatwill be forming along that
system from the west moving east, continue to keep those areas
in clouds and showers.
So showers in Houston and alsoin Dallas.

West Coast, just smoky in LAand San Diego Dry weather in San
Francisco, dry also in Portlandand Seattle.
Chicago at this point lookingalso generally fair but still a
bit smoky.
Across Minnesota there could besome afternoon rain showers
cleansing the atmosphere.
