Patti has worked as the Executive Director of Seattle Pride for about two years. Prior to that she founded a consulting company and was also an adjunct professor for Seattle Film Institute. She has a long history of working in education like founding and heading the Lake Washington Girls Middle School and was the interim Head of School for Seattle School of Boys. She has her masters in Education and has served on several boards including The Bush School.
