We all know about the “shoulds”, but what about the “coulds”?
In this episode we reflect on this sneaky feeling of always feeling “behind” despite logically knowing that time is just a construct. We realize what’s actually happening is this feeling of lost potential and disappointment of not getting as much done as we wanted to. Which leads us to explore how we are already shedding the “shoulds” but what about the “coulds”?
The “I could be doing more”, “I could be working on this”, “I could’ve spent my time getting this done” etc. As always we weave in our embodied and somatic perspectives into the conversation, and dissect the word ambition–what it actually means and how it’s been tainted by boss babe hustle culture.
The conversation beautifully gives a glimpse of the essence of living our values and integrity, balancing external pressures, and embracing authenticity in business and invites you to do the same.
