Ricky is a movement specialist having trained for well over a decade in multiple different sports & movement styles! including martial arts of many types, yoga & calisthenics (of which his expertise is particularly impressive!!)
Ricky has a degree in biology from the University of London as well as qualifications in multiple other areas of study.
We discuss much in our chat from martial arts, mobility work, his issues with CrossFit, tips for working on your handstands & his involvement in the UK Calisthenics scene!
