Welcome to another fantastic episode of the Wellness Academy Podcast!
Todays episode has me extremely excited to bring you one fo the CrossFit games outstanding performers over the last 4 years - Pat Vellner!
Somewhat bursting onto the scene at the 2016 games, Pat would go on to finish 3rd in his rookie season behind winner Mat Fraser & 2nd placed Ben Smith.
He would then continue to finish on the podium the next 2 seasons before a surprisingly difficult year at the revamped competition in 2019.
Pat & I took the time to chat about his performance last year, his opinion on the competition & then his winning performance at Wodapalooza at the start of the year.
We get into much more in this chat & I hope you will all enjoy hearing from Pat as much as I did.
