We're hitting pause to reflectand tap into the power of
gratitude Now.
We all know how easy it is toget caught up in the busyness of
life, right, but today I wantto invite you to take a moment
for stillness.
I'll be guiding you through ashort calming meditation that

will help you reconnect withwhat truly matters your health,
your peace and your ability tojust be present.
So, whether you're a seasonedmeditator or totally new to the
practice, this episode is foranyone who wants to bring a
little more calm and gratitudeinto their holiday season.
Okay, so find a comfortablespot, breathe deeply and let's

get started.
Welcome to the specialThanksgiving meditation episode.
I am so glad you're here.

(02:07):
Take a moment to settle into acomfortable position, whether
you're sitting or lying down.
Find a place where you can feelfully supported.
Close your eyes and take a deepbreath in and gently exhale.
Allow your body to relax andsoften.

(02:28):
Feel the weight of your bodygrounded and supported by the
surface beneath you.
This is your time to pause andbe present.
Your time to pause and bepresent.

(02:52):
Let go of any distractions andsimply tune into this moment of
calm.
Now bring your attention inwardand start to notice any areas
of tension in your body, perhapsin your shoulders, your jaw or
your lower back, withoutjudgment.

(03:13):
Just observe where you may beholding on to tightness and,
with each exhale, imagine thetension melting away.
Picture it dissolving, leavingyour body soft and relaxed.
And as your breath flowsnaturally, let it bring

(03:37):
relaxation to each part of yourbody, from your head all the way
down to your toes.
Feel the warmth of your breathas it creates space, releasing
any heaviness With every inhale.

(03:59):
Draw in calm With every exhale.
Let go of stress.

(04:21):
Now bring to mind one thing youare truly grateful for.
It could be a person, a specialmemory, or even the ability to
pause and take this time foryourself.
Whatever it is, visualize itvividly in your mind.

(04:43):
See how the details of thisgratitude, the way it feels, the
colors, the sounds, theemotions.
Notice how this gratitude fillsin your heart.
Is it warm, expansive?

(05:03):
Does it create a sense of peacein your body?
Let that feeling grow andspread through every part of you

(05:24):

Let it fill your chest, yourarms, your legs.
Allow it to radiate outwardfrom you, touching every part of
your being.
Breathe it in deeply and allowthe sense of gratitude to anchor

(05:50):
you in the present moment.
And, as we begin to bring thismeditation to a close, carry

(06:25):
this sense of gratitude with you.
Know that this calm, this peaceand this warmth are always
available to you whenever youneed them.
Slowly begin to bring yourawareness back to the space

(06:46):
around you, wiggle your fingersand toes, gently waking up your
body and, when you're ready,open your eyes, take a deep
breath in and exhale fully.
And thank you for taking thismoment for yourself today, and

may your Thanksgiving be filledwith peace, love and gratitude.
