For 2023, I set quarterly goals instead of only big yearly goals. I really like this approach because it makes whatever you're working towards more realistic and intentional. I go over how I set up my Google doc, Pinterest board, and "Vision Board" for each quarter. I'm also sharing some recent wellness purchase favorites you may be missing out on! ;)

I have officially completed 75 Hard and am going over my whole experience with it!
