Awaken the deeper wisdom of your body through the sacred power of castor oil. This healing ally bridges science and spirit to ground your energy, balance your body, and restore inner harmony.

_____________________________________________

In this episode, Wendy De Rosa sits down with naturopathic doctor and visionary teacher Dr. Marisol Teijeiro, ND, to explore the often-overlooked energetic and spiritual dimensions of castor oil—a traditional remedy with profound healing potential.

Though rooted in science and medicine, Dr. Marisol shares how she once dismissed the “subtle body” aspects of healing, until a personal health crisis opened her to the deeper intelligence of this sacred oil. What followed was a journey of profound transformation.

Together, Wendy and Dr. Marisol discuss:

  • How castor oil supports energetic clearing and grounding
  • Ways to use it to deepen meditation, rest, and intuitive connection
  • The link between the gut, liver, and energetic flow
  • Why the body’s wisdom must be integrated with spiritual healing

This conversation bridges science and spirit, inviting you to experience castor oil not just as a physical remedy, but as a sacred ally for inner renewal and energetic alignment.

SPEAKER_00 (00:02):
Welcome to the Wendy DeRosa Sessions, a place to
ground your energy, trust yourintuition, and awaken the light
within you.
Welcome everyone to the WendyDeRosa Sessions.
I'm so glad you're here.
And in this episode, we aregoing to talk about castor oil.

(00:24):
I'm so excited to welcome toyou, Dr.
Marisol, who I've come to knowin this past year as the Queen
of Castor Oil Packs.
And I have such a cool andinteresting story about how uh
castor oil has come into my lifeand how I met Dr.
Marisol.
But first, I just wanted towelcome you, Dr.

(00:44):
Marisol.
Thank you for watching.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much, Wendy.

SPEAKER_01 (00:48):
I'm so excited to speak with you.
Number one, you know how much Iadmire and love the work that
you do.
And even just have theopportunity to reach out to your
people, which I'm sure are allalong the same vibe as me and
you, which is wonderful.
So this is a great opportunity.
I appreciate it.

SPEAKER_00 (01:03):
Thank you so much for being here.
So here's what I want to sharefirst as we're getting started
is uh we so we're talking aboutenergy healing, and and most of
my you know, my audience is youknow, intuitive, sensitives,
empaths.
They're oftentimes in positionswhere they're being with people

(01:25):
or they're leading people, orthey're people that work with
people, and we are um, you know, sort of the sensitive, empathic,
intuitive beings.
And my work is about diving deepinto the energetic system.
But what's interesting to me iscastor oil packs have been
something that I've had in myfield of my I say, my arsenal of

(01:49):
different, I don't know, 25, 30years, but I've never talked
about them.
I'm just so glad that we'rebringing this out into the um
yeah, into the conversationbecause they may not be new to
some people, but how we mightuse them within our healing and

(02:11):
our energetic system.
I think it's you know importantto kind of revive the
conversation and bring it intothis realm of of energy.
Absolutely.

SPEAKER_01 (02:22):
Yeah, because I I do believe, like if we really look
back, and you know, you're notalone either.
You know, I began reallyspeaking about castoral packs
from the realm of like thephysical body, like what it did
from a physical perspective,right?
Because as a trained naturopath, that's how I learned them.
Um, but then what I realizedwhen I actually was putting them
into use in my body.

(02:42):
And then years later, I actuallyrealized that it's more of an
energetic tool than anythingthat connects you, connects your
energy body back to yourphysical body, which is so
powerful, especially if you arean empath or highly sensitive.
Like I fit into all of thosecategories, right?
I mean, that's why I love yourwork so much because for me it's
been so foundationallytransformative.

(03:05):
And then, and now that I have inmy toolbox, I've got my Wendy De
Rosa, I've got my castor outback, you know, I've got my
different things, and then likemy meditation and my different
different aspects, like goodfood, nutrition, all the things
that give you good life and giveyou good like qi or energy, as I
say in traditional Chinesemedicine.
But yeah, it's like it's it'spart of the toolbox in the
energetic, energetic wellness.

(03:27):
And I think a lot of people shyfrom speaking about it in an
energetic perspective becausethey both they believe that it
belongs in the physical world, but it actually is the bridge
between both, which is a coolthing about castor oil packs.

SPEAKER_00 (03:39):
Yeah, absolutely.
And yeah, I mean, I'll have aChinese medicine story because
it's one how I got introduced toit.
But I first want to start outwith just how did you become the
queen of castor oil packs?
Honestly, it was following myintuitive hits.

SPEAKER_01 (03:55):
As if I can really like back then I didn't know.
Back then I just knew that itwas like, you know, my first job
in the natural wellnessindustry.
I walk in.
There's uh, you know, I'm havingnow I know from you it's like a
clairvoyant episode, which iswhere, you know, there was a
halo around these bottles of oilon the bottom floor.
You know, something was pullingand attracting me, like I felt,

(04:16):
right?
Like I was going through all theclairs that day.
I was feeling something.
I I kneeled down.
I, you know, picked up thisbottle.
And at the time it was all dustybecause castor oil really has
taken a trajectory where it wasloved and then people don't love
it, it falls out of fashion, andpeople forget about it.
You know, it's a little bit morework than especially before, not
now, because I made it easy todo, but people would forget

(04:38):
about it.
So I was at a point in time whencastor oil was really being kind
of left to the side.
And I remember kneeling down andjust picking up this bottle, not
knowing what it is, and my heartjust like really had like an
expansion, like just kind oflike a boom-boom.
I don't, that's the best waythat I can describe it.
And I'm just like, I need toknow more, is what you know came
down into my mind.
Like, I need to know more aboutthis stuff.

(04:59):
At first, though, you know, Iwent to go speak with the
wellness counselor at the healthfood store.
And honestly, I was so resistantto things, and this is something
I learned later on in my lifeabout resistance.
And, you know, I really needed acastor oil pack, but I thought
it was woo-woo.
And I thought castor oil wassnake oil because it could do
everything.
And so I just became soresistant to it, right?
Which is ironic because one ofthe major actions of castor oil

(05:22):
packs is that it reducesresistance in our body, right?
And when you reduce resistance, you can get more into your
energetic flow.
But for me, I was like soresistant.
This is so woo-woo.
This is so not what I want to dowith my life, right?
I had just gotten into thenatural wellness industry.
And then, you know, fast forward10 years later, I'm in
naturopathic college becauseI've been dealing with all these

(05:43):
symptoms of anxiety and stress.
And, you know, nothing's reallyhelping me.
And I'm I'm feeling so much, andno one can help, right?
Like beyond if they want to,they wanted to give me, you
know, obviously lots ofantidepressants and
anti-anxieties and all thesedrugs, which I just I didn't
believe in.
Like I'm I'm not into intomedical drugs, right?

(06:04):
Unless there's a time and aplace for many of them.
But I don't think it's a firstavenue, right?
And for most cases.
And, you know, in naturopathiccollege, I was trying to find
the solution for myself.
And sure enough, you know, thatthere you have a a group of
hundreds of empaths.
So you can imagine like theenergy that you're feeling in

(06:24):
that, in that, in that, in thatbuilding is intense.
And then on top of it, theenergy of the stress that
everyone's dealing with, becauseit's like professional level
college, and you know, theydidn't make the program easy.
It was like 80 to 90 hours aweek, you know, plus studying,
like it was intense.
Like we had to learn everythingconventional and then everything
from uh a naturopathic physicalmodality.

(06:45):
Unfortunately, they left out alot of energy medicine, which is
sad.
The only exposure that we got toit was traditional Chinese
medicine and homeopathy.
Um, but there could have been somuch more that we could have
done, but you know, time waslimited.
But it was there that in myfinal year when I was walking
into clinical practice, like Ibroke.
I burnt out completely.
And I and mainly becausethroughout Nash Path at college,

(07:08):
I was waking up in the middle ofthe night with these like five
alarm fire panic attacks andlike an elephant on my chest.
And it was it was so intense,Wendy.
Like I would do what I could, like I would go for GABA and
magnesium.
I was trying all the naturalstuff, you know.
And then at one point I kind ofsuccumbed to getting the drugs
because I was like, I needsomething because I can't sleep.

(07:30):
My body is just, you know, breaking down and I'm drinking
more coffee to compensate.
So everything was off with me.
And then, you know, sure enough, you burn out because no, no, no,
no physical system can maintainthat amount of trauma and stress
for a period of time oreventually it breaks.
And so I broke, I couldn't getout of bed, and I was frustrated

(07:52):
because here I was doing all theright supplements, I was eating
all the right foods, I was doingthe product the protocols, you
know, and I'm worse off thanever.
And, you know, finally then, like click in my head, even
though people have been tellingme to do it for a decade, you
know, Castro packs is that oneregret that I look back and I'm
like, man, people have beentelling me to do what would I

(08:12):
look like and feel like now hadI been doing them from the
beginning if I just listened anddropped my resistance.
So that's my first sign forpeople out there is drop your
resistance to that and thinkabout what they could, what with
how you could feel and be withthem.
And I I ended up taking this oldtrade show bag that was made out
of organic cotton.
Cause one of the things thatbugged me about the way that

(08:34):
people were recommending castoroil packs is they would say put
the oil and put like saran wrapplastic around.
That's what I remember about it.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, like the old school way.
And and I'm like, that's toxic.
Like I and I was trained intoxicology for a long time.
So for me, that was like thatwas on top of it feeling a bit
too woo-woo.
Like, what would this castor oilpack with oil on it actually do

(08:55):
for my physical body?
Um, but but again, I wasthinking the wrong way.
Um, and you know, I just Icouldn't bring myself to do it,
but then I'm like desperate andI'm like, I'm desperate, I'm
gonna do anything.
I'll I'll like move mountainsbecause one thing about me that
I found out in that time andspace was that I will not give
up.
Like there is no giving up anyany bone in my body.

(09:16):
And I I just wasn't ready togive up.
So I sewed myself that nicelittle organic cotton bag, put a
nice clean tea towel in it, andthen I put the castor on my body
and I placed the pack on mybody.
And it it was like the best waythat I can describe what
happened when I put it on thatday is biblically, is like it
felt like the sky opened up andangels began to serenade me.

(09:39):
And like I just felt like insidemy body.
I felt good, I felt calm, I feltcentered.
I felt what I'd been trying todo for years, which was trying
to meditate, and I just couldn'tdo it because every time I try
to meditate, I'd get a panicattack.
And then here I am doing thiscastor liver pack and or castor

(10:02):
wrap or whatever people call it,castor pack, and I'm just in a
state of zen.
Like I feel so good.
And I'm like, and I was goingfrom feeling so bad.
And you know, sure enough, too,my labs looked kind of normal.
So it wasn't with until I likehad to like I investigated so
deeply to find something wrongwith me, but something really
wasn't wrong with me.

(10:23):
Like, although I thought it wasmy hormones, I thought it was
this, I thought it was that, youknow, and there was some
evidence of that.
But what I ended up realizingwas that I was dealing with
actually like an energeticdisease, was that the the stress
had become so much for my poorsystem that and I was just
constantly giving away myenergy, like you know, like
through my grounding cord, something that I learned through

(10:45):
through you.
I I've just been constantlygiving away my energy, not
repleting it from my back body, and and truly just you know, I
became an empty vessel, andthat's not life, right?
It's not life to be an emptyvessel, uh a full vessel, like
full of pleasure, full of ofeverything, you know, and and
what I saw myself too doing isthat in order to find the

(11:08):
fullness, I would go to thingslike food or you know, I had a
closet cigarette smokingaddiction back then, you know,
or or alcohol.
So I would go to other things, shopping, work, you know, I'd go
to other things to fulfill meand give me pleasure.
But what I really wasdesperately seeking was to learn
how to be and not keep on doingall the time, and to feel that

(11:31):
fulfillment from from you know,source.
I I was craving it so badly andI just didn't know how to go
about it.
And all the ways that I wastrying just weren't helping.
And so this was my gateway intomeditation, and then my gateway
into like embodiment, my gatewayinto understanding that I was

(11:51):
just focusing on the physicaland I forgot about the energetic
side of me, and then my gatewayinto dropping resistance and
getting into flow, and so it wasjust so transformative.
Like few things in my life havetransformed me that way, like
Castro Pax have, Kripalu has,you have, you know, tuning your

(12:12):
horn there, but it's true, youknow.
And uh yeah, so it was one ofthose those those things, and I
was like, wow, like I and Irushed back when I got better,
which was quicker than expected,a lot quicker.
They gave me a year, I gotbetter in like a couple months.
Oh, went back, only missed asemester instead of a whole
year, which was such a relief.
Oh, such a relief because Iwanted to be a naturopath so

(12:34):
bad.
And it's like when your dream isalmost there and you know it's
about to get crushed.
I was like, no, this can't behappening.
So it was so relieving.
And I just realized I think Iwas given a mission at that
moment was to really like servethe patients of number one
people who come to naturopathsand energy workers, because the
people who come to naturopathsand come to holistic

(12:54):
practitioners are typically thepeople who are empathic, who are
feeling more than other peoplebecause they're not getting
answers in the medical world, because the medical world,
number one, just wants to numbyou and and and make you lose
your magic, you know.
But the can the alternativecomplementary places are really
welcoming and and they're bestplaces to be.
So it was just like I realizedthat I had to become the

(13:16):
messenger for the castor oilpack because it was losing it
losing its place in in wellnessmedicine and in energy medicine
and in naturopathic medicine.
And it and it wasn't just aboutthe castor oil for the good
looks and the skin and theeyebrows and eyelashes and hair,
which it does all that too.
It wasn't about that.
The most important thing withthe castor oil is castor oil

(13:38):
pack, and that that's what I'mhere to really speak about.

SPEAKER_00 (13:41):
I love that.
Everything, I mean, I have somany thoughts with everything
that you're saying, and it'salmost like you're a um, you
know, a preserver of an ancientmedicine.
Yes, in so many ways.
You know, castor oil was so itwas introduced to me through it
through a um an acupuncturist.
So I was like classic spleen chideficiency, like prone to gain

(14:03):
weight, damp constitution, um,sluggish digestion, sort of that
classic kind of yeah, spleenchi.
And I remember the acupuncturistsaying at the time, you know, do
yeah, take the flannel cloth andthe fan wrap and put it on and
it was messy.
Um and it and it's similar towhat you're describing.

(14:26):
It's like I did it for a periodof time and then forgot about it
for years and years.
And it's interesting becauseabout I just the other day, um,
Jessica and my team sent me avideo to review to look at
something from years ago.
She's like trying to find theright video.
And I looked at myself in thatin that video, and I was clearly

(14:48):
in a completely overly empathicstate of my life, teaching,
working, but like stressed out.
And I feel I looked at myselfand I said to her back, I was
like, I feel like the entireworld is in my tissues.
Interesting.
Looking at myself.
And she was like, that's reallyinteresting.

(15:10):
It's like, I mean, youdefinitely look different now
from when you looked back then.
But what happened was I ended upgoing to, I don't know, I was
like in our local, we have likepharma, pharmaca's not there
anymore, but I think it was likea similar type of store.
And I ended up seeing castor oilpacks, and I was like, maybe I
need to do a castor oil packagain.

(15:31):
So I go and buy my castor oilpack and I, you know, come home
and I do it for, I don't know, Iwas trying to help myself during
that time period.
Same grounding, healing myspleen.
I was very aware that I wasgoing through like a
reactivation of, you know, thischronic spleen sheet flare-up.
And um, so I did it for, I don'tknow, maybe a few months, and

(15:52):
then I stopped.
Yeah, yeah, and then I met youin February or whatever last
year at Kropalo this past year.
And you gave me a castor oilpack and some oil and you know,
to test.
Um, so yeah, so you gave me thiscastor oil and some oil to test,
and I ended up, I think I liketook, I was like, well, this is

(16:15):
great.
I have everything that I'munpacking.
I put it in my like, I put it onmy shelf and I was like, well, I
already have one, so let me useup what I have.
And then turns out I go to mycloset one day and I pull out
this, I pull out what you gaveme, and I was like, wait a
second, you've seen this before.
And I go into my other cupboard, and here I am carrying the exact

(16:36):
same box of or the exact samepackage of what you handed me.
So I've had your castor oil andyour um pack this whole time,
not even realizing it.

SPEAKER_01 (16:47):
So I don't know what I love that you say that you
felt like the world was in yourtissues because you know, when
it comes to castor oil packs, this is actually something that
I talk a lot about to peoplebecause one of the things with
castor oil packs is that, youknow, we store everything, like
traumas, we store everything inour tissues, right?
And a big the big saying in thenatural medicine world is your

(17:07):
issues are in your tissues.
Yeah.
Right.
So it doesn't surprise me thatwhen you're you're in an
empathic state like that, likeoverempathic, that you're you're
just carrying on everyone'straumas and problems.
And I felt very much like thatalso, too, when I was in active
clinical practice.
Like now I've just I've I'veI've stepped out away from
practice to really become thespokesperson spokesperson, but

(17:29):
really to honor, as you said, this traditional medicine and
and be the preserver of itbecause it really deserved its
place like on top of ourprotocols and like what with
what we're doing, like truly asa foundation.
But we we do have a tendency tostore everything in our body.
And when we store, that's alsothe resistance I was talking
about earlier.
Right.
And I remember in my first daysof teaching, even from a

(17:51):
physical perspective about thecastor oil packs, I used to say
to my classes at the Nat PathicCollege, because I would teach
all the newcoming doctors, and Iwould say, just remember, if you
don't remember anything fromthis presentation, just remember
that castor oil packs give youflow.
So wherever anything is stuck,it gives you flow, right?
So, and so of course, you know, from a medical perspective, they

(18:12):
took that into all kinds ofavenues, but just energetically,
it makes so much sense and it'sjust so important for us because
we just have a tendency to wantto control to get stuck.
And when we control, control isthe emotion of the liver.
And when the liver is in notwell-being state, it wants to
control everything and it holdson tight.

(18:34):
And you'll you can go to anenergy worker, like an osteopath
or a cranial sacral therapist, and they'll say to you, Oh, your
liver's so tight.
Well, that's because you're in astate of resistance, right?
You're in a state of resistanceand everything, like you're
resisting everything.
And you're but when you resist, you're also resisting divine
flow, right?
And so it's about learning tolet that go.
And and and reality is, is we'veall been dealt so many different

(18:58):
cards of trauma, in howeverwhatever package that may be.
But our our journey as we youknow become like age on purpose
is to truly just learn how torelease those and and not not be
living with those things that wehad from the past.
So to let them go.
And then that's what gives uspeace of mind, balance, all the
wonderful things.

(19:19):
So yeah, and I'm just so happythat the the Castriel Pack found
you again.
And it has a way of doing thatwith people too, because it did
that with me too.
And what you're explaining interms of do it for a period of
time and stop, that is sonormal.
Um, but what I'm really workingon educating people now is to
make it a consistent practice.
Because with consistency, myGod, like I feel, I feel, I feel

(19:41):
better now than I ever did in my20s.
And I look back, and this is whyI say my only regret is that I
didn't do it when they firsttold me to do it.
But like that's truly my onlyregret in life because I'm like,
I can imagine how much like moreyouthful I look.

SPEAKER_00 (19:56):
And I even look youthful for my age, right?
So yeah, it's a good thing.
Absolutely.
So I I have like questions inall different directions.
This is sparking so manythoughts.
But I want to ask, first of all,for anybody who's just really
brand new to castor oil packs, like what are the bare bones
benefits?
And we're talking about some, but maybe just like a little

(20:18):
bullet pointed list of likeabsolutely what are the
benefits?
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (20:22):
So I'm just gonna keep it from an energetic
perspective because there's alot I can't say from a physical
perspective, but you can Googlethat.
But I think what the magic thatI bring in is the energetic
perspective.
I think number one, beyondanything, is in medicine or in
in wellness, even naturopathicdoctors, we have a tendency, and
for ourselves, we have atendency to just look at the
physical side of things.

(20:43):
And when we just look at thephysical side of things, we're
just only going to get aphysical result.
And then we leave out theenergetic side of ourselves, the
mental side of ourselves, allthe other side of ourselves.
We're multidimensional, and atthe end of the day, we're an
energetic body living a physicalexperience.
I love that line.
Wayne Dyer used to say it, andit's so very true.
And so the very first thing, excuse me, that castropax do is

(21:08):
that they're gonna connect yourphysical to your energetic body,
right?
So they they give it a space, and how they do that is through
the skin.
The skin is the vehicle into theenergetic body.
The skin is interconnected sotightly with our nervous system,
and what really animates our ourenergetic body is our nerve
plexuses.

(21:28):
And we can actually see thisthrough like Ayurvedic research,
which is done with regards tothe nerve plexuses of the body
correlated to the chakras,right?
Like, like um the Manipurachakra, right?
So, like the solar plexuschakra.
This one is correlated veryspecifically to the celiac
plexus.
And this energetic center is theplace of transformation.

(21:50):
And it just happens to be in thesame location that you put the
most first, the first andforemost important pack that you
do, which is the castor liverpack.
Everyone should start with theliver pack.
Don't go starting witheverything else.
Start with the liver packbecause we need to begin with
the liver, because the liver isthe hub of so much mastery and
control within our system thatwe've got to start there.

(22:12):
We must need we need to startsoftening it.
So the very first thing thatcastor packs do is the and it's
not just the castor oil, you canapply the castor own to the
body.
It's that soothing to the systemfor sure.
Because oil on the body may helphelps you feel good.
It's just natural.
If you've ever had like amassage, you know that oil
sliding on your skin feelssuper, super good.

(22:34):
Same thing when you put castoroil on your body.
But when you do the pack, youtake it to the next level where
you actually you you hold you'reactually almost in a way holding
in your energetic body, connecting it to the physical
body rather than your energy, like most empaths, which is just
splayed out to the rest to theworld at infinite, right?

(22:56):
Like you're just constantlygiving out your energy and none
of it is staying within yourbody to embody you, right?
So that's that's really numberone.
And that's why it's so importantto use a castor oil pack and not
just use the oil.
And a lot of people now are, youknow, very obsessed about doing
the belly button.
The belly button is powerfultoo, but it's not powerful like

(23:18):
the liver pack.
Like the belly button is like aforward, and then the castor oil
liver pack is like the Ferrariwhen it comes to wellness,
right?
It's just gonna help with likerubbing your engines, realigning
you better.
The the belly button is a goodstarter place to start,
especially if you're verysensitive.
But the belly and the bellybutton is good acute like during

(23:40):
the daytime.
If you feel you know verysluggish, you can actually like
put like roll with a nice cutelittle roll on that that we
have, which I've done in orderto make it easy.
You can roll it in your bellybutton clockwise to kind of
invigorate and energize, becausethat's the way that you
invigorate energy in the body.
That's kind of the pattern, which is an encyclical motion in
a clockwise direction.

(24:01):
And then the opposite in acounterclockwise direction in
the body, that actually calmsthe energetics.
So if you're feeling overwhelmedor excessed or too much pressure
on your shoulders, like worldson your shoulders, and you're,
you know, it's during the day.
I often I would always recommendpatients to just like roll
castor oil counterclockwise justto soothe and comfort your
system, right?

(24:22):
But it's like the pack, justyeah, just during the daytime,
right?
The pack is really greatly welldone at night, right before
going to bed, because that's atime when we really want to
reconnect to our bodies becausewe spent our entire day out,
right?
And at night, we just want tobring it all in.
At night is a time when youknow, sleep is what restores us.

(24:42):
Our body does so has so manynatural mechanisms while we
sleep.
Um, and we just the castrielpack, we just want to support
the energy being within our bodyso that our body can do what
it's most magically made to do,which is clean up while we
sleep, right?
When and one last thing on that, when women wake up between the
hours of like one and three a.m.

(25:03):
or even like you probably we'regonna think about this like one
and four a.m.
which is the Vada time, which inuh Ayurveda is like the wind
constitution, or you know, orthe hour of the liver in
traditional Chinese medicine, which is one to three, they
don't match up perfectly, butthey match up good enough that
we know that the energeticcenters like are working in the
right, in the in the rightmotion.
But that's a classical time forwomen, you know, as they have

(25:26):
higher levels of toxicity withintheir system, whether it's
energetic or physical, that theytend to wake up because
especially if the body hasn'treunited with itself like prior
to going into bed and and takingthat rest.

SPEAKER_00 (25:40):
Yeah, I was gonna ask, gonna ask you if you could
elaborate on the sleep, becauseif there's someone who says,
like, gosh, I'm having such ahard time sleeping at night,
whether it's related tomenopause or whether it's just
related to chronic patterns ofyou know, sleep, does castor oil
packs help with huge.

SPEAKER_01 (25:57):
It's huge.
And and and what it is, is itit's because like it's not a
treatment for it by any means, but what it does is it's the the
big bottom line why we don'tsleep well is that we either
have toxins that pop up whileour body can't tolerate like the
toxins that are moving becauseit's not optimized and it's not
in a state of deep enough restin order for the body to do the

(26:18):
cleanup that it needs to do,right?
So then that toxins, instead oflike being eliminated out of the
body and being packaged forelimination, they end up
irritating your nervous system.
And that's what wakes you up.
That's one reason.
And as we as we age, you know, that the toxins obviously
emotionally, energetically, theybuild up, especially if we

(26:39):
haven't done the work.
So that is a huge aspect of whythat supports us.
And then with hormonal changes, what occurs is that
energetically we also areaffected via our hormonal
changes, right?
Like estrogen is very much aboutum, you know, women as they go
into perimenopause andmenopause, like women love

(27:00):
castor oil for their beauty whenit comes to perimenopause and
menopause, because castor isjust so hydrating for the skin.
As we lose our estrogen, we loseour natural hydration, right?
And when we lose our hydration,we lose a part of our energetic
body because the water contentof our body is like, and you can
look at this biblically, likethroughout anything, whether

(27:22):
it's uh the Bible, all of thereligions talk about water in
the form of the spiritual self, all of them.
And I'm sure you you're you'reconnected with this too.
And and so as we lose that watercontent within our body, we lose
the ability to moveenergetically as well, too,
right?
And so, you know, obviously youstill need to drink water, you

(27:43):
still need to take yourelectrolytes.
There's things that you've gotto do on top of the castoral
packs.
Castro packs are not thatpanacea, but the castor pacts
just help us with that, help uswith the flow that could be like
taken away with less water thatwe don't have within our system.
So, this is why it I find one ofthe best places for women to use
castro packs, everyone can usethem, men too.

(28:04):
Just you a woman can't use themif they're pregnant.
Um, but the best times aredefinitely, especially to start,
and this is usually when peoplestart, is during like change of
season, right?
Because when you change ofseasons, things start to shift,
change of hormonal stages.
So that's when we start ourperiods, when we're in
perimenopause, and then beyond, and then and then also

(28:26):
postpartum, because postpartum, there's been such a massive
shift of hormones.
And again, anytime there's shiftto just support, you know,
getting back into your body andnot being everywhere, that's
where castor oil packs reallyshine.

SPEAKER_00 (28:41):
Yeah, that's so great.
I I'm wondering if I could showwhat a castor is.
Yeah, let's show it.
Like in case people are watchingand going, well, what is she
talking about?
Um, so this is one of Marisol'scastor oil packs.
Um so it looks like this, andit's got a side you would put
the you'd put on close to yourbody.

SPEAKER_01 (29:02):
The organic, yeah.
So there's an organic cottonside that you're always looking
at, yeah, and that's what youwant next to your body.
And then yeah, and then thisside is it's all shiny because
of the lights, but the shinyside that goes away from your
body, and this is like theprotective layer.
And so just to make it lessmessy, my goal was to make it
less messy because that was thebig challenge I found in

(29:24):
clinical practice.
I would I remember running backto patients and being like, you
gotta do this, and everyone'slike, Oh my god, it's so messy.
And then, or they wouldn't evenbother because they couldn't
find the tools, right?
And I'm like, I gotta changethat in order because I know
this is good for them, and I'veseen it in myself, and I just I
want other people to have thathope and that good feeling

(29:46):
within their body because I'm tothe point now I'm I'm very
religious with them, I'm gettingbetter and better every day,
which I'm very proud of myselfbecause you know, I'm like I'm
I'm human, so I'm not perfect.
So there's times I haven't donemy castor pack.
But I'm getting very, verydisciplined with it because I
just noticed that such a massivedifference.
I could have had a verystressful day the day before.

(30:07):
And my doing the pack justreally shifts me into a
different space.
My sleep is deeper.
Of course, you know, I lie inbed.
I, you know, do my practicestoo.
But it just, it just puts meinto a place of being soothed
and feeling safe.
And like that's pricelessbecause in our work, and that
would be like a second thingthat castro packs do is just the

(30:28):
soothing effect it has on yourbody and the feeling of safety.
And and part of that is because, well, it embodies you, it helps
you to re-embody where you'vebeen disembodied.
This helps you to re-embody andmost specifically into the lower
energetic centers that I knowyou and I are like, we jam on

(30:49):
this.
Like, this is one of the reasonsI love you so much because you
speak about you speak this truthabout the lower energy centers,
right?

SPEAKER_00 (30:55):
Yeah, I'd love to talk about.
I just want to point out too toprevent the messiness.
I love this.
Yeah, it's rolled on.
Yeah, it's so cool, and that'swhat helps making it not as so
messy.
That's what I love.
Is it's yeah, you know, and it'son, and I've done it like I've
had little so like I've hadlittle things on my face and are
my and I've just rolled it righton, and it's oh, and the great

(31:19):
thing too is that the crystalquartz, this is a crystal quartz
ball, and it uh it actually iscooling.

SPEAKER_01 (31:26):
And one of the cool things is when you put cool
things on your face, it'sactually calming for your body.
So I I I'm in the practice ofdoing the castor liver pack, and
then at night I put this allover my face.
I like you know, splash withwater, I wipe it off, I put
extra around my eyes because Ialways because you know, eyes,
eyebrows, eyelashes, I wanteverything to look beautiful
there, and then I I wear an eyemask to bed with it, right?

(31:49):
Yeah, and it's such a beautifulroutine because it's what it
what it's doing is closing thecircuit here because you with
the liver pack over the solarplexus region over the liver,
you're you're you're targetingthe gallbladder meridians, the
different energetic pathways, the liver in traditional Chinese
medicine.
I'm confident also noddies, theenergetic pathways and the

(32:10):
noddies in Ayurveda.
But but then the gallbladdermeridian and the liver all
finishes here around the eyes.
So to do a complete circuit ofkeeping the energy within the
system, so like closing thecircuit, I wear the eye mask.
And then that I found it's justso soothing.
And you know, you and I gottogether and did some videos,
but it has so much to do withlike, you know, whenever you

(32:33):
have pressure on on an area, your body brings attention to
that area, and it's it, youknow, it's like a band-aid,
right?
Everyone always feels betterafter band aid.
Castro packs are very similar.
You put it on your liver, youput it around your eyes, you
just feel better.
Like it's it's and and you'vegot to believe me before you see
it, guys.
But honestly, just the proof isin the pudding.

(32:55):
Like you could see our reviews, like like the thousands of
reviews that we have.
We have very, very the onlynegative feedback we have is
every once in a while shippingstuff, right?
Which happens to every company.
But beyond that, like the numberone comment we have is that it's
a game changer.
And many people say they wereresistant to trying it, just
like me.
It's so interesting, right?

SPEAKER_00 (33:17):
That is so interesting.
Um, I would love to dive intothe chat to the energy centers,
lower body.
How I mean, can you put castoroil packs?
I mean, I do, on a particularchakra.
What is the benefit of it?
Yeah, if you want to speak tothat.

SPEAKER_01 (33:35):
Yeah, really, there's like a castor oil pack
for every single energeticcenter.
I think where where it's really, really important for people to
focus on is truly number one,the solar plexus, because the
solar plexus is the liver isjust so very important.
And the liver just requires it,just absolutely requires

(33:56):
nurturing and calming.
And it's that part of us, thatego being, but it's it's also
also ultimately in charge oftransformation.
And if we're embarking onanything in life or any wellness
journey, our goal is always, well, I want to transform,
right, from what I have been towhat I can become.
And so that's where, like, tome, I feel it's like utmost

(34:17):
importance to like always startwith the liver pack.
And I want to just really highlyemphasize that because that is
targeting your solar plexus.
I think it's the most theeasiest way to start and the
most softest for the system tobegin to get flow.
And many reasons beyond that isit also to so many of us,
because of childhood trauma, sexual trauma, all kinds of

(34:39):
traumas, relationship trauma, relational trauma, we're very,
very stuck in our root and inour sacral chakras.
I don't know if you've seen thattoo.
But it's so it's like a harderdoorway, doorway in.
So if you start there, yes, you'll feel a sensation of
soothing.
But if you do good work withlike an energetic cleanse

(34:59):
working on the liver for aperiod of time first, then you
can go and because a sacralchakra, we all got something
there.
I'm confident of it.
We all have something withsacral and root, all of them,
all the lower centers.
Um, but definitely sacral,right?
Especially women, because wehaven't been able to like be
ourselves, be the creativeselves.
We've had to like live in thismasculine world, like as in a

(35:22):
almost living in a masculine waywhen we're really we have this
beautiful feminine side andfluid side that we really just
suppressed a lot, right?
So there's a lot of lot oftrauma involved with that
suppression.
So my go-to is always, always, always begin with the liver pack
and then ideally the eye mask.
And and that is literally forthat to ignite that

(35:42):
transformation within the body.
And that's transformation fromall sides.
And transformation begins withfeeling better and feeling hope
that there is a solution.
Because when I was in my darknight of the soul in
naturopathic college during thatburnout, the thing that I was
lacking was hope.
Because I was going to all thedoctors, I was trying to do
everything.
I was like, you know, D pack.

(36:04):
And I was like, you know, everysingle, you know, anything,
mindset.
I was listening to it all.
I was just like, what can I doto make myself better?
Like, you know, and and I justit it just wasn't an it wasn't
what I needed because I neededsomething actually.
Here's where the physicalmatters.
I needed something physically tohelp me feel better before I
could even engage deeply in theenergetic stuff.

(36:25):
Right, right.
So that's where liver and eye,and just shutting down the
nervous system and goinginternally are so valuable.
And then after a period of time,I often then I feel like working
in the pelvic region.
So in your sacral region and foryour root is very important.
So just the in in frontunderneath your belly button,
using like we actually havespecific packs for the pelvic

(36:46):
region and people want to dothat.

SPEAKER_00 (36:48):
Yeah, you have different packs for ah, okay.

SPEAKER_01 (36:51):
I didn't know that.
Yeah, so we have like this is apelvic pack.
So it it's it's the same model,it's just a lot longer and it it
tends to go from hip to hip forwomen.
It's longer in order to get likereally the entire basin.
Um, and I mean, if somebodywanted to use a pelvic on their
liver, they could.
Like that's not that's not nottoo big of a deal.

(37:12):
Some people tend to have one foreach time, other people like I
cycle them according to myperiod as an example.
So right now I'm I'm having myperiod.
So and and it's a little bitrare in these days because I'm
transitioning intoperimenopause, but I just happen
to have my period when I gothome, thank God, because I've
been traveling so much.

(37:32):
Um, and and first thing I dowhen I start the period or a
full moon, which I cycle on thefull moon, is that I do my
liver, I do my liver pack and Ido my eye mask, and I do that
consistently for a couple ofweeks until the new moon.
And then when the new mooncomes, I sh I move the energy
down and I put it on my thyroidand I put it on my lower pelvic

(37:55):
region.
And I do that to nurture, right?
Because there's a bigconnection, and it's so
interesting because I rememberAcropolo.
This is why I booked our trip toCosta Rica right away when you
said this, because I had beenintuiting this for a while.
And I'm like, why is it that Ifeel that it's super important
when I'm working my sacral zoneto work my my fifth chakra, my

(38:19):
throat chakra?
And well, it has to do with thefact that they're very
intimately connected, they'rezones of creativity, right?
One is more in the lower body, but the throat is also a zone of
creativity, just more divinelyinspired, right?
And how many of us are sufferingwith not only our feminine side
being suppressed, so our sacralzone being suppressed, but also

(38:42):
our voice being suppressed.
And in and in that, you know, ovulation to the next period
phase, it's all aboutnourishment and nourishing.
So that's the time, like the newthe full moon is about letting
go and releasing andenergetically cleansing from
then into ovulation, and thenfrom ovulation to the next

(39:05):
period.
Now it's time to like bring theenergy in into the spaces that
need to be loved.
So that's like an advancedprotocol.
Um, but but typically, again, tonot make things complicated,
just begin with the liver packand the eye mask, and that makes
like a world of difference forpeople right there, even if they

(39:26):
never did anything else, andthen they can move on to
explore, especially when theymove into perimenopause and
menopause, because that's whereyou see uh beautifully and like
you getting really energeticallyconnected to the moon cycle,
it's really powerful, and toyour own energetics, like so you
basically align energeticallythrough your energy centers, but

(39:47):
also your your temperaments oryour constitution, like whether
you're earth, wind, fire, butthen also to the moon cycle.
And and that's huge.
And so I call the liver packwith the eye mask, is what I
call the energetic cleanse,right?
The castor pack energeticcleanse.
And and I have a link foreverybody for that, for so that

(40:07):
they can get a good offer sothat that way they have like an
option if it's something thatthey're interested in starting.

SPEAKER_00 (40:14):
I love that.
You know, nourishing is such astrong word.
It's that's like the word Ithink about when I think about
castor oil packs and how amazingit is for people who I mean, I
hear a lot from people who areburnt out and the world is
crazy.
And how do I manage the energyin the world?

(40:34):
And how do I stay centered?
And we do all the deep energeticpractices, but this is like a
ritual you can do every nightand call your energy back in and
rest.
And how giving ourselves momentsof nourishment is sometimes like
sometimes there's that there'sthat's a step, like that's

(40:56):
something to overcome.
Like, oh, wait a second, I'mworthy of nourishing my body.
And if I stop for, you know, whatever, 15, 30 minutes before
bed and take this time to dothis ritual and sleep with this
on.
Um, what a powerful reset that'savailable to us every single
day.

SPEAKER_01 (41:15):
You know, self-care, there's actually great, great
research that talks about likeself-care being being the tool
that allows us to believe morein ourselves and be better
within ourselves and becomereally who we were brought on
this earth to to be, right?
To fill it, completely fill inthose shoes.
And so, and and the cool thingtoo is, you know, I struggled

(41:36):
with self-care for a very longtime because I didn't think that
I had value, right?
And I didn't think I was worthy.
I thought that everyone else wasworthy of everything before me.
And so I would always be thelast, you know, and this is also
something that happens with momsa lot, yeah.
Right.
And so it wasn't until honestlythe Castro part that I started
realizing, okay, like, you knowwhat?

(41:56):
Like this is really powerfultime for me.
This is my reset for me.
And the beauty about it now isthat because I struggled, I made
it really easy because I wantedit, because I realized if it
wasn't easy for me, like Iwasn't gonna do it because
already I had that barrier ofnot thinking that it I was
worthy of that time, you know.

(42:16):
And so it was with this thepractice of the castor opacts,
you know, that I started earninglike feeling my worth more and
more, like my intrinsic worth, not my worth based on, you know,
my house or my car or my my myjob or who I what I did, but an
intrinsic worthiness of beingconnected.
And man, like that feeling, like, because I didn't have it

(42:40):
before, I I would not exchangethat for any amount of money or
any anything because it is ithas been such a game changer in
my life, and no matter where Igo, there I am, and I can find
it now and I can nurture it.
Be and before, and for mostpeople, the only times that they
feel that feeling is when theymaybe go to an energetic worker

(43:01):
or they get you know a massageor they get a cranial sacral
therapy or they get anacupuncture and they may feel
that goodness, right?
But the cat the invitation isthat you can be doing that for
yourself nightly.
And imagine the impact on yourbody when you practice something
like that.
Like over time you become moreresilient, your body's able to

(43:21):
just deal with things better,right?
Things that come at you reallydon't stress you out as much.
It you just be you just youtruly transform into the version
of you that you wish you hadbeen when you were raising
children, probably is what Iwould say.
Because if I I should I it wouldhave been good to have been more
diligent with my kids on mypack, but the good thing is my

(43:41):
kids know to do packs, likethey're they're that's kind of
their first thing.
They're like, Can I have a pack,mom?
Still, and they're 22 and 24.
You know, yeah, they they theythey well, they saw the example,
right?
They saw the example, and everytime something bad would happen,
I'd be like, put a pack on it.
It for me, it's always been myeven in clinical practice, my
first line of defense withpatients.
They'd call, put a castor oilpack on it, let's see what

(44:02):
happens.
Like, and I have we had theslogan, we had the slogan in my
clinic.
It's the everybody oil on ever, except if you're pregnant, on
everything, right?
That's what it is.
It's like the everything oil oneverybody, but and best with the
pack, right?
Because it always is better withthe castor oil pack.
But yeah, it is it is such atool, and it is it is about

(44:25):
giving ourselves that ritual andthat moment, and it literally
takes two minutes before bed.
You you you roll the oil on yourbelly, you put the belly pack
on, and then you roll the oilaround your eyes and you put it
on your face, you know, and yougo to bed.
And I encourage, you know, listening to Wendy DeRosa,
listening to whoever it is thatyou listen to, like, you know,

(44:47):
I'm at the point where now Itend I listen to you at certain
cases, or other times I justI've I've gotten so good at
training myself to just be ableto now get deep into like my
myself quickly with the pack andthen with like all that I've
learned from you, right?
So yeah, it's it's justphenomenal.

SPEAKER_00 (45:05):
Yeah, that's amazing.
So for anyone who struggles withmeditation, this could be a
great avenue to kind of get intothe zone.
And I want to like just bringbring in that sometimes our
inability to sit with ourselvesties into that worthiness piece.

(45:25):
Like, am I worthy to really justsit and be with myself and my
body to be able to sit andmeditate?
But so I wanted to bridge bridgethat in, but also it sounds like
being able to put the castor oilpack on over the eyes.
Would what would you recommend?
Guided meditation, or can peoplesit and do a 20-minute

(45:50):
meditation practice with it?

SPEAKER_01 (45:52):
Or yeah, yeah, because they can do they could
do it the whichever way theywant.
Like I used to listen to variousum uh meditation people before I
found you.
And so I would I would just puton my earphones in and I would
like go deep down.
So whatever people are into, whether it's headspace or
they're listening to their WendyDeRosa like recordings, really

(46:12):
anything, you could be sittingup or lying down.
Preferentially for me, I stillam very challenged to meditate
sitting up.
You probably notice that everyconference I go to, I just lie
down.
I'm like, I'm just on the back.
But for me, that's what worksbecause it it has been a
challenge for me to get into mybody.
But when I'm in the lying downstate, it becomes a lot easier

(46:34):
for me.
One day I'm sure I'll get betterand eventually, but for now, it
just feels so good for me tohave that lie down meditation.
So it really depends what peoplewant to do.
I I love, I just get into bedwith it and I lie down and then
I start my meditation.
And many a times I just fallinto a beautiful like sleep
really easily.

(46:54):
And then in the morning when Iwake up, I do another meditation
with it on.
So in that one, it's a loteasier because I I do stay awake
and aware.
I don't fall asleep on that one.
But in the nighttime one, I tendto just like, oh, where was I?
I just you know, it's it'salmost as though I'm I'm
listening to Wendy DeRosa.
Your your meditations just makeme go so deep into trance and
just like relax so much that I'mlike, where did I go?

SPEAKER_00 (47:19):
Yeah, my joke is always that I'll, you know, if
you lie down, I will put you tosleep.
I have the voice that putspeople to sleep.
Oh, you're doing it's great.

SPEAKER_01 (47:26):
I know, and in other places people would say you
don't want a voice that puts youto sleep, but in your
profession, it's a really goodthing.
Yeah, yeah.
But so it's just keep it simple.
Just add it, habit stack it withyour routine.
If you're already doing aroutine where you you go to your
temple or your meditation spacein your home and you, you know,
sit sit up for a few minutes for20 minutes, five minutes,

(47:47):
whatever that is for you, youknow, put the pack on, put the
eye mask on, do that, and thenmake your way to bed, keep them
on, and then in the morning takethem off.
It's kind of the ideal.
That that that is the ideal.
And the and the sleep you shallhave, and and it's not even it's
not even the sleep that getsimpacted, the security and
safety in your soul and in yourbody is is is what you gain that

(48:09):
night.

SPEAKER_00 (48:09):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (48:10):
Right.
And that that is again, it'sjust priceless because that is
where we're all struggling withthe world, with what's going on,
with like, you know, like we'reall in like layoffs, all these
different things.
Like this, this this goes a longway.
It's cost effective, and youknow, it's supportive of your
neuro neurological likeregulation.

(48:32):
And when you regulateneurologically, like you just
everything in life you absorbbetter.
Yeah, you're grounded.
Yeah, you can receive life, youcan receive food, you can
receive good compliments, youknow.
And I I I do love what you saidabout the inability to be able
to sit with oneself, is theinability because I would can
definitely say that I put myselfthat I was definitely in that

(48:53):
state that I did not feelworthy.

SPEAKER_00 (48:55):
Yeah, yeah.
I I yeah, I absolutely have feltthat way too.
And yeah, yeah, especiallysometimes sitting with ourselves
brings up the feelings, youknow, it brings up everything,
and we have to be able to beokay breathing through that and
the discomfort or the sensationsthat happen when we do, you
know, that and sometimes I thatthat I think of also as the

(49:17):
detox process.
Going to sleep and puttingcastor oil pack on at night, and
I'm laying down, and all of asudden I start to feel, you
know, energy moving orsensations or little aches and
pains.
Um, you know, I know enough torecognize that as a release.
The body's detoxing, and there'snot a problem happening in this

(49:39):
moment.
The castor oil is not ruiningme.
It's not, you know, it's justit's it's working.

SPEAKER_01 (49:44):
Yeah.
And if anything, it'sfacilitating it, right?
So the the like if you can takemy example as an example, when
uh when I would get and try tomeditate, I would get panic
attacks, right?
And so, or when I was waking upin the middle of the night with
five o'clock, you know, alarmlike panic attacks, it was that
it was all this energy movingthat I had no idea where or how

(50:04):
to move it, right?
No idea.
And in fact, when I was so sick,my body was just like it was
moving out both holes, like Iwas just vomiting and diarrhea,
like I just could not keepthings down.
It was because my body was itwas trying to just move energy,
it had no idea, it was soconfused at that point.
Yeah, and and then therealization with the castoral
packs was like it's just helpingme to move energy and feel

(50:27):
because I couldn't feel, Ididn't know how to feel.
Like, I literally in the pastdecade have just finally like
figured out how to feel in mybody.
Like, you know, I'm happy Inever gave up.
That's for sure.
I'm happy I never gave up.
And I won't ever give up.
I'll keep going all your courseswith me.

SPEAKER_00 (50:48):
Oh, I love this.
So you have a lot of resourceson your website, like things
like I mean, there's so manythings I think we could have
talked about that we'd we couldshare all day and talk about.
You have is do you have likeblog posts, articles,
researching like all that stuff?

SPEAKER_01 (51:04):
Exactly.
They go to our website at uhqueenofthethrones.com or and the
other thing too is social medialike Instagram, Queen of the
Thrones, and then also like myBe Well Queen page.
So that's B-E Well Queen.
Um, that's that the Be WellQueen is really where I'm gonna
be speaking a lot about theenergetic side and go deep into

(51:25):
it.
You know, of course, with yourblessing too, I'm gonna be
talking about a lot of differentthings that that Wendy brings up
because she's been such anintegral teacher in my journey.
Um, like back from back body tofront body to grounding towards
those things.
The way that I learned them fromyou just like opened my eye and
just blew my mind.
And I'm like, this is this, thisis what I've been feeling
without being able to put it towords.

(51:47):
And then I'm like, now it makessense.
Now now I see, right?
Now I see the light.
And so that's really going to bethe space where you know I speak
a lot about the energeticsbecause to me now my mission has
evolved.
I never thought I would go downthis way because I thought I was
completely science-minded, and Idid not think that I would ever
have been, I never thought Iwould be this.
But now not in resistance, I'mfollowing the flow of the

(52:11):
universe, and the entire timeit's been guiding me to things
like as a child, I would loveGregorian music, and you know,
like I was already into all theenergetic stuff of music, like
like the music that I loved wasa bit bewitching music, you
know, like Claire de Dine andMoonlight Sanatas, and like like
the old Gregorian chants fromSt.

(52:31):
Hildegard Bung Bing.
Like, I I was already into allthis stuff, but I didn't read I
wasn't giving myself the credit.
And so, you know, I had to getout of that conventional
paternalistic world mindset ofscience is the only way.
Because at the end of the day, this entire journey, what it has
shown me is that you know, it'swhere science and spirituality
meet, that's where life reallybegins.

(52:53):
Because we need both where thatand it's and it we can correlate
that too, where the physicalbody and the energetic body
connect, that's where trueliving exists, right?
At the end of the day, like takedown.
We just cannot continue to justlook at the physical body, and
we've got to look at ourenergetic side because it is

(53:13):
that is that is that's the gem, right?
That's the gem that we have, right?
And that's the one that weforget to polish and shine, and
it needs a little bit ofpolishing with castor oil and
more, right?

SPEAKER_00 (53:27):
Yeah, I love it, I love it, and it is it's such a
um, you know, in some ways, youknow, Ayurveda and Chinese
medicine integrate science andspirituality.
It's here, it's in the West.
We we've yeah, we've fragmented,we've got different compartments
for things, and I think it'samazing just to bring it all
together.
And I love that this issomething that's so convenient

(53:50):
and it's easy to do, and ithelps people ground, it helps
them nourish, it helps thembalance their energy centers, it
helps people with stress andanxiety and sleeplessness, and
it's like such a wonderfulmedicine that we can use.

SPEAKER_01 (54:05):
Yeah, and it and literally it's just so basic.
Like it is so basic.
And the thing is, is it's liketraditional Chinese medicine,
like homeopathy, like Ayurveda,it's been used since the
beginning of time.
Like the first, yeah, the firstfan of it is like Hippocrates,
the father of medicine.
Tell me if that's not a goodendorsement or what, you know,

(54:27):
and then Cleopatra loved it forbeauty, but I'm confident, you
know, in Egypt and ancientGreece, they used to do sleep
temples, and in sleep temples, they would basically embalm the
people when they would go in.
And one of the oils they woulduse would be castor oil, right?
And then they would do guidedmeditations, pretty much.
The priests would be guidingthese patients to feeling better

(54:51):
while they slept.

SPEAKER_00 (54:52):
Wow, very fascinating.
Yeah, that is very fascinating.

SPEAKER_01 (54:55):
Yeah, yeah.
So that's the ancient world,right?
So we know and they haven't, ifanything, now they become more
famous castor oil packs.
So they only fell out of famebecause of the hassle that
didn't fit within our, you know,North American fast-paced
lifestyle.
But now that they're easy, nowwe can do it again.

SPEAKER_00 (55:13):
Yeah, I love it.
I love it.
Oh, thank you so much, Dr.
Marisol.
It's so wonderful to have you.
Is there anything else you wantto share?
Any last words you want toshare?

SPEAKER_01 (55:26):
The only thing would be to just, you know, if take
this podcast as your sign if youclicked on it, and you know,
don't do like I did and wait solong.
Just try it, give it a try, seewhat it feels like.
You know, be in that mind spaceof believe it and then you'll
see it, right?
Because that's the one where youbring encourage and the magic
and the mystery into your life.

(55:47):
We tend to always want to belike, I'll see it and then I'll
believe it.
But if you if you flip thatover, you're already starting to
become more energeticallyconnected and intertwined, and
that kind of opens up the door.
But the castro pack is one ofthose things that if if there,
if you've been struggling inyour system, you think that it's
like you're blaming it oneverything and you're doing

(56:09):
everything right.
This is a step that you can takethat can help put it together
and put it in your body and helpyour body, you know, just really
absorb and flow and and reallyreceive all the goodness that
you're really working so hard togive her, right?
And you know, that'll nurtureyour inner child, your higher
self.
You'll just reconnecteverything.

(56:31):
So that's my that's my blessing.
And and and know that all myproducts, I bless them
energetically to make sure thatthey, you know, support and heal
and help people really becomereally step into into into their
lives, is my goal.

SPEAKER_00 (56:45):
I love that.
I love that personal touch,yeah.
And intention.
Well, I am definitely inspired,re-inspired.
And I have, you know, the thecastor oil and the pack.
If you again, if you're um, ifyou're interested, by all means,
I'm gonna be using it myself.
And your website is Queen of theThrones.

SPEAKER_01 (57:06):
Queen of the Thrones.
And I've got a link for you,Wendy, that'll go directly to an
energetic cleanse package.
Um, that is a very, very uh gooddiscount for everybody.
So take advantage of thatbecause then that's a great way
to kind of start and start on amore affordable tone and be able
to, okay, like let's try this, let's see if if it works.
And by the way, they make greatChristmas presents.

(57:28):
People go crazy and you'll bethe talk of the town because
most people at this point, especially if you're into the
energy, the woo-woo, thewellness, most people have heard
about and they they were justlike me, just kind of like on
the fence wanting to try it.
So if you have a friend who'slike that, like honestly, you
will you will make their year, Iguarantee.

SPEAKER_00 (57:47):
That's amazing.

SPEAKER_01 (57:48):
I love it.

SPEAKER_00 (57:49):
I love it.
Awesome.
Well, thank you so much.
This has been such anenlightening and educational
session.
And I just really appreciateyour time and sharing your
expertise and your light withus.
Thank you so much.

SPEAKER_01 (58:04):

make sure that everyone knowsthe magic of you.
And and thank you for being onthis journey with me because you
know we're supporting theenergetic wellness of the world,
which is great.
