In a time where so much focus is placed on destruction, division, and collapse, we often miss the quiet, yet powerful movements of love medicine that is transformation in action.
Why is no one talking about this??
We hear about the wars, the climate disasters, the chaos of political power struggles.
But what about the women rebuilding their communities after crisis?
What about the healers, musicians + artists guiding people back into their bodies?
What about the therapists, the teachers, and the everyday humans who are quietly doing the deep work of remembering who they are?
💫 What if, amidst the destruction, there is also something profoundly beautiful being born?
Because there is. And it is this movement—the one that isn’t loud, but is deeply impactful—that I want to honor today.
Honoring the Work of Therapists & Inner Healers
I want to take a moment to express deep gratitude for therapists right now.
And for those of us doing the work—the thousands paying attention to our mental hygiene, refining our awareness, and learning how to take care of our minds as much as we do our bodies.
According to the ancient Sages, this is the most powerful work we can do.
To clean the mind.
To clear distortions.
To see ourselves, and the world, as it truly is.
Because when the collective mind is sick, when it’s full of unchecked stress, trauma, and conditioning, it creates a world where it’s not just hard to survive—it’s hard to feel safe, to enjoy life, to thrive.
So, here’s to Therapy Rising—to the last five years of this shared, unfolding conversation about what it really means to be well. To the common language we have been learning, so that we can heal and cohabitate better, together.
This is an initiation.
