While I've spent a lot of time sharing about my journey with fear and anxiety on this podcast and my social media accounts, it's not something I've dealt with my entire life. In fact, I used to be surprisingly fearless. After a bad reaction to medication left me with debilitating panic attacks, I was scrambling to get back to "normal" — to the fearless version of myself who loved stepping outside of her comfort zone — but I had to re-learn how to take risks from scratch.
In this episode of The Wildest Podcast, I share my own journey with risk-taking including why it's so important to continually stretch your comfort zone and how to build (or rebuild) your ability to take risks for yourself.
