We've all heard about why it's so important to be authentic and vulnerable, but in today's episode of The Wildest Podcast, I want to talk about a concept I like to call "scripted vulnerability," aka the tendency to cultivate a more comfortable and almost filtered version of vulnerability.
While there's nothing wrong with scripted vulnerability, this episode discusses one of the pitfalls of this habit, why real vulnerability is so impactful (especially in today's society), and how to practice being more vulnerable in your own life.
