Speaker 1 (00:33):
Thank you, yay, the
video intro worked.
Welcome everybody to anotherepisode of yeah Yeka, where we
cover culture, conspiracy,carnivore and Christ
consciousness.
Yeah Yeka, where we coverculture, conspiracy, carnivore
and Christ consciousness.
Today it's going to be kind oflike a dual show, with the one
and only Tony Arterburn from theWise Wolf Gold and Crypto show,
as well as a main sponsor ofthe show, thanks to Wolfpack and
(00:57):
Wise Wolf Gold.
So we're going to be chattingabout all things gold, silver,
bitcoin and some thingshappening over at Wise Wolf and
Wolfpack.
Thanks for coming on.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
Thanks for having me.
It's been a long time have Ibeen on this actual show.
We've done shows together, Ithink, maybe a while back.
It's been too long and Istarted to feel neglected, so
I'm glad that you pulled itthrough.
Speaker 1 (01:19):
Yeah, so thanks for
coming on.
It is definitely always betterto have a guest on.
It makes the show a lot easierto go through, for sure.
So let's get started by.
I'm going to ask you, because Idon't remember how many times
has gold hit its all-time highthis year now?
Speaker 2 (01:40):
I don't know.
That's a great question.
It happens like every week now.
It reminds me of that quotefrom Vladimir Lenin of the
Bolshevik Revolution.
He said sometimes you havedecades where nothing happens
and weeks where decades happen.
In the last year especially butreally 2024, it's been a
(02:08):
reckoning it went from like$2,100 an ounce to $2,500 an
ounce, and I mean breaking the$2,000 range sometime about a
year ago.
It's been hard to keep up withand I've been staring at the
gold price for almost a decadenow, like every day.
So it's a lot happening at once, jekka.
Speaker 1 (02:27):
Yeah, I know, I
started writing in my notebook
the price of gold and silverthat day, and so at first I was
just doing it once a day.
Now I'm just doing itthroughout the day, like a
couple, two or three times a day, because it's always changing
and I put the time on there justto see how much it can change.
And there's really no.
There's no pattern to it oranything like that, it's just it
(02:50):
goes all over the place.
You know I'll be doing quotessometimes early in the morning,
and then an hour later it's likeno, I can't do that anymore.
Or you know the other wayaround.
Yeah, it's so crazy how it'sall over the place.
Speaker 2 (03:06):
Well, and it's an
indicator of what's happening in
our world.
Really, it's a barometer forthe currencies around the world
that are denominated, that aremonetized in gold.
You can see those currenciesare getting weaker because the
governments and the centralbanks are having to print more
of their fake currency and youknow that's a strong word, fake,
(03:27):
right, but that's what it is.
I mean, we have our dollarsused to be backed by gold.
We had a bimetallic system inAmerica from 19th century onward
until 1933.
And then it was illegal for youto own gold.
1971, richard Nixon takes us offthe gold standard.
Gold was $35 an ounce.
But the key to all of this, when you're watching prices and
(03:49):
commodities, and especially gold, because gold is money and what
you have in your wallet is notmoney.
What you have in your wallet,or even if you swipe a credit
card, that's debt, right, andthat's currency.
Those are two different thingsthan money.
Very important for you to havea distinguishing objectivity
(04:11):
when it comes to that.
So what we're watching reallyis not the price of gold, like
it's becoming more valuable perse, but we're watching the
decline of purchasing power inthe dollar.
But it's not just the dollar.
It's the Japanese yen, it's theeuro, it's the British pound
sterling All currencies going upagainst gold are losing, and
(04:33):
the reason that they're losingis because gold is stable and
the rest of the world isprinting themselves out of debt
or printing themselves out offiscal overruns and deficits,
and when they do that, itcreates inflation.
Inflation is loss of purchasingpower.
So that's your economics lessonfor this morning.
Speaker 1 (04:56):
I'm sure that won't
be the.
You know dealing with with goldand silver.
A lot of people on both.
When they purchase both goldand silver, a lot of times they
get specifically one ouncepieces.
(05:17):
But I wanted to see if youcould talk a little bit about
why fractional gold and silveris also important to have you
know to just a little bit whyit's good to diversify in that
aspect.
Speaker 2 (05:30):
Sure.
Well, so a Troy ounce and thiscomes from the measurement of
gold and silver out of Troy,France, hundreds of years ago,
and this is kind of creating themodern economic system gold and
silver are measured differently.
So if you're going to measurean ounce, don't do it by a
(05:50):
regular ounce.
It's OZT, not OZ.
And actually it's kind of whereyou get the allegory of the
Wizard of Oz, the Yellow BrickRoad, and the OZ is the ounces.
If you really pay attention tothat story, it's an allegory on
the gold standard and we shouldcover that sometime.
(06:12):
That's a lot of fun.
But yeah, the reason you'd wantto have fractional anything is
so you can better trade withthat.
Like, if you've got an ounce ofgold, like we just said, it's
over $2,500 an ounce, so you'renot going to go spend $2,500 on
groceries.
Well, some people do, I guess,if you're really stocking up,
but most people aren't.
I mean, I can't afford that.
But let's say that you were so.
An ounce of gold is just toomuch to use for something like
(06:36):
that.
As a matter of fact, the $20gold piece is from American
history.
The $20 gold piece pre-1933 isright.
Ounce of gold, um, so thatwould be like $2,500.
That's what $20 turned intoright, this is $2,500 worth of
gold, um.
But if you break that down, uh,you and you fractionalize it, it
(06:57):
makes it easier for you totrade, for you to bought uh
barter, and for you it justmakes it easier for uh, for it
to circulate.
Silver is really good for that.
You go back to a time when gaswas a dime a gallon and they
actually laughed at Ron Paulwhen he ran for president and he
said you know, I can getgasoline back down to a dime a
(07:19):
gallon.
And people laughed and he saidwell, actually a silver dime is
worth $3.
And people just kind of losethe thread on that.
It's like well, why is silverworth more?
Well, it's not worth more, it'sworth the same.
It's your dollar that's worthless.
They don't teach you this inschool because part of the game
is to get you to be a compliantworker.
(07:40):
Bee and chase the green piecesof paper.
I promise you that the superwealthy are not chasing cash,
they're chasing assets, they'rechasing equity.
Um, they're not chasing whatregular people try, just trying
to paycheck, to paycheck and paythose bills.
And they want you on thathamster wheel.
If you knew this then you couldbreak free, and that's why they
don't want you to know that.
Um, so that's why it's reallyimportant to have fractionalized
(08:04):
stuff.
It just makes it easier todenominate.
And if you're on a budget, whichall of us are, if you're on a
budget and you want to save goldand silver I mean not everybody
has $2,500 to buy an ounce ofgold Well, you can probably buy
a gram.
You know we charge at Wolfpackwhat a little over $100 a gram.
There's 31 grams in a troyounce, so you can break that
(08:25):
down.
I mean, you're going to paymore when you buy fractional
precious metals because the waythat this way that everything
works, the mints work, thateverything works, that you're
going to pay a little bit more, but that's okay.
Sometimes those pieces arereally valuable to you because
you can get some purchasingpower out of them through trade
and through other things thatyou wouldn't get out of a big
(08:48):
bar or something like you and Iall the time, where people come
in and sell us 100 ounce bars ofsilver.
We'd love to see it, but I'dmuch rather see like to.
I think this morning we boughta lot of dimes, bought a lot of
silver dimes at our Denisonlocation, so that's cool and
we'll have a lot of silver dimesto go in Wolfpack.
Anything prior to 1965 isreally cool to have, because
(09:12):
before 1965, in US currencydimes quarters half dollars and
dollars were 90% silver, sothat's silver currency and
that's why they're worth.
What worth, uh, what they aretoday, and then, of course,
anything 65 and onward is, youknow, chucky cheese money yeah,
(09:33):
yeah, no, like I, I love thefractional pieces because you
know it is more affordable, likeyou said.
Speaker 1 (09:39):
Like, not everybody
has twenty five hundred dollars
to buy an ounce of gold, so, um,that's something that I
personally have been trying toget a little bit more of.
When I see that we have it instock, I I'm interested even in,
like the.
Well, I like little tiny things, so I had to get the quarter
ounce and half or half grams ofgold, cause I just like little
tiny things, um, but yeah, it'sjust, it's more affordable to
(10:02):
get those and you know, andthere's always cool designs on
them too, on, I feel like on thesmaller pieces, and they're
just really cool.
Like the.
I got some of those one gramsilver bars too.
They have like a whole bunch ofdifferent designs and they're
really cool, and so I like toencourage people to get those.
So I like to encourage peopleto get those Also because right
(10:24):
now, especially with the10-ounce pieces, we can offer a
really good deal compared toother places.
So I always love giving ourcustomers good deals.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
And I buy those too
when I'm saving, because even
the owner of the gold and silvercompany, I have to pay
everybody else.
I don't have a lot of money.
I'm trying to stack, just likeeveryone else, a bit at a time.
So, uh, I buy the fractionalgold and I love, I love, like
certain coins, like the goldKrugerrand.
I'm a big fan of that.
(10:55):
I wear one around my neck.
You know I love the goldKrugerrand.
This is something.
It's an easy way to save.
You know these are worth what, these little 10-thousand gold
Krugerrands.
You know it's worth about whatwe charge a little over 300
bucks right now for a10-thousand piece.
But it's, you know, southAfrican, it's recognizable and
it's gold.
(11:15):
It doesn't tarnish, it lastsforever.
You know people don't dive tothe bottom of the ocean to get
cash.
You know they don't set out ontreasure expeditions to go get
bags of cash.
Speaker 1 (11:27):
They go to the bottom
of the ocean to get the gold
and the pirate money.
I also want to ask if we cantalk a little bit about the gold
bar scam and if maybe we canshare a little bit of what we
have already experienced withthat.
Speaker 2 (11:42):
It's just completely
awful.
I mean, if you got anybody thatis susceptible and especially
hits people that are elderly oralone or widowed.
We had somebody call us, andit's really not our job to pry
too much.
If you're competent and you cansend us a wire and you know
what you want.
I mean it's kind of insultingif I imply that you can't order
(12:05):
from me, so I'm very careful notto say well, are you sure you
want to order this If somebody'scalling, no matter their age?
And we had somebody call andspend quite a bit of money with
us and they knew exactly whatthey wanted.
On the second order, though, Iwas reading about this new scam
that's going on where peoplepose as treasury agents and tell
(12:25):
elderly people to go buy gold, and so I was talking to you and
I just said let's give this ladya call, and then I was at the
airport in Los Angeles.
I'm going to give her a calland just make sure.
And sure enough, and it'sreally sad, they preyed on
people's fears.
They told them not to tellanybody, to be secretive.
(12:45):
This happens a lot in the scamworld and things that I've
experienced in the Bitcoinbusiness, which is a real
unfortunate and not somethingthat happens all the time, but
it is something that you have tolook out for.
So nobody will ever call you totell you to buy gold and you
can call us to ask, you know, if, if this is real, you know, if
(13:08):
you feel like you're gettingscammed by anybody in precious
metals and you're dealing withanother company or whatever,
just call us or have somebodycall us or ask us about it, um,
we're happy to help.
Uh, and it is really important.
We were on the second order, which is a very large order, and
we I made a police report and Italked to her and explained to
her it wasn't real.
She knew it, though, you know,in her heart she knew something
(13:31):
was wrong with it, but shedidn't tell us and, um, so we
were able to stop it.
I feel bad that we didn't get iton the first run, but again,
it's kind of if you don't know,you don't know.
It's.
It's hard to ask somebodysomething that I wouldn't.
There wasn't any red flags thatcame up.
Um, there's some people thatorder from me, order from us,
and if they know what they want, the more.
(13:52):
And they, she said it was afinancial advisor.
Uh, next time I'm going to askwho the financial advisor is and
, um, I didn't.
So, uh, that's obviously youknow, we do all that we can to
stop any kind of scams, butreally sad deal.
So be be on the lookout.
There's a lot of evil people.
Um, and I wish I could havehandled it myself.
Uh, I really, cause she's inKansas and I was like I wish you
(14:14):
lived down the street from meand, um, I have a lot I I wish I
could.
I'm not.
I'm not in law enforcement.
I hung up my all my gear a longtime ago of being a military
policeman, but, man, that reallythat got me good.
I'm still mad about it.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
So I know, yeah, it's
really infuriating.
So basically, the scam ispeople.
They'll, they'll target theelderly and they'll call
themselves a treasury agent,right.
Speaker 2 (14:44):
Yes.
Speaker 1 (14:45):
They say they're from
you know some, some big,
important treasury company, andthey're from the government and
they're here to help.
So if they say that that shouldbe your first red flag.
And you know they theybasically tell you that you need
to withdraw all your savings, convert it into gold bars, and
(15:06):
that's the thing.
It's specifically gold bars, big gold bars yeah, that's from
what I was reading and thatthey're going to take your gold
bars and put them somewhere safe.
Right?
So that's how it goes.
And scammers, they can be smart, but they can also be dumb too,
and so they're dumb in thesense they can be smart, but
that it can also be dumb too,and so they're dumb in the sense
that they are literally doingit like that.
(15:27):
They're doing it with gold bars, they're targeting the elderly,
they're calling themselves atreasury agent.
So if you hear anybody workingwith a treasury agent or
anything like that, definitelyhave them, get a second opinion.
Like Tony said, you can reachout to us and and you know,
always get a second opinionwhenever you're dealing with
(15:47):
huge, huge amounts of money.
You know you don't want to putyourself at risk to be losing
that stuff.
If you have any elderly familymembers that you know have a lot
of savings put away or anythinglike that, just warn them about
this scam, you know, just tellthem that if anybody reaches out
calling themselves a treasuryagent, you know to call, call a
(16:08):
family member or somebody else.
So just wanted to share thatwith everybody and give
everybody warning about it,because I didn't know about it
until you were talking about itthe other day, and that's when
you know I was.
I was like, hey, there weresome red flags with this lady.
Now that you're saying that, you know they might not be red
flags, but they can also verywell be red flags.
(16:29):
So you know we really careabout taking care of our
customers, especially because wedo have a lot of elderly
customers.
Speaker 2 (16:38):
And so we do with
people all the time.
I mean, we don't discriminate, you have the ability to.
I mean we're not going to.
Just, oh, are you sure, did youask your children?
We're not going to do that.
I mean, I'm just not going to.
I'm not going to play that kindof game, especially if
somebody's they've taken care ofthemselves enough to have
retirement savings.
We want to help them.
So we feel bad when anythinglike that would happen and a lot
(17:00):
of times even they could be sodeep in the scam.
They won't tell you, you know.
They may be told not to tellyou, or this something you know.
So we have to.
We're just really we'vetightened up everything after
that.
Speaker 1 (17:12):
And.
Speaker 2 (17:13):
I'm glad.
I think on a subconscious levelI picked it up just reading the
story and I'm like that lady, you know, and it kind of went
back to that.
And anyway, I'm glad we itcould have been worse, it was a
lot of money.
It could have been worse on theother end for that, for her.
So yeah, I'm glad, I'm glad youbrought that up.
It's always a good publicservice announcement.
Speaker 1 (17:32):
Yes, yeah, for sure
it's.
I think it's.
I mean, it's definitely nottalked about enough because I
didn't know about it until, youknow, last week.
So I just I definitely thinkthat it needs to be brought up
and people need to be made awareof it.
Um, so I also wanted to getinto a little bit of just like
sharing what everything, um, allthe things that we can do over
(17:54):
at Wise Wolf, Gold and Silverand Wolf Pack, Um, cause we do a
lot.
We don't just offer thesubscription service and we're
not just a store that you canjust come in and buy stuff.
You know we do a lot of otherstuff.
So I kind of wanted to see ifyou could share and go into
detail of some of the stuff thatwe do over here, over there,
(18:15):
Well, yes, everywhere in the U Swe've got two physical
locations, which gives us a legup, I think, in a lot of online
dealers.
Speaker 2 (18:23):
So you've got you
know this whole region between
Southern Missouri and NorthTexas.
You can come to a physicallocation and trade with us, buy
and sell.
So we're a full service goldand silver exchange.
We can buy gold jewelry, goldbars, coins, silver, everything.
I mean flatware.
We'll buy forks.
We need flatware.
We'll buy forks, spoons, knives, anything that's silver, we buy
(18:45):
it.
And even silver shot We'vebought that.
We've bought old electric wiresupply and stuff that's silver.
I bought rolls of it.
I bought all kinds of crazythings over the years.
So we're full service.
That way, with our locations, you can mail us stuff.
(19:05):
I mean, if you want got, if youwant to say, take old broken
jewelry or scrap or things thatyou don't want anymore and you
want to turn it into credit tobuy a coin or anything like that
, or just turn it into to fiatcurrency and turn it into cash,
we can do that too.
Um, so, yeah, we're a fullservice gold and silver exchange
and, um, and we don't have anyminimums.
(19:26):
Uh, we, we treat everybody thesame.
That's one of the I mean, that's the one of the mission
statements of my company is thateverybody gets treated with
respect and we're not, you know, putting you on the lower rung
because you have 50 bucks.
Um, because I've been that guyand, uh, and, and I've gone
through that treatment beforewhen I was starting out and we
educate you.
That's the thing about us.
(19:48):
I think we really try to walkpeople through why, if we've
selected a certain thing forthem to buy and I'll walk them
through If they've got a budgetand say you know, yeah, I've got
$5,000 or I've got $2,500,whatever it is, and I want to
purchase some metals, we'll say, well, this is what we recommend
and here's why and I thinkanybody who's buying, most of
(20:12):
the time I would be comfortableto say that that's what I would
buy for myself.
Sometimes it would be differentbecause they have different
needs, but most of the time, ifsomebody asked me to make an
invoice or recommend, that'swhat I buy for myself.
Like I mentioned earlier, youpay more premiums for the
fractionalized gold or silver, but I buy that for myself, so I
(20:35):
don't just throw that on mycustomers.
I mean, I buy it for myselfbecause I'm holding for the long
term.
See, that we should startthinking about and this is
something that has been rollingaround in my mind since the
bitcoin conference.
I went to the bitcoinconference in nashville.
I think that we stopped treatinggold and silver as like an
(20:56):
investment, or bitcoin as aninvestment, and start thinking
of it as generational wealth.
And I know that's hard, becausesometimes you got to sell those
things and I'm looking at wayswhere I don't have to sell them.
Let's say, I need cash.
I would love it if Wise Wolfcould get into the business of
being a lender where, if youhave silver or gold, you give it
(21:17):
to us, we can lend against itor something like that, because
then you can get it back.
And I think that's the thing is.
We get into the trap of havingto cash out and do things.
But if I can get morediscipline too, like for the
long haul, like every piece thatI get, I'm never selling this
Worst case scenario, I'll borrowagainst it.
(21:37):
And I got to start thinkingmore like that.
That's originally how Iintended, like my son's savings
account, and things is like okay, we, every coin we get, every
ounce we get, I need to be ableto use it, but maybe not trade
or anything, but maybe I borrowagainst it and, of course, debt
is tax-free.
I know this is like acomplicated, you know I'm
getting off into the weeds, butthe lesson here is that gold and
(22:01):
silver physical gold that youhold is wealth.
That's a representation ofenergy and work, and if you're
saving dollars, the problem thatyou have is that some bankster
somewhere is running thatprinting press until it goes brr
and it's far beyond anythingyou can imagine.
(22:21):
There's not enough paper in theworld to cover the amount of
dollar units that have beencreated on a screen, and every
time they do that it weakens thepurchasing power of the dollar
and it's not coming back.
Fiat currency is the lifespan ofthem and fiat means by decree,
it's like, because they say so.
It's latin um, but the lifespanis about 26 years.
(22:45):
So we're double the averagelifespan, historically, of a
fiat currency not tied toanything or tethered to anything
.
But all these other countriesaround the world are too.
They followed us after 1971.
So there's 52 times morecurrency on earth than today,
than when I was born, so 44years ago.
And now there's 52 timesprobably more now, right, and
(23:08):
that's a statistic I read a yearand a half ago.
So it's more, and it's going tobe more, because that's how
governments and central banksthey inflate their way out of
problems.
When you flake your way out of aproblem to cover an override
and a deficit, then the weakensthe currency and that game's
going to go on and on and onperpetually until they digitize
everything, and then that's awhole other problem.
(23:29):
So really what you want is youwant to have something that's
yours and be your own bank.
That's what I'm working on andplaying.
I'm doing the same thing for mycustomers.
That I'm doing for myself isI'm I'm advocating something
that you know, you get foryourself, you uh, save, you put
(23:51):
away, and something that'sgenerational, something that's
real.
Speaker 1 (24:02):
Yeah, for sure.
And you know that's why I alsolike helping put together the
Wolfpack invoices, because I ama Wolfpack member also.
So you know I get to put and Iand I just get the lone wolf.
Um, and I love the lone wolfit's.
You know it's very small 50bucks a month Um, you know I've
had it for a while now, almost ayear and you know it's very
small 50 bucks a month.
You know I've had it for awhile now, almost a year, and
you know I have all this silverand all these cool gold backs
(24:23):
and things like that and it'sjust a really easy, easy way to
stack.
But that's why I love puttingtogether the invoices, because
you know it's like, like yousaid, like it's, it's what we
would get for ourselves.
So that's why I really likedoing those too Well, I'm glad
you do.
Speaker 2 (24:38):
You did a great job
with that and that's kind of
behind the scenes.
A lot of people don't know thatYECA builds the invoices with a
little bit of my help.
I mean maybe just a little bit,but now she's got it down to
where she just cranking them outand they look great.
So I'm very, I'm very pleased.
Speaker 1 (24:54):
Thanks, thanks, I
learned I learned from the best,
so I'm very, I'm very pleased.
Thanks, thanks, I learned Ilearned from the best, so she
learns from my chaos.
Speaker 2 (25:00):
I'm like I'm just
always like, hey, look at this
other thing we can do, and thentrying to keep up with me it's a
full-time job, so, but I meanwell.
Speaker 1 (25:12):
I wanted to share
also what we are going to offer
in regards to Bitcoin.
I know you have some stuff inthe works for that.
A lot of people are.
I feel like Bitcoin is startingto trend again, like it's
starting to get popular again.
I feel like it always goesthrough these waves up and down,
like we're in like phase and Ifeel like it's coming back.
Can you share what we're goingto be offering in regards to
(25:35):
Bitcoin?
Speaker 2 (25:36):
Absolutely.
Yeah, this is something I'vebeen working on a while.
I've been in the Bitcoin spacesince 2016.
I did Bitcoin ATMs with mybrother and didn't know what I
was doing.
I mean, I got into, I learned alot and relaunched again, did
my own thing and had them in thephysical locations from 2018
until about 2022.
(25:57):
So now I'm going to bring abouta system where you can buy and
sell with us.
There won't be any ATMs orkiosks.
We'll have a walk-up locations.
You can deal with us direct inthe physical world if you like,
but it'll be online.
It's Wise Wolf Bitcoin.
That's what we'll be doing.
(26:17):
It's a separate company, separate thing, but the cool
deal is we're going to acceptBitcoin for precious metals.
We're also going to have abuying program where you can do
automatic, just like Wolfpack.
You set automatic and thenJekka and I will send you an
invoice.
Do the same thing, but withBitcoin, and help you.
Uh, that's your bitcoin like.
(26:38):
It won't be like some abstractthing where you're bitcoin
somewhere.
It'll be your bitcoin.
We'll have to work out thedetails and I'm working with
compliance people.
There's a whole bunch of.
It's an investment.
Folks like I'm.
It's not easy and I'm workingon it.
I've been working on every dayfor the last few weeks.
Once we decided we were going todo this, so we're going to and
I can't make the fullannouncement now.
(26:59):
I'd like to be set up to do it,but we're going to do something
that nobody else does andthat's going to be the cool part
about Wise Wolf Bitcoin.
And it'll be one of thesethings, too that will help set
us apart from a lot of the othermetals dealers and help with
our clients.
And we can't compete alwayswith the big boys, but we make
(27:19):
up for it in customer serviceand being attentive.
And I mean most people knowlike they call Wise Wolf.
You can get all the way to me.
I mean you're going to talk tothe owner.
I mean that's.
All it takes is to ask.
Even if I don't answer thephone or if I'm not somewhere,
just ask.
And if I don't answer the phoneor if I'm not somewhere, just
ask.
Or if I don't call you back, just ask for Tony.
We'll put you on the calendar, and that's the difference, and
(27:40):
it's always going to be that way.
I think, as I have gone downthe road of this journey of
building these things, that'sone thing I don't ever want to
get off of.
I don't want to ever not be theguy that handles the issues for
the people that keep thebusiness afloat, which is my
clients.
(28:00):
So it's not me that drives it,it's the people.
They have to be happy and I'mproud of what we've been able to
do.
It's a lot of challenges, but Ifeel like we're up to it.
We've got a great team.
Speaker 1 (28:14):
Yeah for sure.
You know I think a lot ofpeople that have a job don't
realize that the businesswouldn't be there without the
customers.
So you know it's a very, veryimportant part of any business
to have customers and you knowto make sure that they're
satisfied.
We live in a world nowadayswhere, like customer service is
(28:34):
non-existent, even in customerservice jobs like it's like you
go to a restaurant or you youcall customer service for
whatever company and you canhear you know that and obviously
I like you know a lot of peoplework from home but you know you
hear them like yelling at theirkids or they're yelling at you
or whatever like, and they'relike so rude and it's like why
do you have this job?
(28:54):
Like you have no customerservice skills, what are you
doing here?
You know so it's it is rare tosee good customer service in
most business nowadays.
You know I've worked incustomer service most of my life
and I always that was like one.
That's why I like working incustomer service to make other
people happy and you know toprovide a good service and you
(29:17):
know it's really not that hardand you know most jobs to make
customers happy you just have togo a little bit extra and like
they're so happy, you know.
Speaker 2 (29:29):
I wake up every day I
try to figure out how we can
make this thing better, andthat's what we see.
You don't always do the bestjob with customers because you
thing better and that's a we.
You don't always do the bestjob with customers because you
can get overwhelmed and it'slike a small business, it just
just trying to get things done.
When you come at it with thespirit of I'm going to serve
people, I think that's that'sthe winning spirit, like that's
what you got to have and that'swhat built this thing.
(29:50):
That's why I'm still here.
Um, you know, that's how I cansleep at night, because anyone
who's ever ordered for me gottheir product period full stop
and I always will Like I'll, Idon't care, I don't care what it
is, I'll make the delivery.
Um, and that's just the kind ofcompany that we are.
And, uh, when I remind myselfof that, it's like all anxiety
(30:10):
just kind of dissipates.
I'm like, okay, well, you, yourcustomers are happy, everybody
else can wait.
Whatever entity I have to dealwith to be in business, the
number one thing is the peoplethat have bought product from me
.
I feel like we're on the bestpath that we can be on.
Speaker 1 (30:29):
Yeah, the problems
will always be there tomorrow.
But yeah, I love finding extralittle cool goodies to put in
the wolf pack and stuff likethat, like pens, stickers um,
putting beans on everything it'sfun to put beans on everything
yeah, I don't know if you canguys can see this but get a
(30:52):
little cool wolf pack pen rightover here, off to my left she's.
Speaker 2 (30:55):
whenever I'm on air
I'm in my office here in Branson
.
She's going to be right here.
She got a little her littleplace, her little bed.
Speaker 1 (31:02):
Very good, good
little co-host.
So let's see, yeah, so you weresaying we just we don't just
sell, we also buy.
So, like I just wanted to share, like for people that, um, do
(31:23):
want to sell their stuff to us,that you can always ship it to
us.
You can just reach out to usand get the shipping information
.
Um, I do want to work onputting together a simpler way,
uh, for people to ship to us.
There are some really coolideas I've seen other people
doing so.
We have a lot of updates in theworks for getting things more
(31:45):
streamlined and things like that.
But, yeah, you know, I love thatwe focus on, you know, taking
care of the customers.
Like I said, it's somethingthat doesn't really happen a lot
in today's world, and so Ireally do think that is
something that sets us apart, and there's not a lot of
businesses that focus on thecustomer service.
(32:06):
You know a lot of people focuson on profit, which obviously,
you know is very important alsofor running a business.
I think it's it's one of themost important things for
running a business.
But, you know, the without goodcustomer service, you know you
can lose a lot of customers ifyou don't have good customer
service and, and you know a lotof people do come to this
(32:26):
business because they trust us,they trust you.
You know they.
They trust the people whoseshow you go on to and talk, talk
to, and you know they have alot of similar beliefs and so I
wanted to share that.
You know that those are somereasons why it's it'd be good to
work with us.
You know, if you have similarbeliefs like how, like it's so
(32:47):
hard to find businesses thathave similar beliefs you know
and and promote.
You know that we do believe inGod and you know I love saying
God bless to the customers.
It's like one of my favoritethings and they always sometimes
they'll say it to me first andthen that makes me even happier
when they say it first.
You know, but when you, whenyou support us, you're also
(33:09):
supporting people with similarbeliefs.
You're not supporting some bigglobalist gangster goblin or
anything like that.
We're real people with realspirits.
Speaker 2 (33:23):
Well, that's
absolutely right and it's been.
It's harder and harder forsmall business to make it.
I've been on lots of podcastersthat there's some great
entrepreneurs and young guys outthere and I've talked to a lot
of veterans that have that arestarting businesses and are have
started businesses and they'reout there grinding.
The politicians and the powersthat be don't want you to
(33:45):
succeed.
Sorry, they just don't.
That's just the way the worldworks.
But the good news is that ifyou're taking care of people and
you're finding a way to servepeople, then you're going to be
a lot better off than you thinkyou're going to be.
And we just kind of put ourfaith in God.
I just, every day, I'm like, ok, I'm, I made it this far and
you know, always keep thatspirit of how can I serve and
(34:08):
how can we get better.
And I think we you know you andI I think we always improve
something with the businessevery single day, even if it
feels like we're not.
And it's good for you and I todo these kind of shows because
we're going to speak a littledifferently than when we speak
just by ourselves on the phone, and this is something for the
record for everybody forever, and I think that something that
(34:29):
you bring to the table is you'realways looking for ways to make
things better.
It's one reason you work here.
It's one reason you're part ofthis and an integral part of the
team.
If you were to leave right now,it would be catastrophic.
So I'm always like YECA's happy, right, yeca's happy, because I
need YECA around.
(34:50):
So no, it is something, just aspirit, I think, of service and
there's going to be obstaclesand all that good stuff, but at
the end of the day, we putpeople first.
Speaker 1 (35:03):
Absolutely, and God
wants us to serve.
So remembering that just helpskeep us on track and remember
that the customers are the mainreason why we're here.
That's right.
You know we have over twelvehundred subscriptions on
Wolfpack, which is awesome.
I know when I started, was itunder eight hundred last year?
(35:27):
Yeah, yes, so so that's awesome, that's.
That's a lot of growth and Ithink that is so cool.
I'm trying to pull up to see,but I'm I'm.
I know it's over 1200 still.
Speaker 2 (35:39):
So it was over 12.
Yeah, when you started, uh,yeah, it was under 800 for sure,
and we don't think we broke 800, uh, until you got here, I
don't know, until you startedfull time.
So, yeah, I was struck by theway folks, you have no idea how
hard I worked.
I couldn't figure out why wecouldn't break that number.
We just stayed.
We'd go to almost eight, thenfall back, almost eight, then
(36:01):
fall back, and I just told youI'm like I'm just trying to
break in, do more advertising,do stuff, and then all of a
sudden we hit 1,000.
And it's been pretty steadysince then, a pretty steady
growth and and it and I thinkbringing you on, as we've paid
more attention to just, reallyjust me and you doing the
invoices every week, every fewdays or whatever it takes, even
(36:23):
the smaller invoices for peopleto do the direct orders, it just
made a difference and, uh, it'sa lot more, I think, a lot more
attention to detail.
We were, we were doing okaybefore, but I think even the
experience for somebody that'sjoined Wolfpack if you haven't
done it, I mean, we're alwayslooking for cool things to put
in there Just make you feel likeyou're a part of this because
(36:45):
you are.
I mean, the more people thatjoin, you know, like if we had
2000 people right now, everybody's going to get better
pricing.
I'm going to be going crazy, crazy finding things to put in
there.
I'm going to go everywhere tofind you know new product.
But and that's where ourphysical locations help with
that too that's something likepeople walk up and sell us stuff
(37:06):
and then we'll just take thatinventory and put it into
Wolfpack.
So I think we've got a prettygood, pretty good thing going on
.
Speaker 1 (37:14):
Yeah, for sure.
I wanted to share witheverybody, just like, exactly
what Wolfpack is.
Um, you know, I'm sure you havesome of your viewers watching
on here on the Rockfin channel,um, but for people that um from
from that are watching on on myshow, um, that don't know
(37:34):
exactly what Wolfpack is.
So Wolfpack is like asubscription service that we
offer Starts at $35, goes allthe way up to $5,000.
And I wanted to share somethings too that, even though
it's like on our website and theFAQ stuff, sometimes it
surprises people.
You know, we try to put all theinformation on our website.
(37:55):
I try to put like sampleinvoices on the pictures so you
can see everything, what itcould possibly be.
But so there it is.
You can purchase it with acredit card, so just want to let
people know that there arecredit card fees built into the
totals, if you do decide to tryit out.
There are shipping fees andcredit card fees built into the
(38:16):
invoices.
But we do this cool likecomparison invoice where we go
look at our major competitorspricing and then we put their
pricing on there underneath ours, and so, even with the shipping
and credit card fees, you'restill saving money shopping with
getting Wolfpack orders insteadof going to the major
(38:37):
competitors, if you were to buyit with a credit card and we
always beat their, beat theirprices.
Like you know, when we're doingthe invoices, tony's always
doing the math, like oh, howmuch?
Like where, how much are webeating them?
And you know he's always makesure that we are giving a good
deal.
So that is a really cool thing.
With the Wolfpack you cannotcustomize them unless you're
(39:00):
getting a Zen Pack.
You can either get a gold orsilver or a mix, and that's
about all of the adjustments orcustomization you can get on the
Zen Pack, because since we aresuch a small company and we do
have over 1200 subscribers, wecan't really make like 1200
(39:21):
different invoices and so um, itgets really complicated when
you start doing that.
Speaker 2 (39:27):
So we just decided
that the highest tier, so
starting at 2000,.
You can customize, you can.
You can customize a bit.
You can tell us all silver, allgold or mix, and that gives us
the ability to still go and findthe stuff for you.
But that's where you get tochoose and I think we'll get to
maybe add some things later inthis year as we get towards the
(39:50):
holidays.
Speaker 1 (39:51):
I think that when we
get some other things
straightened out that we'll beable to give you some more
options at the lower level, butright now I think we're doing
just fine.
Yeah, absolutely so.
(40:11):
Yeah, it's not customizable, but you are able to get custom
orders separately if you want todo that, and we usually do,
like an e-check payment, thatyou know.
We can do other payments, butthat's our preferred payment
method.
If you don't want to use yourcredit card some people don't
have a credit card, um, and soyou can order with us that way.
If you don't want to do that, route um, and but we can't
(40:32):
guarantee the savings if you dolike a custom order.
That's the cool thing about thewolf pack is that we like
really I love when the saving, because we put how much you save
at the bottom on there, and Ilove when it's like 10 percent,
because sometimes you do get 10percent savings and so, like I
know right now we have somereally cool.
What are they all graded?
(40:52):
One ounce silver savings.
Speaker 2 (41:16):
Yes, we have some
graded one ounce silver coins
that are from mints, like theyou.
But if you, if you're gettingthose, then you've got some
collectibles to hang on to thosebecause they're.
We just don't have time to movethem and I was, you know,
talking about with thatyesterday with you and I said I
could make more money if I putthem out at ebay and stuff.
But who has the time for that?
I don't't have time right now.
(41:37):
We got customers and orders tofill, so we just literally pass
that kind of stuff on to ourmembers, like you guys got a
great deal and we love you.
So you know, go if you want tosell them, you can sell them and
you could make a profit off ofthem.
Speaker 1 (41:51):
Yeah, I know, we were
looking at the comparison
prices for one ounce silvercoins.
Speaker 3 (42:01):
They were, some
weren't, some of them like three
hundred dollars, like for oneounce or something I was like
what, so we didn't put thatprice on there for the
comparison price?
Speaker 1 (42:05):
it was a little much,
but uh, but you're still eating
and like the the price that wecompared it to, I don't.
I think it's like way lowerthan it should be for what you
know some of those coins reallyare, but you know it's still a
substantial amount of savings, like was it a ten dollar or
something, savings still per oneounce at least or something
(42:26):
like that.
So those are going are going tobe going in the zen wolves
specifically because we justhave a lot of one ounce uh weird
things, lots of ones of onedesign, and so if you're
interested in checking outgetting some of those coins,
highly recommend to sign up fora Zen Pack.
You can do a one-time purchaseto it.
(42:47):
You don't have to get thesubscription.
I know a lot of other companiesthat offer subscriptions.
You have to sign up for thesubscription and then cancel it,
but with us you can just do theone.
We have the option.
You can just do it one time ifyou want to try it out.
So definitely check that out.
If you want to get some coolcoins, see here.
(43:07):
Oh yeah, so, because I know alot of people always ask when
you're talking about the, theBitcoin stuff that we're going
to be doing, what do you thinkis I know I've asked you this
before, but I'm thinking it'sprobably a different answer now
the timeframe of when all thisBitcoin stuff will launch?
(43:27):
Do you think it'll be maybetowards the end of this year, or
what are you thinking?
Speaker 2 (43:33):
No, I think we're
within the window of 45 days or
so.
I'm working, I'm plugging awayevery single day, trying to get
a little closer to the goal.
So I'm thinking, within 45 daysor so, I'm I'm working, I'm
plugging away every single day, trying to get a little closer to
the goal.
So I'm thinking, within 45 days, we'll be able to make you know
a major announcement, and thenyou'll be able to come over and
buy and sell with us and andtrade for precious metals and,
and all of that.
And, again, there's going to besomething, something to that
(43:55):
that I'll I'll do like a pressrelease on, because we'll be the
only people that I know of inthe United States that will do a
particular thing with Bitcoinand precious metals.
So I'm not going to say what itis, though, because I don't
want to ruin it.
It's going to be a surprise, and we'll do it on your channel.
I'll go on everybody's show.
It's going to be a lot of fun,though, and I think it'll
surprise some people.
Speaker 1 (44:17):
Awesome.
Some people Awesome.
Yeah, no, I'm excited for allthe Bitcoin stuff.
I know, like I said, I knowit's getting trendy again
Bitcoin.
I see it on my feed to peoplethat never have talked about
Bitcoin or starting to talkabout Bitcoin and all that stuff
.
So I think there's lots of,lots of good stuff in the works
for Bitcoin there.
So that's all I have for today.
Speaker 2 (44:42):
That's all you have
for today.
Speaker 1 (44:43):
That's all I have for
now.
I'm sure I'll have some morequestions later today.
Speaker 2 (44:48):
Well, I've really
enjoyed being here and you've
been very consistent with yourshows.
As a fellow podcaster, I meantip of the hat to you, because I
know this is hard to do.
Every single Friday I do, I tryto do my.
You know me, I haven't kept up.
I've been either traveling andsometimes I can't do my show.
Last week I was in Los Angelesand then I did my show yesterday
(45:11):
.
So that's good, but you know, Ihave the same kind of thing,
but you've been more consistentthan me, than me, but I only do
one show, not five shows.
Well, I'm still.
I do that, my radio show.
That I've done for 11 years, that I've been on the radio for
11 years now.
Um, and I'm finally, I'mfinally getting good at it.
(45:33):
I think I'm finally gettingwhere I can do the radio.
Um, but I did and I miss it.
You know I miss doing the shows, but you've been consistent.
I can't think of it.
I mean you've been to every,even if it's just a cooking show
.
So you know, show Yaka.
Some love, go give her a reviewon a podcast app, share the
feed and give her a comment.
She's working hard and she'sonly got the one sponsor.
(45:54):
We need to find you moresponsors.
We only got the one sponsorhere with uh, yekagold, but uh,
but it's a great content, it's agreat show and I want to see
you do every friday.
I want to see you here live, doing, doing that and uh, that's
why we happy to have you onrockfin, on the america
unplugged channel and uh andeverywhere else.
So really, really glad to seeyou doing what you're doing.
(46:18):
Yeka has influenced me a greatdeal.
I, I um deal.
I came up through the world ofpowerlifting and stuff when I
was a kid and represented the USwhen I was in the military.
I was at the worldchampionships and won a couple
of world titles along the wayand learned a thing or two about
diet.
But it's kind of like you.
(46:39):
You know you're, you are the, the, the five people that you
spend the most time with and, yeah, can I talk every single
day because we're workingtogether and build stuff and
she's been my very good friend,so I've learned a lot about
carnivore.
So if you're, if you're kind ofon the fence and you're like
what is karma?
It doesn't make any sense.
I'm going to have highcholesterol.
It's not bad, it's not good forme.
It's bad for me, you know, andit's not like you just really
(46:59):
keep looking at it and, uh, youknow, if you want to feel better
, listen to this, this greatphilosophy, and there's
something to it because thebetter, the more that I do.
You've, and I never really had aproblem with sugars and other
things like that, but it itcreeps up.
You know processed foods youfind it something convenient,
you know, or you don't eatenough.
I find the times when I'm, youknow, if I'm having a drinking
(47:22):
plenty of water, I'm gettingsteak and I'm getting eggs and
I'm getting ground beef, I'mgetting that kind of stuff, but
I'm not also doing the process.
Things feel so much better, I'mstronger, I got less
inflammation, and this is justtrue story.
I mean, and I don't even do itenough.
I don't do.
I don't even do it enough, Idon't do the job that I should
(47:44):
do, like today.
I mean, I'm off grid in mycabin, I didn't wake up and have
eggs, even though I havechickens.
I could have done that.
You know, I have, like, aprotein cookie, which isn't like
your cookie.
Yucca makes protein cookies.
She'd be a billionaire.
It'd make wise wolf go bank.
I mean, it wouldn't even be thesame category.
She'd just be like not evenreturn her phone calls if she'd
sell her cookies online.
So I don't know if you're everup for that.
(48:04):
You should figure out how to dothat.
They're like protein cookiesthat you buy at the store, and I
ate one of those, and I've hada lot of coffee, but that's it.
That's sad, and I could havedone better.
I could have had, I could havehad some, uh, uh, you know, some
eggs and cheese and maybe someavocado or something like that.
I'd feel a lot better than I doright now.
But at least I didn't eat abunch of processed garlic.
(48:26):
I didn't have pop tarts and Ididn't have, you know, a
McMuffin Okay, I had I, you know.
At least I'm eating a littlebit cleaner, um, but, but not
totally.
And I learned I'm just, I'mmore cognizant of my, my diet
because of YECA.
So props to you on that.
Speaker 1 (48:45):
Thank you, thank you,
yeah, that's another one of
those things that you know thegovernment tries to tell us we
need to eat 12 servings of breadand very little meat and a
whole bunch of vegetables andseeds, and you know it's it's
not really, it's not reallyright.
You know it's, it's not really,it's not really right.
So, yeah, it's.
I think it's definitelyimportant to look into nutrition
.
If you're, especially if you'retrying to be, you know, like a
(49:09):
child of God and you're justtrying to be the best that you
can be, you know God wants us totake care of our temples, and I
think that's something that'snot talked about enough,
especially in, you know, theworld where people have faith.
You know, a lot of times I see,you know, all these unhealthy
people at church.
Obviously they're sick,obviously they.
(49:30):
I know they have health issues.
You know they talk about theirhealth issues.
And then also, a lot ofchurches are serving a buffet of
donuts on Sunday morning to thecongregation, you know, which I
think is horrible, and and soyou know, I think it's something
that's not talked about enough.
So thank you for for bringingthat up.
Health is definitely important, for sure, and I'm glad I was
(49:53):
able to help you in that regard.
Speaker 2 (49:57):
Yes, thank you yes
guard.
Speaker 1 (50:03):
Yes, thank you.
Yes, well, thanks again forcoming on.
Speaker 2 (50:05):
Please let everybody
know where they can find you and
support your business.
Well, sure you can find mywebsite is arterburnnews and
long overdue for an overhaul.
I am I am working on.
I just signed YECA, reviewedthe contracts that I'm doing to
redo my websites and that's partof it.
It's one of the things I'mdoing, so I'm finally getting
that done.
And yekagold Go to yekagold.
(50:27):
You can find everything atyekagold.
