Heather's passion lies in supporting business professionals' growth and success, with a special dedication to empowering female leaders.
Since its inception in August 2023, CLEO has rapidly grown under Heather's leadership, boasting over 135 members in just 9 months. The organization's mission revolves around fostering connections, facilitating learning opportunities, and promoting mutual success among women in business.
The mission of CLEO is to establish a vibrant community of professional businesswomen in Northeast Ohio that empowers, uplifts, motivates, and forges strong connections among our members through engaging events, insightful workshops and educational experiences, and valuable networking opportunities.
Beyond networking and business building, CLEO actively engages in philanthropic initiatives, extending support to local non-profit organizations through its Quarterly Luncheons. Heather and her dedicated Board of Directors ensure that every member receives valuable connections and opportunities for continuing education.
