Hey everyone, Hannah here! At a Women's Social Club event not too long ago, after the presentation, I had a chance to sit down with Tiffany Welton, and she told me about her idea for a champagne bar. I absolutely LOVED this idea (we don’t have a concept like that in the Raleigh area).  But what really got my attention was the name of the bar - RBF.  And if you think you know what it means, you're absolutely right! :)
