Whether throwing, running, or leading, doing something “like a girl” used to have very negative connotations. Thankfully, a lot has changed in the past decade, particularly for women in science, technology, and sports. Yet, there’s still a long way to go before exhibiting feminine traits are viewed as wholly positive in leadership, business, and many parts of society. Today’s guest is Dalia Feldheim, an incredible woman who is on a mission to humanize the future of workplaces and leadership. Dalia combines science and empathy to help companies build authentic, happy, and psychologically safe workplace cultures.   Welcome to episode 47 of the Working Well Podcast, the show that explores the rapidly changing landscape of work and wellbeing. Each episode, We dive into the hottest topics in leadership, employee wellbeing, and the future of work! I’m your host Tim Borys. Before we dive in, let’s learn more about Dalia.   Dalia Feldheim founded Flow Leadership Consultancy after over two decades as a global C-suite marketing executive at Procter and Gamble where she led some of the world’s most iconic ad campaigns.   Dalia holds an Executive Masters degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change.
