#17. I often hear my patients say, "Dr. Knight, you are a witch doctor," or "what kind of voodoo are you doing?" or "this is wizardry, but I love it because it works."
Why do they use the terms, witch doctor, voodoo or wizardry? It is the way my patients describe muscle testing. Muscle testing, also known as applied kinesiology, bio systems integration and functional neurology is a "weird" but wonderful tool that I use to help me help my patients get results.
In this podcast I describe the basics of what muscle testing is, how it works, some different types of muscle testing and how it is easily one of the best tools/techniques I have ever learned to help me get to the underlying causes and priorities that are affecting the quality of health in my patients.
