so let's get the show started rightnow. All right, everyone, this
is Memphis Mark coming to you fromMullet Manner, and I'm here to dispel
a few of these rumors that isgoing around right now about mister cash Wheeler
of FTR. That is, Danielcash Wheeler was apparently had an incident on
(00:58):
July twenty seven, seven and awarrant was issued for his arrest on the
twenty eighth in Florida for road rage. It is a third degree felony in
Florida, it is for aggravated assault. And he was released on twenty five
hundred dollars bond because he had noprior record. We're really just hearing about
(01:23):
this more because he had to makehis first appearance in court the third of
August and where he entered a nonguilty plea. Now, from what I've
checked into this, this is definitelya road rage incident there happened to be
from what I understand, on aninterstate there in or outside of Orlando,
(01:48):
and there was a passing of acar in an emergency lane around him at
one point in time. This isall from a third source, but a
pretty reliable one there in or Sowhat does this actually mean for the event
coming up? Well, a thirddegree felony or I'm sorry, yes,
(02:09):
a third degree felony will get youor it could get you denied entrance into
England. So with this particular incidence, with no prior record, with him
turning himself in being a property owner, being an outstanding citizen, and that's
what he you know, when youlay it down in court, that's what
(02:30):
he's been. You're not going tohave a problem. I do not think
there'll be a problem with the eventcoming up, but it is cause for
concern, especially when your company ishaving the biggest event of its you know
history. So anyway, I've I'vejust heard a lot of the stuff going
(02:52):
around. Did not like the factthat a lot of bad stuff was going
out there, and they were actingalike they weren't going to make the trip.
From everything that I've heard, readand checked into this will be a
this could even be pled down oreven dropped more than likely. It is
(03:15):
all depending on the intent of theassault. And if it is to pretty
much tell you to get away fromme. I have a gun and you
brandish it, You're not going tohave that big of a problem in the
state of Florida. But that iswhat I wanted to just get out there
and let some people know what wasgoing on. And a lot of the

stuff that you're reading, it's it'sdepending on their sources. And as I
said in all inkling that I have, there will be no problem with the
actual event. But anyway, guys, just wanted to fill some of you
in on what happened. I knowI've originally looked at this and saw it

happened in July and I'm just hearingabout it, you know, a few
days before this event, but thatis the way things happen sometimes. So
anyway, guys, this is MemphisMark. I'm going to get on out

we've got the NXT review with alittle twist. This week for eight twenty
two. It is heat Wave andit's the end of summer. So this
is our event that they do.And they started off with Tony d in
stacks in a beautiful pool or surroundedby beautiful people, and they pretty much

go over the card force. Youknow, so I summer's coming to an
end, and uh, so thisis the event heat Wave and a good
little start, you know. Theguys they go they've recap it's better just
doing the interviews or something like that. But they start off, they go
(05:06):
straight in with drugging off and uhand Trick Williams and uh. And I
love the fact that when Trick cameout, everybody is hollering, whoop that
trick. As a Memphis native,I have a little bit closer, a
(05:28):
little bit. Uh that song isis it means a little bit more here,
filmed here, done here. Soanyway, so whoop that Trick comes
out? Uh, and of coursedragging off, he comes out, trucking
off. He comes out all firedup, and he starts to match off
just really with a just a seriesof moves. He's uh, he's even
(05:56):
at one point in time he's hollering, uh for Trick to protect himself like,
uh uh you know, he wasgonna whoop on him that bad and
he couldn't even hold his hands up. But you know, Trick was serious
about this match. But one thingI didn't notice, dragging Off used a
lot more of these like spinning chopswhere he's getting his momentum momentum like a
(06:21):
spinning elbow, just a chop.But he looked good doing it. Uh.
Now, Trick of course is goingto have these really high flying drop
kicks and he lays one on draggingoff Off. It was it was right
on the money. Uh so,and at one time, you know,
(06:45):
Trick had he had the motion,he had everything right. They didn't show
a replay of it because they showedit of the drop kick, but he
missed a punch that the tracking Offsold. Uh you know, but tracking
Off controlled the match, and uhyou know it was a it was not
(07:06):
your catches Cascan type of a match. But uh uh you know, one
time Trick catches one of those spinningchops and make some good moves and he
does some big kickouts, uh andeverything. But of course we're going to
(07:27):
have dragging Off to win this match. And it was a little bit of
a sign of respect after the match, you know. But uh yeah,
pretty good match, though good match. Cannot complain at all on this at
all. They go to a littlepromo with tidel Bite, the Big Strong
(07:48):
Bite, and uh Nathan Frasier abouttheir Heritage Cup match, and uh,
you know, Taylor or Tyler saysthat he will have his back and he'll
come out as his you know,a ring guy in this Heritage Cup which
they have the three minute or twominute whatever it is rounds. Uh so,
(08:11):
yeah, he's gonna come out andbe his corner guy. Uh.
And then a little quick little uhdom and and uh Ria in the locker
room and Mustafa Ali shows up anduh, I guess they just getting them
some TV time because they have acouple of words and then uh Ria Maria
(08:39):
says, you got ten seconds toget out of here, and uh must
of Us says you should be usedto that ten seconds. And then that's
the end of that, folks.Uh but yeah, they go straight to
Ivy now and she's going against Ava, uh you know, and uh you've
(09:01):
got skizzle. It's gonna be atringside with all them yellow face people.
Uh but uh yeah, the matchwas actually kind of surprising. I was
wondering how bad Ava was gonna be. I really was. I just considered
her to be terrible, and uhshe wasn't. She had some good offensive
(09:24):
moves. I mean, she comesfrom her wrestling family. Uh so,
I mean I'm sure she's been inthe ring before, but I mean she's
of course all offense, uh youknow, but she sold a little uh
you know, and it's just uh, I don't know. Ivy Now looks
(09:46):
good in this match. It spotsuh you know, and then she gets
that choke. It's like you keepexpecting Ava is gonna do this, and
they're gonna run this match about fourmore minutes and then bam uh now comes
(10:07):
out with a rear naked choke kindof you would say, uh suspended backwards
and look good a good dare anduh she ends up winning the match.
But after all of him yellow fishpeople, uh they came up in the
ring and started to come in thering, which that causes I to uh
(10:30):
to kick some butte on guys.Girls, She's trying to keep a hold
of Ava in the ring so shecan uh uh you know, U use
her for bait to keep everybody offof her, but as these two yellow
fresh people uh take her off andup the ramp while she's smiling thinking that
she was rescued. Maybe she wasn't. M Uh And then after that,
(10:56):
you've got drugging off and what's sleep? Yeah, in the locker room,
and west Lee's trying to explain thathe's going to be the champion. Maybe
he needs him a little dragging off, talking off, you know, uh,
you know, needs a little offight in his uh first defense of
the title that he's gonna win tonight. But uh talking off does not think
(11:20):
he's going to win, looks alittle surprised and uh, possibly Wesley is
over stepping his bounds. Maybe he'snot quite there. I don't know.
Dragging off talking off is uh soyeah, uh we go from there.
Uh and that a little promo,wasn't that dragging off? Is? I'm
(11:43):
really liking this promos, you know. Uh uh so of course you're going
to have a dragging off in Wesleya North American Championship about if Wesley wins,
right, Okay, Uh, sorry, just had to get caught up
on my notes. I got alittle surprise there. But then we got
(12:05):
the super nova uh in metaphor withNoam Dar going against Nathan Frazier and with
the big strung bite uh in thiscorner. Uh so it looks like a
good uh good match. Uh,you know. And they do the rounds
as I said, So in roundone it comes out even and it's kind
(12:30):
of a feeling out. I wouldguess you would, I guess you would
say. Uh. And so thesecond one, Dakato comes in out of
nowhere and slams Tyler Bait on theapron outside, and of course Tyler Bait
(12:52):
is out of there. Uh he'sdone and uh not understanding why he's there.
I guess they just want to gethim some TV time. And and
he's just gonna he's just gonna whoopon everybody when he decides to choke slam
somebody, He's just gonna come inand choke slam him. But so anyway,
Dar ends up winning the second roundwith a roll up with a surprise
(13:16):
Nathan Frazier and uh wow, sowe've got it a one to nothing after
two rounds, and then you've gotthe third round. It's an even match
too, so no one wins it. But right at the end of the
round, Uh, tonight was justa spinning move because uh no, Am
(13:41):
HiT's a spinning elbow on Nathan rightat the end, and you think maybe
maybe they're gonna disqualify him, butno, no, they don't. Uh
so uh in the fourth round,in the fourth round, Nathan wins this
one, good good round, youknow. I mean, these guys can
go, man. I mean,if you take away all the theatrical stuff
(14:05):
that's going on at the in ringability of a course of Nathan Fraser.
But man, no, m issurprising me at times. It's just he
really has to try hard to actstupid. I think he's actually a lot
better. I just his arm placementand on some of his moves when he
was just been in an elbow back, he didn't just bend it back.
(14:28):
He bent it back, got itpositioned and then grabbed the muscle. I
mean, just little things like that. That's kind of old school. So
anyway, so so Nathan ends upwinning that one. So now we've got
it one one after four. Thefifth one is even, but Nathan could
(14:48):
have won it. But lash legendwhen he's going in to make the pen
grabs his foot and it was kindof a little too long. I don't
know how that got played out,but you know, the ref doesn't see
it. So by the time Nathangets over there to do the pen,
uh, he's a No M isable to kick out. So then in
(15:13):
the uh the sixth round, whichif Nathan holds on and this is an
even match, he wins and hekeeps the Heritage Cup. But no m
ends up winning this with some helpfrom metaphor. And uh, you know
(15:33):
both of these matches so far.I mean, I gotta say you could
go back and watch him, Imean, and yeah, I can't complain.
Uh. So No m dar endsup winning this sixth round, and
so he is your new Heritage Cupchampion. Uh. So yeah, that's
where we go from there. Andthen they have a little promo with the
(15:58):
AVA and she's thinking these two yellrafe papel, you know, and and
saying it's it's Creed, the CreedBrothers and terrible things and a little does
she know that possibly under those yeah, rafe papel, that might be the
Creed brothers. Hmmm. So uh, and then after that we've got a
(16:21):
Tiffany Stratton sighting. Uh she's donea little uh promo for the Summer of
Tiff Tiff is now evolving into theFall of Tiff Tiff, and uh,
so she gets up in the ringand kind of explained how perfect she is.
And uh, of course, firstfirst of all, Gigi comes out
(16:45):
and does the challenge, and thenafter that you got Keana James coming out
and explaining to Gigi that she's beatingher already, so it should be her.
And then you've got Blair Davenport comingout and talking about how she's beating
them. Well then you have theprodigy rocks In coming out and explaining how
(17:08):
she just beat Davenport, so uh, and she has him, you know,
you know, has a message forTiff Tiff Tiff, and she smacks
her upside the head and crap goesdown. So they all start whooping on
each other. So you know whatwe have coming quick a little promo with
(17:34):
Damon Kemp and Drew Gulak and andmister Dempsey and they're rookie or their flunky
the way they're showing it. Heexplains to them, Uh, when I
believe it's Kemp and Dempsey in thering, uh doing you know, going
over some stuff, and uh,the kid comes up and lets Gulak know
(17:56):
that he's cleaned up, you know, done all the stuff, and then
out of nowhere, Dempsey jumps onhim and when he tries to tap out,
Goolac is hollering, we don't tapout here. So they're building this
whoever this kid is up because Ican see where this is going. Uh
(18:18):
so yeah, after that, letme make sure I got this right.
Yeah so uh yeah, there wego. So we have now a mixed
tag team match and it's uh DominicMastibrio and Rio Ripley going against Lyra by
Kira and the dragon Lye and uh, you know, Dominic's a champ,
(18:44):
Aria's a champ. You know,dragon Ly had a chance at the belt,
didn't get it. Lyra has beenwas given an approval by the Lee
area, but now there's some stuffgoing on there. So uh, you
know, I like the way theystart off with, uh with dom and
uh Lee and the ring and ofcourse, uh Dragonly feels like he let
(19:10):
the legend of the Lucadors Ray Mysteriodown last week when he did not beat
Dominic Mysterio. Uh so he's lookingfor a little a little payback in this
match and they do Okay, Dominicand dragonly they do okay, nothing,
(19:30):
you know, stood out great.But then Ria and Vira, uh Valkia
get in there and uh, Lyraand and Rea just put on a showy.
They do great. I thought thatis the best I've seen. Of
course, Lyra h for sure,but even Ria looked great in the spots
(19:56):
that she was in. Uh Atone point in time towards into the match,
she she just puts a leg scissorson, but she makes it look
good, makes it look believable.Lyra sells, I mean, it's just
it just looked really good. Uhuh. There was a suplex that Rio
(20:18):
was doing where she was putting theopponent's hands between her legs backwards and then
flipping them over, catch them onher knees and then going to a suplex.
Now she did that one time inIt looked freaking great. Everybody was
on point. The timing was good, and even when their timing was a
little off, they both made upfor it. It's just it was they
(20:41):
were great. And then of coursea little layer later, uh Ria goes
for that same type of suplex whereshe gets countered and uh so you know,
it's a it's a good match.Dragon ly ends up pinning Dominic in
this match, uh, and andgetting the win. And and even after
(21:04):
the win, he kind of standsover him like he's talking to him,
you know, like familia. That'sall I know. So, uh,
good match. Uh you know you'reyou're not gonna go bad with three in
something. But I mean, youknow, I liked the match, so
(21:25):
uh yeah. Uh. And evenDominic at one point in time did to
try to do his patent six onenine and it just looked slow. Uh.
I guess sometimes he can hit it. Sometimes he's just a little too
long to do it, but Iunderstand why he's doing it. So from
there they go. They go toMellow and Trick, and Trick's coming in
(21:49):
and letting them know, hey,you know, I ain't gonna be out
there with you, man. Thisis your first you know, title defense
without me out there, so goodluck and everything, and Mellow brings up
one of the matches, and Tricksplanted the seed. The writers planted the
seed because Trick goes, whoa areyou saying that I messed that up?
(22:11):
And Mellow of course counters and goesno, no, no, no,
no no all uh, you know, and straightens everything out, but that
that could be the first seed.Now we put the dirt over it and
let's see what comes up. Uh. So yeah, and if has another
promo and uh it kind of makesfun of Pecky Pecky Lynch. So I'm
(22:38):
I'm guessing in an appearance on eitherRaw or Smackdowns coming up and Becky Lynch
will take care of that. Uh. But yeah, and then you've got
thea Hall. They show her orhail excuse me after her match and she's
trying to get the ref last weekthe match where she lost that mister Chase
(23:02):
you know caused so uh you know, she's trying to get that overturned or
whatever, and she's begging the reffand the reff's like, hey, you
know, that's just the way itis. Well, it kind of surprised
me. But out of nowhere comesjac Jane and uh she kind of talks
her up. It was a itwas a lot. I kind of I
(23:26):
kind of liked it. It wasa different angle. And uh, did
we see something in the future therea Lady's Tag team, uh something like
that. Maybe uh Ja c Janebecomes the mentor uh for that. So
(23:47):
I don't know we'll I have towait and see, folks. But yeah,
uh yeah, you're gonna have Braunand uh von Wagner going at it
all right, and uh, I'msorry said Braun because he ends up being
a part of the match. It'sBaron, Corbin and and Von Wagner going

at it, and they do itgood. They could do a good little
match there. You know. Baroncomes out and jumps Van and starts to
match on the outside, and they'regenerally just fighting on the outside. Uh
and good. I'm liking everything.It's back and forth kind of. And
then eventually Baron grabs mister Stone andwhen he apparently when you touch mister Stone,
(24:40):
Von Wagner gets fired up. Sothat's when it changes. So yeah,
he you know, he starts takingover the match a little bit.
And it looks like that Von isgonna slam Baron Corban through the announcer because
he said an announcer's table, becausehe said he a table for one form.

So right about the time you thinkthat it's gonna happen, bo,
Yeah, Braun breaker shows up andhe's got a shirt on it says something
to the fact of the best spearin the business. And he puts a
spear on Vaughan, I mean aserious, serious spear. So uh yeah,

and then uh Lebron uh asked Baronwhere's he gonna take him for a
dinner for doing so yeah, okay. Then uh then we have a skis
Him promo to where they've figured outthat the Creed Brothers have Ava, and
so now there's gonna be a match, so I guess they're bringing the Creed
(25:49):
Brothers back. All this has beena little hit or miss on some of
this, and and I liked eskis Him excuse him everything they've done on
this build up. So yeah,we eventually had to have the match.
So yeah, they got Ava andthey're probably gonna want to give her back.

But we go from there to ourmain event. That's right, it's
west Lee and Carmelo, Hayes mellowYelm and so of course at the start,
Yum has got to have the jerseyup there that he's retiring of west
(26:33):
Lee's. So in the in thematch starts off, you know, you're
kind of wondering. Everybody seems tothink that maybe west Lee is overstepping his
bounds, you know, maybe he'sjumping into a league that he's not quite
ready for. Well, the matchesis, uh is pretty good. You
(26:56):
know, they're moved for moved titfor tat like you would expect. Mellow
does get a couple of leads inhere, and oh Melow is a little
at the start of the match,his little hum where he's got eh under
one arm and him under the other. So yeah, a little anyway,
Okay, so they're moved from movedA pretty good match, man, Guys,
(27:22):
Mellow is gonna pull this off.And this is good enough to go
back and watch two. So yeah, I think there's three three good ones
on here that you can for surego back. So if you can go
back and watch three, then youcan go back and watch them all.
But this, uh, this endedup being good. I like the end
(27:44):
of it. Everybody looks beat uplike they should in an event like this,
so I can't complain. The endingwas good. Wesley had his chances,
he had some good kick outs,you know. So there was one
move though, There was one movethat Wesley does where he jumps off of
(28:10):
the ring and uh, all right, like he does a kick on Wesley
and positions him on the announcer's table. And then he jumps up off the
second rope and does like a DDTthrough the announcer's table. The timing by
(28:33):
both gentlemen had to be perfect.The jump off of the ropes had to
be perfect. They were perfect.It looked freaking fantastic, you know,
after that move putting him through thetable, you know, Mellow rolls him
back into the ring. It's notgonna be too long, you know,
(28:56):
after that. But man, theway the table exploded, everything was perfect.
You know. He goes to finishhim. Of course west is gonna
move and and do his cardiac cartwellkick, what if you want to call
it. But when he goes forthe pen, the champ rolls under the
(29:22):
bottom rope, so you know,veteran move Champs. Uh you know,
Champs prerogative. Just he doesn't haveto be pinned, can't lose the belt.
Uh. So Westley goes to diveout on him. He's all got
his mouth all, you know,he's mad and he mayad and he goes
to jump out and Mellow moves.So Mellow moves and Wesley hits the freaking
(29:49):
ground. Of course, Uh,Mellow's going to recognize that, thinking he's
going to get a count out andgets up into the ring a well does
beat the count but he's just whoopedon him and he's just been through war.
He's kind of bending over and thenit's Mellow's leg drop. I forgot
(30:12):
when he called it, but it'sa leg drop off the top and he
gets the wind so him is stillchamp. Guy had a busting lip,
but pretty good match too, SoI mean, as I said, man,
this is a go back and watchshow. You know, the crowd
(30:33):
was into it, everybody was intoit. I really liked the show,
so I gotta give it a strongB. A strong B almost a B
plus. Wes Lee looked all knockedout when they were going off air.
Mellow looked like he had a headache. So yes, everything was good there,

guys. Well that it's pretty muchthe way I see it this week
for the n XT heat Wave review. So I don't know, let me

little bit. Uh that song isis it means a little bit more here,
filmed here, done here. Soanyway, so whoop that Trick comes
out? Uh, and of coursedragging off, he comes out, trucking
off. He comes out all firedup, and he starts to match off
just really with a just a seriesof moves. He's uh, he's even

at one point in time he's hollering, uh for Trick to protect himself like,
uh uh you know, he wasgonna whoop on him that bad and
he couldn't even hold his hands up. But you know, Trick was serious
about this match. But one thingI didn't notice, dragging Off used a
lot more of these like spinning chopswhere he's getting his momentum momentum like a
(06:21):
spinning elbow, just a chop.But he looked good doing it. Uh.
Now, Trick of course is goingto have these really high flying drop
kicks and he lays one on draggingoff Off. It was it was right
on the money. Uh so,and at one time, you know,
(06:45):
Trick had he had the motion,he had everything right. They didn't show
a replay of it because they showedit of the drop kick, but he
missed a punch that the tracking Offsold. Uh you know, but tracking
Off controlled the match, and uhyou know it was a it was not
(07:06):
your catches Cascan type of a match. But uh uh you know, one
time Trick catches one of those spinningchops and make some good moves and he
does some big kickouts, uh andeverything. But of course we're going to
(07:27):
have dragging Off to win this match. And it was a little bit of
a sign of respect after the match, you know. But uh yeah,
pretty good match, though good match. Cannot complain at all on this at
all. They go to a littlepromo with tidel Bite, the Big Strong
(07:48):
Bite, and uh Nathan Frasier abouttheir Heritage Cup match, and uh,
you know, Taylor or Tyler saysthat he will have his back and he'll
come out as his you know,a ring guy in this Heritage Cup which
they have the three minute or twominute whatever it is rounds. Uh so,

yeah, he's gonna come out andbe his corner guy. Uh.
And then a little quick little uhdom and and uh Ria in the locker
room and Mustafa Ali shows up anduh, I guess they just getting them
some TV time because they have acouple of words and then uh Ria Maria
(08:39):
says, you got ten seconds toget out of here, and uh must
of Us says you should be usedto that ten seconds. And then that's
the end of that, folks.Uh but yeah, they go straight to
Ivy now and she's going against Ava, uh you know, and uh you've
(09:01):
got skizzle. It's gonna be atringside with all them yellow face people.
Uh but uh yeah, the matchwas actually kind of surprising. I was
wondering how bad Ava was gonna be. I really was. I just considered
her to be terrible, and uhshe wasn't. She had some good offensive
(09:24):
moves. I mean, she comesfrom her wrestling family. Uh so,
I mean I'm sure she's been inthe ring before, but I mean she's
of course all offense, uh youknow, but she sold a little uh
you know, and it's just uh, I don't know. Ivy Now looks
(09:46):
good in this match. It spotsuh you know, and then she gets
that choke. It's like you keepexpecting Ava is gonna do this, and
they're gonna run this match about fourmore minutes and then bam uh now comes
(10:07):
out with a rear naked choke kindof you would say, uh suspended backwards
and look good a good dare anduh she ends up winning the match.
But after all of him yellow fishpeople, uh they came up in the
ring and started to come in thering, which that causes I to uh
(10:30):
to kick some butte on guys.Girls, She's trying to keep a hold
of Ava in the ring so shecan uh uh you know, U use
her for bait to keep everybody offof her, but as these two yellow
fresh people uh take her off andup the ramp while she's smiling thinking that
she was rescued. Maybe she wasn't. M Uh And then after that,
(10:56):
you've got drugging off and what's sleep? Yeah, in the locker room,
and west Lee's trying to explain thathe's going to be the champion. Maybe
he needs him a little dragging off, talking off, you know, uh,
you know, needs a little offight in his uh first defense of
the title that he's gonna win tonight. But uh talking off does not think
(11:20):
he's going to win, looks alittle surprised and uh, possibly Wesley is
over stepping his bounds. Maybe he'snot quite there. I don't know.
Dragging off talking off is uh soyeah, uh we go from there.
Uh and that a little promo,wasn't that dragging off? Is? I'm
(11:43):
really liking this promos, you know. Uh uh so of course you're going
to have a dragging off in Wesleya North American Championship about if Wesley wins,
right, Okay, Uh, sorry, just had to get caught up
on my notes. I got alittle surprise there. But then we got

the super nova uh in metaphor withNoam Dar going against Nathan Frazier and with
the big strung bite uh in thiscorner. Uh so it looks like a
good uh good match. Uh,you know. And they do the rounds
as I said, So in roundone it comes out even and it's kind
(12:30):
of a feeling out. I wouldguess you would, I guess you would
say. Uh. And so thesecond one, Dakato comes in out of
nowhere and slams Tyler Bait on theapron outside, and of course Tyler Bait
(12:52):
is out of there. Uh he'sdone and uh not understanding why he's there.
I guess they just want to gethim some TV time. And and
he's just gonna he's just gonna whoopon everybody when he decides to choke slam
somebody, He's just gonna come inand choke slam him. But so anyway,
Dar ends up winning the second roundwith a roll up with a surprise
(13:16):
Nathan Frazier and uh wow, sowe've got it a one to nothing after
two rounds, and then you've gotthe third round. It's an even match
too, so no one wins it. But right at the end of the
round, Uh, tonight was justa spinning move because uh no, Am
(13:41):
HiT's a spinning elbow on Nathan rightat the end, and you think maybe
maybe they're gonna disqualify him, butno, no, they don't. Uh
so uh in the fourth round,in the fourth round, Nathan wins this
one, good good round, youknow. I mean, these guys can
go, man. I mean,if you take away all the theatrical stuff
(14:05):
that's going on at the in ringability of a course of Nathan Fraser.
But man, no, m issurprising me at times. It's just he
really has to try hard to actstupid. I think he's actually a lot
better. I just his arm placementand on some of his moves when he
was just been in an elbow back, he didn't just bend it back.
(14:28):
He bent it back, got itpositioned and then grabbed the muscle. I
mean, just little things like that. That's kind of old school. So
anyway, so so Nathan ends upwinning that one. So now we've got
it one one after four. Thefifth one is even, but Nathan could
(14:48):
have won it. But lash legendwhen he's going in to make the pen
grabs his foot and it was kindof a little too long. I don't
know how that got played out,but you know, the ref doesn't see
it. So by the time Nathangets over there to do the pen,
uh, he's a No M isable to kick out. So then in
(15:13):
the uh the sixth round, whichif Nathan holds on and this is an
even match, he wins and hekeeps the Heritage Cup. But no m
ends up winning this with some helpfrom metaphor. And uh, you know
(15:33):
both of these matches so far.I mean, I gotta say you could
go back and watch him, Imean, and yeah, I can't complain.
Uh. So No m dar endsup winning this sixth round, and
so he is your new Heritage Cupchampion. Uh. So yeah, that's
where we go from there. Andthen they have a little promo with the
(15:58):
AVA and she's thinking these two yellrafe papel, you know, and and
saying it's it's Creed, the CreedBrothers and terrible things and a little does
she know that possibly under those yeah, rafe papel, that might be the
Creed brothers. Hmmm. So uh, and then after that we've got a
(16:21):
Tiffany Stratton sighting. Uh she's donea little uh promo for the Summer of
Tiff Tiff is now evolving into theFall of Tiff Tiff, and uh,
so she gets up in the ringand kind of explained how perfect she is.
And uh, of course, firstfirst of all, Gigi comes out
(16:45):
and does the challenge, and thenafter that you got Keana James coming out
and explaining to Gigi that she's beatingher already, so it should be her.
And then you've got Blair Davenport comingout and talking about how she's beating
them. Well then you have theprodigy rocks In coming out and explaining how
(17:08):
she just beat Davenport, so uh, and she has him, you know,
you know, has a message forTiff Tiff Tiff, and she smacks
her upside the head and crap goesdown. So they all start whooping on
each other. So you know whatwe have coming quick a little promo with
(17:34):
Damon Kemp and Drew Gulak and andmister Dempsey and they're rookie or their flunky
the way they're showing it. Heexplains to them, Uh, when I
believe it's Kemp and Dempsey in thering, uh doing you know, going
over some stuff, and uh,the kid comes up and lets Gulak know
(17:56):
that he's cleaned up, you know, done all the stuff, and then
out of nowhere, Dempsey jumps onhim and when he tries to tap out,
Goolac is hollering, we don't tapout here. So they're building this
whoever this kid is up because Ican see where this is going. Uh
(18:18):
so yeah, after that, letme make sure I got this right.
Yeah so uh yeah, there wego. So we have now a mixed
tag team match and it's uh DominicMastibrio and Rio Ripley going against Lyra by
Kira and the dragon Lye and uh, you know, Dominic's a champ,
(18:44):
Aria's a champ. You know,dragon Ly had a chance at the belt,
didn't get it. Lyra has beenwas given an approval by the Lee
area, but now there's some stuffgoing on there. So uh, you
know, I like the way theystart off with, uh with dom and
uh Lee and the ring and ofcourse, uh Dragonly feels like he let
(19:10):
the legend of the Lucadors Ray Mysteriodown last week when he did not beat
Dominic Mysterio. Uh so he's lookingfor a little a little payback in this
match and they do Okay, Dominicand dragonly they do okay, nothing,
(19:30):
you know, stood out great.But then Ria and Vira, uh Valkia
get in there and uh, Lyraand and Rea just put on a showy.
They do great. I thought thatis the best I've seen. Of
course, Lyra h for sure,but even Ria looked great in the spots
(19:56):
that she was in. Uh Atone point in time towards into the match,
she she just puts a leg scissorson, but she makes it look
good, makes it look believable.Lyra sells, I mean, it's just
it just looked really good. Uhuh. There was a suplex that Rio
(20:18):
was doing where she was putting theopponent's hands between her legs backwards and then
flipping them over, catch them onher knees and then going to a suplex.
Now she did that one time inIt looked freaking great. Everybody was
on point. The timing was good, and even when their timing was a
little off, they both made upfor it. It's just it was they
(20:41):
were great. And then of coursea little layer later, uh Ria goes
for that same type of suplex whereshe gets countered and uh so you know,
it's a it's a good match.Dragon ly ends up pinning Dominic in
this match, uh, and andgetting the win. And and even after
(21:04):
the win, he kind of standsover him like he's talking to him,
you know, like familia. That'sall I know. So, uh,
good match. Uh you know you'reyou're not gonna go bad with three in
something. But I mean, youknow, I liked the match, so
(21:25):
uh yeah. Uh. And evenDominic at one point in time did to
try to do his patent six onenine and it just looked slow. Uh.
I guess sometimes he can hit it. Sometimes he's just a little too
long to do it, but Iunderstand why he's doing it. So from
there they go. They go toMellow and Trick, and Trick's coming in
(21:49):
and letting them know, hey,you know, I ain't gonna be out
there with you, man. Thisis your first you know, title defense
without me out there, so goodluck and everything, and Mellow brings up
one of the matches, and Tricksplanted the seed. The writers planted the
seed because Trick goes, whoa areyou saying that I messed that up?
(22:11):
And Mellow of course counters and goesno, no, no, no,
no no all uh, you know, and straightens everything out, but that
that could be the first seed.Now we put the dirt over it and
let's see what comes up. Uh. So yeah, and if has another
promo and uh it kind of makesfun of Pecky Pecky Lynch. So I'm
(22:38):
I'm guessing in an appearance on eitherRaw or Smackdowns coming up and Becky Lynch
will take care of that. Uh. But yeah, and then you've got
thea Hall. They show her orhail excuse me after her match and she's
trying to get the ref last weekthe match where she lost that mister Chase
(23:02):
you know caused so uh you know, she's trying to get that overturned or
whatever, and she's begging the reffand the reff's like, hey, you
know, that's just the way itis. Well, it kind of surprised
me. But out of nowhere comesjac Jane and uh she kind of talks
her up. It was a itwas a lot. I kind of I
(23:26):
kind of liked it. It wasa different angle. And uh, did
we see something in the future therea Lady's Tag team, uh something like
that. Maybe uh Ja c Janebecomes the mentor uh for that. So
(23:47):
I don't know we'll I have towait and see, folks. But yeah,
uh yeah, you're gonna have Braunand uh von Wagner going at it
all right, and uh, I'msorry said Braun because he ends up being
a part of the match. It'sBaron, Corbin and and Von Wagner going
(24:11):
at it, and they do itgood. They could do a good little
match there. You know. Baroncomes out and jumps Van and starts to
match on the outside, and they'regenerally just fighting on the outside. Uh
and good. I'm liking everything.It's back and forth kind of. And
then eventually Baron grabs mister Stone andwhen he apparently when you touch mister Stone,
(24:40):
Von Wagner gets fired up. Sothat's when it changes. So yeah,
he you know, he starts takingover the match a little bit.
And it looks like that Von isgonna slam Baron Corban through the announcer because
he said an announcer's table, becausehe said he a table for one form.
(25:00):
So right about the time you thinkthat it's gonna happen, bo,
Yeah, Braun breaker shows up andhe's got a shirt on it says something
to the fact of the best spearin the business. And he puts a
spear on Vaughan, I mean aserious, serious spear. So uh yeah,
(25:26):
and then uh Lebron uh asked Baronwhere's he gonna take him for a
dinner for doing so yeah, okay. Then uh then we have a skis
Him promo to where they've figured outthat the Creed Brothers have Ava, and
so now there's gonna be a match, so I guess they're bringing the Creed
(25:49):
Brothers back. All this has beena little hit or miss on some of
this, and and I liked eskis Him excuse him everything they've done on
this build up. So yeah,we eventually had to have the match.
So yeah, they got Ava andthey're probably gonna want to give her back.
(26:10):
But we go from there to ourmain event. That's right, it's
west Lee and Carmelo, Hayes mellowYelm and so of course at the start,
Yum has got to have the jerseyup there that he's retiring of west
(26:33):
Lee's. So in the in thematch starts off, you know, you're
kind of wondering. Everybody seems tothink that maybe west Lee is overstepping his
bounds, you know, maybe he'sjumping into a league that he's not quite
ready for. Well, the matchesis, uh is pretty good. You
(26:56):
know, they're moved for moved titfor tat like you would expect. Mellow
does get a couple of leads inhere, and oh Melow is a little
at the start of the match,his little hum where he's got eh under
one arm and him under the other. So yeah, a little anyway,
Okay, so they're moved from movedA pretty good match, man, Guys,
(27:22):
Mellow is gonna pull this off.And this is good enough to go
back and watch two. So yeah, I think there's three three good ones
on here that you can for surego back. So if you can go
back and watch three, then youcan go back and watch them all.
But this, uh, this endedup being good. I like the end
(27:44):
of it. Everybody looks beat uplike they should in an event like this,
so I can't complain. The endingwas good. Wesley had his chances,
he had some good kick outs,you know. So there was one
move though, There was one movethat Wesley does where he jumps off of
(28:10):
the ring and uh, all right, like he does a kick on Wesley
and positions him on the announcer's table. And then he jumps up off the
second rope and does like a DDTthrough the announcer's table. The timing by
(28:33):
both gentlemen had to be perfect.The jump off of the ropes had to
be perfect. They were perfect.It looked freaking fantastic, you know,
after that move putting him through thetable, you know, Mellow rolls him
back into the ring. It's notgonna be too long, you know,
(28:56):
after that. But man, theway the table exploded, everything was perfect.
You know. He goes to finishhim. Of course west is gonna
move and and do his cardiac cartwellkick, what if you want to call
it. But when he goes forthe pen, the champ rolls under the
(29:22):
bottom rope, so you know,veteran move Champs. Uh you know,
Champs prerogative. Just he doesn't haveto be pinned, can't lose the belt.
Uh. So Westley goes to diveout on him. He's all got
his mouth all, you know,he's mad and he mayad and he goes
to jump out and Mellow moves.So Mellow moves and Wesley hits the freaking
(29:49):
ground. Of course, Uh,Mellow's going to recognize that, thinking he's
going to get a count out andgets up into the ring a well does
beat the count but he's just whoopedon him and he's just been through war.
He's kind of bending over and thenit's Mellow's leg drop. I forgot
(30:12):
when he called it, but it'sa leg drop off the top and he
gets the wind so him is stillchamp. Guy had a busting lip,
but pretty good match too, SoI mean, as I said, man,
this is a go back and watchshow. You know, the crowd
(30:33):
was into it, everybody was intoit. I really liked the show,
so I gotta give it a strongB. A strong B almost a B
plus. Wes Lee looked all knockedout when they were going off air.
Mellow looked like he had a headache. So yes, everything was good there,
(30:56):
guys. Well that it's pretty muchthe way I see it this week
