Hey everyone, it's Jay with your NXT review for for
the night of April twenty second, twenty five. I'm going
to talk about the show tonight, but I want to
start off with a bunch of other things that happened
this week. Get involved NXT. I'm gonna get right into
it because I don't know how long this is gonna go,

and I want to be sure that I get it too.
Everything I'm gonna go chronologically from the weekend to Monday
to Tuesday, just to kind of explain what the deal is.
So let's let's start off with WrestleMania Sunday. Now, I know,
excuse me, I know that the person I'm about to

talk about is not NXT specifically, but he has been
associated with NXT. So let's talk about Joe Hendry. Okay,
So first thing I want to say is if you're

weekend long Saturday Sunday we all everybody in the chat
and we had meeting the chat. We had Matt made
an appearance on Saturday. We had DJ Cus while there

Scotland still you know again also on the on the
mail Bag Show. Most weeks we had lots of different
people on and we have such a good time, just
like going back and forth. Sometimes I was it was
so much in the chat. And I mean I'm not
saying don't don't do the chat because of this, but
sometimes I was so invested in the chat that that

I was taking away from the from the show. But
that being said, we had a great time this weekend
with WrestleMania and the Discord Chat. I usually pop in
on ples. I try to do SmackDown on Raw, but
I don't always watch SmackDown on Raw Lives, so I
can't do the discord chat. But usually for pls I'll
(02:52):
try to drop in. And so we were in the
discord chat and we were talking about who could be
Randy's opponent, Dino, a bunch of other people. Of course DJ,
Who's mom you the Joe Hendry report come on? We
were all talking about who we thought it was. A
bunch of people were saying Joe Hendry. I didn't think
(03:12):
it was gonna be him. Honestly, I didn't think that
they would do it, but they did. And Joe Hendry
was against Randy Orton. And let me tell you, I've
heard rumblings that this was not good for Joe Hendry,
this was not good for TNA Poppycock, and I'm trying
to be PG Matt Poppycock. This was awesome for Joe Hendry.

It was great for Randy because Randy has been so
serious lately with Kevin Owens and all this stuff and
a nick all this and everything that it was nice
to see Randy have fun, smile, do the Joe Hendry stuff,
just just be fun Randy for a little while, especially
because the next night on Raw, which we all saw,
(03:59):
he ended up r KO and John Cena, which was awesome.
But that's that's for another show. That's not for my show.
Joe Hendry coming out and and so many people were
singing the song and doing the moves for his for
for Joe Hendry's song, and it just goes to show
there's but now he's been in two stadium shows. Two
(04:22):
stadium shows, one at Royal Rumble. He was at Royal
Rumble and then he was also at WrestleMania, and both
times he got huge pop people singing the song like
and I heard an interview from Triple H if you
watch the press conference. He did talk about Joe Hendry
after during the press conference, and he basically told him
(04:43):
that this is you know, this is gonna be the
easiest WrestleMania that you do. You will be back again
and and they're gonna get You're just gonna get harder
from here. So that's that's kind of a foresight to
the fact that they're really looking into bringing Joe Hendry
on onto WWE and to the main roster. It looks

like because you know, if you're in NXT most of
the time, you're not on wrestle the WrestleMania card. Just
asked Rox and Perez. Yeah, great, it was a great,
great thing. It didn't take a long time. There was
so much seriousness going on with that night too, and
all the crap that happened at the end of again,
not for my show, that's for another show. But it

was just a nice light showcase of Randy being fun
Randy and Joe Hendry just being himself and showing himself.
And for all the people that didn't that didn't know
who he was, either watching at home or in the stadium,
you know, they were grabbing their phones googling who is
this Joe Hendry guy. So yeah, let's let's let's get
(05:49):
more of that. Let's absolutely get more of that. It's
gonna be great. Can't wait for the future for this guy.
And and then TNA they got to showcase the title.
They got to showcase yea, and nobody either in TNA
or WWE or NXT, nobody thinks that TNA the TNA
World Championship is on the same level as the WWE Championship.
Nobody thinks that. And and this is like he would

against Randy Orton, fourteen time world champion, Like, of course
he's going to lose, He's gonna lose quickly. But it's
Randy freakin' Orton of course anyway, great, great, it was
so good. I literally said the words holy f out loud,
and I was by myself, mind you, by myself screamed
(06:33):
it out loud. My neighbor was probably wonder what the
hell's going on? And and yeah, it was, it was,
It was great, It was all around great. And then
moving to Monday, also NXT things happening on Monday. First,
can I tell you that when I so EO comes out,
(06:55):
tells everybody how awesome she's and by the way, let's
let's let's talk about this for a second. After says
how wonderful she is, which she is, by the way,
let's not let's not get it twisted. EO Sky is amazing.
And then and then Stephanie comes out, and again it
was a really big pop for Stephanie who hasn't aside
(07:18):
from the Royal Rumble again, hasn't been on w W
E t V like non like non NXT. And she
got a huge pop on Monday Night raw and this
they had EO Sky and Stephanie had first had it.
They both did promos and this is something I heard
(07:38):
and I and I honestly truly believe it. If This
was the Vince mcmaan era. Still too non English, well
not non English, but like to English is second language.
Wrestlers would never have given promos like that. If Vince
was in charge, he never would have allowed it. He
never would allowed EO, who's adorable, who was great that,
(08:01):
He never would allowed Stephanie who you know, she's Spanish
speaking from Chile. She's English is not her first language.
She's a first to admit English is in her first language.
She was great. And then they had a match, and
oh my god, the two of these, this is this
is WrestleMania main event worthy or at least a pl
main event worthy match. And you know, obviously Stephanie's got

to get a little bit more of her a return
in NXT, and she'll eventually, she will eventually come up
to the main roster. There's no question, there's no question.
Question is how fast it'll happen. It's not if it'll happen.
And the two of them in this match, they give
him fourteen minutes on Monday Night Raw for this match
and the only and they and they ended in a
DQ like I guess, no contest, I guess officially is
(08:46):
probably what it was. Because of interference from the outside.
But that was the right call. Like you don't, I
don't want to see a winner yet, like I love
the match. The match was great, Like the way they
worked together was amazing. And by the way, don't don't
think that these two haven't seen each other before. They're
just this is the first time of doing it on
this stage. But it was good that they didn't have

a winner, Like eventually they will someday down the line,
EO and Stephanie will meet again and it will be
just as amazing, probably more amazing because they will be
in a pl most likely. But it was good that
they day it was a no contest. At the end
of the match, Roxanne Perez comes out and attacks EO.
Julia comes out and attacks Stephanie. Then they switch Nate

they attack the other person and then Ridley comes out.
And this to me not only the EO Stephanie stuff.
And by the way, the reason why rox Sane came
out I believe is because she had a match on Tuesday,
which I'll talk about in a second. There was a
stare down at the very end of the segment between
(09:49):
Ria and Julia. Oh my god, please sign me up.
I want to see Ria and Julia, I want to
see Stephanie and EO again. It's it's wow. And from
what I hear, they are working on putting together another
all women's p L in the future. And please please
(10:09):
put that together. Please put that together again, I said,
I said during the I said during the during my
instant reaction review for for Stand and Deliver again, there
was out of the women's matches, there were eighteen women
vying for two titles, three titles, sorry, three titles. There
(10:31):
was four women in the in the in the match
with Stephanie, there was six women in the North American
Championship Match Ladder match, and then there were there were
another eight women vying for a shot at the tag
team titles, which happened again Tuesday, which we'll talk about
in a second as well. So we are stacked, like
do an off female PLA. I have the first person
(10:52):
assignment design up for that obviously you all know how
I feel about it, and it's they're amazing. They're all amazing.
Every single one of them has such a different way
of being awesome. And I don't really know what else
to say about that except just like that. So anyway,
let's move on. So that was Monday Night. Then we
(11:14):
have Tuesday Night, and Tuesday Night was Tuesday Night was
the NXT episode and it's still in Vegas, so they
were in Vegas for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday,
and again another another great show. To be honest, it
(11:40):
probably was better than for the first night of you
know what I'm saying. My Monday Night Row was absolutely
better than Night one of WrestleMania. That's not even a question.
I mean, I could go into the whole thing with
what happened with all the stuff that happened on Monday Night, Rob,
but again, that's not my show. I did mention the
NXT people because that's that's my genre, that's my area.
But but then Tuesday Night was a great show as well,

great show. This is constant returns on Monday and Tuesday.
We had no m DAR return on Tuesday. We had
all the returns on Monday too as well. So but
let's let's talk about Tuesday. And I've already been going
on for you know, twelve minutes about about the stuff
(12:23):
prior to Tuesday that involved NXT people or NXT adjacent
I guess with Joe Hendry although until now so, but
let's talk about let's talk about NXT. We had the
show airing on April twenty second, twenty twenty five. It
was from the blow Live Blue Blow Live was it
(12:44):
blow Live Theater in Las Vegas, Nevada. And if you
were wondering if you watched it, this was the same
theater that they did the Hall of Fame ceremony and
then they put the you know, they put the ring
in the middle and DJ and I were at We're
at the heck. It was like a roadblock in New
(13:06):
York City, and it was a similar way. It was
the theater, but the ring was on the floor of
the theater and the chairs were around it and it
was a good setup. It was weird though, because the
way they had the way the camera set up, you
could see the wall on the side of the theater,
which was a little weird, but it was it was
just it was great. It was you know, if the
fans were on fire during during this show. The commentators
(13:28):
you have, of course is always was Vic, Joseph Booker,
T and Corey Graves and your ring announcer is Mike Rome.
So the first match as soon as we hit the gate.
Now we had and Tatum gg Dolementatum Pasley. They had
won the on the pre show for Stand and Deliver.
They had won the fatal four way elimination match which

granted him the world title shot, the Tag team title shot,
Women's Tag Team title shot. So we have So here's
the weird thing. So they won on Saturday to face
the Tag Team Champions. As of Sunday morning, it was
Living Raquel. As of Sunday night, it was Sunday night.

Monday morning it was Becky and Lyra, and then Becky
and Lyra lose on Monday and now it's Living and
Raquel again. So Living Raquel come to NXT. Always love
to see Live Come on, who doesn't love to see
live Always love to see Lives End Raquel together on
n XT. Actually I heard that Live Live. Uh liv
(14:33):
Morgan hasn't had a match on n XT since and
they said like twenty seventeen. She hasn't been on an XT,
which is which is incredible, it's been that long. So
they had the Tai team match for the Taye for
the Winns Tag Team Championship. This was a great match. Obviously,
Living Raquel put on a banger match, and Tatum and

Gigi are so like Tatum pactually is. And I've said
this before and I'll say it again, Taydum Pasley is
low key so good, Like she doesn't have the pop
and pomp and circumstance like Stephanie and Julia and Jordan
Grace and Roxanne. There's no pomp and circumstance like all
they have. But she is low key so good at
(15:15):
what she does, and her with Gigi is a great combination.
Gigi obviously is no stranger to having a tag women's
Tag team championships. Her and JC Jane were Tag Team
Champions for a while in NXT. Ultimately, though, it was
of course Living Raquel that ended up winning the match
(15:36):
with an oblivion oblivion to Tatum Pasley from Live Morgan.
So still your tags Women's Tag Team Champions is Living Quel? Now.
I can't wait to see what happens moving forward because
Living Mquel basically have nobody now that Becky and Lyra
have broken up and now there's a whole separate thing
(15:57):
going on there. Who are they gonna face outside of NXT?
Like NXT has a bunch of women's tag teams that
could that they could face. But out of NXT, who
who is Living rockl gonna face the Party Girls? Who
was really the only truly true tag team. Remember that
guantlet match they had back on SmackDown a couple of
(16:19):
weeks ago. All of the teams there maybe Zoe and Shana,
but all the teams there on that on on that SmackDown,
aside from the Party Girls were like throwing together tag teams.
So it's gonna be interesting to see how the tag
team Women's Tag Team title how goes moving forward. Anyway,
(16:42):
I forgot to mention during my I had forgot to
mention during my Instant Reaction review that Penn and Teller
were doing magic with the Heritage Cup and Lexus King
and ped and Teller to make the cup disappear and
Lexus King was freaking out. Mhm. This was on stand
(17:02):
and Delivery, so that continued on Tuesday, and Penn and
Teller tell Alexis Kingman they won't give him the Heritage
Cup title back unless he defends it. The defends the
title tonight and demands that that he say to to
the camera that magic is real and they are magical
(17:24):
like Penn and Teller Magical, which obviously we all know
was a ruse, But so it was professional wrestling going
to the Rock. Don't get me started, Dave Deliver, I'm
all about Dave Logreca the Rock. If you don't know
what I'm talking about, Google get great Dave Logrecor's rant. No,
you'll find the whole thing. So then we saw footage
(17:44):
of Milesbourne and Tavan Heights competing. Uh, I know it was.
It wasn't Milesbourne, it was Charlie Dempsey and tv On
Heights competing at blood Sport this weekend.

And then Dark State says it runs Sinclair couldn't handle
blood Sport and the No Quarter that that color. James
suggested that No Quarter attached crew disband before the Dark Side,
but the Bark Dark State take them out like the
D'Angelo family. Bourne's not backing down, and Javon Evans joins
the conversation. He wants to he wants to smoke as well.
(18:21):
Lennoxen points out that Javon has no friends, so why
is he picking a fight that he can't win, and
Bourne tells Javon that he will have his back and
Dark State and so there's there's gonna be a match
tight team match between Dark State and Bourne, Miles Bourne
and Javon Evans. So then Ricky Saints comes out to
the ring and says, he says, wow, you know I'm

gonna get off that kicked off wreusselem any weekend with
a bang when I successfully defended the nxtent North American
Championship against the man who forever is going to be
a thorn in my side, and that's who all Eagle
Ethan Page. My mom agrees as well. But the world
watched this week when we had an historic to night,
historic two night at WrestleMania. But it was Standing Deliver
(19:07):
that I made good to my promise that I had
since stepped foot. Since I stepped foot here in nxt
everything I said I turned into reality. I am the
man around here and as you can tell, and Man
Santa's Deliver was surreal, but it felt good again and
it was against you, Ethan Page. And then Lexus King
comes out, so he just left Penn and Teller and
(19:27):
now he comes into the ring. He says, now, Ricky, Ricky,
hold your horses, brother, Look, I know you just had
an historic when in Standing Liver but I've been spending
my whole weekend running all over Vegas looking for my
precious Heritage Cup, all because those clowns Penn and Teller
made it disappear right before my very eyes. Ricky says, hey,
good for you, Lexus, but I have no clue what
this has to do with me. I am just out
(19:47):
here putting on a show. I'm just confused about why
you're out here right now. Lexus King says, you know, Ricky,
I actually got business out here. So before you cut
me off and take my ring time, I'm fed me
my Heritage cup tonight, and if you don't get out
of here, I might set my eyes on a North
American title as well. And Ricky says, oh, we're doing
this again. That's funny because last week you lost the

four away. You lost the four away and so you
don't have a shot at but this. It seems that
your mouth keeps writing checks so that you're a little butt.
He said, I didn't say, but can't cash partner. Lexis says,
you know what I love. I have a lot of things, Ricky.
I have a lot of things, Ricky, but what I
don't love is smug, arrogant, pricks like you. I think

they can get over with this gullible audience. News flash, brother,
nobody likes you. They love the King. Okay, you're a
legend in your own mind. Illusions of grandeur, failure, brain YadA, YadA, YadA,
YadA YadA. So then they talk about putting up the
Cup against the North North American title as a title
for title, and Ricky says, I'm gonna put it like

this to you. You're a special individual. Oh my god.
In fact that you're worried about me right now when
you have a mystery opponent is not very telling. And
since I already know you talked to Ava about all
of this, guess what champ you're on. So then we
go to a commercial, not a commercial, but like another
segment where Hank in Tank have an embrace, had a

nice embrace backstage with so Ruka and Zaria. The THEA
hailed Jordan's conversation and wants to have another ladder match.
Jada Parker walks by and she's not in the mood
for Thea's energy. Colonnie Jordans somehow agrees with Parker, which
they hated each other a few months ago. If you
remember that, Colonie says, this is not the same locker
room that when THEA was in six months ago, and

Fatal Influence joins the conversation and Jacy Jane says that
somebody needs to take THEA out. Colonie says that's not
her problem, and jac suggests that foul and Handley should
do it by herself. So we have another match. Second
match was Lexus King and then the surprise opponent for
Lexus for the Heritage Cup was no Am Dar. And
if you know anything about the Heritage Cup, you know
(21:58):
that no Am Dara held the cup for like seven
hundred and thirty something days total combined, and he like,
when you think of the Heritage Cup, it's almost like
you think of Noam Dar. No Am Dar has been
out for eleven months. The Meda girls have been kicking
butt in the women's tag team division at times and
(22:18):
and now and also you know, I can't think of
the name of the fourth guy. Oh my god, I'm
just like mad I sometimes just forget what I'm talking
about anyway, So so Noam Dar is all about the
Heritage Cup. He comes out not very no m Dar
like if you remember the way he was prior to
him leaving. Hopefully they'll expand on the character again more
(22:41):
and put him back where the kind of the way
he was. Puts him back with a metaphor. They did.
They did say he was from metaphor. So anyway, so
there's a match for the Heritage Cup and lo and behold,
no am Dar wins the Heritage Cup back after two
spinning back fists and and connects with a back elbow
(23:08):
smash to pick up the victory. It does No m Dar,
so he is the new Heritage Cup champion again. You
know how I feel about the Heritage Cup, but I
do like No m Dar and I think that he's
a great Heritage Cup champion and he he kind of
treasures the cup like Lexus treasured the Cup. But No
m Dar like lives for that cup. So anyway, then
(23:28):
we have a backstage interview with Roxanne Perez. Roxanne says
that Stephanie Veaker is not going to claim a division
that she built. The ray after WrestleMania was supposed to
be her in moment, but no, it had to be
about Stephanie. Roxanne says it felt good to ruin the
moment that that didn't belong to Stephanie in the first place.
She didn't know that Juliet had the same problem. But
(23:48):
if Stephanie has a problem with that, maybe she should
do something about that. Tonight, Stephanie is not one hundred percent,
but Roxanne brags about winning the Slammy for NXT Superstar
of the Year. She's the prodigt. Roxanne says that she's
getting going to walk out of Las Vegas as a
three time NXT Women's Champion. Uh think they mentioned that
Jacy Jane is going to be competing against Rosemary on
(24:11):
TNA Impact Wrestling this Thursday, so tonight if I'm recording
this on Thursday, so tonight. Honestly, I really wish I
had the Access channel so I could watch it, but
I don't excuse me. The third match we have is
Falon Henley versus Theahale. Theale is so much fun. She
(24:31):
is she's so she's so over the top that it's fun.
Like over the top could not be fun potentially, but
her over the top to me is fun. And at
the end of this match, you know, Theahale ends up
winning this match with a with a Camora Locke. That
(24:52):
seems to be where we're going like, this is the
second match. Second match is not including the ladder match.
This is the second match Theahale has and she's been
back and she's won both matches with the crazy Camoro Locke.
So I honestly think that moving forward. I mean, the
girl's like twenty maybe I think she's twenty twenty one
years old something like that, maybe nineteen, I don't know,
(25:14):
but she's she's gonna She's so tiny, but she's going
to rock it through NXC. I think eventually, not anytime soon.
With Sobrooka as the champion. I think Sobroka is going
to be on the North American Champion for a while,
but I think that eventually Theahale will go for that
title and get it, probably not from Solruko, probably from
another person. Anyway. Then we have Oba Femi coming out
(25:39):
to the ring and said, at Stand and Deliver, I
did what I said I was going to do. Trick
Williams and Javan Evans had all these dreams and aspirations
about de throwing the ruler but becoming and becoming NXT champion.
At Stand and Deliver and not on my watch. You
know what I did. I took their dreams and I
set it a blaze and I burned it to ashes
and I told them to wake up. I will say,
(26:00):
during the build up this match, I did say a
lot of things about Javon Evans. I called him a child,
and I said he wasn't ready, and I said he
couldn't hang, and I called him immature. Regretfully so because
the young enng young Og is a lot better than
I thought he was. And although his time has not come,
his best years are ahead of him. And so shout
(26:22):
out to the young Og. As for Trick Williams, I
have no love for Williams and I can't stand him,
but I will say, as good as he is, as
great as he is, the ruler is just that much better.
And of course Trick Williams comes out and he says, Nana,
I'm gonna go out like that, Oba, because every single
time it had come for me to getting what's mine, Oba,
(26:44):
you always find a way, easy way out. And on
Saturday you only won because you pin Javon. But to
be real, I don't care if it's your birthday. I
want my title back. By the way, happy belated birthday
to Obafemi. Oba, says Williams. I give you. I give
you your flowers. I told you that I was done.
What more do you want? And then Trick says, I
(27:06):
want my one on one. Look, I ain't no regular Joe.
That was the line. I ain't no regular Joe. I'm
Trick Williams. I am a man, the man here. I
am the face of the brand. When you think about NXT,
you think about me, and you don't think about Obafemi.
Your mama liked them. Look, I'm tired of running the play.
(27:28):
I'm tired of letting people butt in. I'm tired of
people like you stealing and friendling my opportunities. I've seen
all these bums saying whatever they want. Okay, So before
I get into what happened next, Trick is clearly going
the route of Camaralo Carmelo Hayes. Like we've already kind
of established that a couple of weeks ago, the Trick
(27:52):
is gonna I'm honestly feel like Trick, Axiom, Frasier, and
Pez are gonna be called up to the main roster.
The problem I have with this, though, is that in
all of the back and forth between Oba and Trick,
they have never had a one on one match and
I don't really understand why. I don't get why they
have not had a one on one match yet. It's
(28:14):
always been Javan Evans, a triple threat, it was what's
his name and mean thorpe be in a triple threat
it was I think there was another it was a
fatal four way match where where ob when one of
the title. I think I don't know what bottom line
is that they've never met one on one, which is
a travesty. Why have they not met one on one?
(28:35):
And is Trick William's going to go to the main
roster without the two of them having a one on
one match like they need to. They need to do it,
Like I honestly and again, I love Javon. He's amazing.
He's going to be the future of this industry. He
should not have been in that match. It should have
been one on one with and I said last week
(28:56):
there's too many. I said it on on one of
Matt's shows. I call in on one of Matt shows
and I said, they have they had too many multi
person matches and that was one of them. It should
have been one on one with Oba and Trick. But
and you think maybe this time around they're gonna do it. However, however,
say his name and he appears, and Joe Hendry comes
(29:19):
into NXT after again, as I said earlier, being one
of the beggest, the biggest thing, by the way, if
you if you haven't seen it, there are so many
things on TikTok and Instagram and everything about the Joe
Hendry appearance. There is reactions from content creators on the

on TikTok and Instagram. There are there's interviews with Joe
Hendry about how things came about. There's the interview with
I said that that Triple H talked about Joe Hendry
during the press conference, So there's that there's so much
about Joe, Like it's not just it's not just about
what he did at rest so Mania, it's also about

the aftermass. And then he tells the story about one
video I saw today where he tells a story about
how he how it came about, like Triple H was
he was in an airport, Triple H texted him. He goes,
we need to talk and says, hey, you know that
Randy doesn't have an opponent, but I want to bring
you in like what like he literally was playing like
armories in Bengal Halls last week like it's so big

for him, NTNA, n NXT, like they're like WW is
using Joe Hendry and Joe Hendry is using WWA, don't don't,

Christophino confronting Stacks in the desert. Luca tells Stax that

he needs to make things right with the Don and
Stax is having no part of that. Stax asked Luca
if he knew why he invited him out to the desert.
Lucas says, oh, and he says the he says f
but it doesn't say the word fully obviously because it's
on the CW. And then the screen goes black, like
just straight black. So I'm fascinated. I am fascinated with

this storyline. We'll see what happens. Sarah Schreiber had a
backstage interview with sol and Zaria. Soul is proud of
to be holding the nxteen North American Women's Championship and
after an exhausting ladder matches, stand to Deliver and live
in Raquel poke fun at Zaria having nothing, especially while
Soul is being the double champion, and I said the

other day she's North American Champion and the speed champion.
Soul says she she's right through Judgment Day and nothing
will get in between her friendship with Zaria, so she tells,
she tells, Sol tells Judgment Day to walk away before
she adds a third title to her collection. Please that
would be a great match. That would be an awesome match,
because you've got the power of Raquel, the power of Zaria,

and you've got the high you know, the high flying,
you know speed of Live and Sol Ruka. Please like
and if and if Zary and Soul Ruker get the
tag team titles, I will not cry. I can't see
it happening, but I won't cry either. Who so much
going on? It was such a crazy weekends, so much

going on. All right, then we've got Trick Williams and
he's throwing a hissy fit backstage and he even tells
Trick to leave the building. I can't imagine that's his
that's his farewell to go to the main roster. But
we'll see. The fourth match we have is Javon Evans
and Milesbourne versus Dark State. Again. Devon, there's nothing more

to say about him. He's amazing. Melesbourne was really good too. Unfortunately,
fortunately at the end of this match, dark State wins
and they uh they end up pinning Miles Born first
with a spinebuster and then and then they connect with

the double power bomb to pick up the victory. So
dark State wins this match. It was a great match.
It was really I mean it was a great match. Actually,
Dark State has really been kicking it up a bit,
and and of course Javon is really good, and then
and then Miles Boorn is really good too. He's really good.
Uh let me let me have shiki in Amora and

he kind of plays Ava, which is this is really funny.
He played her. He said that he's heading back to
pro wrestling and uh Noah which is in Japan, and
Ava tells Briggs and Amora that they'll get one more shot.
So basically what what basically what Inamora does is say,
you know, I just feel really bad that I that
I couldn't win the tag team title for for Josh

Briggs and she's like, okay, well then you can have
you can have one more shot at it, and he's
like it basically and he basically After she leave, he
tells he tells Josh Brays that he played her, which
is really it was really funny. Uh Tony D'Angelo and
tells Rizzo that he's all right physically. He hasn't heard
back from Luca. Rizzo reminds of Don that that he

and Stacks were up together and Stax was one of
the one that taught her how to fight people change.
Rizzo is open to having a sit down conversation, but
that Don doesn't trust him. Stax has declared war and
the Don can can't put Riz at risk because he
doesn't know what he's what he's capable of. That Don
says it's not safe for her to go back home,
and he needs too late. She needs to lay low

till things blow over, and then they hug each other.
Then we've got Sarah Schreiver Schreiber backstage with Ricky Saints.
He's glad Noam Darr has picked recaptured the cup and
after being out for a year with injury. However, he
is a man of his word and Lexis King will
get a shot at the NXT North American Championship next week.
Ethan Page joins the conversation and Rickey points out that

Ethan is the man that responsible for taking Noam out
last year. Lexius King attacks Ricky from behind, and Lexus
says that he's going to take Ricky's precious title away
from him. By the way, Darry. While while Lexus King
attacked Ricky Saints even Page just kind of stood there
and watched, like just menacingly with a big old smile

on his face. Like again, Ethan Page is the best heel.
He is the best heel. And matter of fact, I've heard,
you know, they were talking about like this this new
faction with Seth Rollins and Brown Breaker and Paul Hayman,
And wouldn't it be awesome to have Ethan Page as
part of that faction, Like he would just be a
great heel for a part of that fashion. It was
just so good. He's so freaking good as a heel,

all right, who so much? So much? Osury Chase then
opens the sequest suitcase and Fine found his chase you
sweater and chases and he says, Chase University is back
in business. So let's see how that goes next week.
Got on next t totally, D'Angelo will confront Stax. It's
on a match, it's some one on one, it's a
interview back and forth. Last match of the evening, the

match of the evening. Stephanie Vikare and Roxanne Perez, and god,
these two are so good. I mean, I'm not gonna lie.
I can't wait to see what Roxanne does and the
main roster and if she doesn't end up in the
main roster this year, I don't know what they're doing
with her. I can't wait to see what she does
in the main roster. But she is so I'm gonna

miss her at an XT. I'm not gonna lie. She's
she's not on the level of Stephanie Vakor, but Stephanie's
a level above herself. But Roxanne and her together was
it was a great match like Stephanie Vikaer had. I mean,
if I don't I'm not gonna include the one and
standing delivery. But the two matches that she had on
Monday and Tuesday were so good, like and and so

the question is are they good because of their opponents?
Are they good because of her? I think the answer
is both. Uh. EO and her was great, Roxanne and
her and Stephanie was great. She did the move and
book her tigue, you know, flipped out because she did
you know, the one where she I don't know what
she calls it, where she the Devil's kiss. Is that

what she calls it? I think no, yes, yes, the
Devil's kiss where she like bangs her head and over
and over again into the mat with you know, between
her legs. I mean it's it's like, it's so good.
I mean I feel weird. I feel weird just saying
it's so good. Anyway, ultimately, uh, Stephanie. Stephanie gets the

victory over Roxanne Perez. I hope. I'm hoping. And again
I don't. I'm gonna miss her, but I do hope
it's her swan It's Roxanne swan song. And then she
goes to the main roster. I don't know it's gonna
be for where the draft. I know they did the
open portal thing in December. I know the draft. If
they're doing the draft, it usually comes in May. So hopefully,

hopefully she gets called up soon us. That's rock Sanne,
that stuf, I mean Stephanie eventually, but not right now.
What she's doing now is perfect. At the end of
the match, Julia comes out onto the stage and stares
down Stephanie and also and then you can barely see her,
but in the in the balcony of the theater, Jordan

Grace is there and she looks on as well. So

the night of April twenty second, twenty five. I'm going
to talk about the show tonight, but I want to
start off with a bunch of other things that happened
this week. Get involved NXT. I'm gonna get right into
it because I don't know how long this is gonna go,

and I want to be sure that I get it too.
Everything I'm gonna go chronologically from the weekend to Monday
to Tuesday, just to kind of explain what the deal is.
So let's let's start off with WrestleMania Sunday. Now, I know,
excuse me, I know that the person I'm about to
(01:24):
talk about is not NXT specifically, but he has been
associated with NXT. So let's talk about Joe Hendry. Okay,
So first thing I want to say is if you're
a member of Patreon and you're not a part of
the discord chat that we have that ww podcast has,

you should join us because, let me tell you, all
weekend long Saturday Sunday we all everybody in the chat
and we had meeting the chat. We had Matt made
an appearance on Saturday. We had DJ Cus while there
on Sunday we had Jeff is there if you guys
have heard Jeff's on the mail Bag Show, Dino from

Scotland still you know again also on the on the
mail Bag Show. Most weeks we had lots of different
people on and we have such a good time, just
like going back and forth. Sometimes I was it was
so much in the chat. And I mean I'm not
saying don't don't do the chat because of this, but
sometimes I was so invested in the chat that that
(02:32):
I was taking away from the from the show. But
that being said, we had a great time this weekend
with WrestleMania and the Discord Chat. I usually pop in
on ples. I try to do SmackDown on Raw, but
I don't always watch SmackDown on Raw Lives, so I
can't do the discord chat. But usually for pls I'll
(02:52):
try to drop in. And so we were in the
discord chat and we were talking about who could be
Randy's opponent, Dino, a bunch of other people. Of course DJ,
Who's mom you the Joe Hendry report come on? We
were all talking about who we thought it was. A
bunch of people were saying Joe Hendry. I didn't think
(03:12):
it was gonna be him. Honestly, I didn't think that
they would do it, but they did. And Joe Hendry
was against Randy Orton. And let me tell you, I've
heard rumblings that this was not good for Joe Hendry,
this was not good for TNA Poppycock, and I'm trying
to be PG Matt Poppycock. This was awesome for Joe Hendry.
(03:36):
It was great for Randy because Randy has been so
serious lately with Kevin Owens and all this stuff and
a nick all this and everything that it was nice
to see Randy have fun, smile, do the Joe Hendry stuff,
just just be fun Randy for a little while, especially
because the next night on Raw, which we all saw,
(03:59):
he ended up r KO and John Cena, which was awesome.
But that's that's for another show. That's not for my show.
Joe Hendry coming out and and so many people were
singing the song and doing the moves for his for
for Joe Hendry's song, and it just goes to show
there's but now he's been in two stadium shows. Two
(04:22):
stadium shows, one at Royal Rumble. He was at Royal
Rumble and then he was also at WrestleMania, and both
times he got huge pop people singing the song like
and I heard an interview from Triple H if you
watch the press conference. He did talk about Joe Hendry
after during the press conference, and he basically told him
(04:43):
that this is you know, this is gonna be the
easiest WrestleMania that you do. You will be back again
and and they're gonna get You're just gonna get harder
from here. So that's that's kind of a foresight to
the fact that they're really looking into bringing Joe Hendry
on onto WWE and to the main roster. It looks
(05:03):
like because you know, if you're in NXT most of
the time, you're not on wrestle the WrestleMania card. Just
asked Rox and Perez. Yeah, great, it was a great,
great thing. It didn't take a long time. There was
so much seriousness going on with that night too, and
all the crap that happened at the end of again,
not for my show, that's for another show. But it
(05:26):
was just a nice light showcase of Randy being fun
Randy and Joe Hendry just being himself and showing himself.
And for all the people that didn't that didn't know
who he was, either watching at home or in the stadium,
you know, they were grabbing their phones googling who is
this Joe Hendry guy. So yeah, let's let's let's get
(05:49):
more of that. Let's absolutely get more of that. It's
gonna be great. Can't wait for the future for this guy.
And and then TNA they got to showcase the title.
They got to showcase yea, and nobody either in TNA
or WWE or NXT, nobody thinks that TNA the TNA
World Championship is on the same level as the WWE Championship.
Nobody thinks that. And and this is like he would
(06:12):
against Randy Orton, fourteen time world champion, Like, of course
he's going to lose, He's gonna lose quickly. But it's
Randy freakin' Orton of course anyway, great, great, it was
so good. I literally said the words holy f out loud,
and I was by myself, mind you, by myself screamed
(06:33):
it out loud. My neighbor was probably wonder what the
hell's going on? And and yeah, it was, it was,
It was great, It was all around great. And then
moving to Monday, also NXT things happening on Monday. First,
can I tell you that when I so EO comes out,
(06:55):
tells everybody how awesome she's and by the way, let's
let's let's talk about this for a second. After says
how wonderful she is, which she is, by the way,
let's not let's not get it twisted. EO Sky is amazing.
And then and then Stephanie comes out, and again it
was a really big pop for Stephanie who hasn't aside
(07:18):
from the Royal Rumble again, hasn't been on w W
E t V like non like non NXT. And she
got a huge pop on Monday Night raw and this
they had EO Sky and Stephanie had first had it.
They both did promos and this is something I heard
(07:38):
and I and I honestly truly believe it. If This
was the Vince mcmaan era. Still too non English, well
not non English, but like to English is second language.
Wrestlers would never have given promos like that. If Vince
was in charge, he never would have allowed it. He
never would allowed EO, who's adorable, who was great that,
(08:01):
He never would allowed Stephanie who you know, she's Spanish
speaking from Chile. She's English is not her first language.
She's a first to admit English is in her first language.
She was great. And then they had a match, and
oh my god, the two of these, this is this
is WrestleMania main event worthy or at least a pl
main event worthy match. And you know, obviously Stephanie's got
(08:24):
to get a little bit more of her a return
in NXT, and she'll eventually, she will eventually come up
to the main roster. There's no question, there's no question.
Question is how fast it'll happen. It's not if it'll happen.
And the two of them in this match, they give
him fourteen minutes on Monday Night Raw for this match
and the only and they and they ended in a
DQ like I guess, no contest, I guess officially is
(08:46):
probably what it was. Because of interference from the outside.
But that was the right call. Like you don't, I
don't want to see a winner yet, like I love
the match. The match was great, Like the way they
worked together was amazing. And by the way, don't don't
think that these two haven't seen each other before. They're
just this is the first time of doing it on
this stage. But it was good that they didn't have
(09:08):
a winner, Like eventually they will someday down the line,
EO and Stephanie will meet again and it will be
just as amazing, probably more amazing because they will be
in a pl most likely. But it was good that
they day it was a no contest. At the end
of the match, Roxanne Perez comes out and attacks EO.
Julia comes out and attacks Stephanie. Then they switch Nate
(09:29):
they attack the other person and then Ridley comes out.
And this to me not only the EO Stephanie stuff.
And by the way, the reason why rox Sane came
out I believe is because she had a match on Tuesday,
which I'll talk about in a second. There was a
stare down at the very end of the segment between
(09:49):
Ria and Julia. Oh my god, please sign me up.
I want to see Ria and Julia, I want to
see Stephanie and EO again. It's it's wow. And from
what I hear, they are working on putting together another
all women's p L in the future. And please please
(10:09):
put that together. Please put that together again, I said,
I said during the I said during the during my
instant reaction review for for Stand and Deliver again, there
was out of the women's matches, there were eighteen women
vying for two titles, three titles, sorry, three titles. There
(10:31):
was four women in the in the in the match
with Stephanie, there was six women in the North American
Championship Match Ladder match, and then there were there were
another eight women vying for a shot at the tag
team titles, which happened again Tuesday, which we'll talk about
in a second as well. So we are stacked, like
do an off female PLA. I have the first person
(10:52):
assignment design up for that obviously you all know how
I feel about it, and it's they're amazing. They're all amazing.
Every single one of them has such a different way
of being awesome. And I don't really know what else
to say about that except just like that. So anyway,
let's move on. So that was Monday Night. Then we
(11:14):
have Tuesday Night, and Tuesday Night was Tuesday Night was
the NXT episode and it's still in Vegas, so they
were in Vegas for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday,
and again another another great show. To be honest, it
(11:40):
probably was better than for the first night of you
know what I'm saying. My Monday Night Row was absolutely
better than Night one of WrestleMania. That's not even a question.
I mean, I could go into the whole thing with
what happened with all the stuff that happened on Monday Night, Rob,
but again, that's not my show. I did mention the
NXT people because that's that's my genre, that's my area.
But but then Tuesday Night was a great show as well,
(12:03):
great show. This is constant returns on Monday and Tuesday.
We had no m DAR return on Tuesday. We had
all the returns on Monday too as well. So but
let's let's talk about Tuesday. And I've already been going
on for you know, twelve minutes about about the stuff
(12:23):
prior to Tuesday that involved NXT people or NXT adjacent
I guess with Joe Hendry although until now so, but
let's talk about let's talk about NXT. We had the
show airing on April twenty second, twenty twenty five. It
was from the blow Live Blue Blow Live was it
(12:44):
blow Live Theater in Las Vegas, Nevada. And if you
were wondering if you watched it, this was the same
theater that they did the Hall of Fame ceremony and
then they put the you know, they put the ring
in the middle and DJ and I were at We're
at the heck. It was like a roadblock in New
(13:06):
York City, and it was a similar way. It was
the theater, but the ring was on the floor of
the theater and the chairs were around it and it
was a good setup. It was weird though, because the
way they had the way the camera set up, you
could see the wall on the side of the theater,
which was a little weird, but it was it was
just it was great. It was you know, if the
fans were on fire during during this show. The commentators
(13:28):
you have, of course is always was Vic, Joseph Booker,
T and Corey Graves and your ring announcer is Mike Rome.
So the first match as soon as we hit the gate.
Now we had and Tatum gg Dolementatum Pasley. They had
won the on the pre show for Stand and Deliver.
They had won the fatal four way elimination match which
(13:51):
granted him the world title shot, the Tag team title shot,
Women's Tag Team title shot. So we have So here's
the weird thing. So they won on Saturday to face
the Tag Team Champions. As of Sunday morning, it was
Living Raquel. As of Sunday night, it was Sunday night.
(14:11):
Monday morning it was Becky and Lyra, and then Becky
and Lyra lose on Monday and now it's Living and
Raquel again. So Living Raquel come to NXT. Always love
to see Live Come on, who doesn't love to see
live Always love to see Lives End Raquel together on
n XT. Actually I heard that Live Live. Uh liv
(14:33):
Morgan hasn't had a match on n XT since and
they said like twenty seventeen. She hasn't been on an XT,
which is which is incredible, it's been that long. So
they had the Tai team match for the Taye for
the Winns Tag Team Championship. This was a great match. Obviously,
Living Raquel put on a banger match, and Tatum and
(14:54):
Gigi are so like Tatum pactually is. And I've said
this before and I'll say it again, Taydum Pasley is
low key so good, Like she doesn't have the pop
and pomp and circumstance like Stephanie and Julia and Jordan
Grace and Roxanne. There's no pomp and circumstance like all
they have. But she is low key so good at
(15:15):
what she does, and her with Gigi is a great combination.
Gigi obviously is no stranger to having a tag women's
Tag team championships. Her and JC Jane were Tag Team
Champions for a while in NXT. Ultimately, though, it was
of course Living Raquel that ended up winning the match
(15:36):
with an oblivion oblivion to Tatum Pasley from Live Morgan.
So still your tags Women's Tag Team Champions is Living Quel? Now.
I can't wait to see what happens moving forward because
Living Mquel basically have nobody now that Becky and Lyra
have broken up and now there's a whole separate thing
(15:57):
going on there. Who are they gonna face outside of NXT?
Like NXT has a bunch of women's tag teams that
could that they could face. But out of NXT, who
who is Living rockl gonna face the Party Girls? Who
was really the only truly true tag team. Remember that
guantlet match they had back on SmackDown a couple of
(16:19):
weeks ago. All of the teams there maybe Zoe and Shana,
but all the teams there on that on on that SmackDown,
aside from the Party Girls were like throwing together tag teams.
So it's gonna be interesting to see how the tag
team Women's Tag Team title how goes moving forward. Anyway,
(16:42):
I forgot to mention during my I had forgot to
mention during my Instant Reaction review that Penn and Teller
were doing magic with the Heritage Cup and Lexus King
and ped and Teller to make the cup disappear and
Lexus King was freaking out. Mhm. This was on stand
(17:02):
and Delivery, so that continued on Tuesday, and Penn and
Teller tell Alexis Kingman they won't give him the Heritage
Cup title back unless he defends it. The defends the
title tonight and demands that that he say to to
the camera that magic is real and they are magical
(17:24):
like Penn and Teller Magical, which obviously we all know
was a ruse, But so it was professional wrestling going
to the Rock. Don't get me started, Dave Deliver, I'm
all about Dave Logreca the Rock. If you don't know
what I'm talking about, Google get great Dave Logrecor's rant. No,
you'll find the whole thing. So then we saw footage
(17:44):
of Milesbourne and Tavan Heights competing. Uh, I know it was.
It wasn't Milesbourne, it was Charlie Dempsey and tv On
Heights competing at blood Sport this weekend.

Uh.
Speaker 2 (17:58):
And then Dark State says it runs Sinclair couldn't handle
blood Sport and the No Quarter that that color. James
suggested that No Quarter attached crew disband before the Dark Side,
but the Bark Dark State take them out like the
D'Angelo family. Bourne's not backing down, and Javon Evans joins
the conversation. He wants to he wants to smoke as well.
(18:21):
Lennoxen points out that Javon has no friends, so why
is he picking a fight that he can't win, and
Bourne tells Javon that he will have his back and
Dark State and so there's there's gonna be a match
tight team match between Dark State and Bourne, Miles Bourne
and Javon Evans. So then Ricky Saints comes out to
the ring and says, he says, wow, you know I'm
(18:44):
gonna get off that kicked off wreusselem any weekend with
a bang when I successfully defended the nxtent North American
Championship against the man who forever is going to be
a thorn in my side, and that's who all Eagle
Ethan Page. My mom agrees as well. But the world
watched this week when we had an historic to night,
historic two night at WrestleMania. But it was Standing Deliver

Cup against the North North American title as a title

In fact that you're worried about me right now when
you have a mystery opponent is not very telling. And
since I already know you talked to Ava about all
of this, guess what champ you're on. So then we
go to a commercial, not a commercial, but like another
segment where Hank in Tank have an embrace, had a

nice embrace backstage with so Ruka and Zaria. The THEA
hailed Jordan's conversation and wants to have another ladder match.
Jada Parker walks by and she's not in the mood
for Thea's energy. Colonnie Jordans somehow agrees with Parker, which
they hated each other a few months ago. If you
remember that, Colonie says, this is not the same locker
room that when THEA was in six months ago, and

Fatal Influence joins the conversation and Jacy Jane says that
somebody needs to take THEA out. Colonie says that's not
her problem, and jac suggests that foul and Handley should
do it by herself. So we have another match. Second
match was Lexus King and then the surprise opponent for
Lexus for the Heritage Cup was no Am Dar. And
if you know anything about the Heritage Cup, you know

that no Am Dara held the cup for like seven
hundred and thirty something days total combined, and he like,
when you think of the Heritage Cup, it's almost like
you think of Noam Dar. No Am Dar has been
out for eleven months. The Meda girls have been kicking
butt in the women's tag team division at times and

and now and also you know, I can't think of
the name of the fourth guy. Oh my god, I'm
just like mad I sometimes just forget what I'm talking
about anyway, So so Noam Dar is all about the
Heritage Cup. He comes out not very no m Dar
like if you remember the way he was prior to
him leaving. Hopefully they'll expand on the character again more

and put him back where the kind of the way
he was. Puts him back with a metaphor. They did.
They did say he was from metaphor. So anyway, so
there's a match for the Heritage Cup and lo and behold,
no am Dar wins the Heritage Cup back after two
spinning back fists and and connects with a back elbow

smash to pick up the victory. It does No m Dar,
so he is the new Heritage Cup champion again. You
know how I feel about the Heritage Cup, but I
do like No m Dar and I think that he's
a great Heritage Cup champion and he he kind of
treasures the cup like Lexus treasured the Cup. But No
m Dar like lives for that cup. So anyway, then
(23:28):
we have a backstage interview with Roxanne Perez. Roxanne says
that Stephanie Veaker is not going to claim a division
that she built. The ray after WrestleMania was supposed to
be her in moment, but no, it had to be
about Stephanie. Roxanne says it felt good to ruin the
moment that that didn't belong to Stephanie in the first place.
She didn't know that Juliet had the same problem. But
(23:48):
if Stephanie has a problem with that, maybe she should
do something about that. Tonight, Stephanie is not one hundred percent,
but Roxanne brags about winning the Slammy for NXT Superstar
of the Year. She's the prodigt. Roxanne says that she's
getting going to walk out of Las Vegas as a
three time NXT Women's Champion. Uh think they mentioned that
Jacy Jane is going to be competing against Rosemary on

TNA Impact Wrestling this Thursday, so tonight if I'm recording
this on Thursday, so tonight. Honestly, I really wish I
had the Access channel so I could watch it, but
I don't excuse me. The third match we have is
Falon Henley versus Theahale. Theale is so much fun. She

is she's so she's so over the top that it's fun.
Like over the top could not be fun potentially, but
her over the top to me is fun. And at
the end of this match, you know, Theahale ends up
winning this match with a with a Camora Locke. That
(24:52):
seems to be where we're going like, this is the
second match. Second match is not including the ladder match.
This is the second match Theahale has and she's been
back and she's won both matches with the crazy Camoro Locke.
So I honestly think that moving forward. I mean, the
girl's like twenty maybe I think she's twenty twenty one
years old something like that, maybe nineteen, I don't know,

but she's she's gonna She's so tiny, but she's going
to rock it through NXC. I think eventually, not anytime soon.
With Sobrooka as the champion. I think Sobroka is going
to be on the North American Champion for a while,
but I think that eventually Theahale will go for that
title and get it, probably not from Solruko, probably from
another person. Anyway. Then we have Oba Femi coming out
(25:39):
to the ring and said, at Stand and Deliver, I
did what I said I was going to do. Trick
Williams and Javan Evans had all these dreams and aspirations
about de throwing the ruler but becoming and becoming NXT champion.
At Stand and Deliver and not on my watch. You
know what I did. I took their dreams and I
set it a blaze and I burned it to ashes
and I told them to wake up. I will say,

during the build up this match, I did say a
lot of things about Javon Evans. I called him a child,
and I said he wasn't ready, and I said he
couldn't hang, and I called him immature. Regretfully so because
the young enng young Og is a lot better than
I thought he was. And although his time has not come,
his best years are ahead of him. And so shout
(26:22):
out to the young Og. As for Trick Williams, I
have no love for Williams and I can't stand him,
but I will say, as good as he is, as
great as he is, the ruler is just that much better.
And of course Trick Williams comes out and he says, Nana,
I'm gonna go out like that, Oba, because every single
time it had come for me to getting what's mine, Oba,

you always find a way, easy way out. And on
Saturday you only won because you pin Javon. But to
be real, I don't care if it's your birthday. I
want my title back. By the way, happy belated birthday
to Obafemi. Oba, says Williams. I give you. I give
you your flowers. I told you that I was done.
What more do you want? And then Trick says, I

want my one on one. Look, I ain't no regular Joe.
That was the line. I ain't no regular Joe. I'm
Trick Williams. I am a man, the man here. I
am the face of the brand. When you think about NXT,
you think about me, and you don't think about Obafemi.
Your mama liked them. Look, I'm tired of running the play.

I'm tired of letting people butt in. I'm tired of
people like you stealing and friendling my opportunities. I've seen
all these bums saying whatever they want. Okay, So before
I get into what happened next, Trick is clearly going
the route of Camaralo Carmelo Hayes. Like we've already kind
of established that a couple of weeks ago, the Trick

is gonna I'm honestly feel like Trick, Axiom, Frasier, and
Pez are gonna be called up to the main roster.
The problem I have with this, though, is that in
all of the back and forth between Oba and Trick,
they have never had a one on one match and
I don't really understand why. I don't get why they
have not had a one on one match yet. It's

always been Javan Evans, a triple threat, it was what's
his name and mean thorpe be in a triple threat
it was I think there was another it was a
fatal four way match where where ob when one of
the title. I think I don't know what bottom line
is that they've never met one on one, which is
a travesty. Why have they not met one on one?

And is Trick William's going to go to the main
roster without the two of them having a one on
one match like they need to. They need to do it,
Like I honestly and again, I love Javon. He's amazing.
He's going to be the future of this industry. He
should not have been in that match. It should have
been one on one with and I said last week
(28:56):
there's too many. I said it on on one of
Matt's shows. I call in on one of Matt shows
and I said, they have they had too many multi
person matches and that was one of them. It should
have been one on one with Oba and Trick. But
and you think maybe this time around they're gonna do it. However, however,
say his name and he appears, and Joe Hendry comes
(29:19):
into NXT after again, as I said earlier, being one
of the beggest, the biggest thing, by the way, if
you if you haven't seen it, there are so many
things on TikTok and Instagram and everything about the Joe
Hendry appearance. There is reactions from content creators on the

on TikTok and Instagram. There are there's interviews with Joe
Hendry about how things came about. There's the interview with
I said that that Triple H talked about Joe Hendry
during the press conference, So there's that there's so much
about Joe, Like it's not just it's not just about
what he did at rest so Mania, it's also about

the aftermass. And then he tells the story about one
video I saw today where he tells a story about
how he how it came about, like Triple H was
he was in an airport, Triple H texted him. He goes,
we need to talk and says, hey, you know that
Randy doesn't have an opponent, but I want to bring
you in like what like he literally was playing like
armories in Bengal Halls last week like it's so big

for him, NTNA, n NXT, like they're like WW is
using Joe Hendry and Joe Hendry is using WWA, don't don't,
don't get a twisted and it's gonna be so like
he's gonna be so great moving forward anyway. So he
comes out and he says, say his name, and he appears.

Joe Henry is back in NXT. Trick Williams, you were
not the same person that I tagged with back in
the fall. If the rumors are true, you've changed. You've used.
You used to soak in the cheers, the cheers, the
chance from the fans, and now all you do is
so good self pity. I prove what happens when you
listen to the fans, and I did it at WrestleMania,
and Trick, I'm going to tell you because no one
(31:05):
else will. You're not hungry, You're entitled. Did you think
the reason you didn't win back the NXT Championship was
because of you? Did you start to think that maybe
Trick Williams is a whiny bitch? Yes, I said it.
Censor me. Hold and Trick says, hold on there a
minute made you and your five minutes. You had your

five minutes on Sunday. But since we're always talking about
what you believe, how about we take a second to
hear what Trick Williams believes. I believe you don't belong here.
You're just an outsider. I believe you don't fit in.
I believe you got your button ass whipped on Sunday.
Let's talk about it. How about you do us all
a favor, and I believe you can take that title

and go back to where you belong with the big
While the big dogs are talking, Joe Hendry says, you

did it in front of sixty thousand people at WrestleMania.

Trick and Oba or I mean Joe Hendry and Oba
worked together and they tossed Trick out of the ring,

and then the Cliss segment closes. It was it was
so good, Like, I don't know where they're going with it,
if they're gonna have a Joe Hendry and Oba Femi match.
I mean, there's no way Joe Hendry beats Oba fam me.
So let's see what happens. Okay. Then we have Luca
Christophino confronting Stacks in the desert. Luca tells Stax that
(32:53):
he needs to make things right with the Don and
Stax is having no part of that. Stax asked Luca
if he knew why he invited him out to the desert.
Lucas says, oh, and he says the he says f
but it doesn't say the word fully obviously because it's
on the CW. And then the screen goes black, like
just straight black. So I'm fascinated. I am fascinated with

this storyline. We'll see what happens. Sarah Schreiber had a
backstage interview with sol and Zaria. Soul is proud of
to be holding the nxteen North American Women's Championship and
after an exhausting ladder matches, stand to Deliver and live
in Raquel poke fun at Zaria having nothing, especially while
Soul is being the double champion, and I said the
(33:39):
other day she's North American Champion and the speed champion.
Soul says she she's right through Judgment Day and nothing
will get in between her friendship with Zaria, so she tells,
she tells, Sol tells Judgment Day to walk away before
she adds a third title to her collection. Please that
would be a great match. That would be an awesome match,
because you've got the power of Raquel, the power of Zaria,
(34:01):
and you've got the high you know, the high flying,
you know speed of Live and Sol Ruka. Please like
and if and if Zary and Soul Ruker get the
tag team titles, I will not cry. I can't see
it happening, but I won't cry either. Who so much
going on? It was such a crazy weekends, so much

going on. All right, then we've got Trick Williams and
he's throwing a hissy fit backstage and he even tells
Trick to leave the building. I can't imagine that's his
that's his farewell to go to the main roster. But
we'll see. The fourth match we have is Javon Evans
and Milesbourne versus Dark State. Again. Devon, there's nothing more

to say about him. He's amazing. Melesbourne was really good too. Unfortunately,
fortunately at the end of this match, dark State wins
and they uh they end up pinning Miles Born first
with a spinebuster and then and then they connect with
(35:09):
the double power bomb to pick up the victory. So
dark State wins this match. It was a great match.
It was really I mean it was a great match. Actually,
Dark State has really been kicking it up a bit,
and and of course Javon is really good, and then
and then Miles Boorn is really good too. He's really good.
Uh let me let me have shiki in Amora and
(35:32):
he kind of plays Ava, which is this is really funny.
He played her. He said that he's heading back to
pro wrestling and uh Noah which is in Japan, and
Ava tells Briggs and Amora that they'll get one more shot.
So basically what what basically what Inamora does is say,
you know, I just feel really bad that I that
I couldn't win the tag team title for for Josh

Briggs and she's like, okay, well then you can have
you can have one more shot at it, and he's
like it basically and he basically After she leave, he
tells he tells Josh Brays that he played her, which
is really it was really funny. Uh Tony D'Angelo and
tells Rizzo that he's all right physically. He hasn't heard
back from Luca. Rizzo reminds of Don that that he

and Stacks were up together and Stax was one of
the one that taught her how to fight people change.
Rizzo is open to having a sit down conversation, but
that Don doesn't trust him. Stax has declared war and
the Don can can't put Riz at risk because he
doesn't know what he's what he's capable of. That Don
says it's not safe for her to go back home,
and he needs too late. She needs to lay low

till things blow over, and then they hug each other.
Then we've got Sarah Schreiver Schreiber backstage with Ricky Saints.
He's glad Noam Darr has picked recaptured the cup and
after being out for a year with injury. However, he
is a man of his word and Lexis King will
get a shot at the NXT North American Championship next week.
Ethan Page joins the conversation and Rickey points out that

Ethan is the man that responsible for taking Noam out
last year. Lexius King attacks Ricky from behind, and Lexus
says that he's going to take Ricky's precious title away
from him. By the way, Darry. While while Lexus King
attacked Ricky Saints even Page just kind of stood there
and watched, like just menacingly with a big old smile
(37:18):
on his face. Like again, Ethan Page is the best heel.
He is the best heel. And matter of fact, I've heard,
you know, they were talking about like this this new
faction with Seth Rollins and Brown Breaker and Paul Hayman,
And wouldn't it be awesome to have Ethan Page as
part of that faction, Like he would just be a
great heel for a part of that fashion. It was
just so good. He's so freaking good as a heel,
(37:44):
all right, who so much? So much? Osury Chase then
opens the sequest suitcase and Fine found his chase you
sweater and chases and he says, Chase University is back
in business. So let's see how that goes next week.
Got on next t totally, D'Angelo will confront Stax. It's
on a match, it's some one on one, it's a
interview back and forth. Last match of the evening, the

match of the evening. Stephanie Vikare and Roxanne Perez, and god,
these two are so good. I mean, I'm not gonna lie.
I can't wait to see what Roxanne does and the
main roster and if she doesn't end up in the
main roster this year, I don't know what they're doing
with her. I can't wait to see what she does
in the main roster. But she is so I'm gonna
(38:26):
miss her at an XT. I'm not gonna lie. She's
she's not on the level of Stephanie Vakor, but Stephanie's
a level above herself. But Roxanne and her together was
it was a great match like Stephanie Vikaer had. I mean,
if I don't I'm not gonna include the one and
standing delivery. But the two matches that she had on
Monday and Tuesday were so good, like and and so
(38:48):
the question is are they good because of their opponents?
Are they good because of her? I think the answer
is both. Uh. EO and her was great, Roxanne and
her and Stephanie was great. She did the move and
book her tigue, you know, flipped out because she did
you know, the one where she I don't know what
she calls it, where she the Devil's kiss. Is that

what she calls it? I think no, yes, yes, the
Devil's kiss where she like bangs her head and over
and over again into the mat with you know, between
her legs. I mean it's it's like, it's so good.
I mean I feel weird. I feel weird just saying
it's so good. Anyway, ultimately, uh, Stephanie. Stephanie gets the

victory over Roxanne Perez. I hope. I'm hoping. And again
I don't. I'm gonna miss her, but I do hope
it's her swan It's Roxanne swan song. And then she
goes to the main roster. I don't know it's gonna
be for where the draft. I know they did the
open portal thing in December. I know the draft. If
they're doing the draft, it usually comes in May. So hopefully,

hopefully she gets called up soon us. That's rock Sanne,
that stuf, I mean Stephanie eventually, but not right now.
What she's doing now is perfect. At the end of
the match, Julia comes out onto the stage and stares
down Stephanie and also and then you can barely see her,
but in the in the balcony of the theater, Jordan

Grace is there and she looks on as well. So
we'll see what happens with that. That is your NXT review.
