Speaker 1 (00:02):
This is WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre, and you're listening to
the WWE podcast show.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
The one that everybody wants me god.

Speaker 3 (00:24):
St three sixteen.

Speaker 4 (00:25):
So your ass is my arm.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
You're gonna acknowledge me.

Speaker 5 (00:34):
Welcome everybody to the ww podcast for this Week in
Review on this Sunday, August tenth, twenty twenty five. As
we are two weeks away, three weeks away, two weeks away,
something like three weeks away from the next pl E
Clash in Paris, And no, we do not get John
Cena and bronck Losner at Clash in Paris. We're getting
in Logan Paul and John Cena at Clash in Paris,

(00:57):
which is yeah, tangering some people. But did anyone really
expect Brocklesure to come back and then just be there
on a week to week or even every other week basis?
Do you remember brock Lesner's schedule? He was the Roman
Reigns before Roman Reigns, was champion for four years Roman Reigns,

(01:19):
if you remember, was Universal Champion and was absent for
the most part as Universal Champion. He has a schedule
that is very much like Romans in probably some ways
even less in terms of the number of dates, so
he is not going to be there maybe once or twice.

(01:42):
When he does have his match announced against John Cena,
it's likely that he'll be there a couple of times
to help promote his matchup as expected. But we don't
even have that matchup. But John Cena actually announced yet.
Remember Clash in Paris is taking place in three weeks,
so brock Lezzard's likely not going to be there, which

(02:03):
means his match with John Cena is going to be
postponed on September or beyond. As I look, and I'm
going to take a look here at the ple schedule.
I'm typing it out here because I have some some
reservations about this, as we all do, with the number
of pls, which is just too much, even if you're
an avid wrestling fan ww fan, there's just too many

(02:23):
damned ples to keep track of. So let's take a look.
We went through, let's see here the clash or well,
we're about to go through Clash in Paris, which takes
place August thirty first, and then I don't see anything
schedule for September. I have nothing on the card for
September unless I'm in mistaken. The next ple, which is

(02:46):
absolutely mind boggling, is October eleventh, and you know what
it is, Crown Jewel. However, Crown Jewel is not this
year going to be in Saudi Arabia. It's going to
be in Perth, Australia. So if that matters to you

(03:07):
guys and you're not a big fan of Saudi Arabia,
I guess that softens it a little bit. But not
only is it the next Poe after Clash and Paris
Crown Jewel, but that is what's six weeks, so it's
very possible that WWE does not do that brock Lesner
John Cena match until Crown Jewel, I mean at the
bare minimum. So there's that, so you know which really sucks.

(03:30):
I mean, I'm a big I actually like brock Lesner.
I mean, not to surprise anybody here, but a big
fan of his in ring work, and I understand his
schedule to understand what he needs to do. Understand he's
making a bunch of money to barely do anything. And
he shows up and they're just gonna milk this appearance
at SummerSlam for the next six weeks. But it'd be
nice if they could add a day or two in there,

(03:52):
it's easily forgotten. And unless WWE on a weekly basis
reminds us of what Brock Lesner did, which I don't
know if they will, it's going to fall off our
radar and be like, oh, yeah, that's right, like a
month ago, he F five, Brocolar, he F five. Yeah,
John Cena and whatever came of that again, So this
could fall off pretty quickly. And yes, Brock will likely

(04:14):
be back in early September to help promote Crown Jewel
in October, which again is a massive unless something is
popping up in September I'm not aware of. There is
a big, big gap in WWE land for September, so
we'll see what happens there. I don't know if they'll
add something or if something's there that I'm not aware of.

(04:34):
Very possible there. I'm just checking some other sites to
make sure I did not miss something. I don't think
I did. I don't think I did. I'm checking taking
a look. I don't see anything, So it's going to
feel like an eternity. So after that, though, of course,
we've got Survivor series, which is another six weeks after
Crown Jewel so get ready, guys, we're gonna have essentially

(04:56):
a year between Plis. It's going to feel like starting
after Crown Jewel, so up started starting with Crown Jewel
because Clash in Paris is the last rapid fire pl E.
But on top of that, my concern with Brock and
John is that they're they're gonna have Broncko lizond or
not explain anything.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
You know.

Speaker 5 (05:16):
John Cena comes out there this week and we'll talk
a little bit more about that soon, but he essentially
just said, if you want some, come get some. Well
it's it's kind of weird that well Brock already did
like he did John, you know. And I'm glad that
the babyface character of John Cena's back. I think that
is a very smart move by w WE, really the

(05:36):
only move they could make without being making this a
disaster for the last four months. But the fact that
there's no explanation. John didn't even speculate as to why.
It was just a matter of, oh, you know, you've
got a John Cena problem. You want some, come get some.
It's like, no Brock did Brock did at SummerSlam, you know.
So my guess is though that we don't get a

(05:58):
big promo from Brock When he does come back, he
might say a word or two and we're just going
to write it off by the announcers says, oh, that's
what brock does. That that's just brockles that he does
what he wants, which is of course lazy writing. It's
frustrating as a fan, we're not even even given the
respect to have a reason why brock Lesner does what

(06:19):
he does, and the idea that he does what he
wants to do is the biggest cop out ever. Brock
Lesner should not be immune to the basic rules of storytelling,
which is just explaining why things happen. Doesn't need to
be every little thing. But you can't tell me this
isn't something that is just it's beyond basic that we
are to say we're owed. This is a slap in

(06:42):
the face. But the fact that we're probably not going
to get an explanation should be an even bigger slap
in the face. Now I'm pre getting frustrated assuming they're
not that we're not going to get an explanation, because
that's kind of been the Brocolesner precedent when he does
things as we know in the past with Cody Rhodes
and others. He just does things and we're not given
any kind of explanation as to why, which again, if

(07:04):
we're all they're all about telling stories, that's a pretty
crappy story. So all right, well, guys, welcome to the show.
If you want to go add for you. By the way,
patreon dot com slash WWE podcast is where you got
to go. All right, let's go with SmackDown and if
you want to check out the SmackDown review, the full
review done by someone other than me. Great place to

(07:27):
go is the show before this one, or I think
it's two shows before because I dropped a retro last night,
but it's the SmackDown review done by Amanda, who has
officially been with us for the past year, and I
very much appreciate her work and all of her contributions,
and just how just how timely she is. You know,
it's hard to find people when you work with them,

(07:49):
to just be able to be reliable. Reliability is very
difficult to come by in all walks of life. So
I really appreciate, you know, of course I really enjoy
her work, but also just how timely she's been with
her reviews and getting them to me, so I wanted
to publicly thank her for that. So if you guys

(08:09):
want to give her a follow, you can also do
that on x I know she'd appreciate it. Let me
get it correct here because I know that she recently
might have modified it a bit. So it's Amanda SD review,
Amanda SD review on X Go give her a follow,

(08:30):
all right? So John Cena comes out. Crowd loved it,
as they should and as they will for the rest
of the four months here and in the ring. He
said that wwe feared going to Montreal for many years
because company officials feared the fans would hijack the show.
Sina said he never feared it because the show, the
audience is the show. Back to pandering, but I'll take

(08:52):
it over what we saw. The fans chanted seen his name,
and he spoke about the energy in the building and said, quote,
so imagine being somebody back back there trying to plan
a show around you guys. And he said to imagine
being someone inside the ring because the fans can be
scary when they start singing and then the ola chance start,

(09:13):
which I still don't understand. Happens everywhere except the United
States because if you're from the US, I don't know.
Maybe I'm just not as smart as the average person,
but I know it's some sports chant that happens everywhere
other than the US, because every time I go there,
I'm like, what is this? It's just some kind of song.
I guess I don't know, But anyway, Sina says he

(09:35):
embraces and enjoys every second of the fans doing your thing.
He said, quote because trust me, it doesn't last forever.
And the fans were chanting thank you, Sina, and he
said he'd be coming to He's been coming to Montreal
for over two decades and had shared many valuable memories
in the ring, and he said, thank you seems very genuine.

(09:55):
Sina seemed to get a little bit emotional there legitimately,
which was nice to see. And he said he had
eleven dates left after this show and he's starting to
understand that. He said he gets more and more afraid
with each day that goes by. He thanked the fans
for that, and he said the fans put up with him,
so he wanted to leave with honesty and vulnerability. He

(10:18):
said he was afraid that no matter how much he
could give the fans during this limited time that it
was gonna end up letting them down. And he's also
afraid that w W will move on and the fans
will just forget about him. Sina's said he's even afraid
of brock Lesner. Well again, how are the fans gonna
forget about it?

Speaker 2 (10:38):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (10:38):
There's no way he actually believes that. I just John
cena Is is one of although if you hear Michael Cole,
he is definitively the greatest, But I that's an insanely
subjective statement. So he is, I think inarguably one of

(10:58):
the greatest of all time. I mean he defined a generation,
his longevity, impact, Mike's skills, crossover, audience appeal, his connection
with the younger fans and the women. Really I think
defined his initial ten years, the back and forth chance,

(11:22):
the rivalries he's had with Edge and others, which please
be Edge, I really want Edges his final opponent. If
you didn't already pick on that up, pick that up.
I've been a big proponent of Adam Copland somehow being
able to be ready for December, if he can somehow
manage it from a contract and physical perspective, I doubt it,

(11:42):
but in my mind that's how it ends. But his
other rivalries too, you know, John Cena against Hey even
Big Show was a defining moment at WrestleMania twenty when
he won the US title. Brock Lesner of course throughout
the years. I mean, it's just it's incredible, and the
fact that he actually thinks, if he actually does that,

(12:03):
I mean, I don't know where that that's coming from.
No one's going to forget who John Cena is. I mean, hell,
people still remember wrestlers that shouldn't be remembered. I mean
that there are men and women that have come and
gone through the years and that that have no business
being remembered by fans for various reasons, that have much
less of a resume than John Cena does. And I

(12:26):
have no doubt that the fans are not going to
forget him, not a chance. But he also said that
he's not going down without a fight, and he told
Sena or Sena told Lezler to come get some and
that anyone who chooses to face him should know that
he's going to go downs guns blazing. And he looked
to the stage and said, if you want some and

(12:48):
the fans filled in and said, come get some classic
John Cena promo here, just classic babyface. It's what we wanted.
And I'm not complaining. There's there's no complaints here for
me whatsoever. I was never the biggest John Cena fan.
I'm still not. From a character perspective, I think that,
and I can absolutely recognize as one of the biggest

(13:09):
of all time, one of the greatest of all time.
I just his his personality never resonated with me. I
never as an older fan that went through the attitude era,
went through the ruthless aggression era. I grew up with
middle fingers and beer and you know, blood. And then again,
John Cena was the face of the tv PG era

(13:31):
that shifted the product to a much more family friendly,
soft version of wrestling. And then you have the John
Cena going from you know, phuganomics to you know, just
being a a very much kind of wholesome babyface. It

(13:52):
was a very much a modern version of Hulk Hogan
that I think turned off a lot of the male audience.
And when you hear the the crowd throughout the first
ten years of his career, many of the people cheering
for him were women and children, and the older crowd,
particularly the males, were the ones rejecting him because it

(14:12):
was such a change in the vibe the culture of
pro wrestling when they changed from the TV fourteen to
TVPG and I think that's a part of the reason.
But so Logan, Paul comes out, and he said that
this version of John Cena was making him sick, and

(14:34):
the fans were censored. They were channing f U Logan,
and Sena told him that they just may have had
he may just have made the biggest mistake of his life.
And Paul said he's been real since day one. He
recalled Sena saying that Paul does WWE better than any
professional wrestler, and Scena recalled saying it and added that
Paul's the biggest dumbass that he's ever seen in his life.

(14:58):
And Paul called Seena a liar and said, the bosses
tell Sena what to say, and I don't need to
hear that. Paul the logan, I mean whatever. But he
said that he'd love a match with John Cena, who
told him to be careful what he wishes for. Paul
said it would have to be Sena versus Paul in
a beautiful French speaking country, right in the middle of France,

(15:20):
of course, playing on the Montreal crowd thinking he's talking
about them. The fans booed, and Paul spoke about facing
Sena at Clash in Paris. So that's when Drew McIntyre
comes in the ring, hits Sena from behind. Paul and
McIntyre put the boots to Sena, and then Cody Rhoades,
the White Knight, comes out and helps Sena clear the

(15:42):
ring and said he accepted the match with Paul for
Clash in Paris, and said it seemed like Paul and
McIntyre wanted to fight, and there's your tag team match
for the night. So kind of cool. I mean, it's
cool to see John Cena in action where he's not
on a ple e because that's kind of where you

(16:03):
expect him to be in a match at this point,
are just PL's only. But it's nice to see him
on a SmackDown competing because we're not gonna have too
many of those left. What do we have eleven dates left?
It's nothing. It's nothing if you crammed them all together,
that's essentially like what a week and a half if
he appeared every day for the next week and a half.

(16:24):
Then that's it. So then we have the MotorCity machine
Guns being interviewed backstage. Shelley had his ribs taped and
noted that Saban's shoulder was taped under his jacket. Chris
Saban said that they didn't get the job done at
SummerSlam and their road back to the top would start

(16:46):
right now. And that's when let's see here we got
the MotorCity machine Guns taking on Chris Saban and Talatoga
and Jace Matteo. This match ended up going seven minutes,
the seven minutes and seven minutes of forty seconds with
Talatanga and Jase Matteo beating the MotorCity machine Guns. So
those that didn't see the match, and there was actually

(17:08):
somebody that messaged me and wanted to know exactly how
that happened. Here's the finish. We had Shelley and Saban
set up for their finish, but Tala hit Shelley with
a big boot, kicked them off the top rope, and
Talatanga choke slammed him and got the pin. I liked
it because it was a clean victory. I understand there
was a distraction by Loa. But it's a tag team match.

(17:30):
This made sense. Talatanga is the big dude to try
and get him over. You don't want the big, tall
guy who's the muscle of the group having to win
by some kind of underhanded method. You can't have heels
win clean. That is a thing that I think wrestling
generally as an industry forgets. Sometimes you know, you can

(17:51):
have the bad guy be the better guy. That is possible,
not every time, obviously, but it's something that it's a
finish that people forget. It's like, no, well the baby face,
if it's ever straight up, just because they're a good guy,
they should always win. No, No, I don't. I don't
believe in that, just as fundamentally I think that's wrong.

(18:12):
There are a lot of people in this world, if
you want to have art imitate life, that are simply
smarter than people that are better, more well intended. You
ever heard of the phrase evil genius? That's a thing. Now,
there's a lot of people that are evil, that are
stupid but being brilliant and evil. It's a dangerous combination.

(18:32):
But those people exist, and a lot of times they
overcome and out perform those of those of you who
are I guess you know, not as intelligent, but more
well intended, a better person, and unfortunately happens. So I
think in wrestling that should happen once in a while.
All right, So then we had solos Coast stand in

(18:55):
the ring and told the fan base to take a
look because quote, this is what greatness looks like. Okay,
talk about it very That's about as blend of a
line as it gets. But Solo said Tala and Mateo
are soon to be tag team champions, and that he
was in his gear and feeling good, but there's no
one to fight him. And he said that he and
the MFTs were going to leave and go celebrate, and

(19:18):
that's when nick All just says, not so fast, and
that since Solo seems he's ready for a fight, he's
got a special guest ready for a fight, and it
was somebody that Solo knew well and someone who knew
who Montreal knows very well, Q Sammy's Ain. And the
crowd loved this obviously. The fans chanted the and sang

(19:40):
along the Ola song and he Solo covered his ears
and the fans sang the Sammy's Ain song in European
style and Samy's ain't got the better at the beginning
of the match. This match did go ten and a
half minutes with Sammy's Ain beating Solo Soca, and the
finish was Solo going for the Samoan spike, but Zay

(20:02):
ducked it and rolled up Solo for the three count. Now,
Solo did lose here, and he lost clean, but he's
protected by the roll up because the roll up has
typically been defined as kind of a not underhanded move,
but kind of you're catching your opponent by surprise. That's
how it's been branded. That's how you protect the person

(20:23):
that loses with a roll up, because it's the implication
is that you caught your opponent off guard. It wasn't
like you knocked him out clean and you got to
you know, you got the satisfying victory. So they protected
Solo a little bit here, but it was it was
nice to see Sammy's Ain. And there's some people Sammy's

(20:43):
Ain's gotten a lot of attention online lately of they
should turn him heel. He needs a character change. I
don't think he does. I actually don't want to see
Samy's Ain heel if they're going to tell the story
of Sammy's ain the ultimate underdog from the underground, and
they could really build this and maybe, as I've said,
maybe have Kevin Owens at some point be able to

(21:03):
physically come out and help celebrate with Sammy. I mean,
ideally he'd help him ward off any numbers game issues
with the Heel group if he's trying to win the
World Championship or and just be the championship by the
time WrestleMania rolls around. Ideally Kevin Owens would be able
to be healed enough to maybe deliver a stunner or

(21:26):
do something minor physical to help Sammy. But if that's
not the if that's not possible, then I would imagine
if Sammy is the guy that you're leaning towards for
WrestleMania and the Royal Rum but which there are people
that believe that you could have Kevin Owens at least
come out and walk out and just help celebrate with
Sammy at WrestleMania if Kevin's not ready. But again, I

(21:48):
don't want Sammy to turn heel. There's a lot of
people wanting this to happen. I don't I don't think
there's a need for it. Yet Sammy has been hell
in the past. We've seen it. It's been quite a
while really since before just before he joined the og bloodline,
when that beautiful chemistry between Roman Reigns and Sammy Zain
started to bud. Right before that point, he was a

(22:09):
heel and now he's i mean one of the biggest
baby faces the company has. His music is really good
and continues to be just to just perfect babyface music.
He's very good in the ring. He's you know on
the mic, he's very relatable, easy to listen to do
I agree with his personal views outside the ring, almost

(22:32):
none of them, like almost none, But you know, putting
that aside and just looking at the wrestler and the
character he puts on TV, I mean, he's got all
of the he's got all of the things that Jay
Uso had, but that extra in tangible that Jay was missing,
whatever that is, that that feeling of really being a champion.

(22:54):
So we'll see if they they play that out all
the way to roy Rumble and beyond. But if Roora
Rumble was tomorrow, I would say Sammy's Ain is a
favorite to win. So we then had hour two, Well
we did have the Tag Team Champions, the Women's Tag

(23:15):
Team Champions. We'll talk about more of this in a minute,
but they were backstage in the hallway and Flair said
she knew it was Bliss's birthday on Saturday, and corrected
herself and said she didn't know and saw it on
a company calendar, and Flair said she wanted to do
something for Bliss's birthday. So yeah, we'll talk about that
in a little bit. But on the Wide six video

(23:35):
of video aired, which was nice to see. We had
Uncle Howdie, Dexter Loomis, Joe Gacy, Eric Rowing, and Nikki
Cross who all took turns and talking. Not a lot,
but that was at least something, And they had footage
air from Loomis and Gaysey retaining the tag titles out
a TLC match in SummerSlam Rowan said, the Wyatt story's

(23:57):
only just begun. Not encouraging. I mean, based on what
I've seen, I mean, their story has been nonexistent. I mean,
I believe you the story has only begun because you've
told us nothing. The creative team has told us nothing,
so I hope, like I agree, Yeah, I mean you've

(24:21):
been just beginning the story for a year now, so
please tell us more. I'm waiting. We all are for
just some kind of substance beyond Hey, we loved bray
so did you cheer for us? And that's essentially what
the idea was. Yes, of course Bray White's brother. There

(24:42):
is that big connection there with Uncle Howdie Bo Dallas. Fine,
but we've gotten nothing. We've got nothing, and I think
that's been the concern since this group started and murdered
Chad Gable backstage. If you don't remember that, all right,
we had let's see here, Nick Allus show up and

(25:04):
said he thought the TLC match would have calmed down
the tag teams and he'll get controlled of the division
and it starts next week with the Street Profits versus DIY.
So yes, yes, uh, Nick, there's nothing quite like the
very tried and true method of calming people down by
putting them in tables, ladders and chairs matches. I don't

(25:26):
know how that didn't work. It boggles the mind. But
Charlotte Flair and Alectxa then come out and the ring
was with balloons in it and a cake and a
gift box. By the way, when you saw the cake,
you knew someone's face is going at it, and by God,
somebody did. Flare and Bliss then fell at the same

(25:48):
time as their championship celebration and said she could have
made it all about herself. Charlotte did, but decided to
share the spotlight. Bliss saw the cake that had said
congratulations Charlotte Flair and big letters with Alexa and small
letters and a PS Happy Birthday. Flair opened the gift
and gave Bliss a new Lily doll with a We're
Not Friend's T shirt, and Flair said that Lily also

(26:11):
needed a tag team partner and introduced a Charlie doll,
which I can't believe the fans chanted Charlie. It's kind
of amazing. And then Flair gave Bliss permission to Hugger
and yes, she said, you may hug the Queen, and
a reluctant Bliss was about to, but they were interrupted
by Chelsea Green. Now before we get to that, with

(26:31):
Chelsea Green interrupting with Piper Niven and Alba Fire, this
this was not good generally. Now, the saving grace from
this for me was Flair giving Bliss permission to Hugger.
It's kind of endearing, a little bit of gatistical fits
Charlotte's personality, but also it is it's something that you

(26:54):
believe that Alexa has wanted to do but has been
hesitant because you know of who Charlotte Flair is. So
that was like that line was fine, but the rest
of it was just it was kind of hard to watch.
And I've been a big advocate and believer that Charlotte
has been getting more support from the fans by not
talking and not being obnoxious on the mic, and this

(27:16):
week was just it didn't help. I don't think Alexa Bliss.
I mean, she's they keep calling her Alexi obviously that's
her real name, and it's close enough to Alexa that
they just, I guess, were like, well close enough Lexi Alexa.
What's the difference? So fine? I mean they want to
call her Alexi. I actually like Lexi better, but I
mean they're calling her that anyway. I thought the segment though,

(27:39):
was kind of a flop. You got a birthday cake,
You've got Alexa hesitant to open a gift. No, No,
I don't do that. I don't have to like it
was very much kind of just kind of cheap, low
grade comedy skits. I didn't enjoy this at all. I
don't think it helped either woman. And you could hear

(28:00):
the crowd kind of grown at certain points and it
was uncomfortable at certain points. It just wasn't working, and
not everything's gonna work, So I mean, you know, I'm
not gonna I'm not gonna sit here and go over
it for twenty minutes. It just it was just a
It was very much a Vince McMahon Asque comedy skit.
It's almost as if they called up Vince and they
were like, hey, hey, hey, buddy, how you doing. Listen.

(28:23):
We want to throw you a bone. I know it's
been a while you're dying to get back into this
and start doing creative again. So what we're gonna do
out of a just tribute to you, We're gonna give
you one segment that you can script this week, just one, uh,
and you know, no longer than five minutes, ten minutes
or so, and we'll implement it into the show. And

(28:43):
Vince is, you know, sitting there going all right, let's
come up with some creative I think I've got it.
And this is this is very much a Vince McMahon
Vince McMahon Asque comedy creative skit. It felt very much
like the brand of comedy he would have put out there,
and he was running creative. So that's the best way

(29:04):
I can put it.

Speaker 2 (29:05):
Now.

Speaker 5 (29:06):
I know I'm hammering Vince here, I still believe it
or not, I still really do love Vince McMahon for
his contributions. He may have his demons, we all do.
I don't think that just like Brock, just like really
anyone involved in that whole deal should be their professional

(29:27):
contributions should be completely erased their consequences. There should be
consequences if there was some wrongdoing, Yes, But to say
that I respect Vince McMahon the promoter, I don't think
should be controversial. This isn't me saying, you know, Chris
bin Waab was a great guy. Okay, that's little far,
of course. I don't think anyone would say that. This

(29:49):
is just me separating Vince McMahon the promoter from Vince
McMahon the man that clearly had issues and should be
punished for whatever crimes committed, and whatever wrongdoing he's proven
guilty of, he should I don't think that we should
say no to that. I mean that would be like

(30:12):
the coacher, the quarterback of a football team suddenly being
accused of I don't know, sexual misconduct, same thing as Vince, Right,
and that team had just won a Super Bowl, would
you have said, hey, well they didn't really win the
Super Bowl, not with that jerk. Yeah, they still did,

(30:33):
and a lot of the reason they did is because
the coach and the quarterback, you know, not the whole reason,
but a big reason. So I don't know why with
Vince McMahon and company, we're all supposed to just totally
ignore all the contributions, all of the all the things
that they were able to accomplish in their lives because

(30:56):
of this scandal that again is not settled. It's not settled,
and no one here has seen the evidence, you know,
or at least they don't have all the evidence. So
I'm not saying anything he did was right. I'm just
saying that I can separate the promoter from the man anyway.

(31:16):
I don't know how I got on that.

Speaker 4 (31:18):
But.

Speaker 5 (31:20):
Chelsea Green did come out and she said she's a
proud Canadian, but the fans supporting Flare and Bliss made
her want to turn in her passport and she held
on the Montreal Canadians hockey team, and Flair told Bliss
she would also give her the gift of kicking Green's ass.
And there we go. We get a match. We get
a match here, and I have to say, you know, again,

(31:43):
the crowd didn't care about the birthday gig at all,
at all. I still don't like the Lily doll, but
we're getting that, and we're getting more than just Lily Doll.
We're getting Charlie. I mean, it's like Chucky and Chucky's
bride here. I'm not sure, but yeah, so we get
Charlotte Flair versus Chelsea Green, and the match when eight

(32:04):
minutes and forty seconds with of course, somebody's face going
into the cake because it has to just by rule
of pro wrestling lore, it must happen. And Chelsea Green
got her face in there and then got put in
the figure eight and she taps souh. It was fine match.

(32:27):
I mean, the match quality was what it was, nothing
that anyone's going to remember. But the fans still cheered Charlotte.
I mean, that's the thing I was listening to, is
are the fans, you know, remembering, Oh wait a minute,
what are we doing cheering Charlotte Flair. Why are we
cheering Charlotte Flair? What are we doing? It didn't feel
like that they were still very much behind Charlotte, which

(32:48):
is nice to see. I really do hope that the
fans continued to support her, because it's nice to see
when she's, you know, getting a bit of a positive
reaction because we're I'm so used to just every time
we hear her music or see her, it's this innate
response to boo her because she's always in the title,

(33:09):
always in the title picture, cutting the same kinds of promos,
coming out, wearing the queen outfits and calling herself, you know,
bow down and all the rest of it that we're
so used to for the last ten years. And this
more subdued, still cocky, but in a endearing way. It
might be a nice balance that she's found for the
time being. It's not gonna last forever. We know this

(33:30):
tag team with Alexa Bliss is going to eventually break up.
I hope it doesn't result in anyone turning. They just
stop being partners. I mean, they just lose the belts
and then they both move on. I don't need a
match with Alexa and Charlotte, no matter who's turning or
who's not so all right. We then had Tiffany Stratton

(33:52):
speak to Kathy Kelly backstage and she spoke about how
she would continue to do what she's done for the
last two hundred and sixteen days by keeping and defending
her title. Jade showed up and said Stratton should be
thankful that her foot ended up on the rope or
she'd be champion, and Jade said the story would be

(34:14):
different next time, Let's hope not. Stratton said the story
would be different, but the outcome would be the same,
and the Stratton left, so once again Jade with a
whole bunch of nothing. She's a big fan of the
nothing burger. I mean, she just gobbles that up. That's
been her diet for the last two years. In We's

(34:35):
just a bunch of nothing burger on the mic, and
it's until they gotta let her loose. I understand they
have investment in her. I absolutely see what they see.
We all see what they see, but it's not manifesting yet.
And at some point WWE is going to have to

(34:58):
decide is this worth continuing the project of trying to
bold her into what we know she can be or
do we cut bait. I don't think we're there yet,
but we're on the road to it. We're you know,
if that's exit thirty, we're at exit. I don't know ten, ten, fifteen,

(35:22):
and I don't know the length of Jade's contract. I'm
sure that when it expires they're going to have much
more of a serious conversation about where they want Jade
to be. But the fact that she is two years
into the company and she has yet to cut even
any promo that's memorable is kind of scary. I mean,

(35:47):
she's two years in now, tell her to get off
Instagram and get down to the performance center, stop taking
photos of yourself, and start doing things that can actually
help your career. And I think that would really I mean,
I don't know her backstage work, but based on the
fact that they have not done anything to let her

(36:11):
be more on the mic, be more of herself and
not these limited one off QTT lines, tells you that
either she's not putting in the work or that they
don't trust her where she's at in her work to
be live on air. Both are not good. There's no
good option here. There's no third option. That you're like, well, no,

(36:31):
there's a lot of progress backstage. If there was, they'd
let her go on air and do that because they
know they have to. I would hope know that the
reason that she's getting booed or and just kind of
dismissed by fans is that she hasn't connected with them
because she hasn't told us who she is, no story.
She's just Jade. She was carved out of stone, you know,

(36:52):
ascended from heaven on a cloud like that's essentially that's
kind of how we were supposed to feel. She's not relatable.
That's a problem. But again, she looks like two million bucks,
so we understand the appeal of Jade, but she has
some massive shortcomings and those shortcomings have yet to be

(37:13):
mitigated to the point where you could say, okay, she
could be champion. If she was champion, it would be
a disaster. It would be an unmitigated disaster if Jade
Cargill was Women's Champion right now. If she was, I
mean number one of the fans would have immediately turned
on her immediately. They're you know, and the match quality

(37:36):
on top of it, the match quality for the women's
title matches would not have not exactly gone to a
place that you want them to be. So anyway, they've
got work to do, so does Jade most importantly, Well,
let's continue on. We've got let's see John Cena walking

(37:57):
backstage with Oh, Our Truth showed up, acted like they
were mirror images, and Truth said that if Seena was back,
then he's back.

Speaker 2 (38:04):
They hugged.

Speaker 5 (38:05):
Sina then played the part of Our Truth, saying that
he was worried that Truth was how he's been acting
weird for five months, and Sina said Truth changed his hair,
was really mean to people and made the kids in
Brussels kid in Brussels cry, and Sina said Truth claimed
he wanted to ruin wrestling and then asked him if
he thought that would really work. So essentially, yeah, I

(38:28):
mean he was gaslighting Our Truth. Which it's fine. The
Truth was confused. It was a good segment for both guys,
you know, after their whole segment and Our Truth and
John Sena having their matches and Our Truth returning. It's
nice that they had. This might be their wrap up,

(38:48):
their wrap up forever. I don't know if Our Truth
in John Cena will have another interaction until John Cena retires.
I mean, he's only got eleven days left, and it'd
be hard to believe that one of those those dates
would be something with our truth. So yeah, it was
nice to see this wrap up. Good for Truth to
kind of make him feel more like the old truth,

(39:09):
the truth that we wanted. The reason we wanted him
back is for that version of our truth. I wish
he didn't cut his hair. It makes him look old,
and I just it makes him feel like not the
truth that we all love. But this was a nice
segment to kind of bring back the dynamic between these
two nice. It's just nice. So Cody Rhodes and John

(39:32):
Cena versus Drew mcatyre and Logan Paul. The match went
only eight minutes and thirty seconds with Cody and John
beating Drew and Logan Paul but by d Q. And
that's because McIntyre's set up for a Claymore but Cody
cut him off with a superkick. Cody sent McIntyre to
the ring to ringside, and then Paul low blowed John

(39:52):
Cena that caused the referee to call for the bell
and then after the match, seeing us sold the low
blow and Cody roughed up mcatire ringside and then cleared
the broadcast table. Mctyre hit Cody with the championship and
then stared at the title belt while the ref tried
to talk him down, and McIntyre gave Cody a Claymore

(40:17):
that sent Cody crashing through the front of the broadcast
table and that was it. So this was, I mean,
again a non finish. It was about setting up McIntyre
and Cody, which is long overdue. McIntyre has been in
a place that he has no business being in, in

(40:41):
the mid mid upper card. This dude belongs in the
main event, and I think that's where we're gonna get him.
Is there any chance mctyre wins the championship? Probably not?
Probably not. I mean, Cody just want it back. He
just went it back from John Cena. I doubt they're
gonna do anything with it from here until he goes
to Mania, and even then, who knows. This next run

(41:03):
for Cody is kind of fascinating though, because this is
a Cody's now a two time champion. How long do
they give Cody the belt and what's the plan? I
don't know if this was later in the year or
early next year. Or Mania, and Drew was just coming
up and finally facing Cody, I'd say, yeah, let's go.
There's a good chance. You and I both know. There

(41:27):
is very little chance that when someone just wins a
championship on the ple before that, when they first defended
on the next plee, that they're going to lose it,
especially somebody like Cody Roads that they hold the WWE
management holds near and dear to their hearts. Very unlikely.
But at least if you're looking for a silver lining,

(41:47):
Drew is in the place that he should be and
deserves to be. So that's positive. And the claymore by
the way through the announce stable, I don't know if
I've ever seen that on that part of the announced table,
so that was kind of cool. I enjoyed that. All right,
So let's see here. I know I've got a excuse me,

(42:07):
a voicemail to get to or two because we had
some that were missing from the mail bag, and I
promise you I will get to those. I do want
to quickly run down Monday Night Raw because this is
the week interview, it's not the SmackDown review, So in
staying true to the name of the show, I do

(42:28):
want to get to raw very very briefly, not be
in any kind of detail, just kind of a high
level overview. Over the show. We did have Seth come out,
remember when he opened the show and he was gloating
and saying, this is his vision. And Haymond said, he's
not just the greatest of all time, he's the humble oracle. Funny.

(42:51):
I love what Haymond calls himself humble. That's just the
great word for Paul Hyman. And let's see. He then
had Rollin say this is his plan. B was top
secret and he only told two people in the world,
his wife and Hayman. Again, he said this is his vision.
And that's when Ellie Knight came out and at a

(43:13):
decent promo, ended up challenging Seth Rollins, who was forced
to take the match because of Adam Pierce. So we
get at the end of the show at Elle Knight
and Seth Rollins championship match. Now, the next match though
was Seamus and Russev. This ended in a double count

(43:35):
up at ten minutes because both men were counted out.
So this this program is going to continue and I
believe this Monday, Sammy Zan is taking on Russev. So
that's probably going to be going another DQ finish because
Seamus is going to get involved, I would think, so. Yeah,
So Seamus and Russev fight to a double count out.

(44:00):
We then had Penta versus Grayson Waller, where Penta beats
Grayson Waller in eight minutes and twenty seconds. We were
reminded of Brock Lesner as expected. We had Charlotte Flareer
and Alexa Bliss take on rock Sam Perez and rock
Hel Rodriguez for the women's tag titles. This went twelve
minutes and forty five seconds, with Charlotte and Alexa retaining
the women's tag titles after Bliss hits sister Abigail and

(44:23):
got the victory. We had the Intercontinental champion Dominic Mysterio
take on Dragon Lee in a non title match where
dom was victorious over Dragon Lee. And we had oh
that was the three Americanos, the Grande Americano Impostors or

(44:44):
two Impostors one legit, I'm not sure, but that's the
story there. That's how Dom was able to win. And
Sammy talked about carrying Cross, which I know carrying Cross
is getting a lot of attention today because he was
putting on put him and Scarlett were put on the
alumni section of W's website, and people are speculating, is

(45:07):
this a work? Is it not? I don't know. I
would think they're going to keep carrying Cross, but they
could make this a story. So we shall see. We
shall see what they do with Carrying Cross. We then
had Nicki Bella and Becky Lynch, that whole segment that
had some pretty good zingers in it for both women,

(45:28):
with Becky Lynch dropping the mic basically on the fact
that you know her and John Cena are no longer
an item, and you know that was a good segment.
They're both hammered each other on personal issues and Nicki
actually someone held to her own. I still don't like
Nicki in any facet of all at all. I hammered

(45:49):
her pretty good on raw on the review show, but
it was much more entertaining than her and Lyra. I
have to say, I don't want to see Lyra and
Lynch like until I say, and the fans too. I
think we are all beyond Lyra, Valkyria and Becky Lynch.
So Nikki and Lynch were a nice fresh combo here.

(46:12):
We then had let's see Seth Rollins and Elle Knight.
That was the next matchup for the world title. The
match went fourteen minutes with Seth Rollins predictably beating La
Knight by an apparent DQ because we had the cmpunk
hopping the barricade and attacking Rollins. Lle Knight was not

(46:33):
happy with cmpunk, so we'll see if that leads to anything.
But after the match, Read and Breaker just destroyed everyone
and including Roman Reigns who ended up coming out. So
good stuff here, good heat angle for the Seth Rollins
group that it was much needed, all right, So that'll
do it for the weekend review. But we're going to

(46:55):
shift gears now to the emails or voicemails rather that
did not come through on the mail bag show. There
is let's see here there is one email short one,
so I'll answer the question and then we'll go right
to the I think I have two voicemails. So this
is from Dennis. Dennis says, I was just watching aw

(47:19):
Dynamite when I heard the announcer Excalibur say that the
pay per view in November is going to be hosted
by the Rock. I had to rewind and listen a
few times I thought I was hearing things. Apparently this
is true. What are your thoughts if you have any
so that I have not heard of that the Rock yourself.
So wait a minute, You're saying The Rock is going

(47:41):
to host an AW storyline or an AEW pay per view.
How is that possible? I mean, the Rock is on
the board of directors and I'm looking it up now.
But and people are saying, you know, is that true?

Speaker 2 (47:56):
Is that true?

Speaker 5 (47:57):
I mean there's a whole bunch of like people who
are question exactly what you are. You know, did Excala
or say the Rocket is hosting Full Gear? I mean,
I don't watch AW. I'm gonna guess that's what he
said if he said it, but I don't know why.
If that's true, that would be monumental and also would
be insanely insulting to WWE fans because you can show

(48:21):
up for another promotions pay per view, but you can't
show up to your own super Bowl of the Year.
You can't show up to wrestle Mania, but you show
up to ae w's pl E. Really, I mean that
you WWE fans would just, I mean and rightfully so
be insulted as if we aren't already all right e.

(48:46):
So there, Thanks Dennis, I appreciate that, and let's get
to the voicemails and see what we got.

Speaker 2 (48:53):
This is DJ coolesmell back added again on your Mailbax
Show records. You live on a widsday board and you
know what time it is.

Speaker 4 (49:00):
It's time to.

Speaker 3 (49:01):
See his name man, hepeers. I believe in Joe Hendry.
I believe in Joe Hendry.

Speaker 4 (49:11):
That's right, folks, Joe Hendry is his name.

Speaker 2 (49:14):
As I take it to my fifty six episode of
The Georgia for l like always coming to your life
from an undisclosed guess you. Before we get today's episode,
I just would have briefly touched on my first met
home game experience from last week Saturday, Saturday, August second,
as the New York Mets took on the San Francisco Giants.
This was game two of their three game home series
against the San Francisco Giants and my first time at

(49:36):
City Field. In my opinion, I had a great time.
I got there a little bit late, but still I
had a great experience going to my first Met game
at City Field. They have so many vendors, so many
places to choose from to eat. Of course, they had
beer and all the other festivities that they had at
the ballpark at City Field, and in my opinion, Cityfield
is top five one of the best ballparks in Major

(49:57):
League Baseball. But with that being said, I just want
to quickly recap the game itself, as the New York
Mets absolutely destroy the San Francisco Giants were the score
of twelve to six, and one of the key factors
in this game was in the bottom of the seventh
inning when the Mets went on a four run explosion
and the lead jumped up to twelve to four, and

(50:18):
then we saw none other than the first basement of
the New York Mets missed Peter Alonzo as he is
chasing history to be the all time leader in home
runs for the Mets team as a franchise. Right now,
he's just one more home run away to tie Darryl Strawberry,
who currently right now is still in the lead as
the top baseball player to hit more home runs for

(50:40):
the New York Mets. Peter Alonzo is on his way
and hopefully he could get the job done this week.
But getting back to City Field, I will be going
back to City Field for Tuesday, September sixteen, when the
New York Mets take on the San Diego Padres as the.

Speaker 4 (50:54):
Mets continue their push to the playoffs. Let's go Mets,
Let's go Mets.

Speaker 2 (51:00):
Let's get to the Joe hendriport because this is not
a baseball podcast, and let's get to what took place
last week on the episode of tene Pe Wrestling, as
once again the war between NXT and TNA continues. We
had a TNA Knockouts Championship rematch of Marshall Slamovich versus
j C. Jane, but the match ended in the disqualification

(51:23):
due to ashby Elegance formerly known as Data Brook from WWE.
She came and interfered doing the course of the match,
but yet again j C. Jane retains the TNA Knockout Championship.
We also had Mike Santana declaring.

Speaker 4 (51:39):
That he will one day be a TNA World Champion.

Speaker 2 (51:43):
Hopefully could it be happening at Boundful Glory in October
when we have Trick Williams versus Mike Santana for the
TNA World Championship.

Speaker 4 (51:51):
Let's see.

Speaker 2 (51:52):
But now let's get to Joe Hendry and it seems
like Joe Hendry is descending right now. He's not in
the main event picture like how he wants us because
he's getting ready to transition out of TNA into WW.
And it looks like right now Joe Hendry is about
to be in a new field against Mustapha ah Lee.

(52:13):
Now we see Mustafa Ali and his faction group the
Order for As they had a victory rally celebrating Mustaphus.
I guess you could say controversial victory against Cedric Alexander
from tena summer versary. Mustapha states that TNA is in
disarray and he blames the outsiders. He blames those that

(52:36):
have come from NXT and have won championships like Trick Williams,
like j C.

Speaker 4 (52:43):
Jane.

Speaker 2 (52:43):
And then all of a sudden, as Mustafa Ali mentions
names like Mike Santana that he mentions the system. He
then said his name, the one, the only, Joe Hendry,
and of course he appeared.

Speaker 4 (53:00):
Joe Hendry appeared, and then Joe.

Speaker 2 (53:03):
Hendri goes on to poke fund at Usta for Ali's
secret service. One of the members, mister John Skuyler. I
don't want to get into the details of that but
it was pretty hilarious. But now the main focus right
now is that we're gonna have a match between Joe
Hendry and Mustafa Ali. Not for the previous episode of

(53:23):
tene Perestling, but it'll be happening on the next episode
of teena Pe Wrestling.

Speaker 4 (53:29):
Will Joe Hendry get the victory to kind of rebound.

Speaker 2 (53:32):
Them from these two consecutive losses, or will Mustaf Ali
get the victory. Let's see what happens on the next
episode of Tenae Wrestling. But most of portly, like I
mentioned before, this is the transitional period. Joe Henry is
in his contract year and most likely he is getting

(53:52):
ready to make the move to ww My speculation is
that he is going to be joining WWE next year
when he makes another debut at the Royal Rumble, and
then after that, I would say that he's going to
be aw full time. But all these and more check
me out on the next episode of the Joe Hendry Report.

Speaker 4 (54:12):
Alas remember to say.

Speaker 2 (54:14):
His name and he appeared last Little Edixdy Joe Hendry
made a very random appearance in a very odd, very
peculiar place. As This took place in a backstage segment
which kind of looked at like a kitchen setting. We
see Ren Sinclair and Charles Dempsey of the No Quarter
Cash Crew, which is a quick sidebar. Charles Dempsey is
the son of Sir Lord William Regal, one of the

(54:35):
greatest technical wrestlers of all time. Anyway, in this segment,
Ren Sinclair is trying to cheer up Charles after previously
seeing the former members of Miles Bourne and tavan heightst
depart from the No Quarter Cash Crew, and Ren Sinclair
is mentioning to Charles that now that both Myles and
Tavian are no longer in the No Quarter Cash Crew,
they could have some quality time. But Charles says he

(54:56):
just wants to be sad. Let me be sad, and
Ren says, Charles, you know it always cheers me up.
And then she goes to the song and say his
name man he appears, I.

Speaker 4 (55:08):
Believe it Joe Hendry.

Speaker 2 (55:10):
Then all of a sudden, out of the refrigerator we
see Joe Hendry and he made an appearance as his
music begins to play. Just kind of weird that we
see Joe Hendry come out of a refrigerator. Anyway, Joe
says it's great to be back on NXT, and he
thanks Ren Sinclair for saying his name. Then Joe switches
his attention to Charles and asks what's up with this

(55:32):
sour puss. Charles says that Henri is the last thing
that NXT needs right now, and he asks Joe, why
are you even here? Joe says, I know why you
are upset. You feel left out. So Joe goes in
the refrigerator and pulls out the official Joe Hendry uniform,
which of course is the blue silk shirt and white

(55:54):
khaki pans. Meanwhile, as Joe Hendry is going to get
this official uniform, we see the Wren Sinclair take off
her jacket and she's wearing the same exact silk blue shirt,
just a little bit of a different color tone, and
she is supporting Joe Henry. Joe hands over the uniform
to Charles, which, by the way, was freezing cold. Charles

(56:15):
says he looks forward to wearing it, but never. Charles
goes on to say that Joe is a deceased and infection.
Wren says that Charles is not a doctor, he just
watches a lot of grazes in otomy television. She goes
on to say that the only thing that with cheruff
Charles is wrestling, and Joe gives a proper solution to
chup Charles in the form of a match next week

(56:36):
on NXT, and it's.

Speaker 4 (56:38):
Official, folks.

Speaker 2 (56:39):
Next week it will be Joe Henry versus Charles dempsweet
And like I said, it's official, folks, Joe Henry versus
Charles Dempsey on the next episode of NXT. But the
question is what other unusual places will Joe Henry randomly appear?
If you just say his name, always.

Speaker 4 (56:57):
Rebert to believe, say his name.

Speaker 2 (57:00):
I remember the words that Joe Hendry says anytime, any place,
at any show.

Speaker 4 (57:04):
And most simpoorly, most simpoorly always remember to do this strong, excite, decide, well.

Speaker 2 (57:15):
Believe you.

Speaker 4 (57:20):
Once again, this is your guy. DJ Coolsbo, have a
blessed week.

Speaker 2 (57:23):
Be kai to one of those stays in my friends
believe at peace.

Speaker 5 (57:28):
Well, DJ, thank you, thank you for that report and
the baseball report. I know that some people don't give
a damn about baseball, right this is the Wrestling Podcast.
There's a lot of people that baseball is boring. I
hate it, but it's still interesting because if you're going
to talk about any team. Some of the biggest market
teams you're discussing rightly, Mets, Yankees, Boston, even the Astros,

(57:49):
the Braves, those are the big market teams. And yeah,
the Mets, but hey, I would say that they aren't
much better right now than the Yankees. I would say
that the Yankees are falling and falling quickly. I'm a
bit concerned. I'm not turning this into a MLB show. Okay,
I'm not pretending I'm going to try, but I'm a

(58:09):
bit I am a Yankees fan, and you're obviously a
Mets fan, and we're kind of in the same boat here,
struggling for a playoff spot. The Yankees just embarrassingly are
struggling for a third wild card spot with a three
hundred and forty million dollars pay roll. We're struggling for
a third wild card spot and we may not even
make that. The way we're playing, it's just it's horrible.

(58:32):
I mean, I know it's from just especially from a
defensive perspective, a pitching perspective. Our closer implodes every time
he gets out there with Williams. I mean, you guys
are not in much better shape outside of Soto, who
is not exactly having the year he had last year

(58:52):
but still contributing. From an offensive perspective, you don't have
a whole lot of offense going. You're pitching is not great.
I know your Bowl. Penn has fumbled at times too.
So you guys are what three or four games behind
the Phillies. We are six or seven games behind Toronto
in the East. If we get a wild card, I'll
be thrilled. So yeah, not a great stretch of the

(59:15):
last two months for New York baseball teams, I'll tell
you that. But thank you for the Joe Henry report.
And as far as you're saying that, yeah, he's going
to be transitioning out TNA and that could be the sign, Yeah,
it could be, and they could be prepping him for
finally a true debut on the roster, not just this
kind of Hey look at this guy and then he
goes back into TNA. Hey look at this guy and

(59:36):
he goes back town next to you. Hey, look at
this guy and he just just goes back home or
whatever they're doing. So they sounds like they're preparing him
for an actual WWE debut, which would be nice and yeah,
him and mustaf Ali. You can't go wrong there. The
guy can work. The guy can work, so good stuff

(59:56):
and enjoy yourself. He said, you're going to a Mets game.
I think that's what you said, but of course that's Wednesday,
So thank you, DJ. And one more voicemail, guys, Let's
see who it is.

Speaker 6 (01:00:07):
Hey, it's the Laws from the Indianapolis area.

Speaker 2 (01:00:11):
Hey.

Speaker 6 (01:00:12):
Uh, I just wanted to call because I listened to
your raw review and you mentioned something about Seth and
his group not having a name. But if you really
watch and listen to what Seth said, he called them
the vision. He said, this is the vision, and he

(01:00:35):
put emphasis on the words the vision. So I'm thinking
they're going to be calling that group division going forward.
Just how I throw it out there, It's crazy that
SummerSlam was better than WrestleMania. Each night had its great moments.

(01:00:57):
Shocked about brock Lesner coming back, Hopefully that goes well.
I do want to see him the scene in one
more time, and actually I'd like to see several people
go get seen in one more time. But I guess
we'll just have to see how that plays out. Listen,
well was out?

Speaker 2 (01:01:19):
Hey? Well?

Speaker 5 (01:01:19):
I hope you're doing well. Good catch, A good catch.
I did not hear that, all right, I'm sorry I
did hear it. You're more perceptive than I am with that,
because I guess I've just been so numb to hearing
Seth talk about being a visionary or a revolutionary, whatever
the hell all that means. Right, he's just been saying it.
He's just been saying it with no meaning behind it.

(01:01:39):
It's just like a catch phrase with no teeth. So
anytime he says the word vision or any variation of
the word vision visionary, I tune it out. That's probably
why I didn't. I didn't grasp what he's trying to say.
But you're probably right. It probably is going to be
called a vision I have no problem with that at all.
Cool name the Vision great. I appreciate that there's actually

(01:02:03):
a name. What would be cool, too, is if they
have an actual entrance music together, kind of like Evolution
did when they had I mean, they had their individual entrances. Batista,
Triple H, brick Lair and Randy Orton obviously had their
own entrances, but when they were together, they kind of
morphed together that the Zords came together to become like

(01:02:25):
the Megazord to put a Power Rangers reference in there. Sadly,
I don't know if sadly is the word, but just
the fact of life. I'm trying not to get back
into Fortnite, and they just had a damn Power Rangers chapter,
So I'm trying not to spend anybody doing that. And
you'd be like, what are you doing. You're playing video games.
You're playing Fortnite at forty years old. Hey, this my generation,

(01:02:48):
the millennial generation, especially for us elder millennials, we are
being just completely abused and sucked for every dollar we have.
We are being squeeze for every dollar we have because
the the the artists, the previous TV shows that we
used to watch that are being remade by Disney or whatever.

(01:03:11):
And with Fortnite bringing back Power Rangers, and how many
other groups of the night, the music groups of the
nineties are making comebacks or one Last Tour, Blank one
eighty two, the Backstory Boys, I mean, all the groups
that were massive during when I was growing up are
now I'm doing all their making their rounds. And our
generation has a sickness for nostalgia and they know that

(01:03:32):
the industry knows that the world knows that. So those
groups and shows that were successful during that time are
capitalizing on it, and we are all just dumping our
money into it because we have a a cancerous sickness
for nostalgia and it's just it's it's unhealthy. So anyway,

(01:03:57):
I don't know how the hell I got to that,
but I went from evolution here here, and you want
to see the roadmap of my brain? I think I
can track it this time. I went from the wa
was talking about the Seth Rollins comment on Roths calling
his group division to me equating that to evolution, to
them having their own entrance music. But when they come together,

(01:04:18):
they have there, they have like a singular entrance when
they're all together. But then I went back to megazord
and I went back to the nineties. See how far
back my brain's that's a scary insight to how I think.
So you know, for the first time I gave you insight.
Whether you wanted it or not, you got it. But

(01:04:40):
WAZ thank you. You're probably right. You're probably right. Hope
all as well over there in the Indianapolis area, staying
cool as we transition soon out of summer into fall,
into football into first wrestling fans. Soon enough, soon enough,
it'll be Sir Roberts serious season. They're not there yet though,

(01:05:01):
