I ask her thoughts on me having a podcast, what's the hardest thing about marriage and why today's generation is FUCKED in a lot of ways.My mom is super active and has been living a super clean lifestyle and she gives us some tips on how to start making better health decisions that may or may not have you POPING abs by the end of it .... okay maybe just from laughter.
