The Yoga in Black Podcast

The Yoga in Black Podcast

This is a podcast intending to shine light on black yoga/meditation instructors and holistic wellness professionals around the United States. Too often, black instructors do not get the credit they deserve. The intent is also to help connect black students of yoga to more teachers that look like them. The practice of yoga is one that helps you tap into your vulnerability, it's important to be guided by someone you feel safe and supported with! Each week the host, Tereney McDowell, will have a conversation with a new instructor for you to get to know. Grab some tea and join the convo!
