I explain how I’ve set my personal “default thought process” goal at eighty five percent of the time. It’s not about perfection, but about having a target that gives you both structure and flexibility. I also share why it’s important to create alternate habits and paths so you can pivot when life throws curveballs without feeling like you’ve failed.
You’ll hear how my own history with dieting shaped this approach, why I believe ownership over your thoughts and actions is empowering, and how you can find the percentage that works for you. By stepping back, observing your patterns, and returning to your foundation, you can stay consistent without the burnout of all-or-nothing thinking.
